الموقع جميل ومطل على البحر وهادئ جداً ولا يوجد به تجمعات كثيره او ازعاج ، يوجد جلسات خارج المطعم وداخلها ، بالنسبه للاسماك تستطيع اختيارها من مكانها بنفسك قبل الطبخ ، المكان الخارجي مناسب لتناول الشاي، متوفر مواقف للسيارات مجانيه ولكن ضيقه ، الطاقم تعامله جيد جداً. انصح بزيارته ومناسب جداً جداً للعائلات.

يتميز بإطلالته على ميناء الصيادين ، وأغلبية الاطباق بحريه، وعندهم صيد يومي يمكن الاختيار منه

A spectacular location! So authentic, so true overlooking Jumeriah harbor. <br/>I really enjoyed visiting Seaview for its outdoors seating area. The food was honestly average. Hygiene of toilet and general spaces didn’t feel right for me.

This is a hidden gem. Excellent location with view of the sea and dockyard. The food was amazing specially to the taste buds of a South Indian. The fish banana fry was amazing and the same goes for the prawns coconut curry. The seafood roti canai was just ok. Highly recommended.

The setting is beautiful with overlooking the harbour, and the table was neat and clean. Service of the main waiter was very good and we were advised very well. The food was amazing, so tasty and for me now the best restaurant in town. The fish was seasoned to perfection and we even got the best french fries in town. Service was fast and portions had an appropriate size. We lived the many sauces the grilled platter came with. Prices are mid range but absolute value for money. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back. Thank you Seaview restaurant for this amazing experience today!<br/>

Excellent prices! Shisha is some of the best and lowest price in Dubai and the seafood platter is insane! Great place to watch the sunset and she the boats come in and out of the harbor

This place is close to my heart... been there end number of times & my experience has always been the best. Known for Seafood, they always beat the expectation...have eaten the best prawns, lobsters & all kinds of fishes here. Always fresh and taste is to the best ! The staff is courteous & friendly. This is our second time in the place, I recommended the place and went with 3 of my friends because a year ago the experience was good. However today, the service was very bad, sat for 30 mins for someone to come and assist us, the food was disappointing eventhough we complained and nobody took action or changed the dishes. We asked to change our plates and they changed only for each person at a time after each one asked. We order the calamar provincial and the waiter told us how it will come and of course something so different was served to us, the fish was not fresh and the sauce was very bad. We gave the feedback to the lady in charge she just smiled and said thank you, we dont expect a thank you we expect an understanding of the customer experience. The 4 of us said that this will be the last time. Very disappointed!!

One of the good seafood restaurant, peri peri sheri took the cake. Waterfront location makes it an ideal place for a romantic dinner. A must visit place

It's a nice cosy restaurant ... with a great view overlooking the fishing harbour.... we ordered for prawn tempura for starters, in main course it was grilled hamour and seaview prawns ...all 3 were great ! And I would surely recommend this place all to fish lovers! Only drawback - no alcohol served and to enjoy the outside seating its got be to winters!

When I arrived in that restaurant I didn’t have promising impressions. However, I changed my mind after dinner. <br/>The service is pleasant and unobtrusive, ready to satisfy your request. <br/>Food was fresh, prepared on traditional way and satisfactory. Portions are huge. The only item on my plate which I really did not like was french fries. Totally “fake”. Fish and seafood was quite ok. <br/>Outdoor sitting is advised if is possible (according the weather) because of ambience and sea smell.<br/>Overall rate is 3⭐️. Enough to go there from time to time. Wallet friendly. Parking is available.

We ordered sea food platter and it was the worst sea food I have ever tasted. The fish Tikka and the kind fish was very bad and tasteless. I asked for lemon slices and it was off and old.

Awesome location, flavourful and delicious food<br/><br/>Had heard a lot about this restaurant so decided to give it a try. We reached at 6pm and luckily got a table outside. The place is nice and quiet, had a great sunset view sipping mint lemonade. We ordered mixed seafood plater which was very tasty especially I loved squid rings. The other dishes we ordered were peri peri Sheri and prawn curry both were very flavourful. Seafood roti canai was just delicious.<br/><br/>As I'm fond of chocolate I ordered chocolate dome cake for dessert it was yummy. Cheese cake was great too..

