الطعم الايطالي جربت فرع دبي مول كان الانتظار لمده 15 دقيقة لندخل جربت الكيكة الشهيرة عندهم الطعم خيال ولكنها دسمة وجربنا ايسكريم الفانيليا لذيذذذذ جدا فيه طعم قشر البرتقال مع اني سالت النادلة وقالت انه لايوجد به برتقال وهذا طعم زهرة الفانيلا وطبت كافيه لانية كان جيد وأيضًا شاي البابونج الفاتورة كانت حوالي 270 درهم الخدمة رائعة

مطعم مزدحم في وسط الاسبوع ولكن الطعم عادي جدا 6 : 10 فريق العمل منوع ولكن 8:10 المكان راقي من العصور الوسطى 9 : 10 الاسعار جداً مرتفعه $$$$$ الوصول له صعب جداً و خاصة في وسط الاسبوع مع زحمة الموظفين لكن في الويكند قبل الساعه 5 ما فيه زحمة و الخيارات متعددة صورت فقط الحلى

After a really bad dinner experience at another restaurant in DIFC me and my friend were really sad and craving desert. We had a feeling we might get turned away for just wanting to get dessert but we were pleasantly surprised. Im not sure but i think he was the manager he led us into the back into a quiet area where it was sooo lovely! Me and my friend ordered some drinks and desserts and it kinda made our night much better. The service was great too :)

Hi good evening,<br/><br/>I would like to raise a grievance on the outlet manager at the DIFC branch for not being cooperative and not welcoming your regular guests. On 10-07-2020 at 20:30 hrs, we were offered few available tables at the non-smoking areas by the hostess but then we were guided to smoking area which was not our preferred seating area. When we asked to sit on the offered table earlier, the manager claims that those tables are under reservations since afternoon time although offered for us just 5 minutes ago, weird contradiction.<br/>The waiter, Mr. Carmelo, was gentle enough to take our order and informed the person in charge that prior serving the food, we would appreciate to transfer to the first offered available tables.<br/>Unfortunately and surprisingly responded by such a reputed world wide restaurant manager like Cipriani, we were not even been stopped or listened to before leaving the restaurant.<br/><br/>Thanks for Carmelo for the gentle welcoming but the PIC were disappointing.

Very nice location and beautiful decoration. Friendly staff. Warm and polite welcoming. We went there to celebrate a birthday we tried many items all of them were so delicious. The Ravioli & the gnocchi were excellent. I never had a meringue cake as the one we had there. It’s a breathtaking & must try.

One of the best Italian restaurants in town and amazing service. I went here a couple of times and chose to visit again for my birthday dinner as Italian is my favorite and they’re the best. Authentic Italian food at its best ♥️ from the pasta, to pizzas and desserts everything is made to perfection.

Great atmosphere and all exquisite dishes are of course the reasons why this Cipriani is so famous! Though a little bit too pricy but such gorgeous decoration and gimmicks such as toilet accessible only by elevator make this restaurant worth visiting!

My favorite restaurant in Dubai. Beautiful setting, great atmosphere and lovely crowd. The service is impeccable and the food is as perfect as it can get. The gnocchis and risotto are absolutely amazing and the vanilla meringue is out of this world. Definitely recommended for a romantic dinner.

One of my favorites italian restaurant in Dubai. Love the liver Venetian style and their ice cream. Been there several times and each time service and food was top notch. Looking forward my next visit.

Been here several times. I like the interior and the setup of the place. It’s got good food and amazing service. However it is not my first choice in DIFC for lunch but definitely a nice lively place for dinner.

I never like to complain or talk negative but several times I went there the hostess and the manager were extremely rude with no etiquette and manners. Therefor now I always go to Robertos and scalini billion times better the food and service. Even my friends when they went there they had an issue with the manager. He has no etiquette or respect for women at all.

Went the other day to try their signature cake, it was good but nothing special and overpriced. Service was real bad to the extent of not planning to go ever there again.

My Cipriani visit in Dubai was certainly a memorable visit. The atmosphere was perfect for a family gathering and the menu choices were impressive to say the least. My favorite part of dinner was the desert menu which I simply loved with special emphasis on the vanilla whipped ice cream. Cipriani was certainly worth the wait, thank you for the great service.

