Not too big but rich buffet selection and that's why we love it! And the Burj Al Arab view is a big plus! Definitely recommend this place for your visitors, there is everything to love about it!

Love the Malaysian Currypuff, prawn fritters with the black sauce, chicken fried rice, beef kalio, chicken satay with the peanut sauce, fried egg noodles & of course the freshly made sushi! The spread was just too good. Family thoroughly enjoyed the food and the ambience. We felt so relaxed. Will definitely recommend it to friends and will also return for more. Great place to satisfy asian food cravings! The staff was friendly, the ambience was really casual and cosy. The tom yum, salads, and noodle bar was my favourite! Very authentic and you can tell that the ingredients are high quality and fresh. The dessert selection, was a bit disappointing though. And for the prish, I wish there are more food choices.
Went last July 22 to celebrate my hubby’s birthday! We were pleasantly surprised! The first time I went to Beachcombers was for Friday brunch 5 years back, and for some reason it was only last month when we managed to return. I could barely remember the food the first time so I was not expecting much! However, the restaurant was great and really worth it! Since we are Southeast asians, we were familiar with the cuisines offered on the buffet. The spread is compact but more than sufficient. The selection is well thought of and each dish was delicious. There was a bit of Japanese (yes, freshly made unlimited sushi!), a few Thai dishes, Korean, Malaysian, Indonesian etc. The ToMyum soup was especially good as well as the mango-jackfruit coconut milk dessert. The ambiance was great during dinner and the vibe was laid back with a nice view of the burj al arab.

The Friday brunch at Beachcombers is quite an event, particularly if you get the alcoholic package & use your all-important Entertainer voucher. Quality of the Pan Asian food is excellent (try the Laksa), service is pure five-star Jumeirah & the ambience at this time of year, especially if you’re lucky enough to get a table on the deck outside, can be mesmerising. Our table of lunatics was looked after by two superstars, Azleen from KL & Arya from Bali. This is Trader Vic’s without the attitude and one of the best experiences I have had in Dubai.

The ambience of this restaurant is just so beautiful! The backdrop and the service is extremely amazing.
We went here on a Tuesday for the Bangkok Street food theme night. The prices for these nights generally start from 265dhs and the spread starts from 630pm to 11pm.
First thing is first the vegetarians didn't have any selection apart from the salads so it's best you don't spend so much money just to eat salads.
But seafood lovers will absolutely love this place! There is a wide spread of delicacies and really authentic street food which will make you not want to put your forks and spoon down!
The pineapple rice was some of the best I've tasted in Dubai!
The dessert spread was also to die for!
Went there for our anniversary dinner on an Asian night. Hubby isnt a big fan of Asian food but was pleasantly surprised with the buffet here. The dishes are selective but all of them amazing! Especially the chicken and beef satay with their peanut sauce was exceptional! Their salad bar was diverse! They had a kids buffet as well and a kids playroom which is a major plus point for parents! Their dessert layout was amazing! Their staff and in house chef was extremely nice and courteous! The best part of the evening was when they gave us the complimentary cake! It’s well worth the price with the ambiance and beach view! A perfect romantic evening!

This location is amazing. Sitting by the beach with amazing view of Burj Al Arab. The service is quick, the drinks variety are good and the buffet is also good. Only asian food. Food can be a better quality but ok. It is a nice place to bring visitors along and having a nice brunch. Only in the evening there are no drinks in the package.
Dinner was awesome, the ambience was perfect and the staff were amazing! They managed to create and present a birthday cake in just a few hours notice. Impressive 👍🏾

It's a Asian buffet that serves Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, Japanese & Chinese cuisine. There are some amazing selection of beverages to top it all up!!
The cost of the buffet is Aed235 (exclusive of drinks) which was pretty decent for a place like that.
All in all a must try!!
Super nice brunch. Very relaxed with live entertainment, good food and drinks. Service is very attentive and you are right at the beach. There are some families with kids but also couples and big group of friends. Recommend it for a relaxed Friday or Saturday
Went here for my husbands bday on a Tuesday and their theme was street food. We were welcomed with jasmine flowers by their cheerful staff. The location of beachcombers is beautiful, overlooking Burj Al Arab and the beach. Perfect for this lovely weather!!
Now coming to the food there was a selection of spring rolls, satays, dumplings, fried rice, mie goreng, nasi goreng, red thai curry, lamb, laksa, pad thai and beef. The food was good but the desserts were a disappointment. The birthday cake was the only good dessert here. Don't miss out on smoothie station located at right of the entrance. Overall a very fine place for dining with great ambience.

