The food was excellent as usual. The service was great and the staff was very friendly! Make sure to keep space for the passion fruit cheesecake!
Great food. Simple menu, friendly and attentive staff. Never disappoints. Ribeye was cooked perfectly.
V visited here few days back in a cold evening. Its a very nice place. V enjoyed the happy hours. Inddor and outdoor both seating available.drink were nice and the complimentary snacks provided with snacks were too good.
The place is best suited for tastebuds if they are craving for great flavours.
The ambiance is great, decor is suitable to its theme and food is remarkable.
We had ordered an Avacado toast, a strawberry smoothie, Falafel and Arrabiata penne. Each had a distinct flavour with a little touch of extra.
I have never had such rich in flavour food. I highly reccomend this place
I was there today for breakfast ,First of all the menu was not something u could consider professional and the staff were not helpful at all.in case of food I can say Benedict was nice but the avotoast was so hard
Just a review for the food — one word: yummy! Had the burrata, baked feta and grilled aubergine. The baked feta was tiny but delicious. Would order the burrata again and again. For mains, had the lamb and the ribeye. Was pretty stuffed by then but we ordered the chocolate hazelnut tart for dessert. I wasn’t expecting much for it, but wow, it was so light that I couldn’t get enough of it.
Since this is the last day before ramadan i thought I’d go out for breakfast, and The Lighthouse was the first place to come to my mind. One last breakfast. The Lighthouse fills you with the delicious food, the great vibes and the lovely interior. They also have the passion fruit cheesecake that I’ve tried in Izu Bakery which was amazing, since both of them share the same chef. The restaurant also has a merchandise in it which has some nice stuff. The Lighthouse is a great way to spend your morning.
The sliced beef ribye was phenomenal (but definitely not as big as the menu makes it sound). Everything else we had was excellent too. Good ambiance, good decor.
Very cozy restaurant located in Dubai Design District. Ambience, taste, and staff friendliness are all superb. Baked Sea bream was the day’s recommendation and tasted just great. Only the comment is that the location is a bit far from D3 parking lot but it is not so much of a big deal.
Like the place also the service i like their breakfast good
Must try their coffee But unfortunately they don’t serve lactose free milk 😭
It was just a try to this breakfast place but it turned into a surprise.
The environment is lovely and staff are friendly and helpful. Egg Benedict is the thing I always order when trying new places, and that's delicious. Omelette is also nice.
The biggest surprise is they're selling alcohol as well. Two glasses of Prosecco just made everything perfect.
So far the best shakshuka in Dubai. On the downside the portions are very small and the prices are very high. Also the coffee is very expensive and average.
I have been there twice for dinner and loved it.
The service was excellent
The food was great
We ordered burrata for starter and I must say it was so yummy 👌👌
We had truffle pasta with chicken “added” and it was delicious
Sea bass tasted good
Seafood risotto was very salty that I couldn’t finish it.
It had a pleasant and soothing ambience
Working in d3 this place hands down is the best restaurant in the area. I recommend the breakfast items(available before 4pm), salads, and starters.
However only downfall is the portions are a bit small and a bit pricey. But worth visiting from time to time.
Great location, extremely delicious food and nice staff. The only flaw is their exaggeration in prices.
However, it never fails to amaze me from breakfast to dinner.
This place is so underrated! As always, another great spot by chef Izu. The lentil salad was great, so was the baked feta. The truffle pasta might possibly be the best in the city (sorry Il Borro, La Serre and LPM). The toffee pudding is delicious as well. It’s quite empty at night too, making it a great time to visit!
So delicious ! Avocado toast to die for ! risotto is great too . The place itself is cosy with a shop corner and nice magazines to read while waiting for your food. Highly recommend.
Sea Bass a la polita had me speechless! The lentil salad was also delicious - full of flavour and texture. This place deserves way more than a 3.9!
The atmosphere of this place is so impressive; from the decoration to the music played. I am in love with the Baked Feta, it is rich in its taste and will fill you.
In general, it has a lovely ambiance with friendly and welcoming staff, but a bit highly priced.
The staff are so friendly and the vibe ya really nice. The food was very good and full of flavor. Everything was done to perfection. The portions are small though and the prices are high.