Really great food! We had lobster salad which was just right, the lobster was the hero of the dish as it should be. Cooked perfectly with a light dressing and asparagus. The braised artichoke was good, not great. The orecchiette with five tomatoes was divine, a simple dish with the pasta al dente and the tomato sauce balanced with a tangy acidity and subtle creaminess. The veal Milanese was perfection. We had the vanilla merengue dessert which was also heavenly. Fine quality. <br/><br/>Service was on point, everyone greeting you with buona sera as you walk in and as you walk out. <br/><br/>The only annoying thing is that it is extremely loud. Because it is a very lively place.

Having heard of Cipriani i expected it would be great, but to be honest, this was far away from my expectations. Their so called "burger" is not even a burger, i have no idea how they call that a burger, I ordered the saffron pasta and the sauce was very thick, I’ve barely eaten it, something I don’t expect from a fine dining restaurant. And i tried the vanilla cake and I didn’t really like it. 2 stars for the ambiance

The ugliest experience in my entire life !!<br/><br/>This is a long, yet very genuine review for those who really want to avoid being insulted, belittled and offended in public by untrained fine-dining restaurant management. <br/><br/>On the 13th of January, my friend decided to invite me for dinner, but then insisted on taking me to Cipriani to treat me for their desserts that he always recommended (homemade pistachio ice-cream which they took off the menu anyways). <br/><br/>At Cipriani’s reception, my friend made it clear that we’re here for desserts only, so the receptionist welcomed us and offered us a table with no issues. <br/><br/>We sat, ordered 2 desserts, Vanilla Ice-cream and the Sicilian Cannoli followed by espresso. I honestly was extremely disappointed with both orders, I have to say McDonald cone ice-cream taste much better! .. & the Cannoli was just as awful. <br/><br/>The bill came at 220 AED and we tipped the waiter who had an uncalled for arrogant attitude, so it all added up to 250 AED. <br/><br/>Upon leaving the restaurant, we asked for our car valet ticket to be stamped, and the surprise was that the receptionist spoke loudly like she’s in Italian with her colleague (a language we do not understand) only to turn us down and say that they do not stamp car tickets for desserts. <br/><br/>What upset my friend the most, is that he is a regular customer at Cipriani, he goes there often a lot and spends thousands of dirhams, yet the restaurant reception team did a big mistake for not checking on my friend’s profile in their system to begin with, let alone embarrassing him in front of me and belittling him in front of everyone for the sake of a 21 AED car valet ticket which for us is meaningless, but its the courtesy that mattered to us. <br/><br/>For me, the worst part was when the receptionist spoke in Italian with her colleague regarding us, a language which we as customers do not understand, to me that was extremely disrespectful it just tells me how badly the staff are trained !! <br/><br/>Moreover, was that 21 AED car valet ticket worth loosing a regular customer who literally spends thousands of dirhams every month at Cipriani? Imagine his big network of friends and relatives that now will refuse to step in Cipriani after hearing this ugly experience from my friend! <br/><br/>We spoke to the restaurant manager about it who handled the situation even worse by telling my friend to come back to Cipriani and to seek him so that he could “pay more attention to us”. Warning: Cipriani will belittle you over the valet parking if you don’t eat dinner! <br/>I decided to treat my friend for a nice after dinner coffee and dessert, so I took him to one of my favorite places called Cipriani. We didn’t call for bookings and decided to just try out luck by walking in. At the reception, I was very specific about my intention of having sweets and coffee only and they gladly showed us a table. Nobody warned us that there is a minimum spend for complementary valet parking before we were seated. <br/>The bill was Dh 247 inclusive of tip for two desserts and one coffee-not really cheap for the quality of the products! <br/>Just before I left, I asked for my valet parking to be validated and was belittled by the restaurant staff in front of my friend by not validating my parking ticket, and the sad thing about this whole experience is that I was one of their repeat customers. I spent thousands at this restaurant and now it seems I’m not worthy enough to them. <br/>No wonder their restaurant was only 40 % full during dinner time, they lack customer service and have no idea what courtesy is.<br/>BIG NO TO CIPRIANI! <br/>A real customer oriented restaurant would have professional staff who are trained to keep consumers well informed of the restaurant policies, and not punish them for their honesty and lack information.<br/>

Our pasta was uncooked to the point of being hard at the center. When we asked for it to be changed, the waiter said it was aldente. When we asked for it to be changed the second plate took more than 30 minutes. The service overall was quite lacking.

