Basic manners and etiquettes of welcoming guests were missing. The seats are shabby, very sad to say that we all felt the staff was working for the sake of it or everyone didn't have a good day on the particular date we went. Any which ways we called before going and we wanted to try a gujurati thali the person on the phone informed us that we would get gujurati thali but we found out after ordering that it was rajasthani, to our taste buds its spicy. So please inform your customers the right facts instead of decorating information. The food variety was very less compared to what he said on the phone and the thali size was small so one of our family members wanted to change just the thali plate to another fresh plate and the staff bluntly refused and said its policy, after requesting its just a utensil we are asking to change the manager said the same thing after numerous requests they changed i even offered to wash the plate for them if it was such a big deal. For each and everything we had to ask the staff minimum thrice no of times despite of the restaurant not being busy and it was a weekday. Rest assured we would not be going to this chain again. We even expressed this to the staff there that we have never had this kind of impolite behavior and they had literally zero thing to say not that we were expecting an apology.

Ambience for thali is traditional while the poppy colours on the other half where other food is served is Instagram worthy. The only thing which can be improved was that Bhel was soggy and bread roll had filling of potatoes which was not good. All the sweets were amazing especially hot and freshly prepared jalebi and rabdi. Overall a good treat.

The only place in Dubai where I enjoy thali is Rajdhani...have never been disappointing...the food is always tasty ...so many varieties...jst can't stop eating with their friendly staff who makes you eat till you drop...thank you for the wonderful service

Visited Rajdhani this weekend with Family as I had been craving for its thali after the Pandemic. For your information, they have closed the food street and only serving the thalis, which is understandable due to COVID hygiene issues. The food and staff was great as usual. They tried to follow all the required measures to keep the place safe and healthy after a corona. A great place for Vegetarian foodies to grab a quick lunch with the family.

Today thought of having a thali at our one and only fav RAJDHANI in karama and being a tues, thali price is 25 dhs... and thats the best rate for the thali tht they serve... But today infact just now we were there to have a thali as usual ... the food started gettin served in our thalis and the first 2 bites i take frm the thali and i see a COCKROACH.. yes its true.. i cudnt clik a pic bcoz it was disgusting bcoz i started eating from tht thali... whn i asked the few waiters to change the thali they were askin me to talk softly so tht no one can hear me. But to my surprise no one was bothered to say SORRY after such a mess. Henceforth i will think twice now to visit this restaurant again... very disgusting it is...

Please avoid going to this place. 47aed for a Thali for poor food quality , napkin reused and stinking , service guys just trying to dump food. Chairs are old and poorly maintained. Yesterday I visited this amazing vegetarian Indian restaurant in Bur Dubai (Karama) RAJDHANI. I must say one of the finest vegetarian restaurants I have been to in Dubai. It is a kind of royal treat to our belly when our taste buds have the utmost cravings of having Desi Khana in a foreign country. The staff is so friendly and welcoming that they will make you eat until you explode with satisfaction. <br/><br/>The restaurant is divided into two parts, the Unlimited Thali system, and the normal Ala carte menu. The thali comprises of more than 08 dishes including some Rajasthani dishes like daal batti churma (which is their specialty), 02-03 variety of bread, 02-03 kinds of deserts, 02 types of chutneys, pickles, rice, khichadi, Dahi Bhalla and lassi/chachh (a yogurt-based drink). <br/><br/>The ala carte menu is mixed with some north Indian starters and main course!<br/><br/>The price of Thali for an adult is AED 45+ VAT and CHD (till 08 years) is AED 25 + VAT. They are definitely not cheap but they usually have some discounts running every now and then! <br/><br/>The restaurant is nicely decorated with some typical Indian themes!<br/><br/>This restaurant is really really famous among Indians and is almost fully packed with Indian especially (Gujarati/Rajasthani) tourist groups. This was my second visit and I love their food a lot. Specially the friendly staff and the service . We ordered thali . With delecious dishes in it . Food is served with generous drizzle of hot ghee . Khichdi at the end is super tasty with loads of ghee .

You guys want to turn around tables quicker, then serve quicker and do not throw attitude to guests that ask for seconds. <br/><br/>Had guests over from India and they were too scared to even call the waiters to ask something. <br/><br/>Pathetic service, obnoxious waiters and better options nearby. <br/><br/>Rasoi Ghar, barely a point down on the taste, scores much better on service and the diner experience is top notch. <br/><br/>I do not care if there is an extra dish on the menu but I am not coming back to be treated like this.

Great Thali. Rustic Indian setting. Great service. Crowded during holidays but the staffs try well to manage seat allocation smoothly. Parking is quiet difficult but manageable a little bit further around the area. Must take Thali place when guest families come over to Dubai. The thali box for take away is also scrumptious.

Nicely decorated but remains crowded because of the busloads of Indian tourists coming in most of the time. They are very popular too.<br/>This is a thali restaurant and Rajasthani items are their speciality. At 45dhs +vat, they are definitely not cheap but on tuesdays, they have a half price offer.<br/>Recently we had our Diwali office party here and everybody was happy with the food.<br/>Rajasthani food is not one of my favourite things, so suffice it to say, that some items were quite good.<br/>Our south indian friends also liked some items.<br/>Service is adequate.<br/>Good for people from north west India particularly, if they find the pricing within their budget. This is my favourite place to eat rajasthani food. The quality is good and the indian desserts are yum. The people there are very polite and friendly.

