We have been going to Cheesecake Factory for years now and most of the time we order shrimp capellini, ribeye steak, kale and quinoa salad and grilled salmon. The food is really really good but what keeps us hooked, more than the food, is the amazing service from everyone - most especially from Sir Alfred! From the moment we arrive till the time we leave we always feel very welcome and taken care of! No matter how frazzled he is, he takes time to make sure we are comfortable and we’ve got everything we need!

Absolutely loved their shepherds pie. Tge portion sizes are pretty large and the unlimited drinks are my all time favourite there. Ordered their americana cheese burger which was okay. The service was ontime and very efficient. They did follow all the safety protocol

nice restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. They have lavish menu and good quantity of food. ' Four Cheese Pasta ' it was cooked perfectly and was coated with this amazing four cheese sauce that was creamy and just delicious 🤤 'Chicken Chipotle Pasta ' is tasty and a highly recommend dish. Then in pizzas was the ' Fresh Basil, Tomato and Cheese ' the quantity of food was good and was served fresh. Don’t forget to ask your server some shaved Parmesan to be sprinkled on top of your pastas! 😍

We went for a birthday as a family of 4 .in the beginning I ask the in charge for a classic chees cake and a birthday wish for a person and asked them to bring it after the food .but 5 times the servant came and asked us on table did u order cheesecake and exposed everything .it was disappointing and disaster like why.if its busy and rush time dont accept such a thing why u have to ruin the surprise. I loooove this restaurant! Been here so many times because they have everything! Anytime im confused about where to eat, I just end up coming here. They never fail you. The food is amazing, with very large portions. I love their chicken nacho starters, absolutely delicious. Whichever pasta I've tried so far has always been good. Even juices are great which also are of good quantities. All that aside, their cheesecake of course always win your heart. Absolutely rich, creamy and delicious. My favourite will always be their OG, and strawberry. Not that the other aren't amazing, but these are just light, fluffy and perfect. Thank-you for the amazing food!

The cinnabon cheesecake was the highlight of our visit. Started off with a mango chicken avo salad which was delicious, filling and really good. The chipotle chicken pasta was also very filling and can be shared easily by two due to the very large portions at CF👏🏻

I think they’re okay if you dine in, but they do really bad with deliveries. Negatives: - the food is not delivered in the same condition that you would expect when you’re at the restaurant - the Shepherd’s pie was extremely oily. And doesn’t resemble a Shepherd’s pie. I couldn’t eat it. Positives: - the cheesecake was good.

We had two REALLY BAD TASTING PASTA for the FIRST TIME from The Cheesecake Factory at Dubai Festival City. We have been going to The Cheesecake Factory for over 4years now and this is so far our worst experience. We used to swear by the customer service of this restaurant. Alas, we were wrong. As usual we ordered our go-to-dish, which was the Spicy Chipotle pasta. Unfortunately both the pastas tasted like someone accidentally dumped the salt jar into it. We let the manager know about our issue hoping that he would immediately fix it. Instead he was acting as if its supposed to be made that way thinking that I had never tasted it before. We patiently waited for him to replace it when “we” requested it instead of him suggesting that immediately. After 20-30 mins of waiting, we got 2 other pastas as replacement. Guess what? IT TASTED like someone just added “WATER” into the previous pasta and it was still “salty”. What upset me the most was that, the manager MR. Yenni( or whatever his name is) came to our table and was questioning if there was someone amongst us who had ‘good taste buds’ That’s when we lost it and let him know that we were food bloggers and didn’t want him questioning our “taste buds” for his tasteless PASTA. We had visited CheeseCake Factory at JBR and the service provided to us by MR, Dennis was impeccable. We don’t know if it is this particular branch or it’s ignorant manager that is ruining the image of the restaurant, but either ways, we left the pasta as it is and left the place paying for it.

Best cheesecake ever!! My husband ordered this because I am not fond of regular cakes and now I love him a little more. The cream is light, crust perfect, strawberry of the best quality possible and I even got a complimentary slice of lime cheesecake. The packaging, the bday tag everything was perfect. We are making this a tradition to order birthday cakes from the Cheesecake Factory. Everyone that tasted this cake was mind blown. The size of the cake was huge as seen in the pictures. Loved it❤️

I love their wellness salad and sliders, ordered some Alfredo pasta and red sauce pasta i don’t remember the name though both were nice and in huge quantity. Their burger was so delicious and again it was huge. Their raspberry lemonade was so yummy. Coming to best part their Hersheys chocolate cheesecake is so divine. It’s our go to restaurant whenever we visit Dubai festival mall.

There was legit a hair inside their cheesecake. Look at the picture closely its stuck between the cheese. Who knows the kind of germs it contained. You guys should be sued for such contamination. Look at your prices and look at your standards. Absolutely disgusting!

