The açaí smoothie is absolutely delicious with a fresh mix of fruits. The range of coffee and tea selections are great with multiple options to pick from. I feel that the pricing is higher than neighboring restaurants given the items presented. The hummus was served with toasted pita breads covered in zaatar along with olive oil and vegetables. The food was good and along with the lovely ambience due to the location, the overall experience was wonderful.

Shakespeare & Co is your go-to place to unwind. Hands down. With its delicate Victorian themed interiors to its comfortable seating, you won't realise the hours pass by. This branch at Souk Al Bahar has a great and spacious indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area has a lovely view of the fountains and they offer shisha as well. Shakespeare & Co has an extensive menu which taps into different cuisines. We started our food adventure with their every popular Penne Arrabiata The pink sauce is slightly spicy which adds a good punch to the flavour. We also tried their Hummus Trio which is vegan friendly. It usually consists of classic hummus, jalapeno hummus which is spicy and the beetroot hummus however they mentioned the beetroot hummus was not available, hence they enquired if they could provide the classic or jalapeno hummus instead. We opted for the classic hummus which was fine. The dish is served with Za'atar Chips and pita bread. We were curious to try their Croque Ma'am Sir and it was beautifully presented. Although the portion of the dish seems ideal for one person, the dish is quite heavy and can be shared by two. The turkey ham and bechamel sauce and melted mozzarella were sinfully good and the fried egg on the top gave the dish an added element of flavour and texture. The service here is top-notch and the price range is fair. A great place to visit with family and friends. Definitely recommended.

I went here twice, and the second time such horrible service was provided. The entire cafe was empty, waiter gave us the menu and disappeared for 45mins. Never even came back to check up on us. I had to personally go to the cashier and ask for a waiter to take the order to which the waitress started talking back at me. It wasn’t even like the cafe was busy, there were no customers inside except us and somehow I didn’t see any waiters around. But when some white foreigners came, suddenly there were 2 waiters assisting them with everything and their orders were given immediately even though it was much more than what we had ordered. Please improve your service, I only go there for dessert but after this experience it’s definitely not worth it.

Easy to find in Souk Al Bahar. They have shisha as well but you need to sit outside when smoking. Their menu has plenty of vegan and vegetarian options as well as a lot of healthy options to choose from. The staff as very attentive and friendly which is really appreciated. We always enjoy shakespeare with its lovely salads and mocktails and sheesha. However today we ordered the double apple sheesha and it was very bad . The taste of Tabacco and coal was very evident .We did Express to the sheesha guy that the sheesha is made too strong but even after tweaking the coal , I ended up with a bad headache in 10mins . Will definitely explore more places for sheesha henceforth . Was not at all happy with the sheesha this evening .

I’ve been going to Shakespeare since I was young, starting from the branch in Springs. My favorite dish is the chicken with mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes and their bread for starters is delicious with the garlic butter that they serve. Always good service and a nice atmosphere.

Be it breakfast, lunch or tea. This place has everything to offer and in victorian style. Shakespeare has introduced vegan menu option. We ordered from both breakfast and lunch menu. Their vegan zoodles, rainbow pad thai, acai bowl were amazing. Another hit was the lentil soup which is not soupy like regular ones. Its loads of solid lentil with a topping of pomegranate, fried onions, coriander. For dessert we ordered vegan tiramisu that was just wow. Love the atmosphere, brilliant staff with quick service.

The Victorian decor on the inside and a chilled out yet comfortable outdoor seating with the view of Burj Khalifa. The vibe of the place is very nice. We ordered Apple Mint shisha and Hummus and the Chocolate Eclair. The food was yumm, loved the za’atar chips. The shisha was good too. The staff was polite and friendly. The service was good and prompt. Would definitely visit again sometime soon.

Absolutely love the food, ambience and Desserts. I have tasted everything at Shakespeare over the past 5 years and have not had a single complaint. Every dish is gorgeous and tasty. The lentil soup, shakshouka and Chocolate & orange marble cake have become our staple 'must haves'. The standard of food is consistent throughout all their branches which is a major plus point.