Average food nothing special about this restaurant, and i think this is the most expensive Italian restaurant in dubai. Good service and friendly staff. There’s not enough space between the tables.

When it’s comes to italian cuisine i like it traditional and simple that is this restaurant. One of the best restaurants in Dubai for atmosphere and food, you will in Italy. I tried most of the menu and i recommend each dish. For those who love the meringue cake and homemade hazelnut ice cream, where you will find the real thing!!!

Interior designed like an Italian boat and creates a really cool atmosphere. Favorite entrees included the burrata and the avocado and cucumber salad. Favorite main was the sea bass with tomatoes and crispy potatoes. Wagyu steak was nice but had better elsewhere.

The food here is average at best for what you’re paying. For appetizer I had the king crab which was a little bit boring. I then had the full roasted chicken which comes in a gravy with mushrooms. The food was flavorful however I would not consider it worth what I paid. At these price points there are better high end places with much more delicious food in DIFC alone.

I don't really get the hype about this place. I've been a few times (not because it was my first choice) but the food is really just mediocre - there are much better Italian places in Dubai. Service is good though. Socialista is good for drinks and party on Thursday night but they really need to stop pretending its the most exclusive place in Dubai.

Wow! I’ve visited Ciprianis all over the world. Venice, Monaco and New York establishments have long been my favourite go to place for dinner and cocktails.<br/><br/>The Dubai ciprianis is located in the super cool DIFC end of town.<br/><br/>Very formal, the staff are wearing their best starched whites. The feeling of being on a posh cruise ship is emphasised by the animated sea windows. <br/><br/>I always drink bellinis when I visit. A delicious peach concoction.

Went there for a dinner date and wasn't disappointed ! Loved the food , loved the vibe and good staff service ! Had a little waiting time before we got seated but the food made up for that. 😊

I heard about this place many times. 2 months ago I visit them with my friends and I was absolutely disappointed. The service is amazing, all staff is very helpful, kind and knowledge, but food is not tasty at all. All dishes was below than average. Nothing special. You could prepare same quality and taste of food at your home.

The food is generally nice, the service is good but the ambience is lacking. It is too bright and somehow pretentious. Much prefer their other brnaches in other oarts of the world, eg miami. Truffle pizza is delicious though.

Amazing Italian option for those of us who are looking for fine dining. Service is impeccable and the quality of food is impeccable. We have the crab salad, bresaola, carpaccio, lentil salad as appetizers and hen various main courses including the Seppia which was incredible

Real Italian food. As soon you walk into this restaurant you really feel you are back in Italy. Great vibe. Not the cheapest place but after all you are in DIFC.

Best thing about Cipriani is its service quality. The Italian-speaking staff provide an authentic experience and an impeccable standard of service you would expect from a high-end restaurant (but which is sadly generally lacking in Dubai).<br/><br/>We had the set lunch menu comprising a salad, pasta, dessert and tea/coffee. The cucumber salad was disappointing - presentation was shoddy and looked (and tasted) like a salad bowl purchased from a supermarket. Not what one would expect from a restaurant like this. The pasta was, however, delicious, as was the tiramisu. <br/><br/>All in, it was a decent experience, but apart from the service, there really wasn’t anything exceptional about this place that warranted its price tag.<br/>

The glass of house wine at 110dhs (i.e 30 USD or 25 EUR) is simple abusive and unacceptable ... one of the most expensive house wines in the world... a total waste of money ...

First of all the service was incredibly nice, the atmosphere also was amazing. From the appetizers till desserts all of them were delicious especially “all Bolognese” pasta and vanilla meringue so yummy and flavorful. This restaurant is elegant and one of the best choice Italian cuisine in Dubai, so highly recommended.

One of the best restaurants in town. Cipriani special Pizza is must to try. Wagyu beef as main course and risotto is very delicious. The ingredients are fresh. The home made ice cream is excellent. It is just the right balance. One of the elite restaurants in DIFC and an excellent venue for business lunch.

