اطباق تركية بما تعنيه الكلمة. المطعم يقدم قائمة الطعام لوجبة الافطار والغداء والعشاء. تم تجربة لحم بالعجين و سبانخ بالجبنة تفوق التصور. والشكر للاخ محمد على تقديمه قائمة الطعام بشكل بسيط.

المطعم لذيذ ونظيف يوجد جلسات خارجية وداخلية مرتبة وجميلة . جربنا المشاوي المشكلة وعلي باشا والكباب والنقت . العصائر كذلك جودتها ممتازة

تقريباً افضل مطعم تركي في دبي العادة يكون مزدحم في نهاية الأسبوع. للإفطار تعال من وقت😜 الغداء او العشاء أحجز 😂 الخدمة ممتازة. لكن انصح انك تطلب السيارة مع الشاي. لأنهم يتأخرون ! جودة الطعام ممتازة. الأسعار مرتفعة قليلاً. لكن الاكل يستاهل. Probably the best Turkish food in town. Tried breakfast and lunch. Both with very good food quality. Good portions. Excellent service by most of the staff. Some delay in bringing the car, I recommend u ask for the car and tea/ bill at same time 😜. Prices are a bit on the high side but I would say it is almost worth it.

The restaurant is very fancy it has different types of meals for breakfast lunch and dinner also different sweets and drinks. The prices are good The waitress are so helpful and polite.. I really recommended for a meal with family or friends..

گ مكان مستهلك جداً .. للأمانة ما انصح فيه طلبي كان مشكل مشاوي ومقبلات وسلطة وبرغر و الاغرب اني طلبت ورق عنب وطعمه حالي والجودة بعيدة جداً عن المطبخ التركي ؟؟؟؟؟ الأكل في مجمله بايت وما فيه الا انا وعائلتي و واحد مع زوجته وقطو يطالع ولا فكر يجي شكله عارف ان الاكل بايت 🤢 تجربة سيئة جداً لزيارتي لدبي 😔

A little worn down, ambience upstairs is not that great. Pastrami pide was hands down the best dish we tried here. Adana and chicken variety are a safe bet. Lamb cubes and kofta that came with the mix grill were a miss. The chef’s special some Anatolian kebab are also not worth mentioning. We tried kunafa and baklava and both were up to our liking.

Love this Turkish place for breakfast. Two favourites are the honeycomb bal kaymak and the egg dish yumurtali pide. Relaxed atmosphere to be with friends as well. Service by Kumar was great. Also noticed they have set the tables even further apart than last month.

Great breakfast. Always here for the bal and kaymak. And you get complimentary Turkish tea with every visit. Great service and friendly staff. I love it so much, I’m here almost once a month.

Honestly as a 4.6 rated place we decided to go. The food and taste was lacking. The taboule salad looked lackluster. Food was good but not great. The texture of the Bulger was a but overcooked. Not as fresh as expected. Overall ambience was nice. Service excellent however they could do better w the food.

The food is really amazing. We’ve come here a couple of times, and every time, we are so pleased with the food. Delicious and worth coming back again and again. The service is also great . Thanks to Jomz for his great help today.

Favorite Turkish restaurant in Dubai.

Extremely disappointed with this dish. As I paid 250 only for a simple mixed grill dish, I expected better quality, not what was given to me that is clearly totally burnt! <br/>

The Turkish Breakfast is always amazing here. Our server Jomz took good care of us and made sure we were enjoying our time. He was also quite knowledgeable with the menu, the customer service provided by him was top notch.<br/>I always enjoy the food at Kaftan and its one of the best Turkish restaurants in Dubai.

Best Turkish place I’ve tried. The food is absolutely delicious (highly recommend for breakfast) - the kaymak, menemen and tire kofte are musts. <br/>The staff is amazing as well. Very courteous. Jomz also made great recommendations and was absolutely lovely. <br/><br/>Highly recommend this place.

Staff are approachable and friendly.. @ bardex very good waiter and courteous.. he will assist u properly and entertain u with his great food presentation.

Breakfast portions are very small, not enough not even for a person. Doesnt have even an egg. 2 small cucumber, 2 small cheese.. it's over over priced for nothing. Definetely will not come back.

Ac not working in August, upstairs seating is not available, very very overpriced, small portions, card machine is not working. I didnt like anything in the restaurant.

Great atmosphere and very nice breakfast, suitable for Turkish food lovers

We visited the restaurant tonight with excitement having read some reviews and been here before with work colleagues some time back. Tonight I took my wife who was very eager to try this place as she loves Turkish food. But man, what a disappointment. You think about those experiences when you decide to have a night out and all you want is to experience good hospitality with great food and tonight certainly wasn’t.<br/><br/>We ordered the seabass between me and my wife. Now, having had plenty of seabass before I know it doesn’t come completely without bones. However, when discussing this option with the waiter, he confidently offered a boneless or with bones option. I selected boneless. To my suprise, when I got the seabass it was full of bones. The seabass came in 2pcs, and although I tried one side od the seabass, I told the waiter it has too many bones and I thought it was suppose to be boneless. The waiter had no clue how to deal with the situation and instead took my plate with the half eaten seabass that I tried and the uneaten peice to the kitchen. To any normal customer I was under the impression they would replace the dish as new but no, the waiter just attempted to take the bones out of the uneaten fish himself and chucked the other away. So essentially we ate and paid for half a seabass meal. <br/><br/>When the manager came I explained the situation and advised I wasn’t prepared to pay in full for the seabass that only came in 1 pc. He couldn’t understand simply that the waiter did not manage my expectations as a customer and how could I possibly pay in full 1pc of fish which wasn’t a whole dish. In the end after much deliberation, I said just drinks off the bill which he finally agreed to. Totally runied the night for me and my wife. <br/><br/>Why don’t these restaurant understand good customer service! Because of 40-50dhs or so (or offering a free desert or something as a way of apologising for the miscommunication) they have lost returning customers in us, and much more money in the long run. They Simply don’t get it.<br/><br/>Save yourself the bother with the average food served here, and get yourself to Sultan Iskendar just up the road. Much much better.

