Went there tonight to celebrate our Christmas eve.. but it ended up terrible night. Very Poor customer service! They should never leave their customers thirsty.. we asked for another drinks the guy walked away talked to his colleague , looked at our table and laughed! I was liked.. what the hell!?! And the guy never comes back, so we looked for another staff but seems nobody care to look our way. i swear we came home very thirsty! Nobody cares if we’re still breathing or eating their food .. definitely not gonna go back there ! �

After hearing about this place from Family & friends, we had to visit first hand!! Nothing better than a warm welcome from Emma a girl from Cork who was fantastic, she waited on us all eve, we got dinner & drinks. Huge portions. Even tho the food was phenomal( big portions) it was the service wAs exceptional, emma never stopped Re filling our drinks, introducing other staff to the Irish & made sure we were all catered for. Great to be welcomed by a local girl that was so efficient, friendly & professional. Emma made our Irish experience on holidays feel like home, she iS bubbly, and enjoys working in Dubai, it was exciting to hear her experiences & advice. Thanks for all the tips Emma, we will be back & recommending to our friends. Also, the one man band was enjoyable, only the Irish would appreciate & understand. �

We love this place . I love this place . Very lively , very chilled . There are these pet animals there also great for the ambience . I have been there so many times yet the first time I am actually writing a review. So I have had the salmon there , very tasty . I have the Irish cake , which was not bad . I had high expectations built up so but it was edible you gotta give them for trying , coffee and drinks also good . Staff is friendly. In all even if your date would be boring you would be entertained , I can assure you that :)

This isn't the first time I was in this place. I have been here a lot of times and I don't really understand what went wrong with them. Like I am ordering stuff and they are asking for deposit. I don't understand the concept. I am sitting right in front of you, and placing an order but why is there a deposit and as soon as my bill passes the deposit amount, you are again right on my table asking for more deposit. Like really dude? This is how professional you guys are. I enjoyed my time, no doubt. I love this place, food everything. But such a treatment isn't acceptable to tour customers. And it wasn't me only, I saw a lot of people in and around complaining for such stuff. #notafananymore

This is an all weather favorite of mine and my family. Whether it’s an afternoon with the kids or an evening with just adults, the Irish Village never disappoints. Beautiful setting by an artificial lake, surrounded by trees and ample seating both indoor and outdoor. They have an exhaustive beverage menu and very traditional British food. I personally love the fish and chips and mozzarella sticks.

Whether it is post work hours catching up, festivity, games & sports or family fun, this place caters to all types of people. Also it is pet friendly as there is ample outdoor space. Love the relaxed atmosphere and decent-No fuss crowd. This is one our Go-To places. Whether its the Hop fest or christmas carols, this is one place to be. A place to celebrate our every day. Decent pricing, friendly staff, good irish/english food. If I have to add to the negative or room for improvement list, then there would be only one point from me-Wish they could install health faucet in atleast 1 or 2 cubicles in the women's restroom, considering that we live in the mid-east and also caters to Indian/asian/eastern crowd and way of life.

I used to come here for the past 2 years every Thursday, bringing my friends and showing the place and yesterday was the last time i was there. Why? Because your personnel is awful. I have never encountered any problem there before. Yesterday me and my friend decided to try to use her brothers silver Emirates Card to get 20% off and instead of normally explain to us that we cannot use it without him being here your staff rudely and bitchy told us- Sorryyy,bye. It is not about the money, it is about your attitude. Your waiters are arrogant, treating those who spend enough money per evening better than those who just came maybe to have one pint. You either train them well or replace. Anyway one customer less. Good luck.

Irish village is always vibrant. We went during the winter which was great for being outdoors at night. As always it was packed but the atmosphere was electric. Their calamari rings were delicious. The service was on the rather slow side given it was a friday night and we had my baby with us and were told we could sit outside past 10:30pm which meant we had to leave earlier than anticipated. I fully understand though. Theres people smoking. Irish village is amazing for those after work drinks and just plain good old hanging out whenever

A week back, we reserved a table for tomorrow’s Christmas lunch at this place and received the confirmation(screenshots attached). Today I called at 9PM just to check regarding tomorrow’s reservation and an employee named Dennis informed us we don’t have the table reserved. Forget about the rudeness, not even an apology at the end! I do not recommend this place just because of the rudeness and unprofessionalism. Thank you for ruining our Christmas lunch and leaving my family in this spot, Irish Village!

Chips were the standard defrosted one. BLT sandwich, once again average. Yes I will go back for the drinks and entertainment, but not for the food.

This is THE place to go to to feel right at home, whether you are Irish or not... as this is truly one of the oldest places in Dubai that people like me will always cherish. Whenever we visit this place, our orders are the usual: Chef's Roast of the day, served 2 types of potato (roast potato & mashed), Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, and roast gravy. Certified Angus Beef Burger, served in a bun with iceberg & romaine lettuce, cheese, tomato, mayo, and onion. Fish & Chops, battered cod fillet served with chips, mushy peas, and tartar sauce. Each one will come exactly the same no matter which time of the year you order it. Their burger is the best I had in the city. Nice and juicy. I love the place, I love the friendly and super fast staff, and love the atmosphere. It can get really busy during winter, but if you come a little early, you will get to enjoy the perfect table outside with some live music.

