Pizzas with freshly made dough, Neapolitan style are off the chain (ask for it cooked crisp). The other side items are fine but it's not what you'd come for. The service was fast and polite. Definitely would be back for more. Great happy hour specials to boot.

I would appreciate a sealed pizza box. For hygiene and safety. It’s only a sticker or something to show the box hasn’t been opened. All the good pizza places are doing this.

First time visit. Monday evening was packed and the music was indeed music to ears... good crowd, awesome and healthy food and quantity was just right and we ensured entire plate was licked clean. However, service was so slow and a bit inattentive towards the end that we were left wondering is it normally like this or was it because of the crowd.

Numerous times I have ordered from here and the food has taken an age to arrive and been cold on arrival. Today I ordered at 8pm and a friend in the same building ordered an hour later and we received our food seconds apart! Really poor that people can have such different experiences

If you can do clear communication over phone it will be better for people to plan. Nothing negative for this place and recommend people to visit and enjoy. Staff is very helpful and alert. Quick response and service is good.

Very disappointing, booked the brunch as we had guests staying in Dubai, they love jazz so that was the reason we booked. After an hour of ridiculous loud music, we asked when is the jazz starting only to be told it’s only of an evening not at brunch. Why advertise it in your brunch description then? Food choice is very limited, most of the items in the main menu aren’t even offered. Trying to have a conversation is near impossible due to the extremely loud music. Very disappointing, our guests first brunch in Dubai was a total letdown. Won’t be returning unless you offer what you advertise & more food choices. <br/>

Recommendations : Spicy Chicken wings, Pollo Forza Pizza<br/>Jazz Express - Wow. This is one place I would love to visit over and Over again. It's Value for Money. Ambiance is class. When you walk in , the ambience is fusion & nice mix of interiors. a beautifully crafted ambience this place fits right in budget, a steal deal for most of the pizza lovers out there.. I can't think of a single dish we didn't enjoy.. Definitely recommend it to people of all age groups !!<br/><br/>

-Total waste of money: I couldn’t eat it because it was extremely spicy, despite the description not mentioning anything spicy!! Seems that they added lots of spicy oil, without even thinking that maybe the customer is not able to tolerate that level of spicy (please, use your brain...not everyone can eat spicy!!!)<br/>-Extremely long delivery time, especially for a small order of 1 single pizza ...on a weekday, not on a rush hour, and I live very close.<br/>-And the customised pizza ingredients? They ended up being served in a separate box aside of the pizza (I don’t understand, why would you do that?? It don’t make any sense). So don’t bother customising your pizza ingredients...<br/>-Overall very expensive for that quantity and poor service you get.

There's not a lot i can say about this restaurant except that it has great friendly, an attentive staff and amazing food. Been to pizza express before as well at their trade centre branch and both times the experience was amazing. Their pizzas and pastas taste very fresh and are very customizable.<br/>Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in Dubai with a great ambience, lovely environment and nice jazz music.❤️❤️✌️💯

Really fussy people here at jazz JLT. We asked for some Parmesan cheese and the waiter gave it to us, we were 5 people on the table so it got over really quickly and when we asked for more he said it got over and he brought us another main course and that was filled with parmesan cheese and it was really wrong that he lied. I love their pizza, it’s always been super tasty. However since they changed their menu it started to taste a bit different - not as delicious as before. Admittedly, for me this is still the best pizza in the town. Although the prices are high you will never regret trying it.

I don’t know why pizza are so over-priced in Dubai. Yes they’re popular but it’s an abuse on price even on a basic margharita. There nothing fancy there but yes the price is too high for what you get and the portion.
