After watching for more than a decade, I ventured in recently and found it to be a child friendly fun place. Artificial rainforest is created inside with figures of different animals like gorilla, monkeys, snakes, etc. They have the back of the huge Aquarium also. Lots of mysterious jungle sounds make up a nice atmosphere.
Service is slightly temperamental. They have a nice colourful menu. Large varieties of items on offer. Tex mex is more.
Tariff is slightly premium which may be justified with the special ambience. Even the table cloth and the menu is also designed to look like a rumble in the jungle.
I ordered a fish and chips, at 79 dhs. Few fillets of white fish with thick cut good quality chips. Amount is satisfactory. Taste is good. The coleslaw was excellent.
Overall an enjoyable place for the family and can be visited occasionally if the price is within budget.

Food - superb! I had the chicken cordon bleu and it blew me away. The best Ive tasted so far. The servings are big too. You could share it but I wouldn’t. Lol
Ambiance - the rainforest theme is cute. They have light and animal sound effect every 15/30 minutes. It doesn’t feel like you are in the mall.

Tried American Mexican cuisine here. Tasty and delicious food. The interiors is nicely decorated and gives you the feel of the Amazon Rainforest.
It is an amazing place for children. The rainforest theme is very exciting. We had a good time and a scumptous meal. Our server Peter treated us very well. Thanks team of rainforest cafe for your hospitality.
Great food, service and we had a magician who came over to our table and put on a show for us. Absolutely love this place. If you're ever in Dubai it's a must and the kids love it too.
We went to this restaurant as it promised different ambience and proximity to the aquarium. And it didn’t disappoint. The menu is extensive and expensive. The place is affordable if you have zomato gold. Their portion size is huge. Please keep that in mind before ordering. One dish is more than enough for two people. We got greedy and ordered the chicken flatbread and rasta pasta. And a raspberry ice tea to wash it down. The food was delicious. Nothing to fault there. Loved everything about it. Also the aquarium view is great. Recommend this as a date place too!

The Interiors in this Cafe is really Awesome... We loved it.. Just wanted to try something here so we ordered a Cappuccino. It was good and Big.. But expensive compared to India...

One of the best kid friendly place in Dubai mall. Entire place is designed keeping kids in mind.. located close to underwater tunnel in Dubai mall. It has animals around the entire place and they get activated every 30 minutes and starts making different sounds.. kids love the place..

This place was average but the ambience was amazing ! You gotta love the ambience if you love nature! Eggs Benedict and waffles were nice ! The restaurant is not pocket friendly but average and only good for ambience! Overall a nice testy near Dubai aquarium!
Servers were very polite and friendly. Food was a bit overpriced but other then that it was great. My favourite bit was the magician. Really talented and wowed me and my friends. I think his name was Jerrick. Overall great experience :)

We were a group of 10 adults and 7 kids for the iftar there. The interior is fascinating specially if u love nature. Kids loved it. The staff is excellent. Very helpful and pleasant. The food is average. The setup for buffet was not ideal at all. It was crowded and lil bit unorganized in all honesty. The variety of food was average. Staff was kind enough to inform us to prepare and bring the food to table as they expected crowd near the iftar time. Line was already long for the buffet. Food was warm and by the time it reached our tables it was cold. Not many options for kids except spaghetti and cheese samosa maybe. We brought this to the attention of the staff who then were kind enough to send fries and nuggets for the kids. And that's where food quality then didn't matter. I have always mentioned in my reviews that how important is the staff behavior even if the product is below average as long as service is good. They get 4 from me not for the food as I find it very average but for the service.

What a wonderful experience , the food was superb and the best thing was the staff. Jerrick the magician made us forget the food with his spectacular performance and entertaining magic show. Rama our waitress was really friendly and helpful in our ordering and recommended the trio steak shrimp dish which was amazing. Highly recommend this place and to especially ask for jerrick to perform

The ambience is really good. The food was okay not up to the mark. We ordered two dishes an appetizer and a main course. The appetizer was good to share but the main course was less. Overall it was a good experience.
Ambiance at its best!!! Designs, set up, crew, food, basically my over all experience was superb. My family and I ate here to celebrate my brother's birthday. Pricey I must say but every dirham is worth it. If you fancy eating in a unique place, this one is for you.

Craving of some hot chocolate brownie landed us to this place. Very funny decor like we are in real forest. We ordered sparkling volcano and it was amazing. The way they serve is amazing,absolutely loved it. It is huge and can be shared with three. Perfect brownie with vanilla icecream topped with caramel and chocolate sauce, so delicious.

