We went to check the happy hour in roberto’s, very busy with nice atmosphere and music!<br/>The service was great and the pizza aswell just took a little bit of time, but everything great!

We were at Roberto’s last night and we ordered the lemon dessert. The table next to us received their lemon dessert before us and the dessert was prepared with liquid nitrogen and plated in front of them so that they were able to enjoy and appreciate their own dessert. But when our dessert arrived it was prepared and plated separately on a service table away from us. The waitress had her back to us so we were unable to see. She brought the dessert to us already plated. When asked she said oh I forgot.<br/><br/>We complained to Gabrielle the assistant manager. We were expecting a simple apology, but he said no, the molecular gastronomy aspect is NOT for us to enjoy it is for the entire restaurant to enjoy and it will be prepared away from us so that everyone else can view it.<br/><br/>When we pointed out that the table next us was not given this treatment, he still kept interrupting us and insisted that the dessert is for everyone else to view and not us. He must have interrupted 4 or 5 times when he could have just apologized. Clearly, they were in the wrong because the waitress herself admitted that she forgot. We were not even being unreasonable because it is a very common expectation for molecular gastronomy food items to be prepared at the guests’ table and this is the standard across several restaurants in the UAE including Roberto’s; this was visible from the table next to us.<br/><br/>I shared all of this with Gabrielle but he continued to interrupt and argue. At this point, we were starting to get the feeling that the issue was something else. Clearly, the restaurant reserves different treatment based on the guests’ race. It was obvious that this restaurant’s management had a very racist attitude and as Gabrielle refused to apologize, we told him to forget it. We asked our waiter to call the actual manager not the assistant manager. Marius the manager arrived. We told him what happened, he apologized and left it at that. Given Gabrielle’s racism, I was expecting Marius to acknowledge and address this issue as well as the waitress’ initial mistake but he did not, so we left.<br/><br/>Considering how much disposable income the South Asian community chooses to spend at Roberto’s, I was not expecting their service and especially their management to have such a pathetic attitude and behave so horribly on the basis of race. I would strongly advise any self-respecting person to avoid this restaurant. 2019 was the Year of Tolérance but clearly Roberto’s never got the memo.

I love Robertos.. The finest taste of Italy.. The food options are great. <br/>After the renovation the design and interiors are amazing and spacious..Love it.. <br/>DJ is very good too. <br/>I loved the fish options for main course.. Really delicious..<br/>Ambiance is cosy and lovely.<br/>Must visit!<br/><br/>

It’s a busy place so make sure to reserve a place before you head there. Very vivacious space with torquise seats and flowers around. Almost everything was served with perfection and tasted delicious!!

Not worth the hype

Shame on Robertos Dubai for being one of the worst restaurants in UAE with worst hospitality a restaurant can possibly have. I really regret over hundred times that I been there and celebrated Birthdays, Valentine’s day and mother days there meanwhile having bad experience many times and still coming back because of friends. The only restaurant which didnt return my money worth of 300 once and later said they thought it was a tip or tonight when 2 mean bulky guys didnt let me enter at 12:45 just because I didnt have reservation meanwhile letting others in as if me and my sheikha friend are escorts. Funny that even when I asked the mean guy for his name he didnt say it. A racist and sexist restaurant. Not allowing 2 girls entry when its empty inside meanwhile allowing guys?!!! My mistake coming there when there are restaurants like Zuma, Gaia, Cipriani, Shanghai me etc etc. You should be rewarded for the worst restaurant in UAE with rudest staffs. I will share this embarrassing experience on Zomato and any other possible apps and authorities and with all my friends not to ever visit your restaurant again and go to all other options in DIFC! You think your restaurant is fancy not allowing ladies while it seems like a nightclub at a ghetto location with mean bulky securities at door

Wanting to come to this place from a long time, finally here, amazing beef Carpaccio, truffle, roquette and parmesan on crispy thin bread, packed with flavour, Apertivo Negroni and the bites amazing, Great service by Joel Dsouza the Manager and Rexon...Thank you...and stunning views of Burj Khalifa.

Absolutely loved dining at Roberto's. From large groups to intimate diners, everyone can be accommodated at a table of choice between smoking and non-smoking section. The must haves from our table were the lip-smacking burata antipasti, oysters, asparagus soup and Canadian lobster risotto. The ravioli pasta was AMAZING. The fettuccini needed some extra Parmesan and truffle in its sauce and the frutti de mar was fine. Amazing vibes though.

