Went there yesterday to celebrate a family occasion as we want to eat something new...our whole experience is amazing the food is good, i ordered ribeye steak with shrimp as the meat is still tender even i requested for a well done (not like in other resto that if it is well done it gets hard). I forgot what my wife ordered but it is something in the sizzling plate...the staff said its the best seller, it is good too as i tasted also...staffs are very accomodating they are the one asking us if we want more steak sauce and more tortilla...if i can rate for 10 stars i will give them 10... looking for our next visit denny's abu dhabi mall

We went here on impulse as we were passing by and were very hungry. (Dennys Al Ghurair) Glad to say our descision was a good one. The food is awesome and the service great! Shoutout to our server, Ms. Basha, for our first experience! We will surely come back!

After living in Dubai past 5 years, I have come to realize this place has the best customer service over all places I have dined in all over the UAE. They make everyone feel like family! Even the most expensive fine dining places can't come close to their product and service. Today's meal was no exception. Everytime I go there it's like being at home. Thanks Larry and Radha. Very friendly service (especially Ms. Samita and Ms. Dixit). Food was good too, with quick service. Portion sizes were big! Had the Lumberjack Slam and the Grand Slam Slugger for brunch. Ordered the Vanilla Shake and was served extra as a surprise :) Our first time was great, so will come again.
I need to mention Dikshitha for her excellent service and her approach to customer was pretty good and will come back

Went there to try their breakfast, I liked their food however it is little bit expensive without zomato pro, staff are very kind especially Angela, she was very supportive and caring.
Really good portion, French toasts are huge and amazing 😍+ their bottomless coffee 😋 Angel was great at assisting and service !

Dennys Al Ghurair is such a homey place to be. Last Monday morning I had an exemplary breakfast service because of Angel. She is really approachable and suggestive of what to eat. Went to Denny’s the other day and I thought it would be nice to post a review about this restaurant as they deserved to be known. I ordered breakfast menu since one of my friend told me they have nice selection of breakfast. Food was good, portion was also generous. The ice tea is refillable and hint hint, peach is tea is best! Server were attentive to help us to order the food, friendly manner and have excellent communication skill. We really enjoyed our breakfast at Denny’s. Thank you for having us!

Had a heavy English breakfast there one Friday morning and honestly it was the best I’ve ever had! I usually go around hoping for the sausages to not be too burnt or the bacon too salty. Here, it was all too perfect and what a great day it was!
I’m a vegetarian yet in love with this place. I eat egg to definitely shakshuka has to be on the top of my order. Apart from it you may try there huge yet fluffiest pancakes. My husband loves their turkey sandwiches. Ambience is great and staff is very polite and quick at service. I highly recommend it.
I never had regrets dining in Denny’s. The food is excellent and I feel I’m at my own home,very comfortable being assisted by MISS MYAT. Excellent Customer service has always been served with an amazing meal. No doubt this is my favorite restaurant in Dubai. Thank u❤️ 10/10

Amazing food and brilliant service. Myat was very friendly. She explained us how to order over the smartphone to avoid touching the menu and explained the menu too. The meals are good in quantity and taste. I am trying their breakfast options next time. Keep up the good work, guys.

Sourdough bread was nice with scrambled eggs.
Overall the experience was good and the food was tasty! Worth if you have Zomato Gold memberships as there is 1 + 1 on food.

We chose Denny's at Ghurair as our first outing with the kid after the Covid-19 restrictions eased and children were allowed at malls. Ghurair mall allowed us in without any issues and we had called Denny's in advance to confirm if children were allowed. The person on the phone asked the age and confirmed it was okay, however, upon arrival there was a bit of confusion and the staff said the kid was not allowed. We were a bit disappointed and clarified that someone on the phone said it was allowed so they checked with their manager and allowed us to sit at a corner table. So after all the confusion I'm glad they let us dine in 😅. All the staff was wearing masks and gloves and assured us that our seating is completely sanitized. The rest of the tables were well spaced out as well and some were private cabins so that works well in terms of social distancing. You had to scan a QR code on the table to quickly access the menu on your phone to reduce touch points which is also a good step.
I ordered the Tiramisu pancakes with eggs, sausages and hash browns. My little one is allergic to dairy so I informed the waiter and he was able to confirm that the sausages are made with margarine so I'm glad that was safe for my son and he really enjoyed them.
The Tiramisu pancakes were good until I reached the center and found the sugar crust a bit too much. Perhaps that can be reduced because otherwise the icecream and pancake was really nice. I found the place good value for money but would have to clarify properly in advance if my kid is allowed to dine-in :)
Amazing food and excellent service by server Mr. Franz. Loved the steak and the flavor of the Garlic peppercorn sirloin steak. Much better than some of the other places who offer steak. The Gold offer is great value for money as well to dine here everytime.

The food like always was absolutely amazingly delicious. The pancakes are so soft that they will dissolve in your mouth. The eggs, hash browns, sausages and bacon were just perfect. Our server Franz catered to us very professional and friendly. Thank you Franz for the amazing service.

I always love the food at Dennys the salted caramel pancakes are my absolute favourite. It would be great if ur minimum order is 45 instead of 50 for delivery because to get it to 50 one has to add on some thing extra and I feel one item on the menu is more than enough for one person, then either you don't order or its a waste of food. By far one of the best places to enjoy dining out in. Both the salmon Grill and the steak was an absolute pleasure to consume, which they also provide with additional add ons. Really yummy food and pretty good service as well. Zomato Gold is also very beneficial to this place, food is on the pricy side but it surely deliveries in quality. Highly recommended