Prawns were burnt, fried calamari were not crunchy, fish fingers were sooooo oily and the fish bites had Indian spices which is not advertised on the menu and you would not expect it in the dish.<br/><br/>Overall I would not recommend this restaurant as it's too expensive for the quality they offer. For the same money you can buy lots of fresh fish in the nearby fish market and get it cooked on the spot!

Went there for the first time few days ago, nice location, food was ok but if you ordered fish plate for example you will only get fish:/ :/ no veggies no fries nothing for 80 dhs, if you want side vegetables you have to pay 30 dhs more :/ i mean come on any restaurant in dubai serve meat with some sides.<br/>Anyway, shisha was not great too, felt a lot of burning taste. <br/>The good things was the location, good staff and the place quietness.

AMBIENCE- A beautiful place by the Jumeirah dock. Lovely place to spend the evening by the waters during winter. Nice place with big groups and family <br/>SERVICE - Was excellent.<br/>FOOD - Seafood has to be always fresh and I had high hopes of enjoying the fish there thinking they would have the fresh catch, but unfortunately whatever fish we ordered was not fresh at all. Especially the mixed seafood platter. The Squids were not grilled to perfection. Didn't taste good and so was the prawns. <br/>Seafood friedrice was good. <br/>PRICE - Not bad. This place is a hidden gem! The view is perfect and the fish and chips I ordered was cooked well (not oily)! I will definitely come back to sit outside when the weather is better.

This was the first time to visit this restaurant, we came for an early dinner, seating outside is way better than in. Fish and chips crispy and fresh but it wasn't as fluffy as it should be. Vegetable tempura was delicious. Prawns in curry were fresh and very tasty also Majdous rice is highly recommended. The bread is a winner! and as all dishes are fresh and can be eaten on its own it's that good! Downfall is the lack of non smoking area outside. We actually were put off by the amount of cigarettes smell around us.

Seaview restaurant is a great find. It looks fine dining yet their dishes are simple but definitely effective. They have a stunning view of the harbour as well so it's impressive to go to.<br/><br/>The food is great and so is the service. The seafood is fresh, tasty and cooked brilliantly.<br/><br/>Ordered tabouleh, seaview prawns with flaky layered Malay bread. The prawns were cooked brilliantly and were a good portion (for one person though) and had a nice spicy kick to it. The flaky Malay bread was also quite good and tasted light. Their tabouleh was good and definitely a nice way to start off.<br/><br/>Overall I highly recommend this place and a must for seafood lovers.

Have to say I was most disappointed in this place. We have been coming here for years and have always praised it. We decided to go there for lunch today and we're treated so badly. Tried to park there. The security told us it the lot was full and no place for us. They offer valley parking but no one bothered. When we finally found the the valet he told us that the place parking lot was full and we had to go find parking elsewhere. No bothering to help find us an alternative area. I went to to restaurant trying to find someone to talk to. The waiter was just as rude. Saying they were full up. When asked when a table would become free was told "how can I know". Tried to find a manager couldn't find anyone. Left disgusted. We have helped promote this place only to be treated like this. Their food is def not worth being treated like this.

I have to say that just outside the restaurant is a good spot to catch the sunset and then come in for a fast bit. <br/><br/>There is a variety of seafood available which makes sense since they are promoting the sea theme with their "Seaview".<br/><br/>I tried the calamari which was not bad, there was a crisp to the batter and most importantly it is not overcooked which makes the batter tough to chew and the calamari hard to eat.