Tried the brunch, it's more of a lunch buffet, less on the br part of the brunch.... I would rather see it starting at 12 and offering more of breakfast type options... but that's the case in most of dubai brunches, turned to be normal buffets. Very good service.
Came for brunch and was seated outside. Service was excellent with our waiter very attentive throughout. Restaurant was busy and queues long which is a shame as the sushi was well picked over and wasn't replenished quickly hence the slight deduction. I love Asian food however so the fish curry really hit the spot. Combined with the most amazing view and an entertainer voucher I will be back

This has been one of my favorite beachside restaurants in all of Dubai for the longest time and still remains after so much more has popped up. There’s nothing quite like a hot Asian meal by the beach, watching the waves and blue sea. That’s what Beachcombers offers and its magical ☺.
A widespread Pan Asian menu, which offers ample vegetarian choices and some dishes that they can do a veg version for. Everything that I have tried from their Vegetarian dishes has been great, with never a reason to complain. The place has a cozy and warm indoors with a shack theme and an extension of the same theme outdoors as well.
The staff and service are great, friendly, courteous and efficient. The place is pricey but it is a five-star restaurant, hence well worth it.

Great brunch deal here, even better if you have an entertainer voucher! Opted paying Aed 425 which included house beverages/ cocktails and in our favour Processo. They have a small supervised play area for the kids with face painting and a kids buffet. The Asian buffet was huge and an absolute delight. The Tom yum seafood soup, the dim sums, the prawn laksa really stood out! The ice cream machine broke down after a while and the chefs very efficiently brought supplies from elsewhere in no time. We will surely visit again, hope they turn down the music a bit the next time. Overall a brilliant experience!

We had the pleasure of attending this prestigious event. A grand buffet lunch was arranged at Beachcombers restaurant in Jumeirah Beach hotel. The grandeur of jumeirah Beach Hotel and the sparkling pool view , over looking Burj al Arab combined with the serenity of Beachcombers hotel itself makes an idyllic ambiance. As we walked in, the restaurant was overwhelmed by the aroma of Thai herbs and live cooking demos. A wide spread of dishes was seen in the buffet. The live fruit carving smartly done by the expert female staff gathered attention of the crowd.

Been wanting to try this restaurant for a while as we have it on entertainer but just haven't gotten down to it. Our Eid dinner happened to take place there was definitely a great choice. The atmosphere was great overlooking the Burj Al Arab. It was buffet and almost everything I tried was really good! My highlight was the prawn Laksa! It was soo good.. The Malaysian fish curry was also a winner. They could do a with a bit more for desserts though. Service I have to say was excellent, and I loved that they had a kids station with kid friendly dishes & utensils. Also the kids room was an added bonus to keep them occupied. Will definitely visit agn during the winter months to enjoy the outdoors seating
Great food, even better view. Perfect spot to take someone special. It does seem like there is quite a bit of curry type dishes, which might be good for some and not so good for others. Plenty of options to make it work though.
Food isn't really wow. Just average but the place is wonderful. Always book a table outside.for that great view. The kids area is a huge plus.
We enjoyed this restaurant on a Sunday evening, which had a Thai and Malaysian theme on the buffet. There is a good selection of food, and not too spicy. I'd recommend the dimsum, and Thai curry. The view of the Burj Al Arab is stunning, but it was too humid in May to sit outside. Good service and price, I would only wish that soft drinks were included in the price, and not just water, tea and coffee.