Lacked some flavor Passion Fruit mojito : My go to drink at any Shakespeare Chicken Crepe : This one was my fav !A must try if you are into savory crepes. Burrata : A pretty decent burrata and lovely presentation Lettuce wrapped chicken tenders : Delicious and great portion size. Short beef ribs : Omg so good !! the meat was so tender and the mash potatoes were served with Bacon . Really loved the dish and the price for it is pretty good for the portion size. Baby chicken : An all time fav at Shakespeare. The chicken is so succulent and tasty ! Dark chocolate mousse : This was is pretty rich and heavy. 1 cup is good for 2 . Overall, love Shakespeare & co. and i love how they keep trying to add more items on their menu. Great service at the Souq al bahar branch and good shisha too for those who enjoy ! .

Shakespeare and Co. is one of the famous places in Dubai to hangout. I mostly go to their Dubai Mall branch. I had heard a lot about their branch in Souk Al Bahar so thought of visiting there. The interior is so elegantly decorated and the view is amazing. I tried their Fettuccine al Funghi, it was just perfect. The taste of Alfredo Sauce with mushrooms was super delicious. I will definitely try it again. It was worth the money.

I had already been here before and have been wanting to try other places in downtown, but I got drawn to this place again because of its lovely ambiance and good service and food. This branch of Shakespeare and Co is located inside the Souk Al Bahar in Downtown Dubai. The outside seating has beautiful views of the Burj Khalifa and is absolutely perfect when the weather is good. Both times I have been here, I’ve had a good experience and will definitely be coming back here again.

Our experience was about ok until rains appeared. We ran with our shisha & belongings to the nearest shelter in the restaurant. What was weird was that not even once did our server mention of the items we had ordered & were consuming when the rain commenced. Obviously we had to leave everything behind but shouldn't it be the common courtesy of the restaurant to ask their guests at least? The staff members were more puzzled instead of being polite. Certainly needs service improvement.

One of the best places I have been to on a brunch date.. The food is exceptionally good and the view makes it more blissful. They do have indoor seating, outdoor seating with a smoking and non smoking area however we chose to sit inside to enjoy the beautiful decor which definitely made our brunch experience more fascinating. We tried their American breakfast , Eggs Florentine and truffle burger and they were delectably appetizing. Would definitely recommend to others and already on my visit list for my next brunch

I literally feel like royalty every time I enter this branch of Shakespeare and Co. Not only are the interiors full of elegance but also the staff make sure you are comfortable and cater to your requirements. My last visit here was for lunch and we ordered their Penne Arrabiata (50aed) and Chicken Melt Sandwich (50aed). Both of my orders were really rich in flavours and made with fresh ingredients. Before the mains, we also had their complimentary bread rolls and butter with a green pesto-like mixture which was so delicious. A remarkable experience indeed and a must visit for the ones who haven’t tried this restaurant out yet.

We ate mixed grill. I didn’t like the taste of the meat and I believe they don’t know how to cook. Meat was dry and hard. Waiters are polite and kind, also fast service. I might go there again but i will not eat there. Nice place to drink coffee tea or smoke shisha

What I like about Shakespeare and Co. are their variety of menu options that address all tastes and the comfortable and elegant design of the indoors. This is valid for this outlet as well. I have been here for lunch and the food was delicious. But my favorite is their desserts especially hazelnut succes. The service is also a positive aspect of the experience.

