طلبت بالهاتف وكانت الطلبية ناقصة من الموظفة اللي كانت تاخذ الطلبيه، السلطة المهمة لي زوجتي. سيئ مش مثل قبل ومذاق الشوارما لحم سيء الثلاثة اللي طلبتهن والفلافل اللي كان يشتهر فيها بعد سيئ ولا له مذاق.والعصير الكوكتيل الطازج بعد كان غير مقبول طعمه مثل العصائر المعلبه. بس الكباب كان مقبول منه اما الطامه الكبرى وكأنه موظف المحاسب يعرف انه الآكل سيئ وكان يلزمني اني ادفع عشان اتورط في الاكل وكرر عليه اني ادفع مع انه قلت له وين الطلبيه اللي وصيتك عليها من عشرين دقيقة قال لي ادفع واجمع لك الطلبية مع اني قلت له اريد أتأكد من الطلبية وكان يتعامل معي بسوء خدمة غير محبب لي واجهة المطعم. المطعم والموظفين فيه عشوائيه في خدمة الناس والموظفين والمحل غير متجدد وحتى الملابس غير موحده. انا كنت من اكثر طلبياتي في دبي من هذا المطعم ومطعم كباب بحريني والمحارة البحر وخفايف بس بعد اليوم لا اريد اكل من هذا المطعم.

Shawarma combo is sooooo small. Although they’re 2 sandwiches but the portions are literally tiny. It also says on zomato that it comes with french fries but that didn’t happen. So basically they’re overpriced for what they have to offer. The food tasted nice though so 🤷🏻‍♀️

One late evening I visited this place for having fresh beverage. I ordered watermelon juice, pomegranate juice and falafel. The falafel balls were oily and not hot and all of it was expensive too. Quiet disappointed for the rating it has !!

Ordered 2 meat shawarma and 1 chicken shawarma. The bread was stale, the meat was old, the vegetables were rotten. I was a regular customer of al Mallah but now never again will I visit/order. If I could rate a 0, I would. Horrendous.

Went there for a laid back Eid day 3 but to our disappointment this is not the Mallah we would find ourselves reminiscent about. The prices have gone over the roof - the 5dhs manakeesh has jumped to 10dhs leaving us disheartened. And the fresh juices we once loved are now nothing but overpriced scams with frozen fruits and almost packaged tasting juices. We ordered the 14dhs cheese manakeesh and honestly it tasted really good (the only thing worth buying here). For drinks we ordered: Chubby melon (mango+melon+ice-cream) - honestly it tasted like the igloo duet mango ice cream if you've tried that. It was not that good. Slyly they only put melon pieces of fruit and no mango 🙄 along with some tetra pack mango juice Tahiti - exactly like almarai packaged strawberry juice with frozen strawberries. 🙄 If you're here just order the Manakeesh which honestly makes you come back. ONLY THE MANAKEESH!!!

Food was delivered after 1 hour and 15 mins from order. Called the number more than 4 times and the line is cut which was provided at Zomato, had to look and google for the restaurant correct phone number and again the call center of the restaurant did not pick the phone only on my 5th call. I would rate the place 0 because it showed on the app it was on rout then it said delivered and they told me that the ordered didn’t go throw to the kitchen after answer on my phone after 1 hour of wait. Would not order from them anymore

A nice place in Satwa .. big outdoor seating and best place for evening outdoor eating or in cool weather.. ordered French fries , falafel , fattouche salad and cheese and Zaatar manakesh,, fresh preparation but fries were without salt and bread was packed ( we expected freshly baked bread) .. cheese and Zaatar was nice and freshly baked and food was enough for 4 of us adults.. only they have average service and staff sometimes does not understand English which can be difficult sometime. Good budget place to enjoy fresh food and cocktail juice..

Ordered rice extra 10aed and my order came without rice. Lamb chops were flavorless and hard, and dry 🤦🏽‍♀️. Fries were oily All cooked with same old oil.. 😳 Tasted better falafel too. Really disappointed.

Al Mallah is a great classic for any one who is longing for good and affordable Lebanese food. They have spicy and tangy shawarmas which I've been looking enjoying since the past 10 years and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. They also have filling cheese and zaatar manakish. They felafels are crispy and they come with tahina sauce. They're just so fresh and so good. Their humous is creamy and rich. A great tourist spot for authentic Lebanese treats

Since they have an outdoor sitting, there can be some cockroaches that might pay you a visit while you enjoy your food. If you get your food for takeaway, they might forget to give you what you ordered because sometimes they are very busy and understaffed. The food is good, falafel quality is very fresh and tasty and their cheese zatar manakesh is very juicy and crispy. However they do not serve fresh bread with the meal, at the venue and usually the outsourced bread is hard or stale.