The service, ambiance and food presentation, all were great. The taste not so much. Went during the afternoon so ordered lunch portions for each of these: Chicken Chipotle Pasta [AED 64] - The only dish that turned out good. A combination of penne pasta, honey glazed chicken cubes, peppers, peas and garlic in a Spicy Chipotle Parmesan Sauce, the overall dish was flavorful and delicious. Crusted Chicken Romano [AED 68] - The Breaded chicken was pretty generous in quantity, but the pasta in tomato sauce was extremely bland. A good sprinkle of salt and pepper dint help much either. Fish & Chips [AED 67] - The worst of the lot, the fish tasted of absolutely nothing. Seemed like no seasoning was used whatsoever. Pretty oily from inside too. The manager was kind enough to not charge us for the fish since it was left as it is. Again, the service and everything else was impeccable. The taste somehow went downhill. Except for the complimentary Bread Basket which was so so good!

The Cheesecake Factory is one of the popular and packed eatary in town.They are well known for their Cheesecakes & American Italian dishes.They never failed to impress us. Tempura Shrimps,Factory nachos and chicken wings are few of my favorite starters at cheesecake factory.Also loved their beet salad.From the mains i love their shepherds pie,pasta,steak etc.One thinb i hated from their menu is hibachi steak.It was below average and it was too chewy!!

First of all, the way the team inside treated us was super rude. The second thing was, the food wasn’t Good at all. The pasta was very bad, the chicken was cold. The only thing that was really good is the burger honestly I really hated my visit to this restaurant and its not as good as the other branches

We tried chicken alfredo pasta and godiva chocolate and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. The pasta was creamy, cheesy and delicious but very blande according to our tastes. The godiva cheesecake was so good that it melted in our mouths. White chocolate raspberry cheesecake was also pretty good. The only thing I hated was their service. My friend asked for warm water to drink but Mr. Prakash got us boiling hot water with a plastic straw in the glass which made us think it was warm water and we burnt out mouth. I have come to cheesecake factory plenty of times before and the food continues to be good only the service is becoming pathetic day by day. If the servers cannot manage large crowds they need to be asked to leave.

Ambience:this place is huge and very spacious.They also have a river facing seating. Food:we had a Chicken Caesar salad the quantity was very good can be shared with 2 people.The salad was so fresh and tasty. Pasta:fettuccine Alfredo was amazing it was creamy and rich this is my favourite dish over here its a must have. Pasta Napoletana is red sauce and it was good Desserts:we had godiva chocolate cake with ice cream it was good but I felt the cake should have been more decadent. Staff:very polite and courteous Service:we got our food in 20 mins

Visited this outlet where we decided to try a new pasta options apart from alfredo and chipotle pasta. We tried the bistro shrimp pasta which was pretty good and tangy in taste. I’ve always been a fan of the service and food they provide here both in terms of Quality as well as Quantity. Love their factory nachos, tried their Buffalo Blast appetizer for a change and definitely do not recommend it. It was way too oily and the dips didn’t compliment the dish too. Would be really glad if that could be improved otherwise is definitely one of my favorite restaurants.

Chocolate cake cheesecake @thecheesecakefactoryme was layers of original cheesecake, fudge cake and chocolate truffle cream with whipped cream on the side .. it was certainly very soft , heavy and rich .. tasted amazing when all the layers just melt in your mouth ! All the layers had different levels of sweetness which all integrates perfectly with one bite 😊

I'm not going back to the dfc branch as some staff are not trainef. I asked her how much will be for the modification of food that's on the kids menu and she said only maybe 2aed additions... While I was charged 15aed extra at the end. She also went for a while to bring complementary desert as she suggested... And came back saying it's not included! I found the whole dining experience unprofessional plus that the kids food are not designed to children taste.

I actually didnt enjoy my food much. I didnt like how my steak was done As I ordered medium rare but i got a well done with burned mushrooms. I didnt ask to have it change since we got our order very late like after 45mins and we were starving already. However the meat loaf was great and I just had to share with my partner’s meal. The red velvet cheesecake was great though! I would probably come back again for the Cheesecake!

We celebrated my mom’s birthday lunch in here. We had so much fun with the bday song the staffs have prepared along with the complimentary cake. The food that we ordered were all delicious! The servings though quite small yet very tasty. Every meal is well presented. The ambiance is just fine, a nice venue for family lunch & dinner. The quick service and welcoming smile of the staffs are the reason why we are surely coming back.

Servings well BIG for an average person and food rich!! Since i love bright and open spaces i do find their ambiance dim making me feel claustrophobic. But yet, just to binge once in a way on the cheesecake I put my differences aside and take the plunge.
