Great service today after a terrible prior experience at this location. Something that we were shocked and upset about. However they were able to redeem themselves today. Our meals were delicious, especially the desserts - as expected. The service was beyond our expectations, definitely 5 star.
Plain and chocolate croissants here are fantastic and delicious! Food quality is excellent and staff are super friendly! Cappuccino here is also really good.
I usually stop at Paul for a quickie while shopping. As usual, their coffee is good and croissants are amazing. Unfortunately, the quality of their service is declining and the restaurant smelled like burned food.

Post quarantine, Paul’s has opened back for service. So I decided to pay a visit, as it has been a while since I dined out. I was in the Mall of Emirates for shopping and decided to go to Paul’s for a quick bite. I had a great experience and they ensured we felt safe. The place let only less than 50% of their capacity. Only every other table was occupied to ensure social distancing. There were sanitizers in all the tables and they were cleaning the table after each visit. The waiters were wearing masks and gloves. There was a QR code on the table which you could scan to see the menu. To ensure there is no contact with the physical menu. The waiter even instructed on how to remove the mask to be able to eat.
Good food, nice seating area.
Nothing beats the almond croissants at Paul. Absolutely delightful. The mashed potatoes however need some improvement. My latte was also perfection

Also got a taste for their coffee recently which is quite amazing as well.
This branch has a big seating capacity but since it was crowded in the evening I visited, I ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake takeaway..... it was freshly made and so delicious, exactly the way a cheesecake should be!

It’s one of my favorite places since more than 10 years. I like it more after the renovation. It’s a typical French bakery. They serve everything exactly like they do in France. The bread is the best bread in Dubai. I love all the salads they have in the menu. Onion soup is a must try. Eclaires and Mille feuilles also are so delicious. Since Christmas is after few weeks don’t forget to try the “ Buche de Noel “.
Located just at the middle of the Mall of the Emirates, Thai cafe will give you comfort with a cup of coffee when you are tired in the crowd of people. Everything tastes just like Paul you experience in France!
Great complete breakfast . Their bakery items are great from croissants to their bread. They can improve on their coffee though . Although barista was good but I think they need improve on the quality of coffee beans they use.
Pastry wasn’t sweet as it complements the tea. Had a tea time with sis after lunch. Staff are very friendly and polite. Will be back for more 🙂 We had millefeuille chocolat and Paul special blend ❤️
This place never disappoints! Whether it's their delicious Onion soup that comes in a bread bowl or their yummy desserts or even just the complimentary fresh bread they serve! Also, friendly staff. One of my go to places, after a difficult week as it isn't too far from my office. Hope they always maintain their standards.
This French eatery is my favorite when it comes to desserts. I would like to treat myself after shopping from paul. Last day after a long haul from Mall Of Emirates, I hopped on to Paul for some minor refreshment which ended in consuming the main course.
We had chicken cordon blue(5/5), Cappucino coffee, welcome bread(5/5), Hazelnut tart(4/5), and berry tart(4/5). Everything served to us was delicious but the tart base was bit thick.
The shop was overcrowded, but they never failed to surprise with the french hospitality. The ambiance was great as well.

We can’t even look at each other if you don’t like the desserts at #PaulPatisserie nope I don’t even want to look at you if you don’t look at this Mousse Flyer de lys with an absolute love like I do! This pure divine chocolate heaven is just the queen of all my cravings and a definite taste of paradise! I crave it every day, I crave it even when I just finish eating it, this mousse cake makes me want to have it more and more and more. Trust me you won’t everrr be bored of it. If you are a chocolate lover you ought to love this enticing dessert. I feel this is the best of the world, I feel it in my gut man! 😍🤤 it’s alluring!! Any word can’t be enough!
Apart from this, Paul offers so many other toothsome delicacies in their exquisite menu, I absolutely loved the Forest Gratin and Chicken Club. The gratin was super appetizing, loved the flavor of cheese with the caramelized onions and boiled potatoes, every ingredient in it was my favorite, it almost felt like it was “specially made for me”😭♥️. The chicken club was just a random order because I just felt like it but damn this was a pretty good pick, super tasty and fresh, I felt my lunch was perfectly balanced (health wise) yet lusciously rich, lol if you know what I mean... I’m not a healthy eater you can see so this was pretty balanced for me 🙈😅
In short, it’s always an absolute pleasure to dine in @paularabia, has been waiting since months for the @malloftheemirates Branch to reopen after renovation and can I say it looks totally amazing and I’m really glad they made it very spacious now because damn we people want to eat just @paularabia Because it’s AWESOME!
And yes again, we can’t be friends if you don’t share the same love for this place as me! 🙂

My new favourite casual dine healthy restaurant in Dubai. The food is just incredible here and can also be considered as healthy!
The service standards are faultless and nice vibrant ambiance.
Highly recommend the Mushroom soup and the chicken pasta – both can be considered as healthy!

