Using zomata first time, this is our favorite dining place. My family likes this place a lot.
Every time we come here we seen something different. Huge variety of starters more than 15 , chicken, lamb, fish and prawns ...Mutton dum biryani during weekends is the best, so is the paya soup.
Thanda masal a soda is refreshing. .must try.
Live counters ..esp the desert ones are very good.
Undoubtedly the best best buffer in town.

A gastronomic paradise of the Indian kabab connoisseur, Grand Barbecue buffet restaurant has outdone themselves! I was invited for a food tasting yesterday, specially on fridays as they have some special menus added to the regular spread.
The restaurant glow sign was brightly lit and shining like a beacon with excellent colour combination of yellow and dark brown- a shik/barbecue rod sticking through the words. Interiors are extremely bright with huge gorgeous curved pillars in the middle giving an idea of Grandeur and luxury. One area is separated into smaller private dining areas for people so inclined. Lots of potpourris and knickknacks adorning the big walls give a contrasting colour and makes the ambience attractive.
With my fellow zomato foodie friend, I was ushered in and seated near the buffet area immediately and we were given the drinks menu- different types of juices and lassi were available. I selected the jalzeera with soda and my friend went for a sweet lime with water. The jalzeera was very saturated with jeera and two slices of lime were added to that, topped with some sev- it was very satisfying.
We were taken for a explanation tour of the items on offer by the manager and it was truly extravagant. First up was the salad section which had around 15 types of salad including the arabic and Indian options with around eight types of dressings available- including olive oil, red vinegar, Fattoush, italian etc. The fresh beet cubes were nice but the best of all was the bottlegourd salad!! Beautifully prepared with cream/ mayonnaise- it was extremely tasty. They had chicken manchow soup and for the vegetarians- pepper coriander soup. I didn't take them but seemed to be very popular among my co-diners.
We started on the starters next and a lovely hot steamed momo plate was awaiting us. The chicken momos were particularly tasty. The Stout chicken meat in momo was very well marinated and juicy. Veg momo is okay. Great work there.
The prawns were batter fried and served to the table . Very juicy and fleshy prawns- awesome and lovely- we took many helpings. They serve the mutton sheiks also to the table- nicely prepared. For us they gave a platter of kababs to the table. Which included Garlic fried fish- soft and nice, chilli chicken- good, Hariyali kabab-the best- lovely soft and tender meat. The tandoori kabab was okay. Amritsari fried fish was good too- a taste of ajwain there, may be?
The crowning glory of the starters for us was unequivocally Shammi kababs-supreme in taste- the best things in life come in small quantities- as they say. The small bite sized kababs were presented well over small thin crunchy flat breads - supposed to mimic the famous 'ulte tawe ki paranthe'!! Stupendous item- the chef to take a bow here. The meat melted in mouth with just the optimum amount of crispiness outside and the rich aroma and flavour inside, of multifarious spices. The acme of fine dining indeed.
The grilled paneer was nice- very soft pieces. But the grilled pineapples were super- lovingly spiced up with red chilli flakes and tenderly grilled just to the optimum.
Potato croquettes and chips with papaR was kept warm under a soft red light.
The mains section was limited but very flavourful items were there. Mutton chettinad was the tops for me. A touch of black pepper, smooth gravy and mostly ribs with mutton pieces were very nicely cooked. The meat separating on slight pressure but not completely soft. Just the way it should be. Butter chicken was good. Mutton Paya was kept on a hot soup container simmering at a certain temperature-the hoofs with tender skin were awesome in a broth which is continuously getting tender and enriching the mix. Top class.
Crab was a bit of let down for me-I expected an Indian preparation but it was more of a far-east/Singaporean type preparation. No fault of theirs. Just my expectations were different. The crab quality was fresh and juicy though the sizes were a bit smaller. Murg kali mirch looked well cooked too.
The chicken dum biriyani was decent and the rice and meat gelled well together.
An interesting part of the extensive menu is probably a bigger list of vegetarian items than the non-vegetarian ones. Welcome change for many I guess.
Veg section has Saunde alu, a delectable dish of Pineapple and Mushroom grill, paneer lababdar, nizami sabzi curry, vegetable shammi kababs- coin sized and tasty, Zeera alu and Peas polau. Loved the mushrooms and Pineapple grills- exquisite.
They had different varieties of pasta in the Pasta counter- an Innovative thinking- which could be customised and prepared in different ways with various condiments. Unfortunately we didn't try it.
The Panipuri counter was another nice try with a lovely presentation style of batches of three and separate teekha and meethi chutney. The puffed small puris were a bit less crunchy for us though and the mashed potatoes in them left a bit to be desired. Spice quotient has to spike up most definitely.
Ice gola was a surprise nostalgic package- unfortunately kala-khatta was not there- I am disappointed, that's the most loved one I presumed. But the substitute lemon syrup was not too bad either.
Finally the desserts. Ice cream had separate section with six varieties of Carte d'or- children especially went gaga over that counter. The huge chocolate fountain with marshmallows were another huge hit for child and adults alike.
We could easily see the amount of constructive and inspired thinking which went into planning for the items , which by the way gets changed every few days, by the interesting colourful but fusion type presentation of Indian Desserts. Strawberry jelly, srikhand, mango, shimai ki payesh, Dudhi ki halwa, Suji- all were lovely and not outrageously sweet. Gulab jamun was okay. But Dudhi ki Halwa was the topper for me in this section. Do take it.
Finally I must say that the service was A-One. Very thoughtful of the diners at ever point of time. Extending a helping hand before we can think of the need of something- truly brilliant. Mr Sabeer was exemplary.
Many families were having their birthday celebrations there and the sound system belted out appropriate songs. Here they need some upgradation- the sound cracked. Hopefully this minor irritant will be mended soon.
A top of the line truly brilliant barbecue restaurant focussed on Indian as well as some fusion and european items are on offer. The price point is at par with peers but in our honest opinion , this price ridiculously low with culinary experience you get here. The taste reigns supreme.

