They offer buffets but the best thing they offer is their thaali which includes afghani rice with bar b q paltter including all the bar b q, fried fish and prawns. Pathetic service. Kebabs served without condiments. Main dish served without utensils to serve. Waiter threw away the leftovers that were asked to packed. All this when only 2 tables were occupied and there were 4 waiters. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend visiting.

I visited them to try out their new breakfast menu . They had an A la Carte menu of all the favorite Pakistani breakfast dishes. I started with Salt Lassi which was frothy & had a good balance. I tried all the dishes from the menu and was happy with most of them. All the dishes tasted authentic, and not too spicy which made me very happy. Out of all the dishes i tried , my favorites were Nihari, Paya, Aloo, Chole & the Paranthas. The service was smooth and the servers were very hospitable Taste : 4/5 Ambience/Decor : 4/5 Service : 4/5 Value for Money: 5/5

My buffet plate has all the yumminess from starting some awesome salad spread, kebabs, starters and for main course some white rice and kadhi, paalak paneer, butter chicken, kadai gosht, Nihari and roti. I have tried their buffet like really long back but must say the taste is always perfect even the location is just perfect. Seating area is good. Only wish if the staff were more friendly and cutleries and plates provided be more cleaner and smell fresher.

We were invited to try out their newly launch breakfast menu We tried EVERYTHING and there was not one thing from The menu that we didn’t like. Everything was made to Perfection. Lots of flavor to each dish and the naans were nice and soft. The puris were served hot and crispy. I am definitely heading back to indulge next weekend For breakie withe kids.

Scrumptious breakfast or should I say “desi nashta” is the thing which keeps me going all day long. And JBR-The Walk is the place where I love to dine most of the time of the year. I simply love this place and many of the restaurants delivering good food out there. We happened to check this restaurant out for the very first time by reading the promising board they had displayed by the veteran de if their restaurant. We tried their breakfast launch from which we ordered halwa puri, bhaji, beef Nihari, lamb trotters (paye), sweet lassi and lacchey dar parathey. Everything was great in taste and amazingly presentable. We have tried breakfasts of so many places but their breakfast till now is the best one. Also, did I mention they’re the Award winning Pakistani Restaurant in Dubai? Their taste speaks loud for this win. I just wished they could had naan or kulcha (bread) sort of things with the breakfast rather than laccheydar Parathas. Upon enquiring from the staff they told us it’s the launch of their breakfast and they had a set up for naans but for some reasons it couldn’t be made possible. Hopefully they’ve started offering them without delicious breakfast. Mark my words, everything they made was great and so authentic in taste that I can’t explain in words.

A very colorful and vibrant Pakistani restaurant in JBR! The interiors are very attractive. The service was good and attentive. My favorites and recommended dishes from the restaurant would be : The chicken & beef seekh kebabs were absolutely delicious! Their kebabs are famous for being juicy & flavorful! Chicken biriyani : Good quantity & amazing aroma! The rice & meat cooked to perfection. Try the haleem with th biriyani and I assure you'd come back just for this delicious pairing! For desserts I enjoyed the sweet kulfies. A great place to go with family.

From a value-for-money standpoint, BBQ Delights is actually quite a good restaurant for a casual lunch or dinner in the neighborhood. In particular, the weekend brunch buffet is great value for money if you are looking for tasty grilled meats, salads and curries. Of course, it's not a gourmet restaurant, but it's a casual restaurant with just the right price point for a casual meal at JBR.

BBQ Delight - Location JBR: Authentic Desi Pakistani food Last week we were reviewing only Authentic hard core Pakistani restaurants thats why you must have seen us roaming around from little Streets of Bur Dubai to the modern retail dinning outlets of JBR. Bbq delight has always been our favourite restaurant but we always used to try their Buffet and never got a chance to try their Ala Carte menu. Their Ala Carte menu is extensive and offers wide variety of cuisines too other than Pakistani. To be honest I found their Ala Carte menu and dishes more tempting and tasty as compared to their buffet, although their buffet is one of the best as well. Do try them out and let us know how was your overall expereince.

