Pierre's Bistro & Bar, headed by 3 Michelin star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, hosts a ladies night (Pink.ME) every 3rd Wednesday of the month. And I'd say it's a not-to-miss affair. It’s located in the lovely InterCon DFC. The place is beautifully done up. You can relax with a drink by the bar or lounge, or have a complete meal in the restaurant area. They some comfortable couches in a booth as well.
As part of the ladies night deal, you get complimentary unlimited drinks (red/white/rosè, and a special cocktail). You can also choose from a 2 or 3 course menu, for AED 159 or AED 199. We opted for the 3-course menu with a choice of starter, main & dessert.
You got a choice of 3 starters. I got the Squid (pan fried squid with kale, Paris mushrooms, black garlic butter sauce, coriander). And let me say this was my favourite course. That butter just tied the whole dish together, and elevated it to another level. Not one for any greens, I wiped out my plate clean. And honestly, was secretly hoping I could have that for my main as well, haha – that GOOD!
Other starter options that my friends chose were
- Lamb Skewer with Hummus: honestly one of the best hummus I’ve tasted. So creamy and delicious
- Saffron Arancini: my vegetarian friend had all good things to say about this
For my main I opted for the Chicken breast with Paris mushrooms cream and soft potatoes. The Chicken was wonderfully cooked and moist. And as a vegetarian option the Tortellini was great too.
Dessert choice was unanimous amongst us – Cecilia Biscuit, Coffee Ice Cream. I love coffee, so this was great. But if you don’t like too much sweetness, I’d say choose something more fresh like the Raspberry Parfait.
Service staff were polite. And around for anything you want. I’d definitely love to come dine here again.
The food is just so great at Pierre's. I love the tuna tataki and I would happily drive for an hour to have the bread and butter alone! They have excellent wines and the prices are very reasonable too.
The decor is really fun with lovely chairs and cute pink flamingos.
Looking forward to going back for the next PINK me ladies night.
Dubai offers many amazing ladies night deals every week and ladies in the city are spoilt for choice. Last month I experienced a fantastic ladies night event at Pierre’s Bistro & Bar at Intercontinental Dubai Festival City. Pierre’s Bistro & Bar is fronted by the three Michelin star chef Pierre Gagnaire and serves authentic French cuisine along with perfectly crafted beverages.
Food is amazing, staff is very friendly and attentive.
Great value as well with very acceptable prices compared to the rest of the city.
One of my favorite restaurants in Dubai.
Such a beautiful environment! We planned a birthday there, it was celebrated in a very beautiful way and in a pleasant ambience. Staff are very friendly & make you feel at home. Drinks are really nice. A few additions to the food menu could be made for a better variety . Overall experience was really nice, highly recommended!
Here it is which is on top of my list for the most Elite Ladies Night in Dubai. How did i not visit here for so long ? A year old beautiful bistro bar by Chef Pierre Gagnaire located in Intercontinental Dubai festival city boasting a swanky , elegant ambience and top notch service with exclusive culinary experience. We visited on the Pink me Ladies night which happens once a month . Unlimited selected cocktails and wines on the house . It starts at 8pm. I must say every little detail of this place is picturesquely beautiful. The interiors are artisitic, dreamy, fairytale, romantic, relaxed and attractive. We started off with our Pink me cocktails along with some bread and we sat outdoors as the climate was still super pleasant . With the soothing beautiful music, pleasing weather and the cocktails was water melon based and super refreshing . We were attended by Ms Roxaan who was simply super cute and attentive . She didnt miss to check on us every 10 minutes atleast . The place was crowded in no time with the girls group celebrating birthdays, hen party, just chilling ones and it was all lively and happening. We chose the 3 course meal which is with a starter, a main and a dessert. our starters were Pan fried Squids n mushrooms and Saffron Arancini Croquettes, Both of them were absolutely delicious. Then for the mains we moved indoors , we had Roasted Farm chicken and for dessert chocolate mousse and Lemon mousse. Everything was scrumptious and delectable with a beautiful presentation. As we moved indoors we were served by Michael who was super pleasant and made us smile with his jokes, must say happy staff definitely makes such a major difference in service. We also got some arabic calligraphy done by a artist who was around. Live music, super awesome crowd, positive vibes of laughter and happiness around, amazing food , next level service ....Probably one of the best ever girls night it was for us ! Cant wait to go back here soon again ! Kudos to the team !