All the starters wr really awesome.. Live sessions was good.. main course was tasty especially butter chicken and naan was outstanding..deserts wr also good. Icecream was great with different toppings. In one word, it's worth spending 59aed/ head..

Hi just visited Grand Barbeque Buffet Restaurant, Really awesome n delicious Food loved every dish on the menu. Would definetely recommend the place for some authentic Mughlai dishes n mouth watering desserts. The Murg Chicken Tikka n the Dum Aloo are some of my favorites along with Chicken Dum Biryani n the Birbal Khichdi. Highly recommended for sumptuous grilled Food�����
One of the best place to have buffet in dubai . Hospitable staff and delicious array of food. Best to try is chicken momos, kairi panna and chat corner and ofcourse their chillichicken . These are just few picks from wide variety. Staff and ambiance is super friendly and pleasant.
Amazing place, so lovely. Yummmmy food with lots of variety . Very welcoming & helpful staff. I liked the tasting dishes which they serve with buffet, were great. The fountain chocolate was a great idea. I recommend it for every body. I have enjoyed a lot.

We got catering done for our Eid gathering from Grand Bbq! It was a total hit with all the guests! From planning, to tweaking the menu to meet our demands, to delivery and finally quantity of food and taste, everything was par excellence! Will definitely use their services for future events and will recommend them to family and friends as well!
Hii... we visited grand bar b que as one of the winners from a competition. We got a very warm welcome from the stufff. The service was great as usual, always taking care of their customers. Coming to the food, the food was amazing as usual. From bbq kebabs to Haleem and Biryani ... everything was made up to perfection. They had lots of options for desert as well. There was something or the other for everyone � We are one of the regular customers and they never disappoint us. Thankyou for having us.

We celebrated our twins 5th birthday lunch party with around 25 guests. We had a separate private family room for us. Food was really yummy. The buffet had variety of dishes to cater to everyone's taste. We enjoyed the food. The staff is friendly and their service is excellent.