Superb service and great selections. The food was delicious and highly recommend the Sticky Toffee Pudding here. The mezze selections were absolutely delicious
when in d3, i often crave to eat at TLH. some of the best food in Dubai, a bit pricey but the flavors and textures are on point! my favorites are the truffle rigatoni, the aubergine and minced meet thing and their free sourdough bread and hummus is so damn good!
I loved this place .. at the beginning i wasnt so excited about it but when my friend took me there and i've tried several things they were really yummy and the staff were really nice as well
Arguably one of the best restaurants in Dubai and my favourite by far! Super friendly staff,, mouth watering dishes and a very serene atmosphere.
No review can describe how good the french toast and the eggs are at this place, highly recommend the toast which has crispy crusts and the whole thing just melts in your mouth. The pictures describes this delicious food better than reviews have a look.
Fantastic food, service and a charming bookstore concept all in one. Up there with the best eateries in town without breaking the bank. Highly recommend the truffle rigatoni and the tuna tartare
Grabbed some drinks here at night, the vibes and drinks were both nice, however, the staffs were quite inattentive and were mean to us when we were about to pay...
This place has one of the best, freshest Burratas in town.
Other than this I’ve tried the pasta, avocado on toast, the veal dish that serves a party( it’s a good portion ), the amazing fried calamari ( favorite)
I frequent this place for their Burrata honestly. Shall keep coming back to try all the other dishes.
:)
The best restaurant in dubai . The food was unbelievable and the service was amaaazing
The place also has a really creative idea to eat at and really creative with the lighthouse lights
This is one of my favorite places in Dubai for breakfast!
Big portions & yummy food! The french toast is to die for!
Lovely ambiance & friendly staff.
What a perfect place to enjoy a healthy brunch!
I tried Their eggs Benedict is delicious, the avocado toast with “labneh” and their croissant that they make from scratch. They all take ur tastebuds for a fun ride!
The ambiance is relaxing with brightness and colors dominating the room and there’s a small garden terrace outdoors. Can be visited for lunch and dinner and well. (However I only tried to breakfast section of their menu)
The service is good and fast. Food presentation is impeccable. I definitely recommend this place ❤️
The food was good and delicious we highly recommend the french toast and also the Egg Benedict with beef bacon. The place was filled with flies even if you sit inside. Crowded on weekends, but you’ll probably find a place to sit.
Great brunch place in D3
Very bright and has a wonderful atmosphere
Tried out the Eggs Benedict, and the lentil salad which were very tasty.
I would come back again to try out more meals from their menu.
Their food tastes awesome. The ambiance is welcoming and the staff are polite. Great place for meet-ups and siesta time. Their outdoor set-up is cool too. A must-try!
Such an alive and great spot. I hear that they’re great for breakfast, but we only had a chance to enjoy dinner. We started with Burrata, Lentil salad and baked feta, they were all really nice. And for mains, we had the rib-eye and Truffle Rigatoni, they were both really good. So the Lighhouse is defienetley recommended for a nice meal with an alive atmosphere.
Order burata , main order Lamb Cutlets and truffle pasta. Drink order passion orange mojito and mery berry smoothie
The service very good, stuff friendly and ambiance very nice .
Restaurant and Concept Store The Lighthouse place is nice, the dishes are delicious especially the Regatone Traveler and the Porata Cheese .. The service is good 👍🏼😋
Situated at the Dubai Design District building 6, the lighthouse is all about design from the decor to the ambience, the menu and the food it was all a beautifully executed eco friendly design
The service was good, staff were friendly, food variety was great and taste was even better
We had the burrata, goat cheese salad, beat root salad, fried calamari and for main we had the truffle macaroni, steak, sea bass, for dessert we decided to try everything on the menu
Highly recommended for family outings or a gathering with friends, parking is difficult to find so try to arrive early
Went for a breakfast last weekend. One of the best places to have a quick and easy going breakfast in. The concept of the place is very nice, relaxing and neat. Needless to say a restaurant with such a concept is full of friendly staff. The food was excellent, we had an avo on toast, eggs Benedict and scrambled eggs with salmon on top. Food was excellent and prices are very reasonable. We had a French toast for desert. Unfortunately, the French toast was a bit relatively disappointing.
Great food and atmosphere overall. One of the best places for a nice breakfast.
Best cheesecake in Dubai. Delicious food options, good value for money, friendly staff & nice store concept.

One of my favorite easy-going breakfast spots in town. Why? Well let's start with the venue itself! So easy to get to esp for a weekend brunch, easy to park & easy to find.