This seems like one of the hidden gems of UAE . Hidden away at the intercontinental hotel at festival city , very swanky and massive restaurant. Loved the ambience and the decor . They have a ladies night every Wednesday, unlimited selected cocktails, white wine and red wine . You can reserve a table and there’s no minimum spend. For food we ordered nibbles like mashed potatoes and French fries and both of them came along with complimentary bread and butter . The French baguette tasted AMAZING and so did the rich platter of bread . Loved the mashed potatoes . The service and hospitality was BRILLIANT, literally the entire staff on the floor at regular intervals came to check upon on us to see if we were doing ok . My favorite server was Denzil, he was absolutely warm, humble, patient and so kind. He even gave us complimentary macrons that I’m grateful for . I 500% recommend on paying a visit to this restaurant tucked away inside intercontinental.
I went last Monday to try the newly launched Cheese and Grape night at Pierre’s Bistro & Bar located at the Intercontinental Hotel at Dubai Festival City. The concept of Pierre’s Bistro & Bar is creatively handcrafted to create joyful and appetizing nightlife experiences in an ambiance infused with the breezy elegance and relaxed charm by three starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire represents a new chapter for the inimitable.

Pierre’s Bar and Bistro has a ladies night that’s seriously lit. I mean, you don’t often get to watch a fire breather perform for you while you’re enjoying unlimited free drinks. The ladies’ night at Pierre’s takes place every Wednesday from 8pm to 11pm with unlimited free drinks for ladies. But on the third Wednesday of every month, the entertainment takes an extra special turn. A bit random, to be fair, but on my visit there was a tannoura dancer AND a fire breather which gives you a break from your conversation and something else to Instagram. They sometimes have magicians and violinists, as well as a DJ, of course, to keep you in the groove.
Pierre’s Bistro And Bar is a new concept by three starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire, replacing Reflets Par Pierre Gagnaire a fine dining culinary experimentalism location at the Intercontinental Hotel in Festival City. The Bistro is a Parisian style art deco space serving French fusion cuisine and mouthwatering cocktails, taking it down a notch from Reflets, but stepping up on culinary creativity. I visited and reviewed Reflets three years earlier in January 2016, ranking it in my Top 100 page of best restaurant experiences, and I was excited to see the recent change to a more Bistro style concept. Reflets dining room was darker with a purple ceiling and crystal chandeliers while the bistro is more open, spacious, brighter white colored, and less of a congested feel.
A hidden French bistro in the Festival City. Authentic French cuisine offering carefully and well designed dishes. The service was excellent, the restaurant manager explained about the concept and trusted us to the waiter. The food was succulent and worth trying. I will be coming back.
Nothing but good things to say about this establishment. Every dish recommended and ordered was exquisite but special mention has to go to the Tiramisu for dessert which was easily one of the best on offer in Dubai and the signature fois gras that simply melted in the mouth.
Service from everyone was exemplary and the ambiance wonderful. Strongly recommended if you're in and around the Festival City area.
One of the best places if you love customized delicious French food, great place for business gathering, friendly and professional service. Good choice of wine. Would definitely recommend, another level when it comes to taste and ambiance.
We came here with a group of French friends last week and experience had topped the expectations!
From the interiors with different moods to the staff and food everything was perfect.
The Farm Veal cooked to the perfection is a must try ! We have been tempted by the dessert to share and it was an excellent choice !
We would definitely come back to enjoy another perfect dining experience .

Came here with a group of hungry friends.
I've been to the opening of Pierre's but was yet to try the real menu.