Tried this restaurant out to have BBQ food and the food was absolutely amazing, the dynamite cauliflower, mutton shiekh kabab, different kinds of chicken, fish was served. All food were cooked well and we can grill it on table as per our want.
Staff was prompt to provide quick refills and provided the choice of skewer when ordered. Overall a great value for money and great outing with friends and family

Along with the barbecue, we had dynamite cauliflower. And I would go again just to have that! It tasted so 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀!
For main we had butter chicken. I have had better butter chicken before. The chicken was quite hard for me. So, not something amazing. Butttt the barbecue was aweesssoommmeee!!

We ordered a takeaway Meal Box for vegetarians. Wouldnt say it was the best, there is scope for improvement but the folks at Grand Barbeque take things seriously, so yes I would suggest try them out for yourself for taste, food, hospitality and some yummmm gulab jamuns
We went for dinner at a Friday night and opted for unlimited table BBQ with roomali roti and mutton Dum biryani.
Dynamite cauliflowers were exceptionally tasty and uncommon. All other chicken BBQ along with mutton seek kabab and prawn were also amazing. Roomali roti was very soft. We were so full that we had to pack the mutton Dum biryani pot for home which was also flavourful.
We just thought that the drinks are little overpriced. And it even didn't click in our minds that the unlimited table BBQ promotional price is for per person , not the entire table.
This is a really nice restaurant with good hygiene. Also the most lavish Indian restaurant in dubai.

We had these chicken grills which were amazing. They were perfectly grilled with right marination on it. The service was also quick and staff was friendly too. Must try this place if you want to have a proper meal.
Awesome grills and also they customize the dishes for you !! This is not very common ... especially in other barbecues in Dubai ... hence I would recommend this grill option ... also the pricing is quite apt .. say you don’t want to have full menu on unlimited food which is usually waste of money most of the times .... they offer only barbecue aside from main dishes .. which is great option to be honest
A grand family dinner night tradition, at grand barbecue. A truly incredible experience. Fresh and delicious food and barbecue brought right to your table with authentic Indian flavours. The veg and non veg grills both were exquisite.
The most intriguing was the dynamite cauliflower. Believe me when I say, they fooled me. It actually tasted like shrimp!! The texture, the cook on the cauliflower, everything was perfection. The biryani was amazing and so was the chicken tikka masala. Honestly this is one of my favourite Desi places. Shout out to Sujauddin for perfect service.

Visited there with friends in this corona time. Real value for money bcs they were giving offer 35 aed for unlimited bbq. We got 3 options in chicken, 1 in mutton and 1 in fish with veg options. We ordered one rumali roti and one chicken boti biryani. Rumali roti was too good, fresh and hot. But i did not.like that biryani much.
We love desi food and this restaurant is the best solution for all desi food lovers, it's located at the heart of Al Mina Road. They have recently launched their unlimited BBQ offer ”All you can eat(bbq) in 35 AED. They have BBQ variety in veg & nonveg. It was an amazing experience to have a live BBQ.

To begin with i was taken completely by surprise on this Gem of a place Grand Brabeque Restraunt In Satwa , perfefctly located for Dinners looking for Authentic Grill grill n grill .

To begin the hot n humid evening , Grand barbeque team served with -
Orange juice- the presentation of the orange juice was superb. A big glass of orange juice nd peals of orange was decorated in the glass.
Masala Soda Ice - perfect for humod evening
Main course -
Nawabi chicken tikka- soo soft nd juicy melting in the mouth. It was served hot on the bbq grill. Scrumptious chunks of roasted chicken made be satisfy my craving
Malai tikka- One of my Favourite .. won my heart.. it was soo creamy that I couldn’t resist it and kept ordering
Seekh kabab- the juicy made ground meat Was really mouthwatering I really loved the way it was served
Chicken wings- Another well cooked and spicy to serve your taste buds
Lassoni fish tikka- Grill seafood is always charming and it was one of my favorites picks yet agagon . Perfect mixture of spices
The whole bbq was amazing. It was served with new technique. The staff served us fresh when it got over on the tabel.
Deserts -
Doodhi halwa- i dint know doodhi halwa would win my heart ❤️ the staff asked me that she will get me doodhi halwa i was thinking because i was not sure how would it taste. But when I tasted i was surprise it was soo yummy.. i was very happy tasting it
Gulab jamun- it was served in the sugar syrup with cashew nuts. The best part was there was no lumps in it.
Overall I had a wonderful experience in the restaurant thanks alot grand bbq for inviting me in it was a great pleasure having a scrumptious nd mouthwatering cuisine at your restaurant
The staff was soo friendly nd cooperative that they were right by our side. They made sure that we are satisfied with their service.

