Red Lobster just launched their new menu, and I couldn't stop myself from trying it. Placed ideally on the backside of Dubai mall in the downtown area facing the Burj Khalifa, red Lobster's vibrant vibe will make it a perfect place to hang out with friends and family. I absolutely loved the hospitality of the staffs, especially the supervisor who was energetic and active throughout. I started with Seaside sampler (5/5) and then tried lobster lover's dream (5/5), Portobello Grilled Chicken (5/5), Mango Mai Thai (5/5) chocolate wave (5/5). The feast was excellent, and the new menu is highly recommended.

The service was lovely. Warm friendly staff that are accommodating. However, this place is so overpriced for the kind of food you get. Everything tasted like it came out of a freezer bag. Unseasoned, watery tasting. Realllly can't believe you can pay upto and over 100 dirhams for 90s cafeteria tasting food. Don't do it guys.

The seafood is great! I’ve tried their lobster, scallops, shrimps and squid rings. Everything tastes absolutely amazing. The frozen strawberry margarita is a must try! However I think the steak and chicken dishes need a little more improvement.

I wish I'd read some of the reviews online so I could order the right dish.. but that apart, Red Lobster is settled at an almost perfect spot in Dubai mall serving good quality seafood. While the lobster roll didn't live upto our expectations, the rest of the main courses went along well with our group. I'd not recommend any of the pasta dishes as the pasta was dry and overcooked, but their rice pilaf and complimentary cheddar biscuits proved to be yummy sides

Our go-to place to celebrate something special. Their complimentary cheddar bay biscuits is like no other. The coastal clam chowder soup was creamy and so flavorful. The steak was cooked perfectly. Seafoods are likewise amazing 😉 They have good service and very accommodating staff

Another great find in Dubai Mall. Highly recommended for seafood lovers. At the same time, One of my friend who doesn't eat seafood couldn't sit inside. So I recommend sitting outside. Great view of the fountain and very good service. Their Signature Clam Chowder soup is simply delicious and so is their Nachos with Lobster, Artichoke Dip. The dip is cheesy and creamy and full of flavour. The mocktails were nice too. Must Try : Nachos with Lobster Dip and Clam Chowder Soup

Red Lobster located in the Dubai Mall is one of the best place serving high quality seafood !!! The biscuits are something to die for..can disable the enemy if hordes were dropped on a battlefield 🤪 We ordered the clam chowder soup with sourdough bread bowl and was amazing with creamy taste with succulent pieces of clam and potatoes. Next we tried the seafood sampler that seemed like the best thing in the world .. with coconut shrimp and shrimp in a orangish honey chilli sauce and the mushrooms were baked to perfection with mushy chumpieee seafood filllllingss. Overall an excellent experience with divinely delicious lip smacking sumptuous food that would stay in your fondest memories forever 😇

Being at dubai mall for hours walking and shopping and finally when u decide to eat its 11 pm and most of the restaurants are not accepting last orders it feels awful. However a big thanks to red lobster team and their service for being courteous and welcoming us in. Although it was closing time for them too and i was starving they suggested menu items that suited my hunger and wouldn’t take long to serve either way. At first i was served with warm cheddar biscuits from the oven crunchy on the outside and soft inside just a perfect starter. I then ordered Coastal wide mushroom soup a 5/5 to start with dreamy creamy rich soup together with mushroom pieces and soft bread and an extra small salad i would say best value for the money and quite filling as well. As the starters were abundant i opted for hand battered deep fried fish and fries that was perfectly battered in crispy coating and completely cooked inside, juicy and tender. 5/5 Great food with views of burj khalifa. I am a sea food fan definitely visiting again 👍🏻

I was craving for a good steak and lobsters, went in got seated. In a few minutes i was ready to order, waved at a service attendant, got ignored, waved again for another service attendant, got ignored, and for the third time, waved at a passing attendant and he replied someone will come to assist me. After another 15 mins of waiting, on attendant came to the other table who just sat in and took orders, i had enough.. i left and decided i will never come back to this restaurant ever... the restaurant is half empty, the manager is just standing at the reception chatting.. most of the servers are standing next to the micros. 3 servers passed by my table, and I cant understand why no one want to take my order? Coming from the same food industry, no wonder the surrounding restaurants are full, and red lobster is almost empty... the service is mediocre.. the manager is dysfunctional, i ended up dinning in Texas road house which is a few steps away, and there i felt welcomed! Had the most amazing t-bone steak, and ordered an extra plate of shrimps.. red lobster is deemed to fail if this wont change...

