The beef fry is outstanding. I cannot recommend it enough. It is easily is one the most tastiest dishes that I have ever tried. Absolutely love it.

I tried their chicken chettinad meal along with chicken chukka, masala Laban, egg appam.
The chicken chettinad was delicious and chicken chukka was also yummy. I didn't liked the egg appam. The masala Laban was also good.

I've heard about Aappa Kadai from all my friends and decided to try it myself today. We ordered Beef coconut fry and beef roast with Aappams. The beef roast was the best I've ever had. Even the beef fry didn't disappoint. Later, we ordered rice and prawns mango curry.
The curry was mild and delicious.
Appa Kadai is my favourite place for appams in Dubai so far. This time I went to their karama branch and had my favourite mango fish curry with appams.
I tried chicken keema appam too which looked and taste like omelette appam.
👉 maybe you guys can prepare a spicy chicken masala thing and use that for the chicken keema appam
Other curries to try are mutton curry - simple non spicy curry with tender mutton
Malabar fish curry which has a mild sweet and sour taste.

Appa kadai is a good place to have some authentic appams. Being from Kerala, I would like to delight my taste buds with cuisines from my hometown. And this appa kada did justice to it. Really delicious. But the ambience is poor. Well, I can compromise ambience for eating my favourite appam
Been here quite a few number of times over weekend. Aapams are obviously must have, apart from this i love their egg kothu parotta. Being eggitarian, i asked them only to use veg gravy to make it and they made sure it had.. thanks for that :-)
Only prob is waiters are never nearby and have to look around even on weekdays.. but when they are around they are courteous..
Awesome tasty food at reasonable price. mango fish curry tasted yum with the appams. I miss that food in india. Bit crowded but worth the wait

Have been a regular customer of this joint. It brings joy to see the consistency the restaurant have been maintained. Ambiance score 3. Food score 3.5 and Service overall score 3.5. Please do come and enjoy the variety choices of Appam. Well!! Chilly Appam has been my Fav. Do try it if you can stand the spices. It goes well with any gravy. Enjoy!
We were craving for some spicy food and ended up ordering the Aappam Fish combo and the Aappam Beef combo for dinner, and we were totally satisfied with what was on offer.
Aappam is unbeatable, and I loved the curries! Masalas could have been reduced a tad bit, but hey no complaints! Will definitely try again!

Best place when u have AAPPAM cravings. Plain AAPPAM is of great taste and crispy as they cook in iron kadai. Combos where of good quantity.Egg masala aapaam is good but not satisfied with cheese and butter panneer Aappam as their taste is little bland .

Authentic place to satisfy your Indian food cravings, their speciality is Appam, you name it and they have them all, you get them done fresh live at the counter and served hot to your plate, I love their Roti’s and Paranthas.Fish Mango curry is a perfect dip for the Indian breads.Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani was good.Lemon soda is what I go for whenever I visit them.Egg Kothu Parantha is such a filling tasty dish.If your lunching with them you must try their South Indian lunch spread served in Banana leaf,it’s quite an awesome experience.Gulab Jamun makes the whole food experience a delightful sweet ending.

1.) Appam: It was a dosa which had a semi-circular shape. It was tasting good.
2.) Pepper chicken masala: The gravy was delicious to have along with the appam.

Unpretentious, consistent taste and true value for money that is what Aappa kadai has been for a decade for me. According to my taste buds they make the best Appam and chicken stew in Dubai. Their Chettinad Chicken Biryani is also a personal favourite. Today having a late lunch here after spending a very busy first half was truly satisfying. Love these pocket friendly palate appeasers in Dubai.

Went there’s for dinner last night. Absolutely enjoyed the food. Ordered the beef fry, king fish fry and chicken 65 for starters. All 3 dishes were perfectly spiced. The main course too was outstanding. The appams at this place are simply outstanding. Service is excellent as well. I am surprised some reviews mention slow service. Even with the restaurant full the service was great and very prompt. Good job guys.
Fish Curry with appam is to die for. Never disappoints my taste buds. My family members especially Shaila Mulla also loved it. Chicken 65 was good. Mutton biryani was not upto the mark on this occasion.
we had variety of dishes.. we don’t lik prawns curry leaves as it was too salty and watery.. also tandoori was too hard.. A/c was not workin at the corner at the first floor and ppl was so hard sit for 45 minutes..
Typical South Indian restaurant having all varieties. Me and my family love the place & food. Tried there chicken lollipop, fish tawa fry, chicken chettanad, mango fish curry, garlic curry with plane & chicken Appams all are mouth watering great taste. My 8 years old sone want to come there daily he loves it so much.
I tried this amazing place for their well known Appams which is a traditional South Indian speciality. I was drooling over the appams once I had them. I ordered a combo meal in which you get 2 appams with the curry if your choice and onion raita. I ordered the Chicken chettinad curry to go with the appams. The curry was extremely sumptuous with an amazing taste of spices and the appams were very light and yet very filling. Heir service was very good as well and everyone in the restaurant paid attention to the orders of the guests. There is a live kitchen where you can see your appams being prepared in front of you and it was a good experience as I had never seen anything like that before. I would definitely go back to try their egg appam and the Nutella appam in their menu.

OMG! I am in Love with this restaurant. Their food is outstanding and reminds me so much of my childhood. My love for their Aapams has grown tremendously. I've tried all their vegetarian combos and everything's perfect. You get to see them make the Aapams which makes this even more an interesting restaurant to visit. And to top it all their south Indian style coffee is like an icing to cake (A perfect end to a delicious meal)
Went with the family and ordered some combo with appam here. Taste is vey good and worth for money. Staffs are cooperative but have to wait a long time at evening as too much crowded.
After sightseeing, my relatives took me to this place for late dinner. It was bit crowded. Ambiance is simple and decent. Service can be improved especially on speed of serving food. I ordered Appam, Kadala curry and Chettinadu masala. All 3 are excellent. Price is reasonable. Value for money 💰.
Very good curries. Tried the mango prawn curry and the kozhi roast with appams and wheat parotta. The veg stew wasn’t quite as good. We also order the spicy garlic curry often.

One of the finest premium #appam one can eat here. There are many types of appams we can see here. Hot appams with Malabar chicken combination is awesome. Price is little premium but place is comfort to eat.

Always wanted to visit this place as their name suggests to have Appam.
They have a huge seating capacity and we went there quite late as 11 PM. Ordered their Egg Appam, normal Appam, chicken chettinad, mango fish curry. Everything was good and Appams were crispy and fresh.
There is a huge parking space in front of Restaurant and if you are lucky enough, you would find some space for your car to park.

Appa kadai is a good place to have some authentic appams. Being from Kerala, I would like to delight my taste buds with cuisines from my hometown. And this appa kada did justice to it. Really delicious. But the ambience is poor. Well, I can compromise ambience for eating my favourite appam.

THE BEST PLACE EVER. We ordered mutton roganjosh and a chicken kadai and they were both amazing and with good portions. best part is the appam, we probably ordered 10 of them and ate them with coconut milk. servers and chef were so nice, too. 10/10 would go again. total was only 26$ for a LOT of food for a family of four