Jhinga Baluchi Saji:prawns marinated in black pepper and salt grilled on charcoal perfectly on point.

Absolutely loved the place. Had gone with my team for lunch. The crowd was less due to the pandemic.
The staff was welcoming and they followed all the necessary precautions for safety.
Very few places offer great vegetarian delight in barbecue.
And this was one of them.
Have to say a few words about their staff too....they ensured we are well fed and do not waste the food we ordered. I thought it was very sweet of them to mention that.
This is really an amazing concept the gand barbeque have started , the unlimited grill barbeque ..... Visited with my family, they just loved it... It's really they do what they say... THE FEAST ON TABLE. Enjoyed alot .

Recently we visited @Grand Barbeque while there is a promotion going on @35 AED,unlimited grilled food served on your table. After lockdown period was over they recently opened the restaurant maintaining all health safety measures including Contact less menu, face shield & mask with strict social distancing followed by the staff and customers. We were surprised to see all tables were booked, though it was Friday evening people were in pure holiday dinning mood.
Welcome drink was server without prior order,initially we thought it was included but @12 AED looks reasonably priced. We wanted to taste both Veg & Non-veg items, so started with Veg menu that includes Tandoori fruits and vegetables mushroom and super soft large chunk of grilled Paneer served with mango and mint sauces. Loved the paneer and mixed Veg.
On the Non veg Part We were server with Nizam tikka ,Prawns Charcoal grill,Fish tikka
Chicken Malai boti tikka along with minced mutton kebab. If not the best taste at per. Liked Chicken malai boti tikka & nizam tikka both.
One piece of Gulab Jamoon can be added to the package, as we felt so.
Special mentioned to Mr.Vivek who is guest centric and managing well.

We love exploring barbecue places and grand barbecue has been on our list since long so thought of giving it a try. For starters we had dynamite cauliflower, cajun potatoe and yogurt kebab. Dynamite cauliflower was amazing. We loved it.
For main we ordered the unlimited barbecue table and kohlapuri chicken. The barbecue table was really good. It had a lot of options both vegetarian and non vegetarian.
The food was great and so was the service.

We were welcomed by the amazing host Ms. Bhumi and then followed by Mr. Vikas who served us and made sure to respond us when we needed something.
The evening started off with lip-smacking starters-Dahi ke Kabab, Dynamite Cauliflower and Cajun Potatoes. I really loved the fusion of these starters. An ultimate treat to my tastebuds. I really loved the idea of having the Dynamite vegetarian version.
Then the drinks came- Lemon and Mint Mojito, Strawberry Lemon Mint Mojito and watermelon juice. They were all so refreshing and excellent coolers to quench the thirst.
They kept the Live BBQ stand on our table and brought the cooked skewers loaded with meat and veggies, then placed them on the stand so we could eat those hot as long as we are sitting there.
We were served this: Murgh Nizaami Tikka,Murgh Malai Boti Tikka,Prawn Pepper Charcoal and Mutton Seekh Kabab in the non veg variety.
Dhuwey Aur Sarso Ka Paneer, Tandoori Fruit Chaat, Bhatti ka Khumb and Tandoori Sabzee as the veg variety.
All I can say is that they have an exquisite and luxurious ambiance with great fusion flavours.
DISCLAIMER: These will definitely reignite the inner foodie soul of yours. You will definitely want to come back after you visit the first time. You will be addicted to the flavours infused into their BBQ on the Grill.