Delivery took way more than expected. Got a call asking for my location 2 minutes before expected delivery. Still, was hopeful for the food but was heavily disappointed. Ordered mixed grill and grilled chicken platters and both sides were in small quantities. The chicken and meat was overcooked and seemed old and reheated. The grilled chicken was rubbery. The fries were either overdone or underdone and soggy. The salad seemed to have no life in it. The experience seemed overpriced for reheated food. The positive is that the chili paste was nice and added a nice flavor to the meat.

Order Chicken Shawarma Combo meal ....it was just pathetic ....so dry that it was impossible to eat. Pita bread was grilled to the core that is it was so hard that you couldn't bite it as well chicken also....this was my favourite joint but now I will never order and even request Zomatians not to order during this crisis time as I think there food quality is become worst....so please avoid it.

Falafel sandwich was good. The individual falafel pcs. should have been packed properly because when they were delivered the paper bag was soaking with oil. Not good for hygiene. I also received only one yogurt for 10 pcs of falafel; its not enough. More room for improvement next time guys.

Truly appreciated the service/delivery. Taste of the kebabs are fine, tender and it’s not dry. Servings is good, however my main concern is the salad included in my order is totally less (it feels like trying to fill the space only). Surprisingly it includes drink when i got my order. Cheese manakeesh is good too. Service- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taste - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amount of serving - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price - ⭐️⭐️ (a little expensive base on the food i had) Hoping there’s option for kebabs meal either rice or bread🤭😉. I have had heard about their shawarma is the best in Dubai, so I decided to give a try. Firstly the staff itself seems rude talk maybe he is not respectful to non Arabs because I am not an Arab and guy making shawarma was chit chatting with his colleague whilst I was waiting there for 10 mins and he later serverd me the shawarma that was already been made few hours back which tasted so dry and the bread was like rusk hard.

A simple shawarma would suffice to rate a restaurant. I happened to order a shawarma the other day with my wife from Al Mallah Cafeteria in Diyafah Street. I still cannot properly explain how pathetic it was!! I can though say that it was the worst shawarma I have ever had in Dubai. How can a shawarma taste totally sour!!! and that's not the sad part. Most shawarma available in Dubai or Sharjah are normally priced around AED 5.5/6 max. We had to pay AED 9 for such a pathetic excuse of a shawarma!!

A popular franchise in the UAE that is best known for their Shawarmas and Lebanese food for decades now. We ordered a few platters from here, including the meat platter and falafels, and quite enjoyed it. The quality of food, however, seem to have deteriorated from what they used to serve back in the days, but regardless this cafeteria is always crowded with people. I wouldn’t say their prices are cheap but they are affordable and worth ordering from if you happen to be in the area.

Every time i go to pick up some food and ask for fresh food dated today i always get food with no date labels with the server quoting “oh it was made fresh, so fresh theres no label.” I think this is against municipality rules and i cant be sure anymore about the quality. How can I complain that the hummus is stale when there is no date to prove it! The management needs to fix this. This was a really good restaurant back in the day (been eating here since 2006).

Al Mallah is one of the most recognizable eateries on Dhiyafah Road (now 2nd December). It’s a well-known Lebanese street food franchise now with branches across town but this is the one which made it famous. I have been coming here since I lived on the flag end of Dhiyafah Road. I can’t believe how/why I haven’t yet reviewed it. Surprisingly, not much on the outside has changed – same green on white sign, same shawarma spits, same falafel frying peep show, same outside (literally on the pavement) dining area which is perfect at this time of year. The interior has changed. If I’m not mistaken, they’ve split the interior – one half is still the restaurant, but the other half is now the Al Mallah Café. Or maybe it was always like this and I simply didn’t pay attention.

This place is my childhood favorite and go-to for a midnight snack. However, do not ever try to order from Al Mallah on zomato... this is not the first time they took 2 hours to deliver a sandwich and cocktail. But the worst part is the person attending to our calls simply not being honest about when the order was ready or dispatched. It got to a point where we had the Zomato rider standing in front of us showing the time stamp when he picked up the order, 25 min. earlier, and we got the same attendant at the restaurant on the phone casually saying, “yes yes it was dispatched over an hour ago...” the only thing worse than that was eating a stone cold shawarma and hot cocktail because it was too late to order from anywhere else and food is food...

I have been going to Al Mallah since childhood, but food is never the same. It's a hit and miss. On rare occasions they make lovely Cheese and Zaatar Mashrooha and Falafel sandwiches. Depends on the mood of the chef. Their grills are not worth a penny.

Friendly and welcoming cafe lounge serving arabic dishes with indoor sports tv, shisha and good coffee. Nice covered outside seating area and efficient service. Traditional ambience that’s always got guests seated inside and outdoors. The waiters are keen to serve and it’s not an expensive place to stop off for a quick bite and to relax in front of their TVs 👍👍

This place serves the best Cheese Manakish in the UAE, hands down. I have tried so many different bakeries in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and no one comes close to Al Mallah. Absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared and baked cheese and dough, not too oily or too heavy. The trick is to eat it while its still hot, either in the restaurant or in your parked car nearby. Their zaatar manakish is also very tasty and recommended. I also recommend their Chicken Shawarma, fantastic and very tasty. Not too oily either. This place is legendary in Dubai, and with reasonable prices. I have been coming here since I was a kid and quality is still as good as always. A must try!