The eggs were delicious and would definitely come again for those. The egg plant with lamb was also delicious. We also ordered lamb neck which was great quality meat. My only comment is it became a bit too much meat as they do not have a yeast free option for bread. Perhaps an option for quinoa to go along would be nice.<br/><br/>As for value for money- honestly it was ok but we used zomato gold and the total came to 160 aed for two.<br/><br/>The service was excellent and was served by Mohammed.

Went there for lunch with the company.<br/>Many things werent available on the menu, and the place didnt have many turkish vibes to it .<br/>Rather on the expensive end i would say , Food portions were decent , but not something to crave .<br/>The Mixed Grill was good in Quality and Quantity , but eventually the whole experience wasnt something matching the bill .<br/><br/>Not encouraged for a revisit.

We visited on a Friday for late breakfast. Luckily we called in advance and they kept us a table upstairs as the place was full, although a good distance is maintained between tables. It was a little warm (AC doesn't cool so well) but they had warned us on the phone so it was fine. Without hesitation, this was probably the best service we've had since we are in the UAE (3 years). All food literally was served within 5 minutes despite the busy hour, waiters kept filling our glasses with water and the complementary Turkish tea, which was so good - I probably drank half a liter of it! My potato omelette was ok, not super tasty but the halloumi was yummy. Husband got the full Turkish breakfast which seemed a little small for the price but in the end he was full. Overall food is ok (maybe we didn’t choose the best items) and a little overpriced, however I would go back just for the impeccable service!

It was alright. Not worth it at all. The tire Kofte and desert was something that I was really looking forward for. Desserts were good, not great. And the tire Kofte was pretty average. Rest were alright. The kebab platter was nice and the zirh beyti was good too! But Idk if it was worth it for the price and quantity. Not sure if I would visit again but I would definitely want to try their Turkish breakfast since that’s what they are known for. So yeah. Overall rating 7/10

I have one weakness - Turkish food! And this place is very dangerous, it is not possible to stop! - because the best Turkish breakfasts are served here in Dubai! <br/>The service is also great, I even start to look around, hoping to see Bosphorus!

We recently visited this place, located right opposite Wild Wadi.<br/><br/>Service: It was top class service levels inspite of friday evening peak dinner time. <br/><br/>Highs: 5-star decor & food<br/><br/>Lows: expensive place..<br/><br/>Verdict: It's easy to see why the rich and famous of Dubai frequently visit Kaftan: it's grandiose interiors paired with quality, classic Turkish food made from mostly organic ingredients make it a must-visit!

The best lahmacun i have had in a very very long time. I have heard a lot about this restaurant and wanted to try it when i was at La Mer. Unfortunately the La Mer branch was closed. So tried this branch and it was great. The service was excellent and the food yummy. The best Turkish cuisine in dubai

We tried this restaurent on the first day of the year celebrating my aunt’s birthday who’s a big fan of the Turkish cuisine. All the mezze sharing dishes was good but the main course was excellent, the portions are very big and we made a mistake to order one dish per person. The restaurant was full but the service remained good, fast and friendly waiters<br/>The reasons I didn’t give the restaurant 5 stars first the waiter didn’t mention at any point the dishes were too big and that we can share so unfortunately there was a lot of waste, second the amount of flies during the meal.

I liked Ali Nazik a lot. Kuzu şiş and Adana Kebap was just decent. Will try more dishes and update my review if sth changes. For now 3 stars.

Nice location with a view of Burj al Arab. The staffs are really nice and the service time is reasonable. The free black tea is unlimited as you enjoy your meal. I loved the breakfast however the flies were a little annoying.

One of the biggest disappointment I had in Dubai. I went there today with my family and we could not eat due to the amount of flies they have. We ordered 5 appetizers and 2 main courses. When eating the appetizers we said that the meat should be the reason behind the high rate, unfortunately it was also a big disappointment even though both main courses were recommended by the waiter. It is very much not recommended.

This is my second review here and this place is so good that it deserves to have one. I can’t express how good this place is.. from staff to food to ambience to prices and portions. Abou was taking care of us and I haven’t seen a better customer service personnel in my life. Genuine smile, proper serving etiquettes. Silvery at its finest. Everything was perfect. We had our wedding anniversary dinner and recommend it for anyone who is planning for it. Staff was very courteous and Limbu took great care of us during whole dinner.

Oh my goodness what a treat! We went for a late snack and tea and we loved it. The outside seating area is beautiful with the greenery hung from the ceiling. We kept things simple with a sujuk that came in the most delicious buttery sauce and a lahmacun. We had to try the pistachio and cream simit for dessert and luckily since it was emirati women’s day, we also got a lovely kunefe to celebrate. And of course endless turkish tea. 🥰🥰😋😋😋😋 lovely experience.

One of the best places in Dubai! Amazing view, very friendly and helpful staff. Food was fantastic, to say the least.. especially, authentic Turkish desserts, which succulent! Will definitely visit this great restaurant again soon! 👍🏼
