Amazing ambience and a wonderful dining experience! Yummy vegetarian food... we tried their Aloo parata's, Paneer kadai, Chilly finger, and Paneer tikka biryani...the portions were quite good and the food was tasty. Loved this place!! The staff are also very friendly and polite and all the covid 19 measures were maintained too.
My first question- how can food without onion and garlic be tasty?? But this was answered in this joint. Delicious dal and Paneer, which was recommended by the staff, naans were super soft. They have highly trained staff and very courteous. A must visit place for vegetarians...... and non vegetarians:) and for people who think without onions and garlic food cannot be prepared.
This is a gud place for vegetarians. We ordered the paneer masala which was very nice. Will come for more soon

Who doesn’t love Govinda’s a the best place to go for all those vegetarian endevours.Our dining experience was amazing with their amazing wide variety of sabjzi’s (indian curries) they offer to their soft and crunchy naan it truly was an spectacular experience (Indian bread).The staff were very professional and the restaurant followed all the safety/hygiene guidelines issued by the government effectively and ensured all their customers are satisfied.The other speciality they have is their wife range of fruit ice creams which burst out with flavor which is a must eat.Overall, I loved our experience here at Govindas and can’t wait to come again.

We went to this unexplored restaurant on Prince's Birthday and had this amazing Sattvic food.
Well this place is next level. The food here is unbelievably good. My Govindas is a Sattvic restaurant. Sattvic is an hindi term for pure.
We ordered Chana Masala, Veg Kohlapuri with Tandoori Roti and the best part was that the food was cooked in ghee with balanced mix of all the masalas.
The aroma that was coming from the food is still stuck in our head and we both want to more sattvic food everyday.
We also ordered masala papad and the best part about that was the finely chopped cucumber and tomato which not all the restaurants do.
Thanks to the staff for giving us another complimentary take away of chana masala and chef wanted us to try chana masala in slightly different gravy due to the common gravy being served in both the bowls that we ordered. This was so generous of the manager and chef.
We would also liked to thank Staff named Padam as soon as he overheard about Prince's birthday, he got us to try Rabri Ice-cream with a candle on it and that to was a sweet gesture from the restaurant.
We are glad that we chose this place for the birthday night. Overall this is not for everyone but we are pretty sure you would love the taste here as there's something about Sattvic food being served here. It definitely attracts lot of people.

Visited the place to have Natural Icecream. Ordered Tender Coconut icecream and Kaju Drasksha icecream. It's one of our favourite place to have Natural Icecream. The taste is great 👍
Govindas was our first experince as we were in search of a vegetarian cuisine. We ordered smoked tandoor paneer and vegetable fingers along with lemon coriander soup, thought the starters tasted average. However, the Dum biryani which is served in a clay pot is so flavourful they have a wide variety of options in biryani ( all the food served here is without onion garlic) many oil , gluten and vegan options are available.
Would definitely visit again to try the main course.
In the fag end of Karama this is a popular place for vegetarians. They make Natural Ice Cream which tastes less of creamy taste.
The Anjeer Ice cream is very tasty and filled with the Figs which is a nice experience to get chunks while eating.

We had ordered Mouth Melting Biryani...it’s the yummiest one. It came in right time and was hot. The paneer balls in the biryani is very nice. Very fresh and perfect quantity for family of 6.

A very classy restaurant with all authentic North Indian flavours. A warm welcoming, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details on order to please you.
Each dish they serve has a unique taste. Pricing might be little high but the quality & the portion they serve justifies. They provide all Sedative with no onion and garlic which gives each dishes the unique flavour of it'sown. I have many friends asking how can you make curry without onion & Garlic for them this a must visit place.

Govinda’s was my go to during lockdown as I am away from my husband and I wanted him to have something fresh and authentic every day. Govinda’s staff listened to my request on a daily basis and they happily obliged. Tab bit expensive for us but was worth it. Their avo sandwich, different types of paranthas (especially mixed) and paneer biryani, methi biryani is our favourite.

Ordered few of the bestsellers fromntgis outlet of My Govinda's. Tried the Healthy Meal box, it had Salad starter & 2 main course with roti & pickles. The tandoori platter was very tasty, paneer hariyali, paneer tikka, veg seekh kebab & cheese kebabs. Both the dishes were good.
We are very happy with the service of manager Mr Yogesh.. this is the only place where we have got good food, good service while dine in and home delivery especially in the lockdown.. 👍👍👍👍👍

Place is not exactly on main public facing streets but that hasn't reduced its popularity. They even have a fridge outside for donating food to the needy. Such a nice gesture.
Quality of food is high and quantity is quite reasonable for the price. This is one of the restaurants that people can repeatedly go to. Chat items and main courses are all good .
I ordered through Zomato. The food was good. However, I did not receive one item namely "Poha" that I had ordered and was billed for it. Please make it a point to check the ordered items and deliver accordingly.

Govinda's continue to do a great job as always with fantastic vegetarian food and delicious ice cream. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to ensure that the customers have a good experience.
