We went to Miyabi Sushi and bento restaurant yesterday, the ambiance reminds you that you are really in japan, the staffs are all smiling and accommodating, each table the manager in charge is checking every tables for any orders pending or asking the guest if the orders serves right. The food all are mouth watering from the sushi that doesnt taste as fish. We have tried the sushi boat for two and cost is not that expensive. Highly recommended.

60 percent of a good experience in F&B is the service, and problem solving especially in a specialized restaurant! Miyabi Sushi &a Bento is the perfect example of the worst experience in Dubai! We were a group of 5 and our order was practically 2 sushi boats for 3 people 1 cooked plate for 1 person and a selection of 5 rolls for the the 5th person! Food came in batches where the cooked food came 1st and after the person finished eating the 2 full boats arrived, and the 5th person got the food after 4 times of requesting the 5 rolls, speaking to the manager and fighting with him. Getting to speak to his highness too took the effort of me getting up walking all the way to the cashier and shouting to get the managers attention! That's the experience you get with this restaurent. The manager has an attitude and surprisingly enough a very bad attitude. The waitresses are nonchalant and disregard the customers. Moreover they are lost and don't actually know what the orders on the table are. I'm sorry to say that the whole customer experience is a horrible and very bad one. On the other hand the prices are inflated, and the freshness of the fish is doubtful. Just a note: I didn't come for free food! But it seems that the manager's first line of defense, when I refused to eat and cancelled my portion, was to give me the food for free saying: it is fine we won't charge you, the rolls are already made, what will I do with them!!! Humiliating feedback and cheap approach. Bad place. Elias

Ok I ordered delivery and was surprised that it arrived in half the anticipated time. Dragon roll was good but the Salmon Teriyaki tasted so processed and the sauce far too sweet. It was a shame as the rolls were good. Need to take care with this dish, will never order it again from here unless the recipe is changed.

We ordered in Miyabi Sushi Bento and asking for the delivery. As we are excited to open the food, we noticed that items are incomplete. So again we called again for the missing items and waited for another 25mins. We are a fan of this restaurant but we are disatissfied of the items delivered to us. Plus the packaging of the food and some missing items are unacceptable. Please ensure before you deliver the products to double check so the customer wont call back again and will be upset.

The food here is good and authentic. I love the Unagi and the sashimi here. Very well done. It’s a small place but I believe there are more seating on the next floor. The parking seems to be tricky but they actually have their own customer parking at the back of the building. You do need to call them so they can allow you in.

However , I was impressed by the workers and above all the manager Christine. Her efforts were greatly appreciated. We got our food on time and she kept her customers satisfied. I tried their Chilly tempura and Alaska maki roll from classic collection both were a true delight. A must try.

Fantastic restaurant serving up some delicious fresh sushi. Even their ramen is really good and can give serious competition to some of the other Japanese restaurants in the city. The Trade Center branch is a nice cosy space. In the winters they have a really nice outdoor seating section that is always full. The staff is courteous and the service is great. I would highly recommend checking out Miyabi for sushi and ramen.

We ordered the shrimp gyoza, chicken katsu curry and chili mushroom ramen. The gyoza was pretty delicious and the dip served with it was nice too. The chicken katsu curry was just about average and the ramen was just not my cup of tea. The broth was too salty and just didn't taste right. Overall, a pretty mediocre experience that didn't justify the hefty bill. Food- 2/5 Service- 4/5 Value for Money- 2.5/5

This is one of the best sushi restaurants that I have been to recently. The sushi is divine and tasty. The drinks are reasonably priced as well. Their lunch specials are from 12pm to 4pm and value of for money. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and give you a warm welcome. Our waitress, Danica was very helpful in suggesting what we should try. The ambiance is good and the arrangement of the tables and chairs are good. Overall, I was not disappointed at all.

Sorry but this was a bad experience. Chicken Udon miso was inedible because of excessive salt in the broth . Massively excessive. Wait staff uninterested and sloppy . Except for the last waiter who was polite but also not apologetic: just gave comment cards to fill out. Was the second visit / despite having gold discount won’t go back. There were other issues but enough said .

I tried their new mushroom truffle rice, which comes on a sizzling plate with asparagus, asian greens and kale, i however asked mine to be made excluding the greens and kale. Big portion, good for 2 to share or 1 person if only eating this. I also tried their avocado mango roll, 8 pieces. Was made using black rice. It was yum, great options for Vegans. The outlet at Trade Center is more delivery oriented. We went in for lunch, casual dining, nothing great. Youll see several delivery platform drivers come in to take their orders for delivery. Service went from bad to good. We were offered some miso soup that was on the house. Our drinks, passion fruit Mojito & watermelon juice were fresh but came after a long wait. Also, i was there with a friend whose rolls were made before mine, and we could see the food ready and prepared sitting for the waiter to serve it but he didnt. Instead he waited for mine to be ready too, before he served us both which didnt make sense since my friend ordered Tempura rolls which would go soggy if they were just left sitting there and mine was a cold roll. So, anticipation from the service side was lacking. 4 overall only for the food