My actually rating would be 4.5/5. I've always liked Pakistani cuisine especially their Kadai dishes and recently visited bbq delights located in Jbr which serves authentic Pakistani cuisine. The first thing you notice is the ambience which is really spacious and they have both Indoor and outdoor seating which has been done up well. In terms of food, the Mutton Kadai(5/5) and Chicken Qorma(5/5) with Rogni Naan(5/5), Pulao(3/5), Naan(4/5) was super tasty & their Gulab Jamun(4.5/5) is different from the usual and was very rich. The location is premium and they also validated my parking ticket here. Only suggestion would be that in terms of service, improvement is required to keep up with the premium status.

Been there with my friends and it was fun there we were just amzed eating tummy full in such affordable price. Ordered shahi tukad, barbecue chicken and fried prawns. Well if your looking for a nice casual place that serves amazing Pakistani/Indian food then Barbecue Delights is definitely the place to go to! What we had: 1. Kurkuri Bhindi 2. Shami Kabab 3. Grilled Jumbo Prawns 4. Lamb Chops 5. Mutton Chapli Kabab We highly recommend trying their Kurkuri Bhindi, Lamb Chops and the Mutton Chapli Kabab. There’s so much on the menu that we haven’t tried and we would definitely be going back again!

One of the best option in JBR for Desi food . Our Favourite for iftar buffet . They have buffet and ala carte . The place is vibrant and their service is good . We love their mixed Bbq grill with garlic naan . The butter chicken was pretty good too : Also we loved their crispy okra . For desserts we had their gulab jamun and kulfi. This definitely the best Pakistani restaurant in town . That is budget friendly also .

Visited this Pakiatani restaurant at JBR walk (am specifying because the staff while entering here repeatedly told us that this is a Pakistani restaurant🤦‍♂️). Well an proud of his confidence. Turned out to be a good experience . Beautiful and colourful decor 😘 Lovely staff and service. The food was delicious . Me and my friend loved the mutton kadai and the wheat roti (the second order). Since it was almost closing time the first set of roti we ordered came little half done . It was hard to chew. After explaining what we needed, the chef understood and made Tandoor style soft wheat roti. Gonna come back with my Pakistani friends . Thank you chef. 👍🙏🏻

They recently opened it again after renovation and i must say it's quite amazing and better than before now. At first glance we could get the idea of food that it's going to be freshly cooked and yummilicious! The ambiance is quite nice with a desi flavour which adds more attractions for visitors. We ordered mutton Tawa qeema , chicken boneless Karahi , chicken Malaee boti along with roghni naan , plain naan and paratha. I usually do not prefer to order qeema but i must say it was finger licking and we ate it with poori paratha Which made it more delicious. Chicken boneless Karahi was also good especially the tomatoes gravy was quite drooling. Malaee boti was ok but a lil dry for me. Naan and Parathas are 10/10. In the end we ordered tea which was the best tea in town for me❤❤❤ so i ordered it again. Wanna visit it again for sure.

My company had a aftar party on Thursday 23rd May, we sat upstairs... the food served was cold the hot pots were not keeping it warm... the dishes were empty and taking a lot of time to fill up.. the dinner plates were missing... salad section were not refilled properly... haleem was served without the garnish which goes with it... there was no lemon on the salad table... the mutton was super salty.. the Afghan polao was only rice no meat... sweet dish was empty for quite some time.... i have been goong to the Lamy branch and always had a pleasant experience...

Was a bit reluctant to go there during iftar time caus of the horrid experience that we faced ages ago. Happy to report that things have calmed down, ambience has also improved for the better. Coming to iftar buffet they had like at least 8-9 bbq options, plus iftari items like fruit and Chana chaat, samosa, pakora and main dishes. I tried only bbq and it’s the best in terms of taste and variety so far for Ramadan. Desserts were your basic run of the mill. Did not tried it but saw others devouring the gulab jamans. All in all a wonderful experience which I did not anticipated.