We stumbled upon this place a few times while we do our weekend family bike ride. It has a nice location on the fishing and boat marina in Jumeirah 3 area. <br/><br/>Having lived here in Dubai for the last 16 years I remembered this area when it was a fishing village and marina where the local fisherman docked and also prepped their nets.<br/><br/>They have a wonderful view and a nice sit down patio outside during the cool months of the year.<br/><br/>They did have amazing fresh fish on display, but that didn't translate into good food.<br/><br/>Unfortunately everything lacked flavor and seasoning even the salad! My grilled shrimps were not fresh and quite dry as well which is so hard to mess up fresh ingredients. <br/><br/>They really need to focus on the flavor because they are just surviving off the views of the marina.<br/><br/>Not recommended by me or the eight guests that were with me.<br/>

Nice place over the small fisherman marina. Recommend you go for fresh fish and have it cooked in different ways. However DO NOT take seafood platter as it's one of the most expensive and tasteless dishes - lots of french fries, a few shrimps, calamaries and some strange tikka fish which I didn't like.

Seafood restaurant that serves fresh seafood cooked any way you like right by the harbour. It is not overly expensive and a meal for 2 can work out to approx. AED 100 per person. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Service is slow and need to grab servers' attention or be forgotten. The rating is more for the location than the food or service.

Awesome food, went with friends just by random searching for some fish restaurant and came out to be a gud find. <br/>They serve nice seafud dishes and you can choose your own fresh fish and ask then to cook in any style. We had it half fried and half cooked in Kerala style gravy along with shrimps...

The restaurant is located just on the Fishing harbor down Umm Suqueim road. Although it has a large interior seating, I think the best possible place would be the outside seating area overlooking the Harbour and the boats. <br/><br/>The smell of the sea and fresh fish adds to the senses of eating fresh seafood.<br/><br/>The restaurant has a compact menu with standard items as well a catch of the day selection, which will have whatever catch they had during the day. <br/><br/>When we visited they had almost all the usual fare in the Dubai dish market, except crabs in the catch of the day. Reservations recommended. <br/><br/>Food: Of course it's seafood and the added bonus that it was fresh fish. You can tell the difference by the taste of the fish. They had some simple marinade like garlic lemon or Tikka spices, which works well with white fish. The fried calamari was absolutely gorgeous, fresh and crispy, and we ordered if from the catch of the day. We found ordering from the fresh catch was slightly cheaper than the menu items, for example the prawns were almost 3dh cheaper (per piece) than the menu items. The fish too we ordered from the fresh catch, which are sold by weight. <br/><br/>We also ordered a fried rice which was a great accompaniment for the food. It was light and no too spicy or too many veggies in it! <br/><br/>The juices were fresh and excellent. <br/><br/>Service : I didn't particularly like the service here. For one, they were quite hostile with getting us seating outside (despite having reservations). They were reluctant to join two separate tables for us, and we had to literally force them to do so! Afterwards, the food took well over an hour to arrive. For seafood I personally think one hour is way too long a time for prep.<br/><br/>Overal, I loved the place, I especially liked the fresh seafood and it stood up to the name and location of the restaurant! The prices may not be particularly cheap, but on the whole it's worth the relaxed view and ambiance that comes with it. The services and treatment of customers should improve.

Quiet location for an early dinner. Get a seat outside and listen to the water lapping against the boats in the marina. Lovely fresh fattoush, perfectly grilled spiced fish and sweet charred prawns.

First to this restaurant, pleasantly surprised by its ambience. Located by the Jumeirah boat yard beside the fishermen accommodation.<br/>The tandoori grilled sea bass was a hit - well marinated with balanced spicing. The sea bream in garlic & lemon marinade needed a bit more flavor. Service was fast. I thought the negatives were over pricing and limited selection of fresh fish.<br/>Overall good experience

Located in the Fishing Harbour, Umm Suqeim, beside the waterfront. They have seating indoors and outdoors. They had displayed fresh fish on ice, we had to choose from that. We had the grilled prawn platter and grilled sea bass with garlic and olive oil. They served a few sauces along. I liked the tamarind sauce and the mint and yogurt sauce. Surprisingly they did not have tarter sauce.<br/>The food was tasty.

