Must try the lamp and also Kunafa if I am not mistaken in this Restaurant. I loved it and will go back as soon as possible. Very tasty food �. The waiters are polite and very quick. I highly recommend this Restaurant for those who would love to try the Arabic cuisine.

Bait al mandi it's the best for those who's looking for traditional environment to show to your friends and family the staff is very friendly and flexible the interior is amazing I couldn't took my eyes off, they have choices those who wants to sit in chair they have dinning tables and for those who love traditional way they have BETHAK for them let's come to the food menu is quite enough to choose specially made for meat lovers love the Tasty food presentation was awesome.

Favourite spot for Mandi. Chicken mazbi is top on the list. Chicken char coal is pretty decent too. Tried alot off their branches and food has been consistent everywhere. Favored rice with juicey and tender meat is love do try them out. They have private Cabins for family and large groups. Friendly staff.

Childhood place, really like their traditional mutton mandi. Meat is just as I remembered, tender and full of flavour just as it compliments the rice to complete the dish. The sides with salad, soup, yogurt and salsa makes up for a wonderful hearty meal for families.
Price is a little high for the portion but it's worth going for once in a while.

We have been there before as it's Nice clean and beautiful restaurant with great service from all the staff and managers. This time we planned to order online through Zomato.The chicken Mazbi and Lamb Mandi were really good, very tasty, and the meat falling off the bone. Really well-flavored rice, soup, small side salad, fresh tomato sauce, yogurt, lemons for squeezing over everything

And it would not be complete If we don't have Kunafa, It's a traditional Arabic dessert which was very delicious and mouthwatering. A must-have at the end of the meal.

Our go to place for Mandi and Mazbi. Awesome quality of food and the taste is also on point. We order here at least once a month. The taste of the food is something you crave every now and then. The service crew is also hospitable and respectful and always wears a smile. Definitely a repeat customer here.

Cooked with special blend of spices called HAWAIJ in an underground pit. .

The best mandi in town.. the charcoal chicken is very tasty even the breast part is delicious.. their chocolate milkshake and avocado mango are both amazing.. the food was served on time and very affordable..
I ordered chicken madfoon and lamb mandi. The rice quality is good, overall food quality is premium, very good staff and quick delivery... i had ordered and then called the restaurant to cancel the order and i called again to re order so i basically confused them but they ki d of coordinated properly and delivered food in time.. iwould love to dine in someday...

Authentic Yemeni cuisine ! Had the Arabian salad, Mutton soup, Chicken bbq with flavored rice and Lamb Mandi with flavored rice. Amazing flavors and spices are just right too !

We loved this place so much whether for take aways or dine in. My 7 year old daughter’s favorite I may say. She usually request for a masbi rice everytime we are not able to cook for lunch or dinner. She loves the indoor family rooms where the whole family sits on the carpet and enjoys the food with our hands. 😊
Normally Ordered : Chicken Masbi, Fried King Fish (Our all time favorite. The tomato sauce mixed with yogurt is flavourful)
Dessert : Kunafa (Love especially the one with pistachio) We didn’t expect that we will ordering this frequently since we first tasted it. Nice blending of syrup, cheese and nuts.
Price : It’s pocket-friendly. One tray for take away order is good for sharing for 2-3 persons and possibly even 4. 😁
Delivery : Very fast. They will not make you wait for so long.
Cleanliness : I think they should improve the dining area near the washrooms. Noone will be amazed seeing the washrooms with open doors especially if inside is not so tidy. Toilet doors should be keep closed, I guess.

Tried half Chicken Mandi and Spice Chicken Mazbi.
Both taste similar. Recommending Mazbi rice than Mandi. Mandi chicken was well cooked one. They served yogurt and Salata Hara ( Yemini Chutney).
We all know Mandi is from Yemen. Bait al mandi didn’t compromised authentic taste. Recommending Spice Mazbi.
Pricing is good for the quantity and quality. Good place for your Mandi cravings.

1) Try mutton rather than chicken.
2) They could have serve in big plate rather than two separate plates
3) Improving service standards. They didn’t ask for kunafa or any other things. They misplaced order
We had mutton mandi and chicken madhbi. Delicious food.mutton and chicken was well cooked. Rice was steamed well and flavors gives good taste.
The best food we get in town chicken madfoon and grilled chicken rice and also fish mandi is awesome.. very nice food.. and not forgetting the tomato sauce. Staff is friendly. but should have a branch at Al Ghoz too closer to Grand city mall near to Nad al Sheba kitchen area.. Al Marabea street. This area would make great for Arabic staff in the companies located there..
Its not one of the luxury places. The design and facilities are poor. But its a good place to try one of the tasty Mandi(personally for me) with its juicy and soft meet and fluffy rice
We chose the room to sit on the ground and its very nice to eat mandi like this.
But my suggestion if you go there focus on mandi. Other foods are just normal. Nothing special

The kunafa here is one of the best in dubai but I only wish they had a mix of mozzarella and cream cheese and not just cream cheese filling inside the kunafa.
Bait Al Mandi or As translated House of Al Mandi is well known for best and most tasty mandi in Dubai. Unfortunately, the quantity and quality is slightly degraded over the time, i used to eat here first time ( muraqabat branch ) back to 2007 and there is no way to compare now.
I am reviewing now, Jumeirah road branch, the staff are very kind. The toilet being outside, so small and very dirty. Vegetables jar is not enough for one person, rice quantity is getting less and less still taste are good.

The best kingfish mandi I've ever eaten..freshly cooked, very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back. And of btw this meal is my repeatedly ordered food :)