We were invited to an exclusive Bloggers event at Rajdhani to try out their special thaali for this festive season. Here we can enjoy some authentic and delicious Gujarati and Rajasthani vegetarian dishes in a cozy atmosphere. The staffs were extremely chivalrous and they gave us a good explanation of each dishes.<br/><br/>We were served with Cucumber boondi raita which was pleasant and cool.<br/>Farsan or starters were Khaman dhokla and Moong dal Shimla mirch wada. I loved the dhokla. It was pretty soft too.<br/><br/>Speciality of the day - Dal baati with churma. It was pretty good as well.<br/>Paneer kalimirch, Bhindi chirya, Punjabi dum aloo, White vatana kanda wala were some of the other additions to the menu.<br/><br/>For kadhi, we had Rajasthani tikha dal, Katchi amti dal and Kathiyawadi kadhi.<br/>Indian breads such as Phulka, Ajwani puri and Bajra rotla were served hot to our table.<br/>Finally we were served with Jeera dhaniya pulao and Mixed kathol khichdi. Pulao was good combination with kadhi.<br/><br/>Among desserts we tried Sevaiyaan kheer, Khajur halwa and Gulabi malpua with rabdi. Gulabi malpua with rabdi was the best without doubt.<br/>Green coriander chutney, garlic chutney, Bharela mirchi were served as condiments.<br/>After the heavy meal, Masala Chaas was a palate cleanser and a good one to end with.<br/>Verdict: Thaali at Rajdhani is mindfully delicious and wholesome to enjoy with family at this festive season.

I usually call them as their restaurant is just opposite my building and today when I called them they refused to take my order saying you have to order through Zamoto. Why should I pay AED 5 extra for the place which is few steps walking. So they indirectly telling their neighbour communities not to order food. We than ordered from another similar thali joint like Rajdhani and that to through zamoto and there was no delivery charge and the place is far as well. So if they would like people to order from Zamato than they should charge delivery according to location.

Perfect place for traditional Rajasthani and Gujrati cuisines.<br/><br/>Cost of unlimited thali is 45 but on Tuesday it’s only 25. <br/>But there’s rush on Tuesday so better to go early to cut the wait time.<br/> <br/>We go there very often and never comes back without overeating, so warning for everyone to go there with empty stomach and a big appetite. <br/><br/> This place is perfect for indian thali indeed, i really love each and every dishes every time specially desserts.<br/><br/>So if you want to satisfy the urge to eat some delicious indian food at a good price, so this is the perfect place to satisfy ur vegan soul.

Service and food taste is fantastic and so is the menu. However, HYGIENE is a big question mark. When we went to Rajdhani we found a spider in the Dal. We called the waiter and asked him to not serve this dish anymore. The manager confirmed that there was a pesticide treatment the previous day and this could have been the reason. <br/><br/>The manager apologized and wanted to waive the bill which we refused. We are skeptical to go there a second time. Maybe we will try our luck several months later.

This is the place if you are looking for some Rajasthani food and a thali to fill you till the last space in your stomach. They'll treat you like a Shahenshah till the time you are there. I went there with a friend on Saturday and could barely walk out because We were in a Food Coma. 🤣..

Take this as a warning and make head here with ALOT of place in your stomach. The food sooo good and with the never ending dishes in the thali, you will the leave restaurant soo stuffed and waiters will make sure of that. It has always been an absolute delight to eat the variety of food served and always sticks to the authenticity of Rajasthani food.

So we wanted to lunch at a place were we could get a variety of vegetarian options.<br/>Friends suggested Rajdhani as one of the better restaurants in the vicinity.<br/><br/>Their Thali offers a wide spread of different authentic Rajasthani dishes. We would seriously recommend skipping breakfast to truly enjoy the numerous options they have to offer.<br/><br/>The service is fabulous and the first serving of every dish happens within the first three mins. And you are constantly approached by the staff to check if you would like another serving of anything you like.<br/><br/>The food isn't very heavy or difficult on the stomach post lunch and you end up feeling satisfied to just about the right extent.<br/><br/>The staffs were very prompt and friendly. Had been to this place tonite for dinner on a a Tuesday night thinking would get DAL BAATI which it is famous for but unfortunately dint get that as there was a promotion for thali for 25dhs but on having it was a disgrace very poor taste and quality of food had to suffer with uneasy stomach for the full night as soon as left out of the restaurant:( purely not recommend

i like ur food, without a doubt. but ur delivery errors are frequent and restaurent staff doesnt pick up phone often. just today, in place of the ordered aloo tikki, i received dal kachodi and kadhi was missing, while the papad was all crumbled. the delivery staff lied while handing the order and left in hurry and ur staff was not reachable on phone.