Have been here many times. Normally to watch the live music with friends and family. Last week I went for a late breakfast. I really enjoyed my BLT sandwich which I was surprised came with a portion of chips. Staff were super attentive. Bacon was pork product. Not used to seeing it so quiet during the day but guessing most Dubai residents had left for summer as usual.

This place was the 1st Recommended when I had to visit Dubai ! Amazing ambience and the vibe here made my experience a true worth here 😍 I enjoyed the music and the bar bites ! It gave us a total new experience here. Veggie version of Fish and Chips were really amazing and trust me ul shall enjoy this utmost. Alfredo Pasta is really cheesy and yummy ! The desserts were also amazing. Service was totally good and IL certainly recommend everyone to visit this place.

We have been there to have a nice time but all of staff were looking at us with a very unwelcoming attitude. Because we were arabs. Even the they did not ask us if we want to order anything. So we stood and went away. I heard to of the staff talking and pointing on us. What a shame. You are living in an arab country and you are welcomed anywhere and you don’t want any of us to enter your Irish village. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

Whenever my group felt a little stressed in the week, chances are you'll find us hanging out here. These are the top things you should try: -battered calamari (freshest and tastiest compared to other places - the angus burger (you'llneed a partner to finish this off) - the wagyu steak (superb meat!) I'll give 4/5 for the steak sandwich, the meat was a little to hard to chew but taste excellent though. No problem on extreme weather condition. During summer, they put up a tent! Nice music, good food, wonderful people.!What else can you ask for? Experience it, too!

The iconic Irish Village is the home of many memorable events for everyone. It is the one pub that brings a familiar and homely feel. The ambience itself will help you unwind after a busy day. It boasts a great outdoor seating area just by a lake, thus making it a scenic place to have a few beers or cocktails. If you're lucky, you will spot a few ducks waddling amongst the tables too. They also have an extensive menu with a fair variety of Irish/ British dishes. The food is fairly good as well. We tried the Chicken and Mozzarella Strips this time and it was tender, crispy and was quite a good bar snack. The servers are attentive and quick. However, it can slow during some weekends. One of their best features is the music. They have a live band singing old school songs which can get the crowd going. Overall a great place to visit for a night out.

The 5 stars are for the ambience and the experience. We have always visited Irish village in winter/ cooler months, and love their open air seating, the rustic charm of wooden benches and chairs below trees in a garden setting and next to a small pond that houses ducks and turtles :) there are a few cat visitors too on and off but all animals maintain safe distance for those afraid of/ concerned about these visitors. Beautifully relaxing songs keep playing in the background with live music from 9.30 pm onwards adding its own magic to the already dreamy setting :) and a tall christmas tree stands perched in the open lawn area in December enhancing the beauty of this place. Coming to the food, the servers are friendly and happy to assist with making choices. Though the options are limited for vegetarians, they are available and delicious! We had their cheese platter with soda bread - very filling in itself, soup of the day which was broccoli and asparagus soup - yummm ; vegetarian penne pasta - it was delicious served in a hearty portion and cooked tender per our request; and a few beverages including pina colada (perfect!) and green tea to end it all :) A very satisfying meal I would say. We love this place and surely recommend others to try it atleast once :)

Visited Irish village after a really long time, ordered a couple of pints of Guinness and some Rose for the lady. Speaking of the food nothing much has changed from my previous visit, food is great but what we really come to Irish village for is the ambiance, the open air, which has a pure Irish look and feel. Hoggers In Dubai

Irish village is one of those pubs you hear about even when you are new to dubai and is a must visit for all. The crowd here is good most of the time and is a good place to get a drink and chill. Service here is quite slow even when the place isn't very crowded but nonetheless it feels good to get high here and is a must try place for all.

We felt really unwanted here, careless waiters did not welcome us and assist us to our seats. I had to ask 3 employees to arrange a table for 13 of us. As soon as our orders arrived they’ve asked for the payment upfront which seem not to be the way they usually bill. After asking why we were being treated this way the response we got was that they wanted to make sure we payed on time(!). Disappointing as it is a highly recommend venue.

U have the ambience Irish outdoor In Dubai and that too with pleasant winters.. The place has extensive outdoor seating with wooden chairs and table. The ambience and weather keeps your spirits high😉. Tried: Onion Rings and Mayonese with Chips.. Chips were fresh fried potatao wedges-really good with your drinks Rings were crispy and golden brown Main course: Sea Bass - fresh baked fish with small portion of rice and boiled vegetables- it was ok and could have been better Alfrefo pasta: this was wonderful, we tried vegetarian option with brocolli and parsley stand out. What an amazing kickstart for Christmas month? Thank you @theirishvillage for gifting us such a glorious event. I was having a fluctuating multiple personality disorder (switching between adult and child) standing in between a pub and giant Christmas tree. Starting from the traditional Christmas munchies like mince pies and mulled grapes to carol songs, the countdown to the Christmas tree lighting, everything was so astounding. @theirishvillage You didn't fail to keep up the Christmas spirit and ambience throughout.

