يقع المطعم في فيستفال مول في دبي، ثاني مدخل على اليسار في الطابق الأول من جهة المدخل الرئيسي. يقدم أكلات هندية عريقة بطريقة حديثة ومبتكرة وعصرية، في الداخل نجد أماكن للجلوس متعددة مثل غرف عائلية مختلفة الحجم حسب العدد، وطاولات خارجية مطلة على خور دبي وطاولات في وسط المطعم يمكن استيعاب الأعداد الكبيرة. وفي المساء يمكن مشاهدة العرض الرائع للليزر والأضواء مع النوافير الراقصة، قائمة الطعام متنوعة وفيها اختيارات تناسب الأذواق ولكني وجدت اختيارين فقط في قسم السلطات وفي إمكانهم الإضافة وخاصة مع تنوع المطبخ الهندي ووجود أطباق نباتية كثيرة. بعض الأوقات يكون الازدحام في المطعم شديد وخاصة في أيام العطلات والمناسبات فتوقع بعض الأصوات العالية والازعاج خاصة من أصحاب الجالية الهندية حيث اجتماعاتهم تكون مثل الاحتفالات؛ صاخبة. تتوفر دورات مياه للسيدات والرجال بشكل منفصل.

CURRY ON NAAN-stop Peppermill sets the tone for a refined dining experience. You can enjoy a relaxing meal by the waterfront watching the fountain show in the evening. They have one of the best curries in town. Totally love the way they serve Shikanji (Lemonade) and their “Rasmalai Cake” is to die for. This place will surely become our regular fixture!! :)

Good food, good ambiance and great service.I have visited this restaurant a few times and it has been perfect every time. The breakfast platter I had a few months back was enough for two, and was full of flavourful treats..the unlimited karak chai with it was a bonus..loved every bit of it, went with a few friends for breakfast and it was really great! Their other thali is also really nice, I happened to try it at lunch once which was again full of flavour and enough for 2. The best thing i liked was their rasmalai cake..It couldnt get any better..A whole lot of flavour and just perfect, its a must try. I have tried their biryani and couple of gravies as well, all of which were great! This restaurant is a must to visit if you havnt already.

I was a bit skeptical to visit specially after reading the reviews on Zomato. However, my experience was pleasant. They greet you and show you to your table. First comes the bowl of crunchy chips along with the menu - this is on the house 😀. They have a physical menu instead of virtual one which they can improve on specially in this covid environment but to compensate they have a sanitizer bottle on the table itself. We ordered the Portugese potatoes which was spiced right and perfectly cooked. For the mains we ordered plain rice with prawns moilee which felt as fresh as the Thai curry and a generous amount of prawns were in the curry. Also ordered a chaas which was served in an earthen pot. The chaas was thick and flavoured well with chaat masala. The staff advises you of the offers i.e. in house loyalty program and Zomato pro and are courteous. Overall a good experience.

I went with family for dinner. Firstly, the menu has limited options. We ordered a veg and non-veg platter. We were informed that in veg platter, soya kebabs are not available. The veg and the non-veg platter were good and properly cooked. Then, we wanted to have fresh juices as beverages but then again, this not available. Finally had to settle with just water and soft drinks. For the main course, in veg again they didn’t have bhindi masala which left us with only paneer sabzi as options (though we had a lot of Paneer in the veg platter). For non-veg, we ordered prawns makhanwala, which had a very weird bitter and sweet taste. When we informed and they checked, we were told that yes, there was a mistake while cooking it. By then we were already so frustrated that we left without having the main course. The staff was courteous enough to try to make up for the bad experience by offering a complimentary desert however, the overall experience did not match up with the online reviews.

Visited on the Independence Day of India with my girlfriends. They serve Indian cuisine. We ordered chicken tikka, prawns, veg platter and seekh kebabs in starters followed by Chicken Chettinad and Paneer Kadhai in the main course. I would rate Chicken Tikka 8/10 Mutton Kebabs 9/10 Prawns 9/10 Veg Platter 8/10 Paneer Kadhai 8/10 Chicken Chettinad 6/10 To our surprise, they served us complementary two milk cakes as it was Indian Independence Day!!

We went at this lovely place on a Friday evening. Great interiors and good concept. We ordered tomato soup which was yummy and chicken tikka for starters which was juicy and tender. For main course we ordered mutton Rohan ghost which was delicious and paneer kadhai which was good too. Garlic naan could have been better. For dessert, rasmalai cake should not missed. Their service is good. Proper hygiene standards are maintained.

