Very bad customer service. two times I had food from there.i waited almost 45 mnts to get even the menu booklet.no one will ask you and service you unless you call them<br/> and ask.the receptionist and waiters have very bad attitude and they doesn't know how to serve a customer.i never recommend the<br/>m.they think they are granting us service for free.worst Restaurant in all sense.

Everything is authentic taste here ...tried their fish tikka was excellent but banjara chicken was average ....however have tried their other dishes and they generally good ..also I believe this is the few only 24 hour open restaurants

Excellent place with great chole bhature and gravies too. Bhature are bit oily but then you are not having them for diet anyways. Poori chole/ kulchas also great

Visited this so 'famous' facility last Saturday late in the afternoon, around 5 pm. Since they are open for 24 hours, we thought to give it a shot. Ordered chicken patiala on the advice of server. As informed it was neither spicy nor with any gravy. Taste was ok. Have eaten much better chicken curry items elsewhere in Dubai. <br/>Meanwhile overall pricing of food just serves the online hype only. Especially AED 15 for a small glass of Lime Soda and AED 40 for Chicken Patiala is something highly priced. Some of the contemporary or similar restaurants do charge such price but then they provide service and ambience also, which is missing here.<br/>The cashier was more ready to swipe the card for payment instead of producing the check first.<br/>Second visit is highly impossible.

Food was very disappointing and not even near to being authentic. I feel it’s a waste of money. Bature was very oily, Kulchas were small with too less stuffing and lassi’s were half glass only. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We ordered starters from here. The delivery was on time. The packaging was good. The food quality is very good too. <br/>The chicken kebab was very flavourful, but on the spicier side. The Fish fry Koliwada was yummy too. Only wish that the portion size would increase. Also the condiments & accompaniments were less.

The food was good but the servjce icould be much better. Wrong order served, but the taste is good. I think if the staff service is improved this can be a gem of a restaurant coz they r open 24 hours! Excellent option available fr quality food served 24hours a day!

Visited this place last week with my family and absolutely loved the food. We ordered the Chicken Keema kulcha with gravy, garlic naan, mutton seekh kebab, and chicken tikka masala for food. We also ordered lassi as a drink. Loved the interiors too.<br/><br/>All in all amazing place.

I have dined a few times at Amritsar retaurant and ordered delivery of food too. The food is always excellent and I strongly recommend to taste authentic punjabi food. <br/>

Extremely disappointed. Amritsar used to be our family favorite. We ordered chicken lababdar from the restaurant yesterday, and the chicken was smelly, unfresh and badly cooked. We contacted the restaurant and we were assured that a rider would come and collect the chicken dish, and would send us a new dish. Its been 24 hours and no one has even bothered. I paid for that chicken, and didn’t even eat it. Extremely disappointing, especially in such times. Never ordering from here again

Delicious food, great ambience and very friendly service! This restaurant is a perfect go to for Punjab specialities. Rajinder was serving us and he was wonderful. Would definitely come back with friends and family!

The food was AMAZING. If you need proper Punjabi Khana, look no further than this place. The waiters were friendly and tried giving us options to get a discount on the bill also inspite of the place being crowded. <br/>I am going back there for sure.

Visited on a Friday. Took around 30 mins for the order but the wait was worth it. Tried stuffed mushrooms, birbal kofta and sarso da saag. Daal fry jeera rice, kulcha, Naan and laccha paratha. Every thing was so delicious. Highly recommend.

A nice eatery in the heart of Karama, Amritsr serves good Punjabi food. The decor is well- done and reflects a rustic feel. The staff are very courteous and renders very good service.

Food is amazing but the ambiance can be much better. The table mat with games is another great experience to count on. But few dishes on the menu can be changed which does not seems to be as described in the menu. Great staff polite and friendly. Great experience thank you for amazing dinner.

I have been dining every Friday late and I have been always served by Mr Rajendar and he exactly makes me feel at home and when I leave the Resturant am already full of not only stomach but also satisfaction. People like Rajendra are asset to Amritsar Resturant. Keep the good work <br/>

Went for dinner , first of all no one came for the order for 15 mins to our table .. no one even bothered , after that we ordered chale bhature and AlOo tikki CHAAT and we got aloo kulcha instead, on informing the waiter , he started arguing that we ordered kulcha only .. i mean how unwelcoming and rude can you be?? Dont we know what have ordered..<br/><br/><br/>I don’t recommend going there... food was also not so great and plus their tantrums as if we came to eat for free!! <br/><br/>NEVERE GOING TO VISIT AGAIN!!