Excellent place to dine ,the thali was prompt and dishes were all worth the money , AEd 45 per head of unlimited food seems like a deal when you get rotis with ghee, khichdi or rice and 5 dishes to accompany , the sweet served that day was kaju halwa it was so delicious had to take another helping . They serve unlimited chas tonwas it all down<br/>One gets really heavy after meal topped with ghee .<br/>

Went there after quite a long break. The thali was pretty average. Wouldn't call it great. The taste of the side dishes is what helps you enjoy the food. This time it was all quite bland. Enjoyed the aamras (mango pulp). Enjoyed the halwa. The malpua wasn't upto the mark. The dhokla was more an idli this time.

After having enjoyed their Ramadan thali offer on thursday i decided to take my colleagues out for iftar and i chose rajdhani again. (Big mistake!!!)<br/><br/>We arrived quarter to 7 and told the manager present that 4 of us we want to go for thali. We were informed that we'll open at 7 till then you have to wait. Agreed and we waited outside restaurant. At 7 pm we walked in again and when we went in the manager called back from behind and told us to go to Rajdhani street a small corner carved out from their existing restaurant. We reiterated we want to go for thali. Then the manager informed us its for 45 plus taxes. <br/><br/>When asked why didnt you tell us when we first came? no answers given! Why you are advertising it still? no answer, Why and when is this changed coz i just availed it 3 days ago? answer was sir its management decision we dont know. If you want you can go to the buffet we have on another side of restaurant. Literally few minutes to left for Iftar without any other choice we opted for it. <br/><br/>Finished our meal as quickly as we can and left to escape being in the middle of a 50 Women kitty party!!! <br/><br/>Thank you for spoiling my evening and embarassing me in front of my colleagues!

We went to Rajdhani for buffet last night. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything, starters, chaats, main course, desserts, everything was delicious. My personal favourite was puri with aamr khand. What a lovely combo! The service was exceptional, they served us hot puris and phulkas at the table upon our request.<br/>Just wish they had more varieties of mango dishes as they have advertised - 'aamlicious' , this was misleading for sure.<br/>Would love to try their thali someday.

We visited this place for their ifatar ammlicious thali . And being primarily non vegetarians we were pleasantly surprised by the food. The live chat counter offers amazing pani puri and chat . The starters namely the panner cheese sandwhich was yumm. Even the samosa and the pakodas were hot and tasty. The main course daal bhukhara stood out for me personally . Even the mutter panner was good. The sweets namely dal ka halwa and jalebi and amarkhand were lip smacking. All in all an amazing veg experience. We only wish that they had more of mango dishes especially since this was an aam festival

I'm pure non vegetation. But liked their food. Its really delicious. But all foods were little bit salty except chas. Overall all dishes were very good. Staff are very friendly and hospitable.

As it is Mango season they are having most of the dishes of raw and ripe Mango. The serving staff were very friendly and generous. Explained the dishes. Aamras puri was the highlight. It was sooo yum. Found the thali to be a bit expensive but worth the food.

We went for Lunch party 🎈 with 14-15 kids around , food was amazing specially Mango 🥭 Raas puri ... all kids loved so much .. After party when I reached home I noticed that my daughter one Gold earning was missing , I called the restaurant manager & Mr. Nimbaram Dewasi took the pain to find the the missing part by cleaning whole floor and found the earning . I really admire the ethical work / honesty .. thanks a lot for best services given .

Rajdhani is a wonderful place with a great ambience, we had to wait for sometime but it was okay. I had the unlimited thali which they only give on Tuesday or Wednesday I guess but since I love thalis , the thali was so good and amazing. The varieties were great and the sweet was great and even the starters! ♥️ Had a wonderful time over here

we are regular customer as dine in but first time today we ordered through Zomato but we are totally disappointed. Good variety food in Thali. Dine in is good with good service but today we ordered Rajdhani Elite meal box through Zomato. Food taste was ok but portions were very small compare to cost of AED 34, all four sabjis & dal were not more then two spoons. Packing was not up to the mark.? Containers were closed but packing box was almost open so need to improve on packing style.

I recently tried Rajdhani with my mom and we both left feeling so greatly satisfied. Very authentic marwari and vegetarian cuisine. They swap a couple of their dishes everyday so that it does not become mundane. Getting to our table, our hands were first washed and that was actually very thoughtful as they get the water and the hand washing dish to the table. Next, they set up our plate along with small bowls. Soon after, one by one the servers came and served us food. Before we knew it, our entire plate was filled with delicious hot food and we were ready to devourer it.

I chosed to eat a few chaats like dahi wada, dahi puri, dahi papadi chaat etc. But one thing which i liked the most was sev khamani which felt similar to grinded khaman dhokla with a garnish of sev, coriander and green chillies. Quite a different dish.

The food was average and the thing which let me down was the attitude of the staff. It wasn’t friendly at all , even the service was very poor I had to wait 20 mins just for one dish.

Excellent Thali. Always been a fan of Rajdhani food. Amazing aamras. The service was really great. Dal bati churma was yum. Their chilled chaas is worth mentioning. What crispy Malpua! Too good.

We have been regular customer of this restaurant but today we had bad experience. They serve great food but when it comes to take away it was not at all the upto the mark. Food was cold and very very avarage in taste. Very disappointed with take away menus and quality of them.