Avo Mango roll was delicious. The sriracha sauce gave it a nice kick. The tempura in their bento box was over-battered. Literally, the shrimp was just 1/5th of the size. If you have to order bento, skip the tempura. My mom enjoyed their sashimi though. The Chicken Udon ramen was good (base soup was Miso), chicken was tender. The udon was chewy and boiled just right. I loved the mushroom and seaweed toppings. Food here was good but they have to improve customer service. Their AC was broken so not really a good combination with ramen. My toddler was crying as she was feeling hot but they didnt give her coloring stuff. However, they gave one to the other table with kids. They are not flexible with the orders too. We politely asked if theres any way we can replace ramen with stir-fry noodles (as seeing the temperature inside was not fit for a soup), but they declined. Showed the lady staff the price comparison (the stir fry was obviously cheaper than the ramen!), but she didnt budge as our voucher was for ramen. Anyway, we let that slide. We also experienced difficulty booking a table and using a voucher due to lack of communication skills of their staff. Also, they are not environment-friendly, They demand a printout of the voucher when they can always scan the Qcode from the phone. First time i have experienced an establishment strictly needing a printout. Apparently they need to attach it to the bill.

This is a good sushi option in SZR area, the service is friendly and the seating is minimalist. Had tried the Sake don and Tekka don , both had good qty of sashimi and rice. The tuna was a bit too thickly cut for my liking and not so fresh, but the salmon was great and really fresh. The salmon sushi was good too. The Beef gyoza was amazing. Recommend this place to those who wants to try some Sushi when in the area. They got a good Korean inspired menu selection as well.

Had a super experience at Miyabi yesterday, we had some really good signature rolls and the Sake Sashimi was so fresh. Also tried the spicy edamame & Wakame salad.. Definitely recommended. Russell, our server, for the evening was so accommodating with our requests making the evening even more fun. Luckily got to sit outdoors since the weather was still comfortable by Dubai standards.

Been here last night with hubby as we were both craving for bento.. we ordered SAKE SALAD and BEEF GYOZA as starters, salad dressing was great but the salmon could have been fresher, we both like gyoza, steaming hot and sauce was awesome. for mains, we ordered SAMURAI and SHOGUN BENTO, both meals were great.. we finished everything. Placed an online order for delivery. It says avg. time is 45 min. They're extremely late. I called after an hour of waiting and they said it is a maximum of 75min. Joshua was assisting me but was very surprised how rude she was, repeating and confirming that it is 75min. I took a screenshot of the committed delivery time but then she said it goes up from 45m to 75m... and I am still waiting.. 70min till now...

Ordered crunchy shrimp sushi, spicy chicken, and chicken katsu curry. Crunchy shrimp was not crunchy at all. Not very good. Thankfully the other two dishes were so good they made up for it. Will definitely come back but probably not for the sushi

I went to this restaurant last February 28 and I love their food. I enjoyed their crunchy California roll, Korean bulgogi, and their strawberry mojito. Their staff also are very accommodating especially Russel and Christine. I would definitely come back again.:-)

We ordered Spicy edamame Volcanic shrimps Cruncy California rolls Oman chips roll Sushi sandwitch Passion fruit mojito Tempura banana ice cream The food was amaizng and the staff was friendly. The only problem was the order was taking a lot of time. The dessert itself took 15-20 minutes to come.

We ordered the Teriyaki chicken, lion king sushi, crunch pop rolls and the volcano shrimps. All were more than we expected and it left us with a heavy but happy stomach. I usually am picky with raw fish but I tried it and it was super fresh. Great to go here in groups as it is a fun experience trying out different dishes. The makis are to die for. This place serves below average “Japanese” food for the price that they charge. After looking around for a while, we decided to go with the safer options of Seafood (supposed to be cooked) Yaki soba and Chicken Teriyaki. Both were huge let downs and I’m glad we didn’t try their Sushi or Sashimi. The prawns in the Seafood noodles were nearly raw, the calamari looked sad and the dish was packed with vegetables, mostly cabbage. The Chicken smelt like it wasn’t cleaned properly and I really couldn’t take a second bite of it. Their service was definitely better than the food itself. Thank you!

Found Miyabi on our evening walk, and we're lucky enough to find an outside table. Our server Russel was very friendly and professional. Since it was quite busy, the lady manager offered us a complimentary bowl of miso soup on the house due to the wait. Very good it was too! Our bento boxes were tasty, with nicely put together combinations and good flavours. My wife actually could not finish hers due to the amount of food, but a take-away was not a problem. Reasonably priced for the quality, friendly staff and a full tummy. Recommended.