I tried their Malaysian dinner buffet around a month back and was awed by the variety of food that was present.
As we were seated outside, the combination of the cool breeze, the spectacular view of the Burj Al Arab and the soothing live music created the perfect ambience.🌈
There were innumerable dishes present, all the way from the starters to the dessert. The Kung pao chicken was the dish that stood out the most for me. It had the perfect balance of flavor and spice. I would really like to commend the chef on this dish.
The staff were very friendly and never served without a smile!
If you want to get the most of your money, I suggest you go to beach combers on an empty stomach.
Will definitely visit again! Can't wait to try their Thai and Seafood buffets!😃

Buffet spread: 4/5 - love Thai that's why I was pleased to see that mostly are Thai food. There's also other south east asian and Indian in the selection. The tom yum sea food was a bit salty so I didnt finish it. The others are well flavoured and really tasty.
Location: 4/5 - ask for an outdoor table when you book and you'll be in for a real treat what with the stunning Burj Al Arab which is right next to Jumeirah Beach Hotel where Beachcombers is located.

Very good oriental and seafood selections. Have tried their buffet dinners on weekdays and weekend brunches, but prefer the former in terms of romantic ambiance and the latter for more food selections. Both timings have the fantastic live band which creates a festive feel to your dining experience. A must try especially if you ought to bring a friend for a spectacular view of the Burj Al Arab then head out to nearby 360 bar to cap the lovely night/weekend off.

Had the chance to avail of their savour@jbh event advertised here in Zomato that will last til the end of this month for only 130dhs all inclusive lunch and dinner buffet, drinks aren't included. So not sure what does all-inclusive means.
Nonetheless, food buffet selections are truly spectacular, thus, you pay more than worth the value for your money.
And among the numerous food selections, the tomyum soup has totally tantalized our taste buds; was out of this world, richly filled with ingredients fit for a 5 star. And yes, it gave us a very good start. Moreover, the dimsums and satay selections are superb. The downside, I find the kimchi, one of our favorite, too salty but the Thai papaya and mango salad appeased us the most. For main courses, only the Korean bulgogi and the mahi-mahi fish cooked in different herbs stood out, nothing else. Though, did try the steam veges which is simple but good addition to your meal of which contains black fungi, carrot and broccoli but was totally bland and overcooked. Even the live cooking did not stand out. But the best part is, dessert selections are incredible and you could never go wrong in whatever your choices among the many selections plus they incorporated fresh fruits that are truly fresh and sweet.
Service is highly impressive; staff are more than professional in the hospitality industry. Jennet was able to orient us with regards to food buffet selections since it was our first time in this restaurant. And Sheney was sincerely and politely accommodated all our requests and been helpful til the end.
Ambience has a great advantage, facing the majestic Burj Khalifa; peaceful and relaxing. What more is that, it has a live music band performing at the background and will certainly add to your delight with their sweet angelic voices while it nourishes your senses at the same time. Hence, motivates you to stay longer. Love it!