I love the decor and ambiance of this restaurant, it's truly a masterpiece.
We started off with some beef tartar, burrata and the white pizza.
The white pizza was delicious! Although I am not a huge fan of seafood, this pizza was amazing.
The beef tartar comes in small bites and is worth every penny.
Burrata was just burrata...never was interested in burrata lol
For the main course my husband and I shared the veal for 2. It comes with black rice
The veal was cooked to perfection, I loved every bite
They have a lovely lady that explains all the wines for you. I am a huge fan of the Rhone valley wines and so we got a bottle of that. It was very smooth and had almost zero acidity.
For the second bottle we decided to go with a Malbec from Argentina which I personally really enjoyed. It all depends on your taste buds I guess.
Service was great... atmosphere was great
Paid almost 350
per person including wine.
It was a special night with the French game happening! The staff were holding baguettes the vibe was lovely. I did not eat so no comment on food. Drinks were great, well rounded menu.
Love it, love it,love it, delicious and excellent quality of food. Staff are very attentive and the look of the place is hip and inviting. They just add d some stuff to their already great menu. Try the soufflé it is to die for. Last night had the rack of lamb it was superb. Definitely going again
I recently attended the launch of the Suhoor menu at this restaurant. Having a separate entry in the hotel, Pierre's interiors are stunning, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has views of the stunning water and light show ; however they dont have outdoor fans which can make it difficult. The mint shisha we had was AMAZING and went on for a long time. There is plenty of indoor seating and is very classy
I opted for the AED 150 dhm suhoor which constitutes bite sized items. My favourite was the Tuna . The option includes 2 drinks and tea and coffee. Being a Michelin starred chefs menu, the food was delicious, but felt a little meager for the price
Service is great and the ambiance is super. Would definitely return in the cooler months to enjoy Shisha and some drinks
Long awaited come back and experience had topped the expectations! Separate entrance (just beside hotel lobby) creates special sense of arrival, welcomed by a hostess who demonstrated a sincere hospitality, showed around and offered to have an aperitif at the bar.
Our server was as well very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about the concept as he briefed on the menu and wine, his recommendations were perfect.
For started we went for beef tartar and both kinds of oysters - these are must try!
Grilled squid and tortellini were excellent choice, but pork was a real hit!
Modern yet cozy ambiance, polished service and great food - can’t wait to come back for this combination of perfectly executed dining experience!
We loved the food at Pierre's! Since Reflets closure we missed good, sensual fine dining experience but dinner at Pierre's was not bad at all. A more casual setup with the same chef from Reflets makes it open to all including families. We had the Amadai fish, rib eye steak and frog legs and they tasted really good. The dessert menu has options for sharing or individual, we took the tiramisu for sharing and we were not disappointed.
The sommelier was nice and very helpful in pairing wine for our dish. Also there's outdoor seating available overlooking the water and laser show at Festival Center. Will definitely be back.
I missed the restaurant opening as I was on a trip to India but called to reserve a table a few weeks later, curious to see the turnout. Guess what? It all turned out pretty well! With a separate entrance on the side of the Intercontinental Hotel, dedicated team of three on arrival to ensure guests reach the destination happily and a very elegant interior design worth a fortune, the Pierre’s Bistro is fancier than it sounds. Playing “un petit truc” with the word “bistro” referring to a casual eatery with a simple menu, Pierrre Gagnaire delivers the opposite: fine dining with the most delicious French cuisine.
A wonderful mix of bright and soft interior colours sets an appropriate mood for various areas: exotic lush green lounge with DJ booth, energetic bar sparkling with reflections, spotless chrome kitchen with one transparent wall shared with a hall, lovely terrace and less dramatic but still eccentric salon with macaroon like chairs, cheeky paintings and soft light. I loved that on top of smoking/non smoking or inside/outside tables there were options for “intimate dining” and “the centre of attention”. As the weather chose to be kind that night, I sat on a very comfortable sofa outside facing the fountains and a promenade.