Delicious biryani with good quantity of meat to rice ratio. Definitely will order again
Last week we tried this restaurant.Food was delicious ,yet light.Staff were courteous,Ambience was good.I liked dudhi halwa,grilled apple, dynamite cauliflower starters.
Few days back had a chance to visit @grandbarbeque for their dinner buffet. They serve wide variety of veg and non veg dishes, they have unlimited bqq on your table which is to die for. They also served some starters on our table out of which I loved the dynamite gobi😍 They have many salad options, live chaat counter which has all our favorite chaats which are freshly made and are very tasty. Their pink sauce pasta is must try and they have live counter for that as well. They have soups and open buffet which had yummy butter chicken and palak paneer. Omgg I was stunned seeing the desserts they have soo many options to choose from and trust me everything was sooo good😍 Overall, totally a must visit place loved each and everything, they have pretty interiors as well.

Buffet style menu and A la Carte Menu both of the best worlds under one roof. This restaurant is super Huge in terms of seating arrangement and buffet side catering. For buffet style the menu is pretty varied be it salad, main courses, pasta counter, chaat counter, kids counter, soup counter, ice cream counter, desserts counter and live grill on the table. Coming here make sure to keep an empty stomach as there are lots to hog and Enjoy. ITS a FOODIes Heaven place. Loved the never ending buffet style like the salad counter has Arabic, indian and Asian. Mains consist of Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Desi Food which keeps varying every day. Pasta counter one can customise to one's taste, cheese and spice. Chaat corner again unlimited pani Puri, Dahi Puri, Papdi Chaat. Soups are different and unique ones which are not served in any other restaurants. Desserts there were Desi Sweets from North and South India also garma garam jalebis , Arabic sweets and Cakes and Puddings. Ice cream like roll icecream with different flavors are available. For kids there are Popcorns and Cotton Candy. On top of all this Live Grils which is addition to the Buffet style like Hariyalu Chicken, Prawns Tandoori and Malai Chicken apart from that Live Veggie grills are available. All this is not enough there are also Appetizers of Veg and Non Veg served on the table.

Its got an amazing buffet..We had a small getogether and had reserved their party hall which had an average arrangement but if you need more decors and arrangements they do allow to get it done..The manager Mr.Sikander was friendly and assisted us in the smooth running of our party..
Coming to the food
They have live table top grills which are lipsmacking.. 😋The starters which consisted of crispy gobi,chicken chapli kabab etc were served at the table and they were good too..
The live cooking stations are a must try esp the tawa chaaps and the pasta station..The pasta was a hit with the kids..
Their chef Mr.Ali was very humble and gave his recommendations and they were great..He was also kind enough to get the must try dishes to my table..So thumbs up 👍 to this gentleman and he’s an asset to Grand BBQ restaurant ..
The desserts were yummy and my favorite were the mini gulab jamuns,dudhiya kheer
But they had loads more like vanilla pastry,chocolate mousse,jelly,fruit custard etc
My lil one enjoyed the icecream rolls and chocolate fondue
Maybe they can add in some fruit options to the fondue station like strawberry and banana ..
Their chat counters are a must try too esp the pani pui and sev puri-the flavors r amazing...

The only littlest complain i would have will be the soft drinks not being included in the buffet price so we paid extra for the soft drinks but still had some issues (which were dealt with..)
Also the consistency in serving the starters to the guests wasnt uniform. I do understand that it was a Thursday but some of my guests didn’t get to taste all the starters n we had to ask for it again..

I got the complimentary dinner at Grand Barbeque and I can’t tell how fun it was, buffet inclusive of cuisines of the world each dish has its own level of taste, we are still planning to go there with family as it was a family friendly spot too. Thanks to the staff for serving us fresh steaks during live bbq. They made sure we don’t eat anything that has been on steam for more than 10 minutes. Loved my first experience! Thanks for having us!!