Irish Village is a great place to hangout on weekends. It has good crowd and ‘during winters you can enjoy the outside sitting arena with food and drinks’ and moreover the staff is friendly and service is good. It was a amazing experience trying out this place and once you visit you would definitely prefer going at this place again.

The vibe at Irish Village is amazing ! It doesn't feel like Dubai at all. The al fresco setup mixed with the country side fairy lights and tables gives it a rustic and comfy look! We ordered a mixed sauce vegetarian pasta and a broccoli and cashew stir fry noodles dish. The pasta was tasty but not in an authentic sort of way. It tasted a bit like mac n cheese only with a mixed sauce. On the other hand the portion is very large and can easily be shared by two. Coming to the noodles dish, it was just pathetic! The description mentioned it would be spicy and a chinese dish- however it was sooo bland and had not even the faintest asian flavours. I told them that it wasn't spicy so they took it back and added 3-4 green chillies like a garnish and gave it back to me!. It was a bit better but still not palatable. I shared my husbands pasta and ate the veggies and cashews up, couldn't eat the noodles. We ordered a bannofee pie for dessert. That was pretty good. It was the saving grace in our meal. Overall for a place with such a vibrant ambience, the food menu is lacking in terms of taste and authenticity- though I can only talk about the veg options. Would recommend for an upgradation of menu options. Also, the place is very expensive and we felt it was a rip off as we were not at all satisfied with our dinner.

This place has major chill vibes! It’s not unusual to be sitting there, having a good time and then suddenly realise it’s been hours that you’ve been there for. I recommend you make the most of this good weather and try going to a little earlier so you can get a table outside! Disclaimer - the food is your typical bar food, don’t expect too much from it.

A very chilled place , lots of fun activities , singing bands and the best part is its pet friendly. Unfortunately its quite far from where i live otherwise my dogs and i will be there regularly. It has that European street feel that i quite miss. Lots of good food there. Def worth visiting if you havent yet. An old all time classsic

Service has so improved . Food came almost immediately on placing our order so much so that we hadn’t done any justice to our bottle of Malbec. Music was great , so was the weather and vibe. Very glad we picked Irish village over our other options last evening. An oldie but a goldie.

One of the best places to just chill over a few glasses of beer!! Irish Village gives you that calmness and serenity with its decor, outdoor seat arrangements. The food is great. Being a regular here, I absolutely love their fish and chips which is heavenly!! Chicken cordon blue, barbecued chicken wings, pork ribs are great to have! They have great varieties of draft beers!! Pocket pinch might seem a little on the higher side but the ambience, the live music , the booze, the staff make it all!!! You won’t be disappointed for sure.

Pork sausages is what it says.. no condiments no coating just deep fried sausages.. Chicken mozzarella strips are chunky logs of chicken.. again no seasoning.. Red wine is apparently supposed to be served at room temperature.. Thanks for making my birthday memorable.

This restaurant/pub is an institution in Dubai. They have great seating outside during the cooler months. They have vey good pub food which I really love, and is reasonably priced. Their fish and chips and banger and mash is fantastic. The best thing about this place is that most of their beer is on tap . I do recommend this place to all. One of the best time to visit is during the hop fest week end. Loads of beers , priced at a premium ( typical dxb prices ) but great fun . Decor 4/5 Food 4/5 Service 2/5 Value 3.5/5

The parking area nearby do have hundreds of spots. Still don't be surprised, if you had to park hundreds of meters away on most of the nights. The servers are not very friendly and could be arrogant at times. The ambiance can be chosen as it offers many indoor places and a very lively outdoor seating area. The "open the tap" thing they do is quite annoying. The food is tasty and the sauces are worth mentioning.

The moment you enter the precincts, you tend to forget that you are in dubai. The setting, the architecture, the music, the mood is all British/Irish. It was a quiet weekday and it was almost closing time. I ordered a angus burger and a beer. Had a bit of a trouble in communicating with the waitress. The tone of the light inside was really good for relaxing after a long day. The burger tasted really good but felt a lil dry perhaps because I asked it to be well done. A nice place to getaway from the hot busy evenings in dubai.

I liked the place, cool ambience, good music to chilling out, the food selection are quite huge, the food was appetizing especially the steaks, it was perfectly cooked, the waiter should working out in terms of being active and attentive, and to turn it off more when the white server asking if we want to add tips on the bill, Oohh noooo sounds beggar👎👎👎 Tips will be given by heart and if the customers truly satisfied bout the service you offered, no need to ask! Hopefully, the management stop them and guide them the essence of hospitality service without expecting amount in return.