Chhole Bhature craving made me do it! <br/><br/>Yes, I started craving chhole bhature at 8:30pm and ended up at the door of Amritsar. We had been seeing so many ads and recommendations for this place that we had to make our way to it and we finally did. A very cute, desi place with absolutely amazing staff. We ordered Dahi Puri, Mutton Tawa Roll and Chhole Bhature. Everything that we tried made us miss Delhi and it's good even more. You can smell the slow cooked Dal Makhani and butter Naan which can be very harmful if you're on some kind of diet. Please go empty stomach and order atleast 1 dish from each section. Also, if you're a zomato Pro customer then you can avail 20% off on your bill which made me extremely happy! 10 extra points for it. <br/><br/>All in all, I'm definitely ordering/going again for trying some more food because it would be criminal to not eat everything at least once 😋

They serve Dubai’s one of the best Aloo kulcha. Samosa Pav was above average too. The sauces along with the food were great too. Overall loved the quality. The best thing about the restaurant is quick delivery and 24/7 open service. The food they serve and deliver is always fresh. They do give discounts even on orders through phone call. Must if you like Indian/Pakistani food(North Indian specifically). <br/>

Last week we have been to this restaurant, although during this pandemic government has allowed businesses to restart but this restaurant is clearly violating all social distancing rules & regulations. <br/>In addition to above mentioned, since the restaurant was overcrowded, the staffs and management clearly showed inability to manage the guests. We were served starter in few minutes but the main course arrived after 30 minutes. <br/><br/>Also, restaurant's air conditioning was not working properly so we were literally sweating while having food. Upon enquiring from Manager he replied by saying Dubai temperature is hot these days hence AC is ineffective (P.S. He must have experienced snowfall in Dubai)<br/>

This week I had the pleasure of trying out Amritsr with a dear friend who is a connoisseur of Punjabi cuisine. We were there on the national holiday so parking was easy in front of the restaurant. The look and feel of the restaurant gave the very amritsari vibe and we met the owner who was also present at the time of our visit. A very friendly and hospitable guy, he took great care of us and the staff were very friendly and hospitable too.

Both of them are simply awesome. Reasonably priced. Loaded with fresh vegetables on an amazing bread spread. Simple but Powerful and Healthy. A good snack pack meal. Ideal breakfast.

Well it is mostly because the restaurant is crowded, they have take aways and lots of deliveries.<br/>Understandably, it is people who really love the food here.<br/>Well let us take you through our experience of @amritsruae . We had heard a lot about this restaurant from lot of our friends and finally we decided to go and explore this amazing punjabi restaurant in Dubai.<br/>**Decor:<br/>Decor was awesome and it gives you that feel of being in the pind (village). It also gives you that feel of being in the Dhaba where there is nice warm lights and cozy seatings. Overall the interior was perfect.<br/>**Food: Now lets talk about the food. Well the food is unbelievably good. The cheese Kulcha that we ordered was too good. We feel the kulcha that Amritsr serves is better than most restaurants across UAE.<br/>Chole and the chutney was good too. Can you see the big chunk of butter there.<br/>We also ordered Birbal Kofta with garlic naan for the main course as we wanted to try something different and the chance that we took paid off. The Kofta were really tender, yummy and the gravy was super tasty too. The Garlic naan was nice too.<br/>Overall we loved the food here and now we are going be the regular customers of this restaurant.<br/>Don't judge the restaurant because they are serving food in disposables. They are simply following government guidelines which came in effect after Covid-19. It is for your own good if you get served in disposables. Think about it.<br/>**Staff and Service:<br/>Well the staff is very friendly and they heard us when we said it is very warm they quickly changed our seating. Good think was that restaurant has nicely disposable table cover with some games so you can pass your time and wait until your food arrives.<br/>We would rate 5/5 to this restaurant. Don't miss out on trying out this restaurant.

Worst customer service , it took more than 2 hours. And I’m left to figure out between Zomato and Amritsar whether it’s picked and going to be delivered or not .While Zomato as unprofessional , they are confirmed that it’s not picked Amritsar kept confirming it’s picked up. Eventually to learn , Amritsar is lying through their teeth and its not picked. Not worth it.

Awesome food. We ordered 6 dishes and all were exceptional. Being Friday it was crowded and AC was not working properly. Inspite of that had a lovely time<br/>.

Went there due to hype around , was not at all disappointed. Ordered mixed kulcha on recommendation from MR Prathmesh and it was fantastic. My kids loved it ( what more I can ask for ) . Reordered other variety of kulacha , but mixed kulcha takes it all .