Pepper Mill is an authentic Indian cuisine with phenomenal atmospherics. Moving on to food, Papadum was given as complimentary snack during the start of the meal. Murg Malai Tikka was absolutely mouth-watering as the meat was well marinated with spices and yogurt which complimented very well with butter naan. The Butter Chicken had a generous portion with thick gravy with sugary flavour. Definitely, a hidden gem for authentic Indian cuisine and highly recommended to try in Dubai Mall.

The service today was the worst in all our frequent meals at the restaurant. They kept us waiting for 45 mins to give our cold drinks. After 1 hour we got our meal. They created some lie about the staff making a mistake with the order. They served all the tables with people that came much after us but since we called and asked them why our food was delayed they cooked up a yarn. Please learn to treat your customers well and if you want to spin a yarn do it well. we could read through the one dealing with us. The manager was courteous. I guess she had to play her part well. A big disappointment today. To the the Peppermill staff please learn to serve your customers well. We love going to eat here but today has left us so upset with their annoying, laid back service and lies.

We were thrilled to know that there is another branch of Peppermill in Festival City since we loved the one in Dubai Mall. This branch is much bigger and also offers private dining areas which can be ideal for occasions. Additionally, the balcony seats are the best. It gives you a gorgeous view of the waterfront. If you are lucky, you will get to watch the fountain and laser show. We decided to have our all-time favourites which were Butter Chicken and Chicken Biryani along with the Pan Grilled Lamb Chops. The butter chicken was creamy, slightly sweet but not too overpowering. The Chicken Biryani had a delicious aroma and the masala was full of flavour. It was not too spicy and the raita complimented the dish well. We downed the dishes with a steaming hot glass of Karak chai and chilled mango lassi. The Karak chai at Peppermill is ideal. It is strong and rejuvenating while the lassi was delicious. The servers are a delight and are quite knowledgeable about the menu. For the portion size offered, the price range is quite good. Overall a great place to visit.

I went here along with a friend for a quick snack while we were whiling around at DFC Mall. Upon entering the restaurant, we were awe-struck by their gorgeous Mughal-inspired interiors with a lovely waterfront view. For food, we ordered their ‘Kaley Bhai ke Chote Pao’ which is basically a completely black Vada Pao and we also opted for their Aloo-Gobi Samosas. The Black Vada Pao was a different experience, the taste was good, however considering how chewy the bun was, I wouldn’t necessarily order this again. The Samosas were above expectations! After this, we had a Rasmalai Cake for dessert and this Saffron infused milk cake with Boondi was an absolute delight! The staff were very polite and accommodating, can’t wait to try out some of their other offerings.

Pepper Mill Restaurant:- . . Interesting flavors that actually justified my appetite after a very long time. Loved the Mutton sheek kebab the most followed by Murgh Punjabi Tikka, Mutton Chops, Kofta, Butter Chicken, and Chaat se Start was a unique way of presentation on the table. Overall kudos to team @peppermilluae for giving us an amazing experience regarding food, service and ambiance.

We went to Pepper Mill while we were at Festival mall. It's a fine dining restaurant. But if you ask what good about it was the seat that we were sitting. But the table was small for four people. The dishes are very expensive compared to the portion size and service. It was not so great service to pay that amount. The rotis were very dry and we ordered tills which was not hot and had exactly 5 pieces for around 62 dirham. When I read the menu I thought they would offer best service to clarify that charges. But service was not up-to mark. I am great fan of tikkas and naans. But a small naan for 17 dirhams and not satisfying your taste buds. I was totally disappointed. Two stars are only for the seat. I would suggest them to revisit their menu because I tasted best Indian foods from UAE and bit more improvement on their service part to engage with customers.

It was our anniversary day, they litterly ruined it... Got chaat platter was disappointed, samosas were the worst oil was dropping out of it as if they have refried the cold samosas, dahi balla was the joke in the chaat platter, pakodas were oilly and bland too, pani puri was too hard in short there wasn't anything good in that, you get much more better on streets than this so called fine dinning resturant. They seriously ruined our dinner date Then comes the main course, we thought let's order basic dal makhni and mix Veg and trust me it was the worst experience of life from fine dinning resturant like this, mix Veg was watery and with all frozen vegetables peas, carrot, beans that's it with some florets of cauliflower 🙄😐 no gravy at all, all we could taste was the watery bland liquid, dal makhni was ok ok... Naan and paratha was acceptable but the piece they charge are not that worth. By the time there wasn't any mood to order dessert with them so we left from there. Service: slow and sad, they didn't meet & greet well. Location is fine, we were supposed to sit outside but they closed it due to cold.