Great food. Nothing ordered have left a bad taste in the mouth. Very safe to go out with family.
Pasta has been great. Desert has good choice. There fries is Parmesen in truffle oil is very good.

Even though on a pricey side. It's good to have an English breakfast once in a while.
Paul is my favorite breakfast place! The dishes are always on point! I had the scrambled eggs and my company had the Eggs Benedict and everything was delicious. The setting is nice as usual. It’s a bit pricy but totally worth it!
I simply love this brand for the quality of the coffee and their food. Having visited several outlets in Dubai, MOE offers the same consistency with the menu items available and the service. MOE is sometimes too busy but that's a sign of their popularity and they do have plenty of staff behind the counter and serving. Their Americana coffee is really decent and I love their croissants as a light bite and the best tasting in Dubai. If you love French pastry, this is the place to head for, you won't find anywhere better than Paul!
Appropriately named - Healthy grilled chicken for Dhs 83/- was a tasty 😋 n sumptuous meal 🥘. Grilled Chicken Marinated with herbs 🌿 and served with grilled vegetables was not only a healthy option but satisfied the taste buds as well!

Went there after the renovation... the new setup is a huge upgrade, is very bright and looks neat. And the food continues to be simply amazing. Croissants are heavenly and their sandwiches and eclectic and delicious... finished off with a vanilla cinnamon latte which was the cherry on top...
Only thing that could be better was the service... the same long wait to get the order and waiters have heavy accents...
5/5 for consistency!
Ordered a salmon sandwich here and it was exactly as the ones i have numerous times at their other branches- fresh, really fresh crunchy multi grain bread... salmon and mixed green salad too really delicious

I like how Paul keeps their consistency all over their restaurants. You go in with high expectations because you know it's sure not going to be a let down.
My favorite thing at Paul is the french onion soup, which I get in a bread bowl ad devour all by myself.
Food is great (compliments to the chef!!). Service was slow, however came during lunch time and the place was packed. Tables’ layout was a concern, as you need to have equilibrist skills not to bump into someone else seating around :)
Excellent food, everything tastes good here. The service is also very good. The prices are a bit on the higher side but surely worth it. Will be back for sure.

Popped in for a quick healthy breakfast. The smells coming from Paul’s are pure temptation and if you’re trying to be good on your diet you will need a stern resolve not to cheat and eat ALL the divine baked goods!

The coffee is next level - I say this as a person who does not enjoy coffee but it does get me through the day. Paul’s coffee is actually pleasant to drink. That’s high praise from me, promise!
Paul is one of the few places that serve the right cup of cappuccino, you can enjoy it on breakfast,lunch or even dinner and their assorted bread basket is so good and worth the calories. @thecutleries
Polite and customer oriented staff. Meal is superb and the mushroom soup and Caesar salad is to die for. No wonder they’re always jam packed, but it would be worth the wait. Would always come back and recommend to family and friends. Keep it up and two thumbs up.

Stepped into Paul Bakery by looking at the very open seating and the fact that almost every table seemed full. We were not disappointed at all. Paul is an excellent option to try out some European cuisine. Not only was the food delicious, the service times were also really less, making it a great option for a quick pit stop.
Ambience: (4/5)
The open seating is interesting as it almost feels like you are sitting on a street. The tables are a tad small, but the service is so great, you never end up overloading your table as the older plates are quickly cleared. The service staff here are fabulous, very helpful with selection as well as being extremely proactive.
Food: (4/5)
We ordered the (1) Garlic Soup (2) Veg Red Sauce pasta and (3) the beef sandwich. I absolutely loved the pasta - it was by far the best dish we ordered. It was made light and did not feel overburdened by cheese as some other pasta I have had. Very clean and fresh flavours. The garlic soup came with a good amount of cheese on top and enhanced the flavour but made it a bit of a nightmare to eat given that cheese was stringing due to the heat of the soup. Would recommend the same is mixed prior to reaching the table. The sandwich was good, however, the cheese on the inside was overpowering and masked most of the flavour of the other components. I would have loved the sandwich without the cheese. But all of the food was great overall.

Great set of food coupled with a outdoor atmosphere make this a great option for anyone at the Mall of Emirates or any other place it’s located. Highly recommended.
I could crave for their sandwiches, just the absolute best! Mint Margarita go perfectly well on the side. There’s so much more that Paul offers but I’ve been so hooked to their sandwiches that every time I fail in trying something different.

