A nice place, with COVID restrictions only 20pax inside and have little more spaces outdoors (with humidity still existing we waited to get a seat inside) . The Bihari Bhaiyya was an amazing started along with the TMR Mix Platter which was nice as well. Have heard a lot about their Lamb Chops but we did not find it very fancy but very average!

Visited this happening place during the weekend, and quiet obviously the place was full(maintaining the Covid norms).
Liked the ambiance, it’s kinda chilled out place. You can visit with ur friends,
Family or colleagues. It gives a good vibes.
Now the food part.
We were super satisfied with the the starters.
We ordered
Chicken and cheese Croquettes- This was outstanding and a must try.
Atomic Prawns- lovely prawn sizes
Bihari Bhaiya- another outstanding dish. Super soft Bihari kebabs.must try.
Main Course:
Rumali Roti: good and soft as it should be.
Mutton keema dum: not upto the mark, the mutton was not smelling great, taste wise it was ok.i also felt it was a lamb keema and not mutton as it had a typical lamb smell.
Comfort chicken aka butter chicken: not very happy with the taste.
We also ordered few cocktails.
I liked the lemon ginger while my group had kal khatta.Which they said was a bit more sweet.
If I may conclude, I will say the place is happening with its food. But the management needs to think about the main course.
Will definitely visit again to try other food from there menu.

The Meating Room had been on my to-do list for quite a while. Finally, last night we went down to Karama for dinner at the Meating Room. The indoor seating area is very limited especially in the COVID situation, hence we had wait for 15 mins. The food was fantastic. We ordered chicken tikka(one of the best chicken tikka I have ever had), the mutton biryani (the rice was amazing and flavorful, however the mutton could be more tender in my opinion). The only let down was the Mango Lassi-pretty ordinary. Overall, still a good experience. The quantities were decent and they accepted Zomato Pro
Wat a yummy food , i must admit , the bbq platter and prawns took my heart , n not to be missed i also liked thr biryani too , must visit restaurant.
So today I tried this hidden gem in Dubai and all I can say that it was incredible. If you love bbq and Indian cuisine you will absolutely love this restaurant. Delicious food and amazing presentation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🙏🏻

Heard good reviews about it and could finally try it, loved botilicious kebab! Eying on chicken tikka for next time was looking at someone else’s table and was mouth watering. Dal makhni was not upto my expectation but atleast they tried to amend it for my palette. Wifey ordered paneer roomali roti appetiser and enjoyed with dal makhni(weird combination it may sound but that’s what she does finds hers own combinations to enjoy food 😊) coming back again to enjoy chicken tikka!
First time order, as suggested old school chicken tikka was juicy and yum. Biriyani was average with more quantity of masala.
Their grilled chicken and keema pav is to die for and you MUST try it. Their fried rice is also super flavorful. Overall amazing food and great price point!

This is the only restaurant I actually bothered to review. If you're thinking about it, just go and try.
If you love meat, this is your spot to grab some perfect grills as well as desi dish preparation. We tried a variety of starters of which our favorites were the lamb chops, atomic prawns, mutton seekh kebab and the minced meat stuffed in potato (also creamy broccoli in veg). In mains our favorites were the the mutton keema dum, tmr meatpot and comfort chicken. And of course in rice, the slow cooked mutton grilled biryani was just too good. Dont miss out on the gulab jamun cheesecake either which is a must try. Seating is about 50% indoor (nice wall art and cozy) and 50% outdoor (the outdoor seating is beautiful and not so common in Karama in this style - great for winters). Service was also decent and overall this is a spot I feel has really improved since the first time I came close to 2 years back. Definitely headed back here again soon.
The food was great! Choices excellent. But there was a little bit of delay when it came to the service. Would be an excellent choice during winter, because seating during summer outside would be really hot and humid.
Meating Room is one place I had been meaning to visit for a very long time and incidentally we were invited for a bloggers meet. I was definitely excited because it would be my first proper bloggers meet after covid made us all go on quarantine. Seven of us met up last friday to check out the new menu at the Meating room. Couple of us had already been there, but for me it was the first ever time to visit this famous award winning restaurant.
Recently visited again to try out new items. Loved the meat stuffed potato patty, malai broccoli, and the grills. Nice grilled lamb biryani too.