Went there for iftari and must say it Was a delightful experience at Barbecue delights . It’s not a huge place but they had arranged it very nicely . Buffet was laid both upstairs and downstairs with nice sitting arrangemts . . Not at all , overbooked . Food had complete variety from iftar menu to dinner . Staff was very vigilant and active and although there was work load but still listening to everyone. Fruitchaat , pakora , mutton Karahi and Haleem was highlight . Roohafza, mint lemonade and tea was there . Really enjoyed and hoping to visit again for another iftari 😊 P.s ::: its near the escalators for basement parking so you don’t have to walk far with fasting .

It was my birthday dinner and unfortunately, I've decided to go Barbecue delight JBR. I am giving 3 stars only because of the ambiance , the rest of the food was not good at all. Less option in buffet even in bbq there was less option. I felt so bad when my friend went to have biryani and it was finished, he moved to have pasta and it was finished too. Then I asked them to refill the dishes. They literally ruined my birthday dinner. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

One of the finest Pakistani food chains that has evolved over last few years , with presence in JBR , Downtown , they are catering to families unlike most of the Pakistani restaurants . The quality food is amazing , the buffets are value for money and they have a pretty decent spread. Though there is variation in the food from one restaurant to another but its a good experience.

I had heard alot about this branch but unfortunately it was not much good. There were very less options in the buffet. Considering name of the restaurant has bbq in it; there were very less options in bbq as well. On top of this Emirates NBD 10% discount doesn’t work on the buffet as what was told to me by the cashier there which I don’t find right as it works every where else whether you go for buffet or ala carte. I won’t suggest this place rather go for other good bbq restaurants serving great buffet in less than the price here.

Ordered mutton kadhai, rogini roti and mutton seekh. The first two very quite tasteful and a perfect combo. The mutton kadhai was cooked in rich tomato gravy with chillies and Julians of ginger. Rogini roti was soft. Mutton seekh were tender but taste could have been better. Delivery was done on time.

Barbeque Delights is always great treat. JBR branch didnt disappoint us. Really enjoyed the dinner. Tried the mixed platter. Juicy Chicken Kebab and kabul pulao were yummy. It is always a great experience visiting Barbecue Delights This time i visited #Thewalkjbr outlet as usual the food was amazing but i am really disappointed with the service of this branch. So far downtown branch is offering the best service as it was my frequently visited place but unfortunately it is closed. I hope it will be back soon. Ambiance is so cosy. Place is very easy to find. Staffs are all amazing and helpful. Their foods... are all that i wanted to eat. 🤣 all are cook to perfection. Lamb chops are one of the best. Food - 4 ⭐ Service - 5 ⭐ Ambience - 4 ⭐ It was a culinary feast as I was able to relish the tastes of Indian, Afghani and Arabic cuisine in one sitting. I loved most their mixed grill and kebab 😍 just the right texture of meat. Also tried the Afghani rice which was equally great, you should try it.! It was a relaxing and delightful dining experience at Barbecue Delights in JBR. 😋👌😁First we noticed, os the wide selection of dishes and recipes included in the South Asian-Pakistani-Afghani buffet. I definitely love their Beef Nihari, Mutton Karahi and their Mixed Kebab and grill. The authenticity and the generous flavors of their mutton Karahi and Beef Nihari was exceptional. The kebabs were sumtptous and juicy. 😚😘🔥 . 🤩I also admire how diverse their salads are. It was fresh and colorful in each salad platter. Also, I tried their fried shrimp and fish fillet. 🙋I can remember though that the breading of the shrimp or fish is quite hard. But still good and flavorful. . We also ordered fresh juices like orange juice and pineapple juice. 😊🌞I had a blast and a satisfied dining experience at Barbecue Delights. Lastly. The desserts were also excellent. It is definitely worth the 89 AED you spend for their buffet. I will recommend this to my friends and families. ❤️💕

Went with friends and had their BD’s special platter for 4-6 people. It was huge. Had everything. I really liked the fish tikka and grilled shrimps. Overall good if you’re hungry and really wanna eat loads of meat.