The food was pretty good but I didn’t understand the hype. The food was very rich but up to the standard of any good Italian spot. I was really looking forward to it based on the Cipriani in Italy but the atmosphere lacked a bit of life. But your regular white table, staff in stuck bow ties. The cuttlefish pasta and the millefoguille was superb!

Worst restaurant of Dubai, I go to many chique restaurant in Dubai as I love food, But this is the absolutly the worst restaurant of Dubai, I don’f even know it still excists, We asked for a burrata, They said it was not available, Then we got a gummy Mozerella, We all send it back because it was so bad, It was like plastic, The manager came and he said they still had burrata left, But only for the good customers, So we got the burrata. Then I asked to wait a little bit for the maincourse as the starters came within 5 minuts, The waiter said to me that I had to give a sign when I wanted the maincourse, I didn’t gave one and again after five minuts ( no joke) the main course came! Like how crazy is that? They want to rush everything because they want to sell the tabel again.. But you’re not sitting there comfortable, Like usually Dubai is famous for it service, nowhere in the world service is like that, But Cipriani really can learn something from that. the food is also really bad, nothing compare to Roberto’s or Il borro. Please people, It is only the name, Never go there it is not worth your money and your time, We went home after 1 hour.

After hearing great things about the place decided to check it out for myself, service is great with friendly waiters and very knowledge of the menu and what wine to pair with your dish. Food extremely compromised for its face value and standards ,service was average... vegetarians eater and non alcoholic can land up paying something between 800-1000 dhs which is stupid for a place and atmosphere like that so dull. So I wanted to try this place ever since its opened with much fanfare and managed to get myself invited by one of my bankers to lunch here. As soon as you walk in you experience fine dining in the interiors, table settings, staff uniforms, etc. I was a bit disappointed with the menu and did not find anything exciting so I settled for some safe bets with the Calamari, Burrata, Roasted Chicken. I cant complain about anything but at the same time could not really tell what all the fuss was about. Given the reputation and price you are paying I would say Cipriani fell below my expectations.

Very overrated.<br/>The design is nice and the service is exquisite, I cannot put down in words how good the italian team of waiters was; they had a professional attire and were very attentive. However the food is not that good.<br/>I ordered a steak tartar but it had a very bland taste with no flavor whatsoever. The spaghetti al vongole was below average and I've definitely had better. This place is so overrated! Im surprised it has such a high rating. I’m not hating but this place is just wrong. The lights are too bright, the place is too loud, the food was 3.5/5. The tables wrre just plain white i mean it didnt have any zing. I dont know why i paid so much the food portions eere do small - we ordered steaks, no pizza and pasta. Prices are seriously inflated, we paid 500 pp. The service was impeccable though but everything else - below par.

Such a good Italian fine dining experience, order the truffle pizza, gnocchi, and the truffle pasta, they also have a lot of good meat dishes.

I would like to start with the greeting, service its excellent i think its the best restaurant service ever. <br/><br/>Their food is great and you. i started with burrata salad and calamari, for the main course i tried the spaghetti with turkey ham and for the dessert i ate the cake and pastiche ice cream it melts in your mouth everything is great in chipriani. <br/><br/>their is small dis advantage that the food comes fast you cant enjoy your dinner.

Perfect ambiance, great food with fresh ingredients, the star of the evening was the Pistachio Gelato, have never tastes something so rich on flavor with a silky texture.

Went here on Friday last week with my girlfriends and got to admit this place is amazing, from the friendly and fast service to delicious Italian cousins to its amazing food presentation. Quite a good experience i say.

Wonderful meal with colleagues. The most rich and extravagant gnocchi ever. Staff was attentive and gracious. Freshly made pistachio ice cream was amazing! A repeat visit is in order.

Not my favourite Italian restaurant in Dubai. Not a fan of the interior personally, also find the food to be okay. Its not bad but at the same time its not amazing, which it should be considering the price point.

Excellent ambiance with tasty food.. very accommodating staffs. So clean, classy and elegant. From starter to dessert, the food was great and really awesome. The staffs especially the waiters were all with pleasing personality thus it adds up the excellent ambiance i should say. Menu was pricey however keep in mind, location was in DIFC which makes they're rent high as well.. overall experience, would recommend it to try and visit CIPRIANI.. Amazingly excellent..