If you're looking for really great food with awesome price points- the meating room is the place to go! I highly recommend getting the meat platter (it includes all the meats to satisfy your carnivore cravings, and I looved the lamb chops portion it it)! If you have still have space after eating this, get the butter chicken as well 😊 smooth, creamy and hits all the right spots!!! Deffo visiting the meating room again

This was our first time eating at "The meating Room" and the experience was just lovely. The staff greeted us well and offered us complimentary lemongrass cooler which really beat the heat, I must say. We ordered three things on the menu, 1.Crunch karo, 2.Lamb Chops, 3. Mixed Noodles from the wok. Crunch karo was crunchy and cheesy and really filling. Lamb chops were perfectly cooked and seasoned. It was really juicy on the inside, one of the best ones I had. The meat didn't have that weird smell or after taste at all. Noodles were thin and good but a little high on black pepper, veggies in it were nice and crisp. They even offered us a refill on that yummy lemongrass cooler. Staff is really courteous and ambience is cozy (while maintaining social distance). I have tried my best to take good pictures. We got a 20% Zomato gold discount on our bill. I just hope their business gets back to normal because they offer good service and even better food. Next time we are trying gulab jamun cheesecake and the takeaway per kg marinates.

Ordered home a half grilled chicken which comes with fries and a butter naan. The delivery was done in time as promised and the food was well packed and intact when it arrived. The grilled chicken was well marinated and was packed with good flavour the butter naan was good as well. We have ordered from here earlier as well and the food is always met our expectations. Worth trying out!
Have dined and got delivered, the meating room on both avatars were brilliant. Our order for the kheema and kebab both the times was a wonderful choice.
The bihari chicken kebab was so wonderful that it practically melts your heart first and then in your mouth. We were told the secret to the melting chicken is the marination they throw in.
Mutton kheema was flavourful while the atomic prawns not radiating enough.
The place itself is quite small to dine #postcovid but worth all the time and money for what you get from the kitchen.
Ordered biryani combo and butter naan. Biryani is so good. Oil content is so less and very nicely spiced.
Got the opportunity to try out their Signature Meat Platter. It included Lamb Chops, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Wings, Shish Kebab, grilled veggies, fries and dips.
All the meats were well spiced and succulent, truly a delight!
Even the dips served along were really good.
For the quantity however, I do feel it is priced a little high at 98aed, but the quality of the food truly met my expectations.

I HAD TO visit this place because of all the craze that has been going on about it over every Snapchat story possible! 🙄 And surprisingly it was worth spending my Friday evening here. ❤️ I would first like to start off by saying that the look, the vibe and the interior of The Meating Room @themeatingroomdxb is just gorgeous. It is so so beautiful that just pulls a person towards it, which I personally really really liked. Now on to the food, I went for the Atomic Prawns 🍤. I am not someone who is fond of seafood but I loved this A LOT. This would be my favorite out of all that I tried. It is very very spicy. As in the name, it is actually very atomic! So if you’re someone who does not like spicy food then please don’t go for it. The next thing I went for was the Naanza which is basically pizza with a naan base. This comes both with vegetarian and non-vegetarian toppings. I went for the latter (i.e, chicken and bell peppers) which was really really yum too! And lastly I obviously went for the Lemon & Ginger Cooler which was very cooling 😂🍹and went really well with the food that we ordered! Y’all must really go and check this place out, it’s pretty reasonable and has really good food and will make your mood good 👅 (I should be a rapper bruv 🤘🏻😂)

I’m a big fan of Haleem and am perpetually searching for good haleem. Tried this mutton haleem and unfortunately it tasted more like porridge with a solitary piece of mutton (the size of a one dirham coin) than authentic haleem. Would not recommend. Also very pricey for the portion size. Was left quite disappointed as I had seen such positive reviews...
The Meating Room is a humble, quaint restaurant in Karama with the best chicken tikka I have had in my life (and I’ve tried my fair share). The butter chicken was also good and the food definitely rivals the fine dining Indian restaurants in Dubai.

Wanted to try out a new restaurant this week and ended up this little cozy place in karama. Ordered only one dish..The meat platter which is good enough for three people. Perfectly cooked meat, juicy tender chicken..With some yummy dips and fries. i am not a big fan of lamb chops..But this was yumm. Kids enjoyed watching live roti making. Zomato gold discount was added advantage. Indoor seatings are limited but they do have outdoor seatings.