Since it was a buffet i am going to state that every dish (because the list is endless) was highly flavorsome and appetizing.
Starters : cajun potatoes and dynamite cauliflower are a must try 👌🏻
Main Course: But the most remarkable dishes that highlighted the traditional Mughlai flavors were Murgh Biryani, Shahi Haleem , Nihari, mutton peshawari, Malai kofta and murgh tandoori (BBQ) items all prepared with great accuracy of spices and seasonings , giving it a yummy and exotic taste where foodies will end up licking their fingers. 😋

Service was of top notch and the atmosphere was very spacious, i mean it can accomodate big crowds if you want to have party or celebrations at a reasonable price with deluxe menu.

They had Live Cooking Stations : Chaat counter/ pasta 🍝 counter/ Pav bhaji counter/ Takatak counter. In desserts, they had live stations for Hot Jalebis with Rabri & chocolate 🍫 fondue. They also had a separate kid’s corner! Along with these, the salad 🥗 bar had variety of salads to choose from.
Mint Cooler was a very subtle drink 🍹to start with. Pani poori n dahi poori were the perfect chaat starters!
Veg snacks such as dynamite cauliflower, dahi ke kebab ( A must try!) n Cajun potato 🥔 wedges were absolutely delicious.
Mutton chops was our favorite from Takatak counter; and Seekh kebabs were moist n juicy. Afghani naans topped with white seasame seeds were too soft n complimented the grilled non veg items.
Marinated Soft textured paneer n lahori chicken 🍗 tikka were delicious from the the live table BBQ.
Their Mains menu also had a variety of veg n non veg dishes such biryani, curries, khichdi, etc.
Desserts had plenty of items - my personal fav was hot n crispy jalebi with rabri!
We are glad to have discovered this gem - in a city full of enticing restaurants, Grand Barbecue truly stands out !
Went for lunch but surprised they don't have buffet in lunch. Came to know buffet in dinner only. But we order mix grill platter and it is amazing. We would like to visit again but dear Grand Barbeque please start lunch buffet also.

Visited this place on 31st December night with my family. Got a good seating and Thanks a ton to Mr Sikandar who made our visit so memorable. From food to service every thing was on its top notch. Delicious foods from different parts of globe in one place. Starters were mouth watering and i liked the desserts very much. Staffs are attentive and humble. They used to took feedback of food which i really liked. It was also birthday of my cousin, they provided us a cake which was really surprising.

It was in my wish list since a long back. Whenever I visit Dubai i planned many times to explore this place. I visited this place last friday with my team mates. I just amazed after entered. An array of items from different kitchens were just superb. Really the brand name justifies itself as a grand barbeque restaurant. The plus point of this place is the staff. They are extremely courteous and their service is world class. Especially Mr. Sikandar was very helpful. Though we didn't have a prior booking, very nicely he assisted us in getting a table. Also offered us welcome drinks which a very few restaurant does. Taste of each and every items are delicious. Dessert counter had a lots of option to have.

I would like to thanx SHIVA because of him and his service i had my complete meal. I visited global village and i heard lot about indian restaurant GRAND BARBRQUE. First i would have given 0.5 rating to this restaurant because of that annoying captain sehnawaz. He had bad attitude with bad body odour and aggresive behaviour. He doesn't even know how to treat a guest and doesn't even the difference between paneer tikka and paneer tikka masala.. All thanx to SHIVA he apologize on behalf of his behaviour and handled the situation in a very good manner. Only suggestion to the management please teach that guy how to behave i know its a kind of MELA but if u own a restaurant with such a brand have a staff with a standards or tell him to take some lessons and learn some basic rules of hotels industry from Mr. SHIVA. I will surely visit again food taste is awesome and you enjoy it.
The restaurant had one of the best dishes I ever tasted. The service was AMAZING, they repeatedly ask if everything is good and if you are satisfied. They also let you taste dishes who are just fresh made in the kitchen or on the BBQ. I was invited to try out the new Rajasthani & Punjabi food festival this month at @grandbarbeque I must say that I have been to many Indian buffet's before, but I was not prepared for the 100 plus dishes on offer at this buffet. Typically buffet's don't have that many good dishes because their offer is on quantity rather than quality. With @grandbarbeque I have found an exception because majority of the dishes were made well and the sheer variety was overwhelming