I just love this place, great view our favorite grape mint shisha, with Moroccan tea for my bff and latte for myself and sometimes lemon n mint .... I love their fresh bun n butter garlic I could eat 10pcs of butter altogether. To fill tummy Arabiata pasta compliments our taste buds always ..... lill more focus on service part would be 10/10 especially during weekends ! Rest all good ... keep up the good work ... 👌🏻

Went to the branch at souk al bahar with my wife and family for lunch. Food was great but was served cold. When i approached the server- ROSHAN, he was least bothered and didnt even ask to have it reheated. I requested to get the pizza reheated atleast to which he said ok and got it back the same! The restaurant was completely empty and we were the only family having our lunch. We ordered 4 mains, drinks. The server was very rude and had this i dont care attitude in an empty restaurant. I was trying to understand how the food served was not at all warm even with an empty restaurant. When i requested to try some cookies as my friends recommended, he gave me a look which was understood by my whole family. I have written in the feedback form and handed it over to the same guy to give to the supervisor. I urge you to please check this as my experience was very unpleasant.

Went today for my parents anniversary for the first time and was impressed as the ambience was lovely. Whilst the interiors looked good, we decided to enjoy the nice weather outside while it still lasts and sat outdoors. They had given us complimentary rolls with a butter spread that I believe had some sort of mint in it and it was absolutely divine. We ordered the Chicken Melt sandwich and the Fettucine Al Funghi which I asked for in pink sauce instead of just Alfredo. The pasta was literally one of the best I’ve ever had and my parents thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich. My dad also ordered a mint lemonade which himself and my mom said was delicious. To end we got a carrot cake and a chocolate cake and to be fair both were disappointing and average at best and definitely not worth their price considering the taste and tiny portion size. The service was a little disappointing as the waiter wasn’t warm and it was very difficult to get the attention of the wait staff. My reason for the 4* instead of 3 is because of the taste of the mains, which is why I think I will return at some point but hopefully their service will be better when I do return.

Great outdoor seating options for a pleasant day near the palace hotel, Shakespeare's menu will make you spoilt for choice. Ideal for brunches, they offer a wide range of choices and is great as a family friendly restaurant. We gorged on beetroot baba ganouch (absolutely divine!) with zaatar crisps, delicious chicken cheese crepe, turkey on brioche and shakshuka. All of them were very appetizing however I mist give you a disclaimer to say that their way of cooking eggs deviates wildly from the accepted standards. **DISCLAIMER** Medium done egg of Shakespeare = Well done egg in the outside world. Choose it's preparation wisely.

Went here for breakfast today morning. The place was quite and peaceful and has one of the amazing views of Burj Khalifa. We ordered Avocado and eggs toast and a breakfast burrito with a side of roast potatoes. Food was delicious, so was our cafe latte with which we ended our meal. One additional star just for the location :)

Salmon is my favorite seafood and I always order it anywhere I go. This crepe salmon is being recommended to by my friend who is a loyal customer of Shakespeare. It was my first time in this place so I told her to manage the ordering but it must be a salmon dish. When I heard the word "crepe", I was thinking it is something "gummy" and sticky which I've experienced previously in some restaurants. But when my order came and took my first bite, I was surprised because the crepe was totally different and it tastes really great as in SUPERB! One that I'd definitely recommend to all my friends and social media followers including the healthy drink that was freshly made....it was a blend of mixed berries, carrot, celery, apple juice and surprisingly amazing. My first visit, indeed a remarkable one. 😍 Visit Shakespeare now!

Had Cafe latte from Shakespeare and Co from their Souk Al Bahar outlet. It was really nice. Ambiance is great too. Very peaceful. They served it with a couple of biscuits which were nice also.

I used to love this place...been here several times before...have given it like a 5 star rating before especially because their staff is so nice and friendly Usually I go with one friend Thursday night went with a few guests, like 6 adults and 2 kids and omg the staff and the service was soo disappointing. The restaurant wasn’t even like crowded to the brim, I could see the waiters standing in the corner and chit chatting. Literally no one waited on us till I didn’t go and make some noise about it and then the person came to me and gave me attitude and asked are you ready with your order. Like seriously I took my guests there because I expected amazing service and I was disappointed as hell. Never ever going back there again. You can serve and treat us well when we are two, but you cannot handle a group. That’s just sad and disappointing. And the staff was point blank rude at least to us. There were other people in the smoking area that were getting ready service as and when they want. Disappointed as hell!