Horrible management of the place. Reservation is messed up even if you tell them five times in advance what kind of table you need, then they make you wait for 30 min to arrange a table but first they sit 4 people at the table for 3 people convincing you that this is the best table as if talking to imbeciles. We had dinner there yesterday night. We ordered several dishes. I tried almost all and were fantastic. Never tried such tasty Italian dishes. The big thing was the desert. We ordered the Pistachio ice cream. The waiter poured on it some olive oil. Yes I was surprised too to see him pour the olive oil. I was thinking what will be the taste as this is ice cream with Olive Oil. I tried it and turned out to be the best ice cream I ever had. I highly recommend it to all people dining there even if ur watching ur weight believe me it’s worth trying.

I went there for a meeting today The food is amazing and the staff are friendly. I ordered burette and ricotta salad which was amazing and had sea bass for the main course. Well done and amazing taste. Will come back soon

Roberto’s has started a Friday Brunch recently that commences around 03:00 and continues till 07:00, in the evening. It’s a sit down meal & you get to enjoy a whole lot of food,with a menu that is carefully curated show casing the best of what the restaurant has to offer. <br/>Also I would like to mention that contrary to common belief there’s a large non smoking family friendly section, of the restaurant where families, children especially can enjoy their time & the music isn’t loud at this end etc making it a family oriented experience. And also the portions are great for sharing. <br/>Menu wise, the appetizers included a salad, calamari, tuna tartare, buratta, & the famous “Roberto’s Special Pizza”. <br/>Second course, is risotto & pasta. <br/>Third is the main course, where you get to pick from a number of options varying from beef to vegetarians. <br/>We had the rib eye, the sea bass & the octopus, all were brilliant. <br/>Later onn, there’s a dessert service, that had an Italian classic cake, with assortments. <br/><br/>It’s a good value for money brunch. <br/>And a very Italian experience & offcourse excellent hospitality.

The food was mostly nice, the food is well made and fresh but some dishes were overrated ( like the burrata ) also their service made me feel like I was in Eatly, in all seriousness it was frustrating to wait more than 10 mins to get the dessert menu so it resulted in me not wanting to order dessert and leaving early. I was also super cold and when I asked for a shawl or pashmina no one provided it for me (they forgot or something). Every weekend my and my fiancé go to high end restaurants and by far this was the most disappointing experience & service In a fancy restaurant

Even though we had a reservation we still had to wait 30 minutes for someone to get us to our table... the lobster risotto was very undercooked we could actually feel like we were having uncooked risotto! I ordered sea bass with side of asparagus which was very yummy the staff were nice just giving it a 4 because we had to wait and for the bad risotto <br/>

Kudos to Roberto. The food is truly star feel. The chef plates every dish with love and care. the colours on the plate is amazing. It's like a master chef experience.

Has been one of my favorites for quite sometime. Two highly recommended and must try things are their burrata probably the best one in Dubai. It melts in your mouth and secondly beef carpaccio pizza. It’s thing crust which is crispy super delicious in taste.

Absolutely delicious food! We had several starters, main dishes, and desserts all of which were fantastic. The service was also top notch, from the sommelier to the waiters, everyone did their best to make our experience pleasurable. Later in the night, the music from the lounge section was really nice, I will come back for a lounge experience for sure.

Located in DIFC, Dubai an Italian Restaurant with limited menu options for Vegans (my mother being Vegan). We visited for Saturday afternoon brunch.<br/><br/>We have ordered below items.<br/><br/>1. Wild Mushroom Risotto - It was delicious to eat with perfect blend all the ingredients toped with shaves of black truffle. Texture was perfect not too watery or not too cheesy.<br/><br/>2. Basket of fired calamari, prawns, zucchini - All were cooked well except prawns which I was bit uncooked hence chewy.<br/><br/>3. Slow Roasted Octupus - Generous portion size but it was bitter for my palate may be due to not mantaining the temp of heat so was slightly burnt.<br/><br/>4. Roasted Salmon - Was perfectly roasted. Best pick from the menu.<br/><br/>5. Roasted Sea Bass - This was the best dish of all. Fillet was fresh.<br/><br/>6. Grilled chicken - Well chicken was tasteless. So was not happy with the dish.<br/><br/>My overall exp I would give 4.<br/><br/>But giving 3 because of limited option in beer.<br/><br/>Please have some options in beer.<br/><br/>