They have live counters for pani puri, pasta, ice-cream and my favourite, Taka Tak which is a famous North Indian and Pakistani delicacy that is made from stir-frying meat organs (brain, kidney, heart, liver etc.) on a tava or griddle. Two sharp broad knives are used to cut up the meat constantly and create a sound leading to the famous dishes name

There are a range of fresh juices and mocktails to try. I got the masala soda which was really nice and refreshing. The starters bought to our table included - chilly chicken, mutton gola kebab, dahi kebab, dynamite cauliflower and Pathankot hari mattar kebabs. The dahi kebab and dynamite cauliflower were surprisingly the winners here. One of the (kind of) unique things here is that they serve marinated meats and veggies to your table which is put on a flushed in grill present on every table. You get two types of chicken, prawns, fish, paneer, potato and capsicum which you can grill to your preference and enjoy. There is a range of accompaniments like dips, pickles, raita's to choose from and two types of soup before you get into the mains

Tried Grand Barbeque yesterday for dinner and I am really surprised that I've never heard about this place before.
Live grill on the table, starters served on the table, live cooking station, chaat station, dessert station and a big main course buffet. Although there are quite a few places with the same concept out there, I did find this place to have the most unique selection of items and very high quality in taste. Here are some of the items I had:
Live Grill On the table- Everything on this grill was very tasty, my favourite was both types of chicken, mushroom cheese and the Paneer. However, the fruits should be taken out of the grill because they really don't add or compliment a nice taste to the food.
Chaat Counter - I had the pani puri and a dahi puri. Both were great in taste and portions, but the chaat masala on the dahi puri really put me off, should be avoided, it isn't put on normally anyway.
Takatak Counter- a live cooking station with some interesting choices, I have the Gurda Kaleji with Pav, loved it completely.
Now to the main course:
Shahi Haleem - WOW this was delicious, it had the perfect texture and spice level and the saffron flavour was a very nice touch, definite try.
Murgh Ka Mokul - Loved this as well, subtle spice level and full of flavour, just how I like it.
Rajasthani Laal Maans -when I saw this dish, I wasn't really tempted and had second thoughts about its red spice level, but the taste was exactly the opposite, it was insanely delicious
Ajmeri Murgh Biryani - This needs alot of work, my least favourite of the dishes. Very oily, low flavour and the chicken had a strong masala flavour, probably it was cooked separately.
Lastly, the desserts, I wouldn't be the right person to comment on this, since I'm not a sweet tooth but they had a massive selection of desserts with a live station as well. I did like the Gulab Jamun very much, I always do.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, the food is unique and the staff is very very humble and helpful.
Lastly, I would like to thank Grand Barbeque for inviting me and my friend to their brilliant buffet.

I was looking for a place to celebrate my daughter’s 1st Birthday and wanted it to be special. I wanted all my guests to feel welcomed just like at home.
I happened to get to this restaurant because of unwelcoming attitude of the manager at Barbeque nation because they already have more than enough business on Thursday evenings.
Now coming to Grand Barbeque Restaurant-After a long time I am so content that I have no second thoughts about giving a five star rating to this restaurant.
The manager Sikandar Singh is just awesome.He ensured that I get what I want. His staffs Gulsher and Milan served us so well that words will fall short to describe their exceptional attitude and service levels.
They served the grill to two of my guests despite them reaching late around the closing time and went the extra mile to win every one’s heart.
Food was of exceptional quality. I am saying this because the previous week we tried AB Absolute Barbeque and did not choose them to be the venue for this event because we didn’t like the food. Secondly the way food was arranged in Absolute Barbeque was not proper.