Not about food. Its about their behaviour. I have zomato gold membership. Before ordering, I checked with restaurant. At that time they told me to use it at the time of payment. And when I got the bill, its full amount. and they told me, its my mistake to order from menu exclusions. (All Chicken dishes are excluded!!!). When I remained stern, they apologized and told me its zomato problem. And they discounted the price of 2 nans!!.

Went there on a Friday - before a traditional Ikea visit. Very close to Ikea - peppermill has a very calming view. The menu has very interesting dishes. Options for chicken is slightly limited but the overall spread is good. The soyabean cutlet was amazing - one of the best vegan options in the menu. The dishes are extremely well presented - brings a nice story to the table. Soyabean kebabs were served with tangy sweet onions, slice of lemon, crisp potato chips and yoghurt sauce. Another interesting dish was the mutton curry - served in a cute pressure cooker, felt extremely light and homely. Overall a good experience, a must visit for someone with a penchant for Indian food!

So I was looking for a place that serves all kind of food, snacks and Indian Pakistani Street Food also. I saw their profile and in first glimpse I was sure I have to invite all my guests here. As they have amazing fusion food. The Chaat corner, Desi Indian food, Grills, Continental dishes and what not. I am in love with their Chaat Stand which is enough for 2-3 persons. They make the Best Malibu Prawns. And those charcoal Vada Pao was too delicious. If you want to try some fritters, then this place is for you. Want to have some refreshing drinks, lassi, tea, coffee or Kulfi Drink. I think it is a must visit for all of you. A good food is always accompanied by good ambiance and customer service. I am overwhelmed with their interiors, outlook and ambiance of the restaurant plus what experienced customer service they have. Its a 5 star from my side to this restaurant in all categories.

I went to peppermill for the first time yesterday and I think it’s my favorite Indian restaurant, ever!! The kataifi prawns were honestly the best prawns I’ve ever had anywhere, esp the mango salsa chutney mix😍😍 AMAZING!! the chili cheese naan was so goood, and it went really well w the malai kofta and butter chicken, I didn’t expect it to be that good and ended up ordering another plate ahaha, the garlic naan was okay, it tasted like a regular garlic naan and so did the roti. But honestly, ive never been happier w the experience I had yesterday, we had a lot and it wasn’t heavy at all which is great !! Highly recommend going there !! Haven’t taken a pic of the chili cheese naan cause I ate it before I could click it ahah :))

We had ordered 1. Idli Pls Parcel My Dosa, 2. Kathal kadai 3. Baigan Ka Salan. First of all we were disappointed with the extremely slow service even when there weren’t many customers in the restaurant. And, the idli pls dish was a waste of money because the whole concept was on deconstructed food where idli was smashed into powder with sambar served on the side, masala dosa was rolled like a spring roll with potato filling in it that tasted below average. Kathal kadai was served with poorly cooked Kathal. Baigan ka salan was okay too. When the food arrived we had lost our appetite after waiting for nearly 40 mins just to get an uncooked main course and cold roti and when we hadn’t even ordered for any starter or beverage on the side!!

Okay so first the positive. The decor in this place is really cool. I liked the colonial theme and the seatings that are towards one side of the restaurant look good since you have privacy. Now, on to the negatives, which are many. The quantity is bloody ridiculously small for the price. The pieces were small and its almost like we were served dishes of gravy. Considering a naan costs like 9 bucks, I thought one would be enough to order, but no, that was also small. The boondi raita we ordered as a side was a joke. It was literally plain yogurt with some boondi on top of it. This isn't the way boondi raita is made. Even with the entertainer our bill came to above 100 bucks which is a complete rip off. We ordered one main, got another main free. 1 naan, 1 rumali roti. One boondi raita. NO dessert, NO water. Nothing else. Just this much that too with the entertainer, and the bill came to above 100 which is ridiculous There are other places to get better indian food with more quantity and better price. Don't waste your money on this joint. I was very disappointed as this was my first time, and it will be my last as well.

We ordered Sunday Mutton Curry and it was melting in mouth with one of the best gravy. The Starter Cutlet was as well Good. Rotten biryani! Horrid experience Dad and I went to have a meal here and ordered biryani and prawn curry. The prawn curry was great but the biryani when served to us - smelt absolutely rotten. The restaurant was informed on this and they had a fresh batch of biryani made for us. Being a regular visitor to pepper mill, this was a horrid experience. They however apologized and gave us two cups of tea after our meal compensating this ill experience. Definitely not visiting this branch again or pepper mill. On hindsight, the Dubai municipality food safety department should’ve been informed.. if someone were to be food poisoned because of this.