This photos were taken last December 2017. It was only now I posted a review because I had to find the pictures of the menu items that we ordered. Some of our food I didn’t get to take photos of because we were already munching it. It was a small but fine restaurant in the busy trade center area. I was amazed by the authenticity of the taste of each menu item. I was able to visit Japan and it somewhat close to the food we ate there. This is my go to place when I am craving for Japanese food. :)

25th of October by 22:25, I did an order from Miyabi sushi using Talabat App, when I ordered it mentioned 30-40 minutes delivery time, but as usual it was late but this time it was delivered by 23:55 which means after 90 minutes (more than double the time they mentioned), when I was following up with the restaurant I got an answer from a lady who said sorry we have too many orders today so we cannot deliver on time, what an excuse, after texting the manager they called me again and said will do it ASAP which is already late, I used to order or dine with them at least once every 2 weeks with some small challenges but not big ones, this time I promise to never use them again and to never recommend or even mention their name anywhere, really bad experience.

This food made me realise I need Japanese friends. After the usual treasure hunt on @zomatouae I finally decided to try @miyabi_sushi. Mainly because I wanted to try out some authentic Japanese, and the reviews on this one did the trick. Clearly, timely delivery isn't the only thing they're good at. After a couple of raw experiences that lingered long after, I almost decided Sushi wasn't how I roll. I'm probably going to try out all of their Sushi delights! . *The Chicken Teriyaki was oozing in flavors, with the rice being a perfect accompaniment. . *I was a little hesitant to try out the raw slices of fish. But I'm glad I went ahead. Raw & blant would sound boring, but this is definitely something I'd try again. . *All the tempura dishes (Shrimp & veg) as well as the crispy beef gyoza (a must try!) were a zero disappointment and highly recommended. . I loved all the sauces that came along. And wasabi is anyway my favourite. I had my dinner here, late last Sunday. My go to dish is usually the sushi sandwich however, this time i decided to try a couple of items from the new menu - in addition to the sushi sandwich. I ordered the Naruto roll and Patrick, the server recommended that I try the Godzilla roll. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! Patrick was excellent and very attentive to detail to ensure that I had a pleasant experience after a long day. I highly recommend this quaint little place tucked slighty away from the hustle and bustle of Sheikh Zayed Rd!

Miyabi Sushi & Bento – Tucked right beside Four Points by Sheraton in Trade center area Miyabi serves a mix of Japanese & Korean cuisine with prompt service and peaceful ambiance, we simply fall in love with it. The menu is huge and you get lots of variety to try. We started with SPICY EDAMAME, it is full of flavors. VOLCANO SHRIMP is a delicious treat to ant prawn lover. SHRIMP GYOZA is perfectly seasoned and served hot, loved it. KAMI SALAD is delicious crab salad with avocado and spicy sauce, delicious.

Had Amazing Dinner with Amazing Friends ^_^ I have been hearing about this newly opened restaurant in Burjuman and friends says the food is really good. We been trying many times to visit, unfortunately, the restaurant is always busy and so many people waiting for the table and after a month finally, my friends and i had dinner and it's amazing. The food is perfect i just love it so much:) the service is really good staffs are very friendly. We really enjoyed Nasi goreng, Lemongrass Vegetable, Cream Cheese Roll Sushi, Pan Fried Noddles. For the dessert, you must try the Sizzling Brownies with Ice Cream,,, wooooop its so Delicious :) We actually went back again just after 2 days we had the dinner. Definitely recommended and will visit again and again :)

We went here as they had shabu shabu on the menu. Their sushi, miso soup, nigiri are ok - comparable to any other sushi place. The shabu shabu was an utter disappointment - longing for the ones we tried during our trip to Japan !!!

Being out at 12 with two equally hungry mates who are hell bent on getting sushi for dinner is a tall order, because lets face it all the good joints close up by then.. That's what we thought before we stumbled upon this gem near Trade Centre..such a shame that we are finding it so late in our lives here in the UAE. Sushi and sashimi were really fresh and the mains are incredibly well balanced with special mention to the Sea Bass mains. Ideal location for a late night date or hang out spot with quality food and service.

My second time visit after two years. We ordered: -Seafood ramen -chicken katsu curry -passion fruit mojito The ambience is okay.Nothing special. We were greeted at the door. The food is okay but a little bit strong for my taste and it took a while for them to serve our food. I love that mojito drink though

Service, food, quality - that’s what it’s all about at Miyabi. We walked in for dinner this evening and used Zomato Gold for their a la carte menu. While I didn’t enjoy the chicken karaage at all (it was Uber oily), the teriyaki was divine. My husband had the all you can eat Tuesday option, and ate sushi to his hearts content. He ordered a roll called godzilla, and loved it so much that he had a do over twice. Amrit, our server, was really nice. All in all, a great post work binge that’s value for money.

This is my 2nd visit to Miyabi. The 1st was at La Mer and the other at SZR. The 1st visit was exciting as its was our first take at Miyabi although we’ve tried many other places. The visit to SZR was disappointing in terms of Ambience,Food,taste,service. We ordered much more than than just the pictures and the bill was quite high. I suggest they control their use of Mayo in sushi as its overwhelming & the curry needed to be cooked well as the spices were raw! I have tried at mamy other places like Wagamama,shabu shabu which makes me write a review thats worth informing the teams! Thanks!