I requested Mr. Nayeem (manager) to provide us a table and he managed to provide us a table... As we started with the on the table barbeques...the chicken & sea food starters were amazing and they have a very huge varieties of buffet spread with lots and lots of varieties to try and it was very tantalizing... One of the best buffets in the Dubai... There were even more chats items to go for... I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends...

This restaurant has one of the best Desi buffet. There’s so many to choose from and there’s also many live stations.
Some of their starters are served on the table and you can order them unlimited. The grills as well are served on the table and all of their grills are succulent and delicious. Their grills have an unforgettable taste.
There’s pasta live station. The chef served us butter chicken pasta which was the best.
There were too many options from the desserts as well. Fresh hot jalebi with rabdi was my favorite.
Overall, I loved this place and will surely come back for their buffet.

It is very rare to find a modish buffet restaurant that serves authentic Indian, Pakistani & international cuisines that satisfy your taste buds to no end and make you take a nostalgic trip back to your homeland.
It truly lives up to its tagline “Eat till you drop.”
They had several stations of food ranging from the salad bar to live counters of lush Dim sum, toothsome pasta, savory noodles, mouthwatering chaats, succulent BBQ, main course and rich desserts.
They have a whole separate corner for kids and the highlight of kids corner is live ice-cream rolls that my daughter relished the most.
Above all it is very economic, you get to eat variety of sumptuous food without burdening your pocket.
So let me tell you about a true underrated hidden gem. This place will make you feel as if you are not eating out but visting someones home as a guest. Hospitality is just excellent. The best I have seen. The staff especially Mr Shuja will take care of you throughout. The best Indian dishes to date surpassing Absolute Barbecue in my opinion

Recently visited this place and I must say their staff is really really hospitable , loved the way they treated us and even chef visited our table . I remember Mr. Shujauddin was an amazing host .
Dishes were all delicious especially their haleem was too good. Payya, biryani, daal, sweets , pickles and bbq was on the point.
Mishtidoi was yummy . Surely gonna visit them again .
If you love grilled food or lavish buffets or both then this place is definitely for you but that's not it, what makes this place stand apart from other famous barbeque/grill places is their excellent service and the freedom to either order food from the menu or go for buffet. It's not Only Buffet kind of a place.
To be honest, they've got so many options to choose from in each section (starters, main course, drinks, desserts, etc.) That it's impossible to try everything! I decided to ask the server what was their best dish in each section and tried that! The food was just great, it's not like quantity over quality, they've got quantity as well as quality.
The place is big enough to host a big party, there's plenty of space. I personally liked how they've separated the food section and the seating area.
Overall, it's definitely worth a 5 star!
We visited the Grand Bbq near Satwa which is quite a decent size restaurant serving Indian/Pakistani buffet at a very reasonable price of AED 75 which includes wide variety of dishes from Starters to main course and finally the desserts.
Moreover, they serve live bbq on your table.
The food was extremely good in terms of quality amd taste. Another factor which we need to highlight here is the service and behavior of their each and every staff including the chefs. They were on their toes not just for us but for each and every customer. The chefs were very eager to know our feedback plus they also brought some of their fusion dishes for us to taste and insisted us to try particular dishes as they were newly introduce or had the passion of fusion.
We loved tge overall expereince and will soon be coming back with our extended family.

Grand barbeque is place to enjoy some scumptously vast and diverse buffet under one roof with your family and friends. Their buffet menu is the best & they have vast options in veg, non-veg & seafood too. They have an unique concept of live grill where a grill is placed on the table, they place precooked meat or veggies. There is a buffet along with live barbecue grill on your table, so you have massive variety of starters, along with main course and desserts. With all you can eat concept the restaurant spoils its patrons with vast variety of choices.
We had visited for lunch & the restaurant was pretty crowded which show people are really loving the food served here.The taste and quality of the food here is also excellent. Right from the starters to the dessert the food was amazing.
The service was very warm and Chef Ali & Chef Imran took special care to ensure that we were having a good time. Our server Vikas paid attention to all our requirements throughout our meal without being overbearing.
Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable hangout place with friends and family.