I've always wanted to try this restaurant after a former colleague of mine spoke so highly of it, and after much waiting, was finally able to last night.
From the reservation process to the bill out, everything was greatly handled. Reserving was nowhere near a hassle and very swift. The location was amazing and the weather complemented it just beautifully, with the white sandy beach and the view of the well-renowned Burj Al Arab.
My family and I were given seats just by the window, so we could have the full view. It was my brother's birthday celebration and I thought it was just perfect. Our host was very accommodating and amicable, always checking on us to see if we needed anything more, as were the other staff.
The food was a culinary journey through South East Asia, predominantly Thai and Malaysian. Saturday nights are barbecue themed nights, with the live barbecue located outdoors by the beach. The buffet was extensive and sublime. I tried my best to taste every dish I could for a more detailed review.
The Seafood Coconut Soup was a marriage of flavours. The broth was made up of 3 different layers of taste: sweet from the coconut milk, a little sour and spicy from what I'm guessing was tom-yum paste. The broth was fragrant, thanks to the lemongrass, a prime ingredient used in Thai cuisine. The shrimps were plump and cooked perfectly in the broth. The live barbecue station had grilled steak, chicken, prawns, and skewed lamb koftas. I only tried the grilled steak and prawns - not a big fan of lamb. The steak was grilled nicely, extremely tender and could melt in your mouth. The prawns were huge and nicely flavoured, in a sense that it was able to retain its natural sweetness with a little amplification of butter. The Egg Noodles were stir-fried just right, with minimal grease, which I liked. Prawn Tempura was my absolute favourite. It held it's shape and crunch from that batter - most prawn tempuras I've tasted came drenched in oil from frying, or soggy from being exposed too long. The steamed chicken dumplings/sio mai, were really juicy - a burst of tasty juices in your mouth as you bite into it. Both the tempura and dumplings were paired with soy sauce. The chicken satay was subtly spiced, not overpowering and was just inseparable from the peanut sauce. I loved the texture on this one, as the peanut sauce was quite chunky, giving you a bite when placed on top of the tender satay skewers. The chicken curry was amazing, too. Unlike the Indian curries, South East Asian curries are subtler and come with broth, as they are mainly paired with rice, not bread. I loved that dark meat was used with the curry, as it has more flavour than, say chicken breast, with minimal possibility of it drying out. The flavours marinated the chicken pieces really well. Salmon skewers were also available, placed in the salad section. Beautifully grilled, the salmon was a melt-in-the-mouth delicacy. An array of salads were nicely laid out, and differed from one another. A balance of ingredients and flavours were definitely in check. Fresh fruits and an assortment of cakes were showcased for dessert. The pineapples were really sweet and truly a palate cleanser.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this to anybody seeking some authentic Asian cuisine. I bet the brunches are just as good! Oh, and they also arranged a complimentary birthday cake for the celebrant :).
In the right weather, read winter, there are very few brunch place to beat Beachcombers. If you are lucky to find a table outside, you can be sitting right at the footsteps of Burj Al Arab, with blue waters lapping the shores while you sip on your beer or bubbly! There are 3 packages to choose from, depending on your preference for the beverages. Now, the food is primarily East Asian and sufficiently edible without being spectacular. But, hey, it's a buffet!
What makes this place a whole lotta fun is the combination of location, crowd, free flowing beverages and a general sense that everything is fine with the world!
My recommendation is to head there right when it opens and stick around for next 3.5 hours when it winds down! Have fun!

Visited beachcombers about 2 weeks back, the weather was perfect, the view serene and the ambience alive.
The brunch offered is international, mostly Thai, Malaysian, Chinese and better than average.
The staff is excellent, polite, prompt, friendly and make sure that you're served in a top notch manner.

Beachcombers is one of those buffets where you should avoid having your previous meal at home, go on a fast and then binge eat here and trust me, you'd still walk out of the place regretting about stuffing yourselves with too much soup/salads/appetisers.
The buffet is massive and hence DO NOT have too much of the soup although the soups were simply delicious and the highlight of the buffet - I had the Tom Yum Seafood soup and Sweet Corn Soup - both of them were absolutely delicious.
The variety of salads is served and the salad presentation was simply amazing, however, taste-wise it was below average for me. The appetisers had everything from dumplings to satays to spring rolls and everything was just simply perfect except the Lamb Satays - felt overcooked and dry. The number of dishes in the main course section is simply overwhelming. Every dish is just so flavourful and so different.
The dessert counter was just average. I did expect a lot more. The cheesecakes more or less tasted the same, the chocolate cake was plain average and nothing out of the world. But it did have a chocolate fountain so I was happy with it. They could do better with the desserts.
The simple ambiance and décor of the restaurant with a breath-taking view of Burj Al Arab made this a picturesque experience. The service was undoubtedly above average as the staff members were just so sweet.
The Apple Rose Mocktail was a 10/10 for me too. Do give it a try.
Overall, the mocktail, soups, appetisers, main course and chocolate fountain made this one perfect and extremely satisfying lunch for me.