The restaurant is designed beautifully & the lighting is gorgeous. There's a semi-open kitchen where you can see part of the counter which is also really nice. You get a nice relaxing experience.
The staff is very & helpful. You can find a nice variety of dishes for both breakfast & lunch. I've been multiple times & have tried both menus & honestly enjoyed them. Would suggest going with a couple of friends so you can share & try multiple dishes.
Their dessert menu stood out for me the most especially the apple crumble & the passion fruit cheesecake for dessert --> I would go back specifically just for the cheesecake.
An excellent place for breakfast. I would say their Almond croissant is unusually tasty. You would definitely ask for more. :) The ambiance is really good as well, with a team of good staff. Overall it was a Friday well spent at the Light house with exceptionally good food, mock-tails,& friendly staff.
This was my first visit to D3 and to the restaurant - my friends had heard that it was quite good. I was impressed by D3 - a lot bigger than I expected and it had a quirky, arty character to it that I like!
The restaurant is airy and bright, with a huge open space. It has a little bar area that faces the kitchen and the dining area further in. A great mix of eclectic, fun books, cushions, mugs and other stuff that you can browse through while you wait for your meal.
Highly recommend the Sliced beef with vegetables. The thinly sliced beef is smothered in a delicious mustard sauce on a bed of mushrooms, zucchini, peppers. The portions are very generous and you can easily share this between 2. Loved this!
We also had the Baked sea bass wrapped in Vine leaves - simple but perfectly cooked, with a light chilli dressing. They bring out the whole fish still wrapped up and fillet it at the table - fresh and filling! Best to share this as well!

Super cool and nicely designed place in D3 to grab breakfast or lunch. Went there on a weekend and place was quite busy. Ordered the Shakshouka that was very tasty. Despite the fact that I'm not a fan of oily food, the oil used was delicious.
Service was great and staff friendly,
Food Tasty
Menu quite diverse
Ambiance chilled
And overall experience great.

Fresh, simple, casual, lively // food , atmosphere and experience . I simply loved it from the first minute I sat until I left. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
When place looks like a great find. In a Business Bay design district among all the identical buildings this lil restaurant is really stands out. Beautiful white interior, full of daylight, very interesting menu (quite a few healthy options), extremely tasty salads and the place is licensed. just perfect! I wish service was better. The only disappointing thing in the entire experience. Everyone is friendly but 15 mins to take the order. Another 15 before you get your drunk served. And food comes 30 min later (salad doesn't take that long considering that they were also at the display). Bill came first though.
Light and bright, with some contemporary - elegant touches, this art and design driven book shop, cafe and objects of interest haven is one of the rising stars of D3.
Offering a straight forward but beautifully executed menu, The Light House is seemingly a great spot for breakfast or lunch.
Excellent coffee kicks things off in the right way on this visit, with the steak sandwich and melon and cherry tomato salad offering a flavor packed break between meetings. The stand out was the hummus which was easily the best I've had in a long time - if ever.
Looking forward to another visit.
Having been impressed by the interior at Molecule (but not too much else, unfortunately), I was ready to give one of the other d3 restaurants a try. While I still had bad luck locating the venue (oh well, a few extra steps for the day never hurt anyone), eventually I was able to find The Lighthouse (and now know where I’ll park next time). The interior is reminiscent of one of my favorite restaurants in the city (Intersect by Lexus) and has the same retail space/restaurant features as Comptoir 102.
The decor in this place is so clean and airy. It feels like a trip to Santorini. Or a true lighthouse by the sea. I love the fact that there is so much art is the space as well. You can buy so many art decor items and read books. I have the best Eggs Floretine. The honey on the bread gave it such a wonderful sneaky sweetness. It was so good that I now make it at home for breakfast every weekend. The most unique Shaksouka with sundried tomatoes. I loooooooved it.
Superb place wid awesome food. Excellent service from friendly staff. Relaxing ambience to enjoy after a long work week. Special thanks to Chef Revy!
We have visited The Lighthouse multiple times and it never seems to disappoint. Actually, quite the opposite.
First of all, the complimentary hummus and fresh crusty bread they offer one sitting down is AMAZING. Probably the best hummus I have ever tasted.
Chicken souvlaki, so good. Chicken always cooked perfectly but I would recommend to have the sauce on the side. Although super tasty, can be a little heavy and over bearing.