He wants me to choose the place but I told him to have the lead...He asked me what I want then I told him anything except for steak because Ive had enough steak this week..Then told me he made a reservation at Robertos' ...Clueless of the place...was surprised that he chose a very cosmopolitan Italian find dining place at the heart of DIFC...A very influential lavish dining for an influential guests around Financial District...The place is huge divided into smoking and non smoking and terrace, I was seated at 1st at what I called VIP section which has the view of Burj Khalifa and Downtown...but I texted him before he arrives that we need to change table because the tables are really close to each other that I can hear the arguments of the next table. While waiting I had a glass of wine and their Aperitivo bites.So he finally arrived & we moved again to a smoking area where the dj plays jazzy, gipsy kings and mood music...I decided to have light dinner because it's a bit late and I need to digest the food before I sleep...I had their signature Pizza the ROBERTOS pizza and Rosato wine. They asked me which one I prefer Italian or French Rosato...I am in an Italian place , I have to go for the same, makes sense...and here goes the Ravioli pasta...The pizza is topped with beef carpaccio , wild rocket, parmesan and black truffle with a crispy dough, it is a must try...its like eating nachos, salad, pizza all in one...overall for food...LO ADORO ( I LOVE IT )Its authentic...The place is so cosmopolitan and chic and elegant and crowd are elegant too. Their service from receiving untill we left are just so warm. They have lots of designated staff and service is really fast....I had a Fantastico Notte. Sogni D'Oro...

Tried Roberto's the other day, i walked inside, and the restaurant was packed, with fine dining dim lightings and loud music. I really loved the atmosphere honestly, I’m a person who loves seeing a restaurant packed with great atmosphere, and i love going to these restaurants whenever it’s the right time for the occasion. The music were great, and the service was good. As for the food, it was good but not that much impressive, i ordered the fritto for starters, and tortelli pasta for main course,the portions were generous, couldn’t complain.

Anniversary dinner with my loving wife. Went in quite early so it was quiet. Towards the end it got crowded and we saw a lot of Italian families. Guess it means food is authentic. <br/>We ordered fried seafood and veggies for starters. Mains were Filetto de Vitello and coteletta the breaded veal chop which I’m partial to. Everything tasted good. But the best thing was the pistachio ice cream. I was full but once we got it I couldn’t put the spoon down.<br/>I’ve been before but this was a special meal with a special lady.

Been going there for years now but the quality has definitely  gone down compared to 4 years back.  They cant really control the crowd they welcome and has lead to a poor service particularly on weekends.

You know, you have a certain high expectation when heading to this restaurant, sorry to say, food is quite average. At this price point, average just isn’t enough. It has to be exceptional.

Well known for finest dining in DIFC. Quality of food is guaranteed with delicious taste. Their thin Pizza as starter is a must. I have tried the sea bass fish and it was great. Pasta options are the best. All of this topped with first class service.

Roberto's is wonderful fine dining restaurant with a excellent romantic ambiance. The lighting and mood of the restaurant are very relaxing. The staff are friendly and knowlegable about the food and drinks that they serve. it was good to see a manager present and engaging with the guests.

Came on a Sunday night. Excellent service, very hospitable..We ordered various seafood dishes which were exquisite then sat at the bar which had excellent vibes and great bartenders. All in all one of Dubai’s best restaurants. Would definitely come again and again.

Went on friday,the wors service i ever see in restaurant ,very slow srvice,booked table non smoking and i spent 30 mintes in smoking area,food was very poor quality and served cold ,i ordered food 9:40pm and food served cold at 11pm,cant say more than that.

A lively atmosphere to chill out with friends with the most delicatesse of italian dishes. Seabass grilled to perfection with seasalt cover..seafood salad was mouthwatering and dont miss out their lobsters one of its kind...great service and lovely atmosphere..

Beautiful place and very packed on Friday night. I enjoyed the music and atmosphere. I ordered octopus, some nice pizza to share and risotto. I don't recommend the seafood risotto as you don't taste risotto lol

A chic dining option amidst the corporate hustle bustle of DIFC, and some promising options on the menu. However, when it comes to service, Robertos lacks considerably. To top it off, some of the food items look promising on the menu but disappointing on the plate and palette.<br/><br/>Tried the following<br/><br/>1. Smoked burratina cheese, zucchini scapece: the smoky flavor was refreshing but the dish just was not filling. The food was served in a presentable manner but lacked flavor. The only saving grace was the cheese. Portion sizes are less too.<br/><br/>2. Fusilli, almond pesto,basil, capers: The pasta tasted alright. And since I like the mix of Pesto, the dish tasted decent overall.<br/><br/>We didn’t have much room for dessert. Maybe some other time.

The place is strongly recommended for those who seek tasty food. the service was exceptional and professional. It was a high end dinner that my wife loved it so much. It is a very busy restaurant and it is preferred to book before you go. However the professional staff was friendly and managed to give us a great concern. Absolutely loved it.

After calling and making a lunch reservation then driving all the way to the restaurant we were informed after sitting down that they are serving only a snacks menu. It was a complete waste of time and the manager did nothing to try to accommodate us, all she said was “No”.

