Best drinks in Dubai no other place can top it, with each sip you get a party in your mouth.
Food quality is always at the top level and not many restaurants manage to deliver the same perfect taste on all their courses.
Music not at lunch but after dinner you won't be able not to join in the party at the bar.
For the comments I read regarding the service please know and pay in mind that zuma has days when they serve 1000 ppl, they are in the top 100 restaurants worldwide I wish them top 50 for all the years to come.
Out of this world...perfect selections of cold and hot items, for the brunch the selections were refilled promptly, even the hot selections maintained their quality and heat...the staff, the executive sushi sous chef was there like a hawk making sure the experience was perfect and it was, the service staff were beyond welcoming and fun!
After All recommendations from friends i had high expectatiins which were All still exceeded.
Pleasant welcome by elegantly dressed hostesses. The vibe and music in the bar was great and edamame with chili and garlic were delicious.
Dinner setting was good, service by Jeffrey from Philippines was perfect. Tempo of serving the dishes was excellent, taste and presentation was excellent.

Went to celebrate a birthday, we were welcomed warmly, lovely recommendation of raspberry Based cocktail, to have a lip smacking vegetarian food at a Japanese restaurant pleasantly surprised me. The maki roll, mushroom risotto, corn, and potato in butter, everything was spot on delicious. And vegetarian ramen, absolutely delicious we actually ordered that for another round. Highly recommend going here! I would want to go a few times myself too 😊

We visited Zuma for our wedding anniversary. Although it’s a great social place, we decided that it wasn’t the best option for a romantic dinner.
We started off with Crispy fried squid with green chili and lime. This dish didn’t wow us . Next, we had the Langoustine wrapped in kataifi with a chili broth. The langoustine in kataifi wasn’t appealing as we have tried a better version elsewhere. However, the chili broth was absolutely satisfying.
We also tried out the unagi bo zushi (grilled eel sushi) and the dynamite spider roll (crispy soft shell crab sushi). Both were very good. Special appreciation for the sauce in the unagi bo zushi!
For our mains, we had the very popular Miso marinated black cod in Hoba leaf as I wanted to see why every review had people trying this out. To be honest, it was worth the hype! The flavor of the hoba leaf was well-infused in the cod and the fish itself was melt-in-the mouth. Even the honey-mustard-ish sauce on the sauce went perfectly with the fish! We also had the Ribeye steak, wafu sauce and garlic chips. Unlike most places, the steak was already cut up into bite size pieces and stacked over each other. The wafu sauce wasn’t spectacular, but the steak was perfectly medium as ordered and the garlic chips were a great addition!
For dessert, we had the Mocha ice cream with chocolate cake crumble. This was a fabulous combination of coffee and chocolate.
Overall, a great place to splurge for a special occasion! But the lack of social distancing was ALARMING! Also, a lot of things are overpriced for the quantities served.

My all time favourite! I love it and it always add great memories every and each time i dine in. Couple of wishes from my side: longer lunch time (till 5 pm 🌚) and more space to accommodate us more ofter, it is sometimes very hard to get a reservation 💔

Zuma never disappoints! The food is superb and the service is generally top class. The business lunch is reasonably priced as well. The only reason why they don’t get a 5 is because of the dinner reservation policy which requires a credit card deposit!

This place was forever on my have to try list of restaurants in Dubai. Tried their lunch menu that offered a couple of starters, soup and 1 main course. They have like the most brilliant valet available at the most densely populated area of Dubai, so hats off to that. The place is huge and it was packed for lunch on a weekday.
The service was good and the waiters were super friendly and courteous. The miso soup was refreshing, I tried their prawn tempura and beef skewers which were brilliant too. For the main course, I opted for the ribeye with the wasabi sauce. It was one of the best juicest steaks I ever had.
The only downside was the portions were way too small, for that it missed a star for me. Otherwise a pretty amazing place, will surely visit again.
A great place to hangout with an exceptional service. Food is good but not extra ordinary. The desert which was a pecan icecream sundae was the highlight amd a must try. Would definitely go back to try the other stuffs from the menu. The cost is to the higher side though. But the ambience and the socialising atmosphere along with the food makes up for it.

We visited Zuma for their business lunch. It was quite busy but the waiters all had their masks on at all times. I ordered the sushi platter, chicken satay and the miso cod. Maybe I have high expectations from Zuma but I found the food very average in comparison to what they used to be. The sushi was definitely below avg as it did not seemed rolled tightly and it just didn't have the high quality fish I was looking for. The chicken satay was fine. The miso cod was again fine but somehow I remember it being better the last time I visited. I would still highly recommend them but maybe they would be better for a la carte.
The miso marinated cod (mostly anything from the grill too) are what dreams are made of 🤤 always love visiting zuma, their service is the probably the best In Dubai