315aed per person for the dinner buffet. The taste can say 90% similar to the Asian food, the only thing not in Malaysia is the desert name called banana in coconut. If the definition of a good Thursday night includes good food with a spectacular view and excellent service in your dictionary, then GO to Beachcombers at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, period. The best thing is you won’t have to have a very deep pocket if you have entertainer voucher book.
Basically it’s almost at the foot of Burj Al Arab and the view of that magnificent structure alone contributes a lot to the setting of the restaurant. Getting gushed by the fresh sea breeze in outdoor seating (in winter) feels surreal!
I would really recommend everyone to give the Jasmin tea a try (included in the buffet price). It’s an absolute favorite of mine at that restaurant. The cute little cookie on the side of the tea pot was downright delicious.
The salad counter keeps being the winner every time I visit this restaurant. The variety is overwhelming and I find each one of the salad absolutely delicious. Be it Asian beef salad or beetroot salad. The variety goes down a bit when it comes to the main course. Almost always some Asian dishes are there to compliment the theme however; I am not a big fan of all the Asian dishes served. The dim sums weren’t that good and the chicken satay was too sweet. However, the grilled sea food was perfectly cooked. Not chewy and perfectly buttery. The curries are beautifully fragrant and perfectly balanced.
The dessert counter was slightly disappointing (they might have thought that no one would have any dessert space left in their stomach after having those succulent salads and sea foods but sadly I had). After a hearty meal I love enjoying some cheese cakes and desserts that ooze chocolate but because I didn’t find those on that counter hence the disappointment. I dealt with it with the melted chocolate from the chocolate fountain thought.
Because this restaurant aced in service, cleanliness, atmosphere and sea food department I could get over the small disappointments very easily. I am positive that this would be happening to all the visitors.

Went here for a fancy romantic dinner and later for breakfast for their buffet offering. The experience was a memorable one.
Staff (5/5): very friendly. Hospitable. Live singers set the mood. They also sing for separate guests by their table on request and bring a complimentary chocolate cake too if its an occasion!
Ambience (4/5): very beautiful and dim lit. Its just by the beach and there is seating outside as well which i would say is good for breakfast but not so much dinner as the outside area is not so well lit so you wont be able to see what ur eating. More importantly if you sit outside, you get a view of Burj al arab which is just super great!

Review (3.5/5): their variety is HUGE for every course of meal. The appetiser bar has literally everything from small boiled and chilled octopuses to oysters to crab salads. I thought to myself why did i eat so much of the mains because i was almost full by the time we came to deserts.
For breakfast, it was continental cuisine buffet. There was a live cooking station for omelettes. All standard buffet items for a 5 star hotel restaurant. The best part of eating there for breakfast is the view. The food is all average. Infact i was expecting more variety for breakfast since i was impressed bu their dinner buffet but there were very limited dishes.
Value for money (3/5): average. For the price, i think there a lot more seafood cuisine buffets that offer the same, or rather much better, at cheaper rates. It would make sense if they had lobsters and crabs in their live cooking station. But if u take the beautiful ambience, with the view of the beach and Burj al arab, into account then the price looks fair enough!

not a fan of Thai food but I loved the curries here. The free flowing drinks too are good. The ambience is good and very family friendly. We were a group of 3 guys but the staff gave us equal attention. Rominia who was our attendent was very helpful