My dinner started with a warm baguette baked “en ce moment” and served in a branded paper bag. Crispy on outside, the baguette was so airy and fantastically fragrant; that I couldn’t help but eat it all with the beautiful salted French butter. I ordered my all time favourite frog legs with garlic and parsley cooked to such perfection they melt on a tongue. My other dishes were as exceptional as expected but it was the apple tart that stole my heart that night.
Oh mon Dieu! It arrived together with caramel ice cream and whipped cream with bits of real vanilla and a dash of brandy. Someone cut it gently in front of me into two halves while I couldn’t take my eyes off its golden glow. I eat very slowly savouring every bite, thinking of beautiful sunsets, apple trees in bloom and fireworks. What a magical end to a magical night!

Pierre's Bistro & Bar recently opened up in Intercontinental at Dubai Festival City and we decided to head here for #DateNight. The spot seemed perfect for the occasion with stunning views of the Festival City mall and fountain. Their seating is spread out between different rooms creating different moods in each area. My favourite is the green room filled with leaves and neon lights. It's fun and colourful! We choose to sit outdoors this night by the Creek making the most of the last few days of good weather in Dubai.
Chef Pierre ranked among the top five chefs in the world consistently for three years and is known for his fabulous cooking. Dining here is definitely a feast for the eyes along with the taste buds. This new chic place with flowing bubbly, fun beats and spectacular dishes grows on you making you want to linger on through the night.
GET SET GOBBLE:
~ Bread & Butter - I must make a special mention for this. My hubby is the least fond of either but for the first time here, he ended up wiping away the quenelle of butter with the incredibly fresh breads. We later found out that they use Bordier butter from the southern part of France which is generally touted to be the Best Butter there is...and guess what, we absolutely agree!
~ APPETIZERS - We started off with some sparkling Rose complemented by a portion of fresh OYSTERS WITH BANANA. This was definitely a first for me as I have not sampled a combination of this seafood with this fruits. Next we tried something innovative on the menu which was the BURRATA ROSE. We loved how playful the dish was and the addition of tomato soup poured over the ice cream at the table. We also sampled the MADAGASCAR PRAWNS that were served on a bed of leaves with a sesame tuille and Chef Pierre's signature sauce.
~ MAINS - For the mains we tried the LOBSTER TORTELLINI, POACHED SEABASS and the CHICKEN BREAST WITH MAC & CHEESE. With each dish you realize the attention to detail in the presentation and combination of flavours that helps lift it.
~ DESSERTS - They say you must save the best for the last. We were flipping out over the sensational desserts in front of us. We tried the TIRAMISU and CHOCOLATE BISCUIT SOUFFLE both of which are generously portioned for sharing. The Tiramisu will have you spooning through 5 layers while the humble souffle is served with a pistachio parfait on the side. The souffle definitely won our hearts for being rich and gooey. Highly recommend you try this here.
I visited a newly opened place by the name Pierre’s @pierresdubai in @intercondfc and I liked the atmosphere, ambiance & design. Whenever you come there, it looks that you come there, it looks that you are somewhere in island resort. Flamingos, lots of greenery & very cozy sofas with nice terrace & view to Creek make this place very attractive.
Unfortunately, it was very late and I didn’t have opportunity to try any food there, but I experienced their drinks. Bad luck, champagne was not very fresh, probably opened the day before my visit. As for cocktails, it was much better. Especially one I liked very much. Very fruity, fresh & not very sugary. The cocktail was very pleasant & appropriate to my taste.
Whenever you decide to visit this place, you should remember that they don’t have any promotions, ladies nights or anything else. They explain it that they are operating only for 2 weeks.
Service was very nice & staff is very friendly, helpful & interacting.
They have special folders for bills which are signed by chef Pierre. I had honor to get such signed folder.
I think I need to visit this place one more time for dinner. My first visit was satisfying. I’d like to visit Pierre’s later.
Wish them all the best! And hope to see more offers & promotions.