Had a super gastro-experience at Barbecue Delights! The location has a perfect view of fireworks, staff were more than accommodating they practically chose our food (which is great because I don't like choosing) and the interior screams red which basically translates to: more food! Love their Lamb Chops, fried prawns and eggplant with yoghurt. Did not even have space to finish chicken biryani and kabuli pulao. Their cream caramel reminds me of leche flan, its so good! If you crave for lamb chop, then visit Barbecue Delights!

A few weeks ago I visited barbecue delights ibn e batuta branch and was so happy with their food and service that I decided I will take my family with me to the Jbr branch. The food was cold, dishes were empty for long time, we waited for them to refill. The flavors were different may be because jbr caters to a different set of people who eat less spicy food but that didn’t impress me. The fried fish had no taste not even salt, prawns were the same. The only thing that was nice was the shahi tukra. I don’t recommend you visit this branch.

My husband and I enjoyed the buffet dinner last night at the JBR Branch. There were lots of fresh salads, dips and breads to chose from. We really loved the prawns with mango sauce and the fried fish. My husband loved the different spicy kebabs. The buffet features a a different special each night. There are a variety of curries and kebabs too chose from plus many vegetarian options. We also managed to fit in dessert, we loved the custard, fresh fruit salad and creme brulee. The service was very attentive.There is also free valet parking and the buffet is very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back! The manager Vikas was very knowledgeable on all the dishes and branches of Barbecue Delights. He was very interesting to talk to. We highly recommend Barbecue Delights!

Had a great experience at Bbqdelight in JBR. First thing the location was excellent, then the wecoming staff and warm and traditional interior makes you very comfortable. The kebabs mix for starters, the fried fish and fried prawns were excellent. Moving to main courses with the likes of nihari, biryani and many other delicacies were to doe for. Loved the shahi tukda, jalebi (golden, crispy and flavourful) and the perfect gulab jamuns were great. Watermelon juice and end of meal green tea were perfect accompaniments to this lavish feast. Bbq delights located at the walk JBR. It has been reopened again with colourful and bright interiors with more seating arrangement then before so They have indoor as well outdoor seatings too. I started off with there Arabic mezze which is mixed of hummus , tabouleh , matabel and fatoush and also I had bihari chicken kebab and fresh watermelon juice.. so its amazing overall experience. I highly recommend this place to families , couples and even for big groups

😍 BBQ Delights at the Walk JBR has re-opened it’s doors and today was late lunch / early dinner a la carte style with mixed Arabic mezze at just AED 18 which tasted really good followed by reshmi kebab 🍖 made with minced chicken mixed with green chilli, coriander and onion served with tamarind sauce, equally nice. A generous serving that hit the spot for a mere AED 30. The traditional gulab jamun was the dessert 🍨 favorite and totally yummy for just AED 16. Fresh water melon 🍉 AED 18 and bottled water AED 5. Excellent service and a friendly attentive waiter in a fresh and newly decorated restaurant made a very pleasant dining experience. Outside on the terrace I enjoyed green tea 🍵 and the chance to watch the world go by in the winter sunshine. A really ideal spot just one minute from the beach 🏖 Love this brand for their passion and commitment to great valued good food and service with sincerity. 👍 Highly recommended will be back soon.

I ordered Kabuli Palao. The quantity was good but the taste was okay. The only reason I wanted to write this review was that they mentiond "Almonds" in the ingredients of Kabuli Palao. I love almonds so I ordered right away after reading it. But when I received my order the almonds were totally missing! Well, if you cannot promise to deliver what you offer then you shouldn't mention it at all in your menu.