I still wonder why they haven't opened another spot.
The place is really elegant. Suitable for dates and business. Definitely need to dress for the occasion.
It gets crowded in the evenings specially with the valet entrance, always take that into account for your reservation.
The menu is simple, items are described, however no photos. Prices are on the high end.
I wouldn't usually resort here on a regular but a celebration has some value held in zuma.
What i typically order and suggest.
1) gyu no tataki: the beef is seared to perfection, really tender and salty.
2) gindara no saikyo miso yaki: black cod ultimately the best beef skewer to have.
3) lamb chops: juicy and sweet small sized lamb chops. Those are pricey for the portion.
4) roasted lobster: this will cost you but it's so buttery and soft. I never had anything like it before.
5) salmon teriyaki: if you on a budget and want something decent, go for this. Its a fair portion, good premium cut, cooked well and full of flavors.
6) taraba crab: this is also similar to the lobster. Unique and freshly made.
7) various sushi and sashimi. They are highly priced. Expect to spend once you get into this section. The cuts are absolutely premium and fresh, they just melt in your mouth. The display is also one of a kind.
There is plenty of honourable mentions like the tempuras, edamame, spicy beef tenderloin, Japanese egg plant, sweetcorn, eel, fried squid.
And of course you have to end it with desserts. Such as their signature zuma chocolate fondue. Icecream and wafers.
The service is quick and highly knowledgeable in the menu and items description.
Standards are exceptionally high, it almost never disappointed any of our visits. I once met the owner himself Rainer and he was very welcoming and humble to have us.
Best to visit in groups so you get to try multiple dishes.

Some Motivations Are Worth the Sweat for!! This time explored an All Veg Spread. Nothing can take away the winning position from the Japanese mushroom rice hotpot. So in my top 3 apart from the hotpot Japanese mushroom rice, were the eggplant and spinach gyoza and when there is chocolate on the menu - I will take it and it scored within the top 3 - chocolate fondue!

Visited here to taste the Business Deal lunch which offers you soup , two starters and a main course for 137/- per head . There was quite a bit of choice on the menu for the price. The Zuma Salad was refreshing , prawn tempura was just right with a lovely sauce on the side. I had the black Cod which had exquisite flavours. The service was great , though I thought placing the used cutlery on the dining table before the next course arrived was a bit unprofessional. Altogether a great experience as we were celebrating our daughters birthday the dessert had happy birthday on it with a candle to make the occasion special . Thank you

It's totally happening, impossible to get a table, good drinks. So if you like being at the in place, must visit. But other than that, the food is good but not exceptional. Prices are very high. And very tough to get a table

Zuma has one of the best, delectable vegetarian options. The asparagus, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potato hot pot rice, mocktails and desserts are worth going back for every few weeks ! Tried Zuma on a Saturday evening and the experience was just extraordinary. We tried the gyoza, sushi, seared salmon, avocado & asparagus salad (highly recommendable) and the chicken skewers with baby leek which is a must try! The ambience was great so was the service. The price was a bit on the higher end of the spectrum but totally worth it for a special night!

We went to try their business lunch menu which is served at a reasonable price of AED 137.
The set menu provides you with the Soup, 2 choices from the starters and 1 main course.
We choose the beef and chicken skewers along with prawn Tempura and prawn in starters. In the mains we went for seabass and the wagyu beef.
The overall expereince was amazing and it definitely is one of the best restaurants in Dubai.
Chicken skewers were to die for - cooked to perfection, juicy and finger licking good.
The octopus on the other hand was rubbery and thus disappointing.
Although we did not try it, the corn seemed to be the most popular item to pass through the kitchen that evening.
Other vegetable dishes like miso eggplant and grilled edamame were delicious but unfortunately overpriced for what was offered as were several items on the tataki menu.
The cocktails however are always a surprise and great material for the ‘gram.

As someone who has been in Dubai for over 10 years, Zuma used to be my favorite restaurant in Dubai for many of those years. The food and the cocktails are phenomenal, and still among the very best in Dubai. Alas, little has changed over the past few years, and I think they are resting on the laurels of its past glory. Even Nobu has gotten a bit more innovative with their weekend brunch.
Nonetheless, cool place to visit, even if you can skip the food these days. Good ambiance for after work happy hour.

I visited Zuma, a month ago for the first time, and enjoyed the place a lot. the food was amazing regardless of the small-sized portions, but the quality and taste were amazing. The menu was easy to read and helped me to decide. Music was very good and loud, which gets to party mood. Service was very good. i would recommend to book 2-3 days ahead for week days, as for weekends, you need to plan your visit 1 week before. the only reason i am giving 4 start out of 5 is the prices which were very high.

Had a wonderful business lunch at Zuma yesterday... I always ordered sushi here in the past but yesterday opted for a mix of starters and a main course instead. Its always good to begin with edamame which I prefer simple with salt. Calamari is crispy outside, tender inside. Sushi rolls were great and the sea bass grilled to perfection. Perfect venue for lunch.

Great place. They had great service and really accommodated us especially the fact we had little kids with us (one of whom was being a pain and the staff was great in helping out with that, giving him a quick order of fries to calm him down). The food was great, very authentic, loved the decor and the wine. My only complaint is that the drink service from the bar was quite slow on 2 occasions. Granted, it was very busy on a Saturday night. But for a total bill of over $500, you generally are looking for very top notch service. Regardless, we will be back.
Few places manage to tick all boxes when it comes to dining experiences and Zuma at DIFC does. Right from when you enter and are greeted by eager smiles to how you are escorted to your tables by some of the best dressed waitresses in town. Once seated amongst the movers and shakers of the city, you are transported to a 5* dining experience for you and your taste buds. Nothing on the menu really misses the mark, but the highlights will be the signature miso marinated black cod and the sushi. Be prepared to find a hole in your wallet upon leaving.
Great food and really nice staff. In fact, Jack, the restaurant manager is probably one of the best and most accommodating people I’ve ever met that really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and enjoy your experience. Highly recommend!