Our go to place when we want to eat light but fulfilling meal. Staff are welcoming, friendly and pleasant. Thou its a small place and looks always crowded, you’ll feel like you are not inside a mall. Feels like your in one of the street restaurants in Europe. Food and drinks are delicious. My favorite was the seafood pasta and the chicken avocado. Lychee ginger fantasy taste great too! Pricey but worth the money. As i said, its one of our ‘go-to’ restaurant.

One of my favorite bistros in the malls. This one is a nice restaurant but a bit small and crowded. Staff were all nice and service was good. I love their onion soup (a must try), I also tried their chicken avocado tartine and it’s definitely my new favorite main course, as it’s delicious and healthy. The only weird thing is that I ordered some fresh strawberries and they actually charged it on the bill (first time it happens with me, usually restaurants don’t charge me for some fresh strawberries)
Best pastries in town! I absolutely love the black forest cake from Paul as well as the chocolate mousse cake. Please bear in mind that the space is quite limited in MOE outlet. Otherwise, everything is perfect!

PAUL was full of people and it was very lively. We were fortunate to get a table when we walked in, it was a corner table though. The freshly baked bread in the counter was a very nice sight to behold.
The server was enthusiastic and very helpful. Their menu had French words written in English, as if everyone knows French. Even the waiter didn’t know how to pronounce most of the names of the dishes. Despite the hardships with the menu, we managed to order.
The French Onion Soup (Please note that I’m making up names as I have no Idea what the French names were) was fantastic as always. The cheese in it is fun to play with. The Chicken Avocado toast, was a brilliant idea. The band avocado was given the much needed uplifting by the tangy chicken. The sandwich was alright. Then the dessert. It was very good for regular standards, but for the Fresh standards: it was below average.
Please have the French Onion soup, if you are visiting. It is a delight. The bread and butter comes with it is a bonus. And the chicken Avocado toast. Please ask the waiters about the menu, if you don’t really understand French words.
The Service was great, a remarkably good employee is called “Gilbert L” (give this guy a promotion) the food was good although the break was hard which is something they need to work on!
I have become a big fan of this bistro...The food here is just delicious and flavourful.The coffee specially is one of the finest in the town.The portion sizes are good and the staff is extremely courtous and polite.This place in Mall of the Emirates remains mostly full because of its yummy offerings.Would definately visit again and again.

Located inside the mall of the Emirates with beautiful seating for single and families, the staff are very nice and best service.
Went for a quick lunch bite and had the mushroom soup with chicken pieces. It did not look appetizing at all since the mushrooms were mashed. So barely had half of it since I lost my appetite.
To overcome my hunger pangs I had my fav berry tart. Absolutely delicious!

Very typical french cafe. Always crowded. Sometimes you wait a long queue to get a table. Best of is the onion soup, salmon sandwich, and dessert for sure (everything in display). I love the olive tapenade they offer before the dishes. I tried today the fresh salad with avocado: its yummie! Very fresh and tasty But too much vinaigrette dressing in it.

Ordered the Berry Chocolate Tart (Tartelette au chocolat et framboises frais). The berries seemed fresh and the tart was pretty good.
Pricing is a bit high due to the huge brand image however, it is worth it.
Go to Paul for breakfast is to enjoy precision and repetition in motion. You need to be seated as the place is always full. Once seated you will receive your options within 40 seconds. order the petite breakfast, option for drink, coffee and chocolate, option for croissant version, done, order will be at the table within another 45 seconds. Always !. 41 AED per breakfast. Perfect in service, perfect in shape, They even smile and ask you if you liked it !. Thanks for move to chocolate, the real one !

Fruit water looks wow, eclairs (the coffee ones) are amazing the dough is a little soft but the whole flavor experience is not to be missed.

This branch of Paul, located on the Ground Level of Mall of the Emirates, is so busy it’s almost comical. In fact, it’s probably the busiest outlet at MOE bar one, Din Tai Fung. In typical European fashion, tables have been spaced so close together that it’s an (embarrassingly) tight squeeze getting between them. That and the claustrophobic crowd have been two of the three reasons I have not visited this branch.
Enjoyed Freshly baked breads, avocado salad,burrata salad and chocolate milkshake at PAUL.They have an amazing bakery👌🏼😍But dessert is still due as I was already full🙈Fast service and friendly staff.
If you're in Dubai, you must go here. They're very famous for their Macarons, Croissants and coffee. It's a cute place in the Mall of Emirates, always full though.