Excellent ambience with a view facing the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa. 😍 We tried the lobster rolls and they were good, although a little overpriced considering the quantity. Their signature cheddar cheese biscuits that they serve complementary deserve a special mention as they are absolutely delicious and melt in the mouth. 😋

It was my first time at Red Lobster, and I enjoyed it! We were a party of two, and ordered the Caesar Salad with Salmon, Sweet Chili Shrimps & Wood-Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon. The portion is quite big and the food tastes good. It’s definitely not the best but it’s good. I expected the Sweet chili Shrimp to be a bit more crunchy and the Lobster to be more tender, that’s why I give it a 3.5/5 rating. Prices are okay and the service was great!

This was a pretty bad experience. while the waiters were nice, the food was poorly presented, tasted bad and was definitely not worth its price. We ordered fried calamari and it smelled/tasted like the oil it had been fried in was used a million times before. The bread bowl that the soup was in was stale, the main dish (lobster, shrimp and scallops) was tiny and just plain sad... The complementary biscuits were delicious though :)

Visited as a guest in the Red lobster restaurant for lunch just today. We were entertaining friends and enjoyed our table. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning 😊. The Dubai Mall branch service level was so poor and unpleasant. It took an average of 45mins to get our orders ready. Furthermore, it’s hard to get the attention of the waiters. As for Food quality i would say average and not worth the money. Overall experience is horrible, specially when having guests from abroad who would love to have nice dinner.

Went here 2 days ago, I've been here before and the food was always good, being a Lobster Fan I love coming here. This time though, Was a disaster! The servers behaved like they were angry or something! The Lady who took the order was distracted (maybe looking at the fountains) the way she took the order was totally unprofessional and completely a Mess! The way the server brought the stuff to the table was as if he was angry, he just threw things on the table and left... I finally had enough and demanded for the Manager! That's where things changed! Michelle the manager who was such a LOVELY person came and turned everything around, She apologized and made us feel welcome, she took us to another table and took extremely good care of us with the aid of Lorna who was a Wonderful Server! I had the snow crab legs and my fiance had the salmon and it was DELICIOUS! I'd recommend the food for sure but don't go there on days when Michelle and Lorna aren't there. Thank You, Michelle, for turning the night around for me and my Fiance.

We recently visited Red Lobster Dubai Mall for dinner. Food was good but a bit pricey and I must mention that the service and staff behavior really need a boost. We have raised some issues to the manager (Michelle), she was very apologetic and handle all our concerns professionally. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

Nice place to dine once in a while .. The place usually is crowded in weekends so you need to secure a proper table before dining. ambiance is good, staff is nice and friendly (need more attention to customers though) cause you have to wait before you spot one to come serve you as they are very busy. Pricing are slightly above average compared to portion and service served, but its worth the experience. Food quality are generally good, even though some side dishes was not so perfectly nice. but all main courses was very good. easy to access from the mall, and have access to the fountain, but you need to walk a bit near by for the nearest washroom, because restaurant don't have one. I love the experience and I will do it again from time to time.

The food is always delicious here. My favorite is lobster lover, lobster and shrimp spaghetti, plus you can choose one side dish. Shrimp trio is great, oh that coconut sauce with shrimp tempura. Mocktails are also excellent. Pina Colada is my favorite. If you take margerita, ensure that you share for 2 or even for 3 as it’s huge:) Location wise it’s a bit far from fountains but you still can see it partly and Burj Khalifa lightening is seen too. The only thing I can’t understand why the prices are keep growing with time for the same dishes with same ingredients I’m taking for years... very strange and not right.

we tried their newest item lobster and shrimp overboard and the cedar plank seafood bake its very big portion, me and my husband share it together and we love it. the ambiance is great,the staffs are friendly, our server may is most amazing and all the managers are making sure that we are having great dinner. we will come back here together with our children. great job red lobster😘😘😘

I had lunch in Red Lobster today. The managers and staffs are very accomodating, especially our server Cyra she recommended their new item Cedar Plank Seafood Bake. I really love it and its very delicious. I am definitely come back here and bring all my friends here to try the best seafood restaurant in Dubai.

Used our Smiles Promo with Buy 1 Take 1 in main course that’s why we opted to dine here after a challenging week. Reward, yes? Ordered their bestsellers Rock Lobster & NY Strip and Ultimate Feast. I like the lobster better when it is plain, rather than the Rock lobster. The steak was a downside. I like the shrimps and the crab. Overall, it was nothing too special though it is an experience. If you will ask me if I will come back, maybe I will choose other resto beside this. Only one good thing was the customer experience from one of their waiters. Shoutout to Niel, who assisted us all throughout our time in this resto. Good job and keep it up. Credit card accepted, parking area near the resto and washroom is outside, few steps away.