Great location in Souk Al Bahar, however outdoor seating is hot due to the weather. Would have been nice if they covered it up like sheikh zayed road branch.

Have always enjoyed the Shisha at the Arabian Ranches outlet but had a lot of pigeons trying to eat our food at Souk Al Bahar outlet. Love to spend time with friends smoking Shisha... the people are courteous and friendly

The Souk Al Bahar has not that many surprises to offer but my boyfriend and I do really recommend Shakespeare and Co. if you are craving for some italian dishes and amazing sandwiches. Good size portion. Great service. Great food. My boyfriend had Steak sandwich that has beef steak, mustard (his favourite), tomatoes, lettuce, sautéed mushrooms, and french fries. And I was craving for seafood pasta so much so I had Spaghetti Frutti Di Mare. Mine had some sautéed shrimp, mussels, and calamari in rich tomato sauce, and a parmesan cheese slices on the side. Incredibly tasty! It doesn’t look that much but we barely couldn’t eat all. For our beverages, we ordered the Green Dragon and Stawberry Milkshake. Can highly recommend this place.

Coffee in Shakespeare and co is always relish. Although its not Zomoto partner but friend njoy caffe latte and I njoy honey lemon mint combination in one jar, it's always relish in my soar throat. And the interior and staff presence is too good to belive. I suggest for coffee this place.

I tried the superfood salad and it was quite delicious. Fruit yoghurt was surprisingly nice with the rich salad and it was very filling. I couldn’t finish half of the salad am I was very full. I got extra grilled chicken with it as well. I love the grilled cheese that comes with it.

Anyone can fall for this place. Amazing ambience, superb food and outstanding hospitality. I loved everything from European theme to the colors around. Ordered margarita pizza, vegetarian curry in main course, sandwiches along with coffee and strawberry lemonade. Food was really good enjoyed sheesha after that.

The service was great alongside the delicious food with immaculate flavours. Their portions were sufficient and filling as well as having a wide variety of choices on their menu. The ambience was quiet and peaceful right next to the palace downtown. They are well known for their desserts, we would reccommend the mille feuille.

The decor here is fantastic. The seating is traditional and very comfortable. I was very happy to sit here and have my food. The layout and ambience is excellent. I truly think it’s a great place to come. I came here specifically for breakfast. The food was excellent as well. I ordered eggs Benedict whilst a friend had pancakes. My food was well prepared and very tasty. Although it’s not the premium food you can order, nevertheless I enjoyed the food a lot. Pancakes were very good as well. I love their menu selection. Plenty to choose from and the service was very good. The customer service was very good and staff were very friendly. I would come back here for sure.

Situated in a small courtyard adjacent to the St. Regis Hotel in Saadiyat Island, only 50 metres from the lobby. This cafe is run independently from the hotel. The service is very good. The menu is extensive, from cakes through to really great main courses, from sandwiches to pizzas - they have everything covered. Very reasonable prices and by Abu Dhabi standards really fantastic value. Lovely ambiance, very good service. One of the best place to hangout with friends with the fantastic view of Burj Khalifa and the water front of Dubai mall. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to hangout with a group of friends. Oh yea they serve good seesha too

Ordered the white sauce chicken penne pasta, onion soup and a chocolate crepe - food was great overall! There's outdoor seating that's really spacious which is great especially if you're going with a big group of people. Tends to get stuffy and really hot during summers but it's great during winters - you really get to feel the wind considering it's in open space. It's located inside Souq Al Bahar so that gives you plenty of parking spaces and nothing to worry about as there is no time restriction - and there's the view of the Burj as well from where you can partially see the light show.

Its like any Shakespeare outlet but a bit dull i felt.. typical vintage look. The atmosphere is warm n pleasant. aww the burj khalifa, love the desserts as always. lovley experience altogether.