If you are in the mood to eat some good fish, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Bit pricey but portions can be easily shared. Basically you choose the fish that you want (sea bass, sea bream, prawns, sheri etc) and the sauce you want on top of the fish. Our favorite is the spicy tandoori. The fish will be grilled to perfection. We ordered some rice and fish curry too. <br/>This is a South Indian restaurant, so they spice up your dish on request. We love the food here and keep coming back for more. There is car park right out the door, which is great!

Went there before Ramdan. Food quality is below average , taste is below average.i consider it pricey according to the quality and taste served! <br/>This place will match with people who aren't into seafood much " junior " .but for those who likes seafood i don't recommend at all!<br/>I would rate it 2/10

This place should be more actively promoted by the owners. We went there for a lunch a few weeks back and the experience was very good for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice views if you sit outside and the food quality was also good. Excellent value for money seafood restaurant. Keep it up!

A fisherman's shack right on the waterfront is supposed to be perfect for fish-o-philes (if there's no word like that, they better make one) But this one shows why one should not judge a book by it's cover. Ok, to get to the point, good for sitting around and admiring the views and open sea ambience, good for the feel-good that you are being served the freshest sea-lives in Dubai. Then comes the food jumping out of you plate, lively. Then, the honeymoon is over. Because the taste falls short or over, no matter what size of fish or claws you pick.

Seaview drew mixed reactions from our table of five. One of the main reasons was that no one could see what they were eating. Dining at night on (whole) butterflied fish on the unacceptably dim-lit outside veranda literally turns each bite into a giant leap of faith. We were told that the harbour police next door would not allow them to keep lights on their outdoor tables, hmm. Their basing sauces and marinates were the other reason, specifically the Arabic marinate, which no one liked. I enjoyed my grilled Sherri, basted with a Tandoori-like sauce tremendously. But on this occasion I was in an absolute minority. Not even the friendly, attentive service could dissuade our group from giving Seaview a firm thumbs down. I agree with them on the ridiculous outdoor table lighting, the Arabic marinate, the stupendous price of the fresh shrimps BUT the calamari we started with and my Sherri were too good to write this restaurant off. I will come back with my rock stars of food critics, the Fanatic Foodies, to see what they think.<br/><br/>Waste NOT. Pretty decent fish and for some reason, not a very popular place. (Lets keep it that way). While yes i will admit, the name of the restaurant isn't very inviting, it does live up to it's name though. You sit and you get a sea view. Their peri peri fish is great. I would generally recommend going to their catch of the day and ask the waiter for assistance... they would tell you how best to cook each type of fish. Their bread is super yummy and their rice really completes the meal. <br/>It is a super casual place that does the job when you want a light (or otherwise) seafood meal. Will i go again? Absolutely.

Accidentally got in to the restaurant amazing food. But be careful in their salt and pepper jars they interchanged. Ambient very silence and cool. Good staff. Recommend for any sea food lover.

I am slowly embracing seafood one step at a time, but wholeheartedly at every step :)<br/><br/>We went to seaview restaurant after reading about it from a few blogs which are mentioned on their website too. We went on a Monday Evening, the place was quietish at that time which was surprising. Their food was tasty and i would have expected a lot more people.<br/><br/>Anyways we had great fun, we ordered Fried Calamari Rings, Seaview Prawns, Lobster Tail with Citric Hollandaise, Seafood Roti Canai with Mint Lemonades. And we devoured it all happily :) The seafood roti canai was a great hit for me and the changing tastes of seaview prawns compared to hollandaise accompanied lobster was very interesting for us. In addition the outdoor seating is right there on the harbour. So a lovely setting. Would definitely come back.

It's a great place in winter facing the fishing boat parking area at Umm Suqeim beach.<br/><br/>Plenty of space and ambience is good, it's a pretty simple concept. It's so un unpleasant experience, food sucks! Service even worse and the most exciting thing they choose to mow the loarn right at lunch time to provide you with a background music. It's just hilarious!! The waiter the waiter he is just basketball prof. Expert in throwing dishes all around and the dude seemed possessed or something he suddenly attracts electrical current start running around with anger. In summary it's dose worth a 10 Aed not 600 I feel sorry for wasted money !