Came here for Eid lunch with the family. Very upscale and quite pretentious, but that's fine dining for you in general, particularly Dubai. <br/><br/>After having come back from Italy about a month ago, I think it was fair to say my husband and I at least had some expectations for Italian food. We ordered a huge variety of items, but nothing was really wow. This included pizza, calamari, bruschetta, minestrone soup, veal, various pastas, and more. <br/><br/>To be honest nothing was amazing nor noteworthy and I prefer Roberto's which is 50 meters away. Nonetheless, food was enjoyable. <br/><br/>Service however was extremely attentive and impeccable, hence the rating. However prices are seriously, SERIOUSLY inflated! <br/><br/>I wouldn't go back but would recommend trying it once and seeing for yourself.

Outstanding experience. One of the best Italian restaurants that I've been in Dubai.<br/>We had several dishes as we were a big group, the quality of all the appetizers (impressive tartar, great carpaccio) was great, but special mention had the pastas, perhaps the best pasta that I've had in years.<br/><br/>The drink list is very complete you can find fine Italian liquor (i.e. Antica Forumla or Amaro Nonino) and a quite decent but very pricey wine list.<br/><br/>On the downsize the ambiance is nothing special, while the place is very nice, the crowd is not the most friendly one, quite over posh. Finally as you could expect from a DIFC fancy restaurant the price is on the very high end of the spectrum, so not for any given day. <br/><br/>All in all, one of the best options if you want to have a super Italian dinner in Dubai

A restaurant full of overpriced food and overpriced women.  Really nothing to write home about (or even on zomato).  That said, my clients seemed to like it but as they are Japanese they could have hated it and would have still said it was great.

An overly pretentious and unfriendly staff, pompous clientele (mix of wealthy nobodies and their escorts) and overpriced menu items... but by far one of the best places to have a pasta in dubai... it doesn't attract The Who's Who of Dubai like you'd expect of their brand name (and what they would prefer - perhaps their PR is new in town), but the food makes up for all of it! What's even more pretentious and obnoxious is their little Socialista bar around the corner... their bouncers need to get a life... but that's for another review!

What an absolute pleasure it was to go to this restaurant! The decor was very Titanic-esque and the food was excellent! I will be coming back here very soon!

I love ciprianis for so many reasons! Food is excellent ambience is great and service ofcourse impeccable. The highlight was the truffle pizza so delicious! They also had tiramisu for dessert which was good

Cipriani in London is awesome place with absolutely incredible food and kind atmosphere! BUT Cipriani IN DUBAI is awful! Service is very slow, food quality is not as good as it could be! The waiters should smile sometimes, i had feeling that i owe them a lot of money or i came at their house and was asking for the free meal. The prices are fine for Cipriani and for Dubai as well. But I was waiting my pasta FOR 42 MINUTES! I will never go back

Cipriani oh cipriani if only you would invest in proper, knowledgeable, polite, hospitality staff that are at a bare minimum trained to greet dinner goers celebrating a special occasion with a smile and a friendly good evening given your reputation and price point. The attitude of the scintillating women at the front needs a rapid facelift.

You truly feel welcomed with their smiling staff who are always around the corner to assist you. <br/><br/>We ordered seafood pasta and veal piccatine. Both are cooked to perfection, the veal was extremely tender and the seafood was not over cooked which is just the way I like it. <br/><br/>My favorite was the salmon with asparagus. All the ingredients tasted fresh and complemented each other very well. <br/><br/>Cipriani is a must when it comes to fine dining experience.

I visited over lunch to treat a business colleague from the DIFC, this is my second time to give Cipriani a try. The usual menu and the food probably many would agree is quite average - but it is a standard and this is understandable. The service level however just dropped since the opening and although the name is strong internationally i am not sure if the local market would still give the brand chances to recover. There are many Italian offerings in the DIFC that give more flexibility and choice they need to up their game in the market.

Bellisimo!! Most authentic Italian we have tasted. But way to pricey to visit again with the family. But the service, the attention and the food was amazing