Kulcha was awesome. Bhature is not bad. Chhole with Bhature was quite good but Chhole with Kulcha was not that good. Tea is also good<br/>

We had a good experience in the restaurant, very good service, Mr Rajendra the staff suggested us the mutton and chicken and it was truly awesome 👏🏻 the taste and quality and quantity was really good. I highly Recommend this place to people who like good food and good service .

This restaurant has a pretty good environment and confortable seating area. The ambience and atmosphere of the restaurant is Punjabi which compliments with the restaurant name. <br/>The food is very delicious, a lot of great menu options, best service is that all food is served in plastic containers with plastic cutlery for hygiene purposes during the pandemic. Amazing kulchas the most recommended to try. Overall had a great experience and would surely visit again💯😄😁

Authentic taste of North India , must try restaurant.

We placed an order on 2nd August at around 8:15 pm. <br/>At 9:40pm when we still did not receive the order and called the restaurant we are being told that it is still not reached the kitchen.. <br/>At least have the courtesy to inform the customer that the order is delayed !! <br/>Please don’t forget Restaurant service is tested during good and busy times .

Ordered Tandoor chicken. Was very dry and flavourless inspite of specifically requesting for food to be spicy. Galouti kebab was not appetizing and tasteless. Mutton rogan josh spices were not grinded, so many pieces of coriander seeds were found, mutton pieces were pitiful with only fat pieces and no meat in it, we threw the dish. Chilli paneer was very hard. This was my third time ordering from here and this totally disappointed. Wont be ordering from here again.

Really nice chicken gilafi sheekh, and manchow soup. Mutton khichadi was quite good too. The masala papad was barely average. One of the ac was not working so it was quite hot. <br/>More deets on the link below.

Went for a lunch to Amritsr restaurant in Karama for the 1st time based in their Facebook posts. <br/><br/>Ordered Birbal Kofta, Butter Chicken, tandoor roti, cheese garlic naan, aloo paratha, special Punjabi lassi but the food taste was average. <br/><br/>Birbal kofta and Aloo paratha was tasteless. Special Punjabi lassi was nothing more than sugar added curd and nothing special in it to call it as Special Punjabi lassi.<br/><br/>Cheese Garlic Naan was good and a must try among all the food we have ordered. <br/><br/>The prices are too high compared to the other restaurants in Karama and food is not tasty and upto the standard..<br/><br/>It was below expectation experience.

last night we dine in. with this restaurant<br/> we got a table after 30 minutes . the lady in the counter didn't tell. us. about waiting time told us 5 to , 10 min . but later we got seat downstairs. received food in. time. taste is really good..lack. of customer service ..

When we entered the restaurant, there were promotion ongoing for 25% and when I forced to pay by Zomato as a payment option they denied taking that and staff behavior was very rude. I insisted that I need to pat by Zomato (they had pay by zomato option) but the main staff at the reception (Ms. Param) was very confused and had rude behavior and I dis not argue much and thus ended up doing what they asked me to do as per there convenient option.

It was not a dining experience but a Take Out. Option not here in the review. Order taker was professional and made suggestions. However the portion size was small compared to the price and taste was nothing to write home about. Bit disappointed.

Amritsar restaurant This place is welcoming with charming service and the food better than I have tasted since I was in India especially enjoyed the special amritsari kulcha and gobi paratha, would highly recommend...Everything perfect. Such friendly staff.

Ordered for Keema kulcha with mutton gravy got chicken keema kulcha with chicken boiled gravy full of water <br/>Aloo kulcha was very sticky as if potato was stale and messy paneer kulcha was average <br/>Ordered to pick up at 7:30 pm reached at 7:30 pm <br/>But counter staff was busy with other things and forget to attend customer and food is lying without proper packing under full A/C<br/>Most of gravy and chutney was dripped of even when it was shrink wrap<br/>No tissue spoon or cutlery was provided <br/>Even customer copy of receipt was not given counter staff was confused.

We visited here on a Friday evening. The restaurant can be easily located on the Karama food street. Ambience is bright and colourful with ample seating area in the ground level and first level ..the restaurant was half packed but somehow could see the servers struggling with the orders from customers.. We too had to wait for a while before someone could take out order . However, we ordered the rajma masala ,paneer tikka masala, plain naan ,roti and lassi . The order took quite a while to get served .The food was good but the portion size was very less compared to the price charges .if worked on the pricing and service this place is perfect for punjabi food lovers.<br/>