If you have less than 1 I'll use it.<br/>First of all this is an INDIAN restaurant ..failing to staff address this is a big fail for the radiant,Zomato and other reviewers.<br/><br/>Even as an Indian restaurant, the food is waaaay less enjoyable than any Indian place I've ever been to.<br/><br/>The service is really bad, the menu is limited and the catch of the day had nothing good for frying.<br/>Did I mention be flys...and the smile we received when asked for a solution for it.<br/><br/>To add insult to injury the place is expensive.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident while cruising in jumeirah, we were feeling pretty hungry so we decided to dine there. Firstly, i liked the ambiance of the outside seating and the weather was amazing. Unfortunately the service was really slow, we had to wait to call the waiter twice to get us the menu. Now i know there were a lot of people but they are understaffed and the staff are not attentive enough. Lastly for the food we ordered taboula and homous for appetizers i didn't like the taboula and the homous was alright but the bread was cold which was a disappointment. For the main course we had the mixed seafood platter which is good for two people. It comes with calamari, grilled shrimps, tandoori fish, fish balls and french fries. They also get you tahina, mint chutney, and ketchup with the meal. I really enjoyed this dish especially the calamari and the tandoori fish they were the highlight of the meal. Had a really nice dinner here. Came across it driving along JBR. Service was quick and friendly and food was good. Coconut prawn curry was tasty. Menu Needs a bit more variety though... We had a perfect sunset for our early dinner.

While not exactly innovative, the name doesn't deceive. Immediately liked the joint when I saw a French Bulldog chilling  at the entrance with a table of diners - not a common sight in Dubai. I never realized fish could be cooked in so many different ways, and they all blew my mind to bits. Pity the person who had to sweep the pieces up! Lap up the salty air, sea view and fresh fish here. And then burn off the calories with a scenic stroll along Kite Beach. Date night sorted.

Good location with a great view. We ordered the crumb fried fish & chips, prawn coconut curry , Majboos rice and layered Malay bread. The service was too slow. I liked the taste of curry but it contains 4 shrimps only for 65 AED.

The view from us just amazing specially at sunset.<br/>They have different variety of seafood dishes and you can simply choose your fish and ask for different spices to be added and choose the way you want it cooked.<br/>Good place for seafood.<br/>They also have The Entertainer offers.

Very slow and bad service the waiters are not enough to serve the customers although the view is very good . I don't recommend anyone to dine here

Amazing dinner we ordered fresh sea bass grilled perfectly. Perfect timing seafood fried rice. The bread is amazingly hot and fresh aswell amazing.

Hidden jewel in Umm Suqeim, I did not hear about this restaurant until I joined Zomato. I'm glad I discovered it because it's definitely worth a visit. The restaurant is located by a fishing harbour, perfect location, very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, I would recommend to sit outside. You can pick your fresh fish and decide how you want it cooked (lots of different spices available). The fish is cooked perfectly and it's very fresh: as you can see from the pictures we had a selection of various fish cooked in different ways. The fried calamari were amazing, the spicy large prawns were cooked to perfection and the grilled white meat fish with tandoori spices was great. If you go wild, expect to pay 150 each but it's worth every penny! Highly recommended if you feel like a seafood lunch/dinner in a relaxing, cozy and almost hidden restaurant.

Suddenly Planned To Visit Seaview Restaurant With A Friend. The Weather And View Was Good So Planned To Sit Outside And Fortunately Found Seats Too. Ordered Hummos Which Was Fine. Wanted To Have Tandoori Jash With Mint But Was They Did Not Have The Small One. And I Could Not Have The Bigger One Alone So I Ordered Tandoori Sherri With Mint Which Was Excellent. I Would Recommend It To Everyone Who Visits Seaview. My Friend Ordered Seaview Prawns Which Tasted Amazing. The Management Should Work On The Quantity And Price For Seaview Shrimps. The Prices For The Rest Were Fine. Recommended !! <br/>

A decent sea food dine in location with good seating space availability inside and outside. Most of the time it's filled with tourist or Europeans. Excellent casual fish restaurant in a picturesque setting. <br/>Highlights of our [admittedly greedy] selection were the incredible steamed Malay sea bream with soy and ginger, seafood roti canai, fried calamari rings, grilled whole squid and crispy yet fluffy sesame bread. The flavour of the tandoori giant prawns and chicken tikka were a bit too cloying (too much molasses maybe?), however this is a fabulous lunch spot and a great place to take family. <br/>The only thing that's missing are grape beverages!