This is by far the beat Arabic/Lebanese cafeteria which is really well maintained. The most go to item on the menu for me is the Chicken Sarookh, chicken shawarma plate, chicken shawarma and the classic, Platene juice. It is not a swanky place but, it just has good food and portion sizes. Price? I'd say it's a value for money. I love this place a lot and I have been here ever since I was a little kid. Favorite place for shawarma and felafil since decades. Have grown up eating here. It's our go-to place for best Lebanese food, and also for quick meals, late night snacks, light dinners. They have quick service. Very friendly staff. Good seating. Their outdoor seating is best during winter months. Food has been consistent for years in terms of taste, presentation, & portions. They have a good variety and options for sandwiches, my favorite being the chicken liver and chicken & mushroom sandwich. It is made in samoon bread and toasted. Toppings can be altered as per your liking. It's very filling and tasty👌

We have tried almosy everything on the menu, from shish tawook to fatoush to chicken shawarma and i always loved the food. We have also tried the different juices there. Al Mallah is one of the best Lebanese restaurants that serves one of the tangiest and best Shawermas for AED 9, the best Hummus for AED 18, hot and crispy Falafels with Tahina for AED 22 , cheesy Zaatar Manakish for AED 11. The food is impeccable and very, very filling. Even their fresh juices and other drinks are amazing. They always serve pickled veggies, be it delivery or in-restaurant. Their restaurants have a really good outside seating beside the main road, and their service is pretty fast (even delivery). You even get to see a little bit of how everything is prepared as their kitchen is open. After reading the reviews decided to try and order from here today. Ordered over zomato for a chicken shawarma without pickles and other items from the menu. Even called the restaurant to confirm no pickles in the shawarma. But when the food was delivered, there were pickles in the shawarma. Got in touch with the zomato helpdesk who were helpful but only credited AED 23 whereas the items that were not as per the order was worth AED 27.

We ordered delivery and The falafel and fried vegetable plate was missing the falafel. Taste is very average and not worth the price. The meat in the shawerma was too dry

Ordered Chicken shawarma and falafel. The chicken shawarma was loaded with garlic mayo and chicken and that's it. No potatoes or fries in them no pickles. It was bland because it had only 2 filling. The falafel was nice, the size was a bit too big which made the center of falafel a bit soggy.

Another great dinner last night in al Mallah. Myself ordered A chicken tawook vegetable sandwich while my Man picked mix grill chicken & beef mutton kabab with potatoes & bread for himself. Recommended for local and of to among other racist. Value for money and Must try!

Offering one of the finest grills and hands down the best shawarmas in Dubai 🙌, Al Mallah is a top favourite of locals as well as tourists. 😃 We had the Charcoal Grilled Chicken here and it was an absolute treat to the taste buds! 🍗 Accompanied with juicy veggies 🥗 and loaded with fries 🍟, the chicken is grilled to perfection and the aroma of the charcoal makes it irresistible. 🥘 No wonder the place is always buzzing with people, it definitely is a must have in Dubai! 😍

Whilst the food is always great at Al Mallah, their service is a hit or miss often. Today was a total miss — they sent 3 Shawarmas for a paid order of 4 Shawarmas and Zomato help desk said that the restaurant was unresponsive when the issue was raised. Zomato credited the value of the missing Shawarma but that doesn’t address the problem of having to order again and wait for another hour just so that everyone could have a proper and complete dinner. Sigh.

One of the absolute best juices and shawarmas in town... been a fan since years. Highly recommend the saj bread shawarmas. Love the grapefruit juice. A bit pricey but great quality and consistency. Highly recommended.

Went with the reviews for Shawarma twice. Tried the Saj once and the regular Lebanese bread, both chicken and meat. I wouldn't say they're terrible, but they're way below average Shawarma. The chicken specifically doesn't taste good at all!

Cheeese and Zaatar Manakesh here are the options to be tried . They have some really greeat falafels . Loved the menu they have with a lot of variety.

Still one of the best shawarmas in town. Decades of memories with this one. Their sauces like the hummus and garlic sauce are delicious with all their dishes. Try their juices as they are so refreshing and fresh. Most important is the shawarma is clean and generous with the grilles chicken. I think i am craving for one right now.

If you have been to this area you must have noticed this resturant on the corner always have full tables, full of customers! And i realized the reason when i tried their Mix Grill trust me each kebab & chicken taste mouthwatering & unique although its bit pricey but very tasty I recommend to try their hummus as well which is delicious too One thing they can improve is they should at-least give us option is to order fresh breads over packet kubus.

PAC FOOD

I like the fresh arabic food. Manaqish and their grills taste amazing. I recommend it for a good taste arabic Lebanese food. I also feel the price of the food is a bit in the lower side so it's value for money.