Tuna tartare.... wow! So tasty and so fresh. Highly recommend!
Marinated salmon was also very good but quite light, if you prefer quantity this isn't for you but taste-wise, absolutely no complaints.
Next time we will try the desserts for sure, the pastries look awesome but after all of this unfortunately there was no room left!
Delightful experience! Really enjoyed the food & service but the ambience was everything 😍 surely going to recommend this amazing place to my family & friends 👍🏻
The ambiance was really good, so was the food and the service!
Definitely going to recommend it to my friends!
Worth a visit😀
Keep it up guys!
After a long hunt for the best eggs Benedict in Dubai, I finally found it! The balance of the Hollandaise sauce was truly perfect, the eggs were just as I had asked and the veal bacon was great too. Fantastic coffee and pastries as well with an interesting space of art, books, homeware and trinkets.
One of the best breakfast I have had in Dubai. We had the eggs Benedict, shakshuka and the goat cheese pie. Even the mixed berries shake was amazing !!
One of my favorite spots for a quick lunch on a busy workday. The food is delicious, the service is quick but perfect and they have incredible wine. Try the Ceviche, Burrata Salad and Chicken Souvlaki Salad. I have been there more than 5 times and they have never disappointed!
A hidden Dubai gem tucked away in a corner the Design District. There is an extensive retail area with coffee table books and design knick knacks. I love to pass by here for a coffee and a mini doughnut - delicious!
Went for a quick bite in the morning and I ordered Eggs Benedict and cappuccino. Was a bit pricey comparing to other restaurants in the area but was worth it. The service though was a bit slow and we had to ask couple of times in order for our requests to be met.
Without further ado:
Food: 4.5
Service: 4
Ambiance: 4
There is a lot to like about this place. Visited late afternoon on a Friday and was transported to a land of attractive people, eating attractive food, cooked by an attractive chef! The sun was shining and the DJ's tunes were loud but not intrusive. Some of the dishes tasted better than others - the tuna tartare was a definite hit, but the penne arrabbiata was a bit too sweet. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. Be patient with the service; dishes might be forgotten and they might run out of napkins, but don't let it ruin the vibe...the fact that it's licensed as well makes it a pretty great, something different, Dubai spot.
A nice chilled place for a lunch break. Cool chill music, good interior design, simple menu and good food. Stylish waitresses and waiters.
STEAK SANDWICH is a good choice. Juicy and full of flavor. Recommended.
SALMON & FETA. Looks great and tastes so as well. Organo hint and oily bready around the feta cheese in a pan. high quality salmon mixed with onion, beetroot, raisins and sesame seed. A sweet, sour and chili taste.
GOAT CHEESE with CHERRY TOMATOES. Different. So fresh. Covered with thyme. But the mix and rhyme is impacting the taste.
CHICKEN SOVLAKI. Well done. The sauce is great. The chicken taste very good and rich of flavor. It comes on open bread but you can ask them to wrap it.
FRIES WITH OREGANO. Crispy, gold color, but its a bit oily.
RECOMMENDED (for business lunch)
Went for breakfast - shakshouka and a latte.. shakshouka was delicious.. latte could be stronger. The pastries look very good as well. Definitely will be back for more.
Review 2: upgraded review to a 4. donut was very good - not oily, not too sweet.. fluffy and very soft and fresh. The seafood risotto was also very good. The addition of pistachio gives u then crunch and "surprise" with every bite. Calamari in the dish were very tender.
Often, I read up on new restaurants and their press releases, just to understand how they have positioned themselves and what their purpose and objectives are. The Lighthouse has put serious expectations on themselves. Named after one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and inspired by Virginia Woolf, this little restaurant wants to be a reference point for everyday design. An inspiring daytime venue for the design and creative work set, morphing into an eclectic evening venue with a designer DJ providing tunes for the crowd to enjoy over aperitifs at the mezze bar.
The decor is very fresh and beautiful, this place is perfect for breakfast and lunch, they have a lovely terrace ! We ordered some mezza to share and was very tasty. They serve it with a lovely hot pita bread. As mains we ordered sliced beef with mustard and a rib eye. Both served in a pan. Presentation was lovely and Meat was ok. Staff is cool and service was quick and pleasant. They have a concept store inside with beautiful design objects and books. Their hazelnut and chocolate tart had a real wow factor. I was not too impressed with the menu selection but overall it was a really nice experience!