With a breathtaking view to the beach of Jumeirah Beach Hotel and overlooking Burj Al Arab, Beachcombers is a great spot to enjoy a picturesque lunch.
The staff are beyond friendly and just fun to deal with when deciding what you want to eat and placing your order. They all wear great smiles on their faces and crack jokes to get you wearing one too. But the service is quite slow; it takes ages for the dishes to arrive.
As for the food, the menu offers Malay/Thai dishes but it's not that extensive with the choices. Both the pad thai and green curry chicken were served in exceptionally generous portions which is not too common in hotel restaurants, and as filling as they were, they were only mediocre. I ordered a dessert made of banana cooked in coconut milk, with the strong recommendation from our waiter - cooked with perfection!
Overall, the dishes we ordered tasted alright, but we've definitely had better. I'd recommend the place for a nice lunch with a beautiful view - just not when you're craving good Asian food.
It's an Indonesian restaurant, we'd been for breakfast.. Decent spread of buffet.. Fish dishes were all exotic.. It was peaceful and relaxing being there.. Oh the mushrooms were amazingly cooked and were delicious.. Got to taste few of the Indonesian dishes which were really amazing too.. Desserts were great and I loved there flavoured yogurts..
What a lovely dining experience. The outside seating area has an awesome view of the Burj Al Arab. We went for the buffet dinner and what a treat. The food was really great and there was so much variety to choose from. The service was also great. Would definitely go back-really great vibe.
Love the food here. Not too much variety but authentic Asian flavors are definitely present. Love the dim sum and the curries on offer and the salads are a must try. Sit outside and gorge on spectacular views of the Burj Al Arab
Great restaurant! Casual but very attentive service, one of the best buffets in Dubai (a must if you love seafood and southeast asian cuisine), astonishing view, good vibes with live music on Friday... what else to say? Just the drinks could be stronger :) Jumeirah never disappoints
We went here for the Friday night buffet in which they serve Malaysian, Singaporean and Thai food. They do not have a lot of variety in apetisers a descent amount I'm the mains and desserts. If you are a fan of seafood you will probably love this place. We chose to sit out as the weather was good. The restaurant is right at the beach with a brilliant view of the Burj al Arab. I was pretty surprised to see that their food got over pretty early and they started substituting their dishes. The prawn tempuras were substituted with potato Samosa sought of things and they also ran out of some desserts. Considering there was not much crowd I am really surprised that they were running out of food.
A good Thai buffet restaurant. They have a separate counter for Malaysian cuisine as well. The salad and starters had a good variety, also a good selection of succulent grill items too. They could do better with deserts. Overall a good place for grills and Thai food. The ambience was lovely too, they have outdoor beach front seating as well.

This one is a detailed review.
1- The sea side deck is among a few in Jumeirah, u r basically by the beach.
2- The buffet, although clearly smaller than the greats of Keleidoscope, is practically sized and generous.
3- The buffet includes 3 salads based on shrimps, a lovely lobster hot dish, and a great mussels dish as well, when a buffet includes Lobster and large mussels + squids, that's worth an easy 50 dhs per person. It takes the buffet to a different level.
4- The services is excellent, Shiyam and Raju served us, very nice and friendly guys.
5- Unlike Al Mona (mina alsalam) which is quite similar, this place offers unlimited water, coffee and tea, that's an extra 25 dhs person.
So breakdown on value for money:
100 dhs for the basic food
50 for including lobsters and mussels and squid
25 water coffee and tea
25 for the outside open air beach setting

Definitely worth it
Now imagine yourself having an entertainer voucher, its 50% off, which makes this place heavenly good!
Now the downsides:
:( the Satay dishes are not good!
:( some of the salads (3 out of 7) were not fresh!
:( the bathrooms are being used by the hotels beach guests, so they are a mess.

Amazing brunch and seafood festival night!
Even though they don't have lots of food stations like other restaurants have, everything is really good.
The service is nice and the views are amazing!
The venue is located right on the beach in Jumeriah Beach Hotel facing the Burj Al Arab, great view for people that never visited Dubai.
The restaurant was busy to be a Friday night and people was seating inside and outside.
The food selection was vast and covered all the taste buds, service was on and off.
The venue needs a revamp in regards to the buffet, it starts to show his years and is getting old.
Great venue to spend an evening with friends and relax near the beach.
We went to beach combers for a Friday dinner. It's located in the beautiful Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Just right on the beach and front of Burj Al Arab. We reserved a table outside and informed the staff that we had a birthday celebration. The view was really amazing! They had a band singing, they were awesome, and the same band came to our table to sing happy birthday, very beautiful!
The food was only Thai and Malaysian, it tasted good, but didn't have much variety. The staff were good and helpful. We enjoyed the night a lot, but if I'm coming back, it will be for everything but the food, as the options are limited and you may roam a bit with your dish and come back with the same food again.
Thanks beachcombers for such a delightful evening, I hope you will increase the options in your buffet menu.
Awesome awesome place during the winters. One of the best place for Shisha. Been here couple of times with the wife, friends. Great food and ambience. Drinks options are quite good and the tea also a great option if u wanna keep it light.
Went here for a late lunch with some friends. We were treated to an awesome spread of Thai and malaysian fanfare. I particularly enjoyed the beef rendang and the beef green curry. They had covered all the staples of both cuisines including roti canai and prawn crackers. The interiors of the restaurant was mediocre. The staff was extremely accommodating and we enjoyed sitting outdoors and watching the burj Al Arab, the beach and the yachts as the sun was getting ready to set. A point of contention was the Mai tai. We ordered a first round which tasted significantly different than the second. The buffet was about AED 185/- a head.@

