As the starters they gave us a bag of peanuts with bread and the dipping sauce. The dipping tasted like lotus with was bad and the bread was doughy. The steak was okay. The smoked buffalo wings was terrible and when they say that it comes with celery they only give you 5 pieces of celery. The service was really really slow and bad.

I personally love this place. I like my filet which comes in 3 sizes depending on your appetite. The steaks come with your choice of sauces and 2 sides. I enjoy the Caesar salad which is always cold and crisp. The place is spacious with an outdoor option overlooking the Dubai fountains. Prices are reasonable compared to other steak places.

I've always been a fan of Texas Roadhouse, they never disappoint. Their complimentary bread is enough reason for me to go there but apart from that their food is brilliant. Usually I go for their steaks with house salad and another side, and everytime im served with really good quality meat, grilled to my exact taste. On my recent trip to the Dubai Mall outlet I tried their burger for the first time, and once again, they impressed me. The size of the burger is huge, the toppings were rightfully chosen and the taste was pretty good as well. Other than the food, the vibe is brilliant, the staff has always been very welcoming and helpful and the ambience is perfect. Always been a loyal customer to Texas Roadhouse and can't wait to go there again

this Texas Roadhouse at Dubai Mall is no exception. Almost every main dish comes with 2 sides (too many choices to choose from), not like the usual non-American eateries in town. My friend and I ordered a tenderloin steak (asked for medium to medium-well and was brought exactly that !!), and chicken w mushroom sauce. Both were excellently prepared and cooked as well as tasted. Of course with 4 sides and the bucket of peanuts in shells and the biscuit breads with the cinnamon butter (both are signature appetizers and palate teasers and free), we were full maybe for 2 days. We had enough room for only a cup of coffee to help us drive home while awake. The service was just as good. Everything we needed was provided without asking !!!! What a restaurant and what a feast. God bless. Sorry no pix since you must see and taste to know and enjoy!!!

Long wait, but probably the most reasonably priced steakhouse in Dubai. I’ve eaten at various Texas Steakhouses in Dubai (and Abu Dhabi). I have found their qualities to be consistent. During busy times, expect there to be a 30 minute waiting time for seating (especially in the Dubai Mall location). The good: Price: Texas Roadhouse is one of those franchises which does not have “Dubai Tax” which other franchises have adopted in their transatlantic trip, I.e., expect to pay basically the same as in the US, which translates to super value especially in the Dubai context. Food: good cuts, probably locally sourced. This is not a Wagyu joint, but in terms of wholesome steak, it’s on par with places in Dubai multiples higher in price. 2 of my favorites apart from their steak: the Caesar salad, and those (free!) warm bread rolls with cinnamon butter. Superlatives don’t do that bread justice. Drinks and other items: drinks are good, with good mixtures of mocktails. I feel the non-steak items are perhaps not that special, but my experience has always been limited to the steak menu. Ambiance: good and casual. Not that I care too much. I just go there for the food Uniformity: Their food quality, menu and services are uniform across all branches.

If I was asked to give a rating for this restaurant two year ago, I would gave it 6 out of 5. Unfortunately, I could not find zero stars to give now as the minimum rate is 1. The restaurant kept its shape from the outside but the quality and quantity of food is getting less and less. Adding to that a careless attention from the restaurant supervisors to our complaints which indicate that complaints became a common daily issues and that the customers satisfaction became a minor issue on the list of the restaurant priorities. My recent visit on Sunday will be the last as enough is enough. We paid around 640AED for 4 meals that most of it were left on their plates as the meals were not fresh and over cooked in a bad way. We called the supervisor to change one of the meals and he came back with another one (or the same?) with the same bad quality and I asked him to try to eat it to check how bad it is and he refused!!! and he said he cannot do anything else and he did not even offer to cancel the meal as any decent restaurant usually do. Farewell Texas Roadhouse.

Got the Smothered chicken and Smokehouse burger. Burger was awesome, perfectly well-done with good amount of crispy fries. Smothered chicken was decent with good portion of coleslaw and gravy mash potatoes. Although unfortunately Cesar salad as a side was finished, it would have gone well with this dish. Everything is excellent about this place! I have been enjoying their lunch deals. 59 aed for a sirloin steak, a side, and a drink is a truly great deal. We were with a group visiting this fabulous city when one of our friend had to have fries and and an American burger. We walk in and the the servers are line dancing....just like we do in Texas...we felt right at home. The burgers were very good and they kept our tea glasses full. I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse many several times over the past few years. It’s a nice and cozy place. My favorite dish is the Country Fried Chicken. A very simple yet amazingly delicious dish!! The white sauce is just astonishing. Love the service & the friendliness of the staff as well. As a British tourist, we found it extremely difficult to find somewhere to eat that was not oriental or Lebanese food. We searched places online and came across this place in the mall. The steak was favourable similar to that of a British restaurant called miller and carters in the UK. The waiters and waitresses could not of been more helpful. I love the complementary buns from Texas Road House - they are freshly baked and are so so soft. The softest and yummiest bread I have eaten so far. They serve it with the cinnamon butter as an appetizer. Nothing can beat that! Oh and they also provide a bucket of peanuts to munch while the main course is served 😀 When it comes to main course I always go for my favorite dish " grilled chicken and mushroom". This is the best option if you don't like dry food. The chicken is grilled to perfection and smothered in mushroom sauce with some grated Parmesan cheese that makes it super delicious.

This was my first time here. As a burger fanatic, ordered the Smokehouse burger. The burger was huge, and the beef and the mushrooms were cooked well. With each bite you hear a crunch in your mouth, from the toasted lower bun. Wanted to order starters and a dessert, but couldn’t because we were so full. Staff was really friendly, and there wasn’t anything that went wrong in service. Orders were taken fast and gosh that bread was so soft and buttered! Everyone should try it, along with that spread that they give. It is heaven! Price was a little steep, but the sheer size of the thing justified it. Also, their interiors were very well laid out and gave me a very Texan American vibe. Would surely come back in here.

The combo appetizer was a disappointment, we ordered potato skins, rattle snake bites and boneless wings. It was extremely oily and heavy. Service was good and opt. This outlet of Texas Roadhouse is probably their busiest in Dubai but they keep up their quality of service as well as food as good as the other outlets. The ribs in bbq sauce the all time favorite wassuper soft and well marinated just the way it should be. The chilli soup served as the side was tangy and spicy, super good. The sirloin stake with veggies on the side for some reason did not taste as good as it usually does. The best part about Texas Roadhouse is of course the mean freashly baked bread and cinnamon butter they serve on the house. Highly recommended!

Their service and food is top class for sure. However, hygiene is a pressing concern for me. I was sitting outside and they had their bucket of peanuts out in the open as usual, there were literally birds sitting INSIDE the buckets and nibbling on the peanuts on the table in front of me. Made me wonder if they did the same with my table’s bucket too, and I even had a few of them! Not feeling too well right now and I wonder if it’s because of that. Not very satisfying!! I understand that birds are part of nature and they can’t exactly control them from coming, however, they could stop putting peanuts on their tables if there are no customers sitting outside to begin with!!