Good place to go when you're looking for some good grilled fish, with overall good food. Went there a few times, but this last time we made the mistake of going during the weekend...service was messy, orders being given to tables not respecting the timings of arrival of the customers, 20 minutes waiting for the bill when finally we decided to wait no longer and go straight to the cashier who had our bill already prepared. Important to say that the outside tables were all taken and inside they only had 1 or 2 tables with customers, so I think the management needs to give a thought about this and organize better the service.

The best thing about this place is the outdoor seating, now that the weather is good. Their calamari rings were perfect. We had the lobster cappuccino (they called it that because they put foam on top). It was a red soup, very salty, watery and lacked texture (I suggest making it more creamy with pieces?). We also ordered the sheri peri peri fish and it lacked spices and salt and flavour. The peri peri was merely a sauce out of the bottle on the side. We also got the grilled shrimps platter which was very good, but they should have been more generous with the quantity, calling it a platter is a stretch. Everything looks fresh, but food could be so much better! Maybe we didn't know what to order, anyone up to recommend other dishes?

Great fresh fish, great mellow location, great prices, but slow service. The only issue this place has is the service. The food is nothing out of this world, it's not innovative, but it's fresh, yummy food- like mama would make at home. Also, a very mellow vibe. Great for casual lunches.

I am not a seafood lover but this place made me write. I went to the place with two of my friends. We are always looking for something new.<br/>The weather was phenomenal and the nip in the air was just right to soak in the setting sun. <br/>So for the ambiance : 4/5 <br/>Now, food: <br/>1. For starters crab cakes and calamari were not fresh, so tasted horrible. <br/>2. In the main course prawn coconut curry and fish curry was perfect, the nan was fresh and tasted really good with the curry. <br/>3. This seafood restaurant, tucked away in Jumeria, Umm Suqeim, is a hidden gem. Since the winters are here now, I was absolutely delighted to sit outdoors, enjoy the lovely view and have steaming, perfectly seasoned fish.<br/>My friends and I ordered the fish curry, tandoor Jash with mint sauce, and steamed sea bream. Even though the menu options are limited, the food quality is great. Tandoor Jash was flavorful, slightly spicy and served with delicious mint sauce. I would also recommend pairing the fish curry with the flaky layered malay bread which compliments the flavor of the curry. I will definitely visit this place again (but maybe in the afternoon/early evening to enjoy the view)

It's one of the best seafood restaurants in town and I couldn't agree more!<br/><br/>The outside sitting area is absolutely perfect for winter, you can smell the sea breeze and will literally love the local feel -it's really charming. If you have a look at their menu, you'll be surprised to find the price average BUT you're sure to get the freshest of the seafood in Dubai. They have their own fishermen of course!<br/><br/>Tandoor Jash with Mint Sauce tastes absolutely fantastic. It was perfectly grilled and paired with the right kind of mint sauce. I believe we were also served a Fluffy Sesame Bread which was baked in a clay oven, it goes perfectly with the fish. All in all, I love the food we had here!😊

Sea food restaurant with Indian flavour, the prawns were some how tasty, however the fish was cooked on Indian way which I didn't like.<br/>The harbour view is nice and the outdoor setting was very nice.

wonderful restaurant. really it was amazing , i tried many seafood restaurants in Dubai this one is one of the best. the quality is high , portions are great the price is amazing and average comparing to other restaurants.<br/>the services was fine , the staff are good and straightforward .<br/>the kids meals price are very reasonable and they are like an adult meal.<br/><br/>keep on , for sure will come again, i believe in winter it will be great to try the outside setting area.