It was my second time dine-in visit. First time was really good but second time no. The A/C was not working and my friends on end side of the table were feeling hot. Ambience was not upto to the mark even especially for that location JBR Walk. We ordered afghani pulao- it didn't even look or taste like afghani pulao! Don't even try this. After the final cheque that given to me i asked for a change because my friend forgot to ask them to add another coupon the manager said he cant change it cause the cheque is printed. Like what? I have never ever faced this problem in any damn restaurant in UAE. I have always requested for a change when needed and they do it. After seeing how disappointed i was the Manager told that he can pack for me the food from the buffet and give and I just started at him and said No. How unprofessional is this even. Desserts are a biggest drawback here...dey should serve more desserts..jalebis were cold dat were supposed to b hot..dats y dey were tasteless..gulab jamun were good...other dessert items like shahi tukrey,trifle were also average in taste.. Many other restaurants serves icecreams n kulfi in their buffet items in the same price so dey should serve dese kinda things also..or atleast the items dey serve should b hot n good in taste..so anyone go dere would b their regular customer instead ov one tim visit.. This place offers excellent pakistani, arabic and afghani barbecue. There is buffet and a la carte. Located next to Sofitel Jbr, it has a great view. Food is delicious, salads are fresh and the selection is big. The staff is very friendly. Would suggest renovating the decor though. Other than that, it's great value for money! @busyavocado

Anyone that has walked The Walk down at JBR will have been touted by the guys standing at the front of BBQ Delights at one time of another. After being pleaded with for about a year to come inside, I finally relented after they told me it would 'make me nice'. So did the Indian / Pakistani & Arabic style buffet make me nice? Kind of! It was ok, but it didn't contain any magical powers or anything....it was just a run of the mill buffet. No real highs and no real lows, steady as it goes. If you're looking for a reasonable buffet that is not going to break the bank then this could be your spot.

So I am gonna rate this place a full five and even higher if i could, it reminded me of my country my city Lahore. The staff was soo friendly, we were there with our entertainer vouchers so we wanted to know how it ll work and they were more into settling us down and told us that most everything is on entertainer we should eat whatever we like. Though we werent that hungry so we ordered 3 dishes for 4 people. Grilled prawns, chicken bihari kabab and american steak!!! OMG when i had the first bite of bihari kabab wd garlic naan it was like heaven in my mouth and firework just above my head. Absolute loveeeeeee Same goes for the steak, it was full of flavor really juicy and cooked well done!! In desert we ordered gulaab jamun nd got jalebix complimentary and that almost made us cry coz of the happiness. Great place to eat if you like your Indian & Pakistani cuisine. I've come all the way from UK (England), and whilst on Holiday I'm attending this place for the second time in the week. Barbecue Delights was a fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were met with fantastic service, and the food was also spectacular. The best part was, the manager was very keen to make sure we had the best experience possible, and even had a server assigned specifically to us, and no other table. A great selection of dishes in the buffet, especially the grill items.My personal favourite in the grills were Italian fish and beef seekh kebab. After stuffing ourselves with the grills, we found the mutton karahi, which was mouth watering, meat was tender . Inspite of having to cater for a big party, the service was very personal. I really like the effort that they have started Um Ali but sadly it's only weekends. I'm giving Barbeque Delights Marina a high score because of our excellent experience in getting BBQ catering for a dinner at home. We ordered mutton seekh kabab (excellent!) and a mix of chicken boti and chicken malai I think it was called (both chicken items were also very good). For a very reasonable cost, the restaurant set up a grill at our home and sent two very professional, courteous staff members who not only grilled the bbq on site but also pitched in to serve it piping hot (this was beyond what we had expected). The entire experience in terms of dealing with Shahid Sahab for placing the order to the quality of the food (and the generous sides of fresh salad vegetables) and the timeliness/reliability and courtesy of the on site staff, we were very happy with the experience.

Great location on the Walk, JBR. The food was authentic - you wont get this sort of Pakistani/Afghan food from any other restsurant in the Walk. A well priced buffet in the evenings with a particularly large variety of kebabs and grilled food for the health conscious. Every item on the buffet held its oen including some unexplected delicious desert itemd such as shahi tokray. The manager made a point of going to every table to ensure diners were happy. We were served very well by a chap called Jamal Nasar.