Note to self – come here more often. If you enjoy (or in my case die for) Asian food, you will love Beachcombers.
And if you like Laksa you’re in for a very special treat – Beachcombers serves (possibly) the best damn Laksa this side of Singapore. Chef Keetah, one of a handful of hugely talented Asian Food Specialists at Beachcombers, talked us through the painstaking process of building their from-scratch Laksa base – you have to admire their commitment to authenticity. And although some dishes have been tweaked to appeal to a broad palate, their Laksa remains very true to the original – be it ever so slightly milder.
Their curries, many in a coconut base, are bursting with fragrance and flavour. I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed a Beef Rendang this much. And then there is the satay – beautifully marinated and chargrilled to succulent perfection – just a dab of their tangy peanut sauce and you’re in OMG! heaven. Dammit, it’s like the culinary equivalent of a three letter word…starting with an S and ending with an X. Yes, yes – YES! I’ll stop now…
You get Jumeirah standard service and setting by default – the view of the Burj al-Arab is quite spectacular, especially if you’re sitting outside. I was so impressed with the crew, who are a friendly bunch – quick to accommodate and always smiling. The band was occasionally off-beat, a little squawky and wonderfully imperfect adding to the quaint character and mood of the restaurant. I wonder if they know and just keep it so for this reason.
If you’re in an adventurous mood have their entertaining bartender, Emil, make you his signature drink – the Beachcombers Mojito – dear God! It’s spiked to the hilt with spicy rum and topped off with chili (yes chili) which’ll make you go Ya-Hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! all the way home…

Freshly prepared wantons both steamed and fried the fried shrimp wantons was the best also the fried chicken was excellent and never forget the amazing spring rolls with sweet chilly sauce

Amazing fried rice with ginger and garlic
One of the kind clams with coconut milk sauce and the sea food curry was devine
Also liked the noodles and the seafood soup all excellent quality and well flavored.
The dessert ????
Loved the black forest mousse a great selection of tarts the dark orange chocolate cake
Recommend this place for foodie couples as it has a nice romantic atmosphere and excellent outdoor seating with stunning views of burj al Arab and the open sea.
Sure will be visiting again soon.
Absolutely awesome experience from the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby. It was prior ramadan , we booked for 6:30 and spent 30 mins wandering around the grounds as the sun set. We saw the most breathtaking views I have ever seen in my life! The Burj looks fantastic, spectacularly so as the sun went down. We got some great pics. We had a quick drink at the outside bar. All staff were great, friendly and professional.
Once inside Beachcombers, we were not disappointed. The staff were clearly of very high calibre, with good explanations of the buffet - it was so immense that explanation really was needed! Great selection and everything was nice, moist and fresh and "dry" as opposed to greasy/fatty.

Friday brunch with a party of 25 was perfect at beachcombers, the vibe and setting at the restaurant were amazing, it was a little hot inside though. Pan-Asian buffet is just what my taste buds needed, but unfortunately nothing to remember. I do recommend this place for good food, friendly staff, kid friendly, amazing view and fun atmosphere. A shout out to Margie who was great handling a huge group on her own with no complaints! Definitely going back.
