المطعم واقع على طريق الشيخ زايد باتجاه ديرة دبي على مقربة من محطة ميترو المركز المالي . متخصص في اللكلات المصريه وجبة الكشري كانت لذيذة الا ان الاطباق الاخرة كالفطير على سبيل المثال لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع المكان لطيف والديكورات المستخدمة والعبارات اللطيفة والامثال الشعبيه تغطي الجدران تعطي رونقا خاص للمكان الاسعار والخدمة جيدة ... سأكرر الزيارة فقط لتناول الكشري

A decent place to be with your family to enjoy lebanese food. I have visited their Ibn e batuta branch. We ordered chicken wraps, falafel and fattoush. The quantitiy was good enough, served fresh and hot plus service was very good. The staff was very friendly too. I recommend this place!!

Chill place to eat with family. The decor is very colorful. Servers were very helpful but not upto the mark. Staff looks tired and overworked. We liked the ambience and seating arrangements. Ordered the beef tenderloin, chicken and mince fatteh, kofta & egg plant, meat hamoos and chicken shawarma wraps. Will visit again to try the other dishes on the menu.

Great food, great staff, wonderful atmosphere, and a great experience. The Falafel in Lebanese Bread was AMAZINNNG, and don't even get us started on the fries because they are literally the best in the city. We also couldn't get enough of the Alayet Tomato. The Shawarma plate was okay. It was good, but not the best we ever had. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be visiting again!

This is an amazing place where you can start your day with. I love breakfast & I love it more dining in this restaurant. Starting from cozy atmosphere & excellent decor of our Deep Arabic Routs to the amazing fresh yummy & original taste, like no where else. They are generous in the value & amount of their dishes. You can really share one person meal. Place full of energy that definitely will turn on your mood. The staff of this beach were amazing, I can’t recall their names but I have special thanks to the Filipino staff male who assisted me through my dining today morning. He was excellent in all the ways.

We went to Zaroop with our friends. We enjoyed dining. Food was very tasty and staff were very cooperative. It was my friend birthday and they gave us complementary dessert. I would visit again and will surely recommend this place to all meat lovers. Their wraps were really delicious.

Visited this restaurant last day. Outdoor area was closed. Went up stairs for dining. Waiters too busy serving the customers. Not giving eye contact even. We went and settled at a corner seat. Had to wave twice to get the attention of the waiter. Finally placed the order. In abiut 10 minutes, food was delivered to our table which was unfortunately not ours. It seemed to be the order of the day as tge waiters kept kn confusing not only our orders but others as well. Just 2 guys to manage decent crowd and they were literally struggling. Now coming to the food, it was really good. We had ordered fateh meat, kofta wrap and cheese and minced meat fateer. All tasted really good, however came the spoil sport in the form of a small stone in fateh meat. Raised the issue to the waiter who promptly informed the chef. Chef came to apologize and offered complementary desserts for children or to replace the dish with anything we liked. We politely refused his offer because of the fact that the food was good and didn't want to wait any longer for the next one. Another thing we noticed was that the glasses were not clean. All in all a mixed feeling.

Food is really good but recently they started using Careem for delivery. Over 90 minutes after ordering food still hadn't arrived so ultimately cancelled the order. Terrible service - when I called the staff, they told me that they would call me back, but I got no feedback

Visited this place for a quick bite along with my boss. This restaurant is almost always crowded and that speaks volumes about its food, value and ambience. Great place to hangout with friends, family or just to grab a quick bite. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous . Would recommend trying their Shawerma, Fattoush, falafel sandwich and Cheese and minced meat fateer. Quick service and good portions of food complimented by great price make this place a must visit. Go for it !!

This particular food is called Balila. Which was supposed to be seasoned with cumin, chilli, olive oil and garlic. And I received just plain boiled chickpeas without any flavour but a lime piece on top of it. This is not acceptable at alllllll. This is not as served as per described in the menu.

The food is amazing! Best falafel I've found in Dubai. Look for the manager Ahmed Yahya. He takes really good care of customers and knows the menu well to make suggestions. With him and his supervision we are never disappointed. A must try!

The Saj shawarma was too try as an entire wrap and the chicken was also very dry. The minced meat and cheese fateer did not have enough stuffing whatsoever ever, I could barely taste the cheese and the amount of meat in it was too little

Hi, just wanted to share my experience as a customer. Today I ordered via phone to pick up from the shk Zayed branch and arrived there at 8.15pm (order under the name of Punjabi) I waited almost an hour to get my good because there was confusion about my order. I did ask a few times if you had received my order but there wasn't a sure answer and I was asked to wait and that my order would be ready. I was offered a cheesecake type dessert complimentary for the wait. I appreciate the gesture and also recognise the efforts by the kitchen manager and service manager but 2 things to note: 1. The staff at the payment counter was not confident to handle customers and was not giving me any info about my order because she didn't know about it. She should have followed up to find out. 2. The complimentary dessert I got turned out to be spoilt. So had to throw it out anyway. Please check this to avoid anybody getting sick. Best wishes and stay safe

Must Try: The Zaroobian Zaroob is so well known and close to our hearts (and tummies) that it requires no introduction. With multiple branches around Dubai, we are spoilt for choice when it comes to dine-in and delivery. We started off with the Chicken Shawarma Hummus which is a meal by itself. The shredded chicken shawarma is well seasoned and is a great alternative to the classic shawarma. No Middle Eastern meal is complete without Fattoush, the salad was refreshing as always and the pomegranate sauce was tangy and delicious. For the beverages, we tried the Zaroobian and it lives up to its description which is, 'built to impress'. It is a fruit cocktail with slices of fruits and its surprisingly quite filling. The servers are polite and the price range is fair. Zaroob is your ideal place to visit when you are craving for delicious comfort food.

I placed an online order through Zomato and my order was received after 2 hours instead of 45mins and 4:25 am when the roads are clear.When the restaurant was contacted every time they said the same thing they will contact the delivery boy and get back to me and for 1 hour and 15 mins the delivery boy was on the way whereas my place is 10 mins away from the restaurant. After finally receiving the food I was really disappointed with taste and Texture of the food it was not hot and had really gotten soggy which really disrupted my appetite. I have eaten at the restaurant before that’s not how the wrap tasted in fact it’s my favorite thing to have there. The hummus that was delivered had more chick peas than the paste and this was the first time I saw something like that. Overall would never recommend to online order from Zaroob instead visit them and have a better experience.