This is the first time for me to try out this resturant , my experience started with a very nice and friendly server ( Radeesh) with a great smile and helpful information about the menu. While waiting for the food the worlds best MAGICIAN SHOWED UP. JERRICK came and gave us the show of our life of card tricks those guys made our day we could not stop smiling and not to forget the food was exquisite. A must try place.
If you have kids .... head there right away ! NOW ... the food is good ... not the best I have had but the atmosphere is amazing and than every few minutes the animals dance! my 3 year old enjoyed every minute we spent there :D

The rainforest themed restaurant is absolutely fantastic and I was really fascinated with the interior as the concept is unique on its own. Tried the Hickory Chicken and Spinach Fettuccine pasta, both of them impressed me with their unique flavors and decent quantity. Will definitely visit again 👌

Exceptional customer service. Great food, tried the shrimp platter. Special shout out to Richard for being extremely ambient and friendly. Gave perfect clarification to our questions and we even got free dessert!

We really had fun eating at Rainforest cafe! Jerrick doing the magic tricks while we were waiting for our order, really entertained us and we were beyond amazed. James were accommodating with our orders. Overall, the staffs were great!

Unexpectedly exciting. The ambience is vibrant and fun, really gives you that rainforest feel, our here in the desert. We had someone show us some magic card tricks, which had us in stitches! That helped the time fly by. We ordered the appetiser tray and grilled chicken. I enjoyed the appetisers, but the grilled chicken was quite bland and difficult to chew. I'd definitely recommend a visit :)
Had dinner at this famous chain of restaurants. Ordered appetizer platter (tortilla chips, chicken rolls, chicken tenders and cheese sticks), pepperoni pizza, hotdog and ribs, steak and shrimps trio.
Very unique environment, every 15 mins the animals move with sound, every 30 mins there is lightning show. Kids had great time except for my one year who was really scared.
Other than show/experience the quality/taste of food was also very good... especially the sauce with appetizer and the ribs and steak in trio platter.

One of the best place to take your kids too ! Food wise it’s not that great! Lack of flavours for the dishes we ordered, but then it’s all about the theme ! I am giving all the 4 Stars for the theme of the restaurant, and every 30 mins or so there is a light and sound show that will surely entertain a kid as well us !
Always the best place to celebrate a quick b'day, with yummylicious food; but nothing compares to their excellent welcoming service.
Mica was our attendant for the night and she left no plate unturned ensuring that we had an amazing time.
She kept checking on us and updating us.

My visit to Rainforest was a little less than perfect because although the ambience was amusing, the food wasn’t that good. The presentation, ambience, service and shakes were just perfect, but the food lacked flavors. Maybe I am more habitual to the spiciness of Indian Food, but still I expected more because all the other places in Dubai had delicious food.
A good place to visit with kids. Nice ambience. Food is Nice. Service offered is good.

Rainforest is one of the most unique resturants I have ever been too, they have decorated the entire resturant in a way that you actually feel you are in a forest. One of the best places to take your kids to, great food, great quality and the best thing is you can use the entertainer voucher here too. I love it, it is inside Dubai mall. Highly recommended.
ordered calypso grilled chicken for lunch.. because it was way to tasty urge me to order extra rice even on my diet days.. well I guess I considered this day a CHEAT day! haha ambience feels like I'm in a forest and eating with animals .. good job! and be recommending you .. what is off only is the resto is too dark I cant hardly see my food. :)
I love the food - portions are huge - but the best part was Jerrick with his magic tricks ! I also enjoy the rainforest atmosphere. Now the bad - 1) some tables had dirty seats - like we had to move 2 times cause the chairs had food on them from previous customers...
And 2) I asked for my food as a take away - a plate which included a huge amount of Guacamole and a lot of cheesy paste. NONE OF WHICH WAS PUT OMG DO YOU EVEN KNOW THE DISAPPOINTMENT I HAD WHEN I OPENED THE BOX? Like you can’t eat this food with no sauce! And there was A LOT of sauce and Guak left 😭
The food is tasty. The staff are incredibly friendly. The staff members Jerrick - the magician and Jerlyn - the server were nice enough to entertain us with magic tricks until our food arrived. The only thing I didn’t like were the constant flashing when the animal show is on.

Love the unique ambience at rainforest cafe. It's my children's most favourite place for eating at Dubai mall. The food however tastes average, nothing special. We really love the tomato soup served there.
A great place to for a truly wild experience. Unique view of the Dubai aquarium from inside. Lot of robotic animals add to the experience! Great place to take the kids! They accept Zomato gold which makes it an economical deal. The food and service were pretty good as well! Chances are you would be totally engrossed in your surroundings the first time around. More detailed review when I go next!
I don’t know why I didn’t go to this restaurant before! Their food are amazing! I will surely come back here. ☺️👌🏼 I’ll plan to bring my family and relatives sometimes. Well ofcourse I will dine with my friends too! 👍🏼