We loved every bit of our lunch at Roberto’s . Right from our server - Kamal’s knowledge about the dishes we ordered to the food Taste , presentation and service . <br/>The calamari prawn n zucchini fritters were amazing - must order . Also loved the sea food risotto and the grilled chicken dish . Everything was perfect . <br/>The mocktails & desserts were so creative and yumm . <br/>Looking forward to visit Roberto’s again .

The booking option on zomato is a total joke. They confirm bookings even when they are fully booked. What’s the point really. I found out only when I called them enquiring about smoking / non smoking seating...

A really good italian restaurant in the heart of Dubai. The atmosphere here is amazing, good for lunch but in the evening is becoming busy and wirh good music. The restaurant has a bar also where you can enjoy some drinks. The restaurant has 2 parts one for formal dinners with white table cloths and the second part a lounge restaurant for more relaxing dinners and lunches. All dishes are good depends what you love. I recommend the oysters, octopus dish and truffle pasta.

Welcome back Roberto’s. Had the octopus, steak, lobster pasta and profiteroles. Octopus very tasty, steak was good but not great, lobster pasta was amazing and profiteroles very nice way to close the meal. The redesigned interior adds a nightspot touch and now has more of an open feel. Service was great as always.

An amazing one! Pasta didn’t impress me but the rest of the food is up so high! Love the atmosphere and the staff! Thank u! Will try to be more regular;)))

Personal favorite Italian place in Dubai. Everything is good on the menu, make sure you reserve before you go as it’s always packed rarely that they accept walk ins. They serve the best lobster pasta I’ve ever tried, their bresaola pizza is a delight with this crispy dough they serve. You can finish dinner and move to other side where the music is a bit louder for some drinks. Highly recommended esp for special dinners/occasions.

My husband and I have heard mention of Roberto’s amongst our circle of friends many times. We decided to give it a try as an ending to a date night out at Habtoor’s La Perle.<br/><br/>We ordered:<br/><br/>1) Fritto appetizer (delicious)<br/>2) Burrata (it’s better at La Petite Maison and Atelier M)<br/>3) Il Mare Risotto (very fresh seafood taste but boring otherwise)<br/>4) Wagyu Carbonara (very, very, VERT salty! So salty it was INEDIBLE)<br/><br/>Suffice it to say, we were disappointed. For the prices they charge, we expected more from the food but it ended up being hit and miss. The service was prompt and efficient but also cold and unfriendly. The ambience, however, is suitable for couples on a date.<br/><br/>Would we go again? No. Would we recommend it to our friends and family? Probably not. But if it’s on your list then hey, everything should be tried at least once right.<br/><br/>Happy eating 🌷<br/><br/>

One of my favorite Italian restaurants. Very helpful and professional staff. Great food quality and nice presentation. A bit expensive but justified as a high end Italian restaurant. I always enjoy being there and will keep visiting

Roberto’s living in its name or is it justified as being one of the best restaurants in Dubai.....<br/><br/>On entering the staff are welcoming and nice, the decor in dark and their is a sophistication of excellence in the atmosphere... the tables are well spaced apart and the cutlery is presented well... our waiter is dress smartly and explains the menu and specials... ordering is done effortlessly....<br/><br/>The food tastes fresh and cooked to perfection. The only downside is leaving the restaurant.....<br/><br/>Went i go to a 5 star hotel or restaurant I expect the best services levels from the entering to leaving. Waiting in my car for 10 mins for velet parking on entry is not good.... waiting another 20min for my car whilst leaving is not good. Hakkason restaurant which is also in DIFC has a dedicated velet drop off area and great wow factor enterance walk way across water on granite steps... that’s why Rebertos only scores 4/5...... Diners hate waiting especially at high end establishments.....

Roberto’s the place to be for some great food and drinks. My office parties are always here since we have international staffs. The atmosphere so good especial if you are chilling out. Recommend for office parties.

The courteous staff greets you as you enter and there is an escort to take you to your preferred table. <br/><br/>2. Waiters are smiling and help you ecstatically in taking decisions on your orders.<br/><br/>3. The menu has a wide variety of drinks and food items to choose from. <br/><br/>4. The ambiance is perfect. Not too loud and not too quiet. Perfect for a date.<br/><br/>5. Do mention the waiter if you are celebrating any special occasion with them as they make it even more special. <br/><br/>6. Restrooms are neat & tidy, well equipped with toiletries. <br/><br/>7. Drinks are value for money and will not hurt your pocket. <br/><br/>The aspects where Roberto's could do better:<br/><br/>1. Increase the lighting inside by a little. <br/><br/>2. After some point, one feels lost in the menu due to its wide variety. I was finding myself excessively reliant on the waiter for the recommendations.<br/><br/>3. Give an easy description of food items. <br/><br/>4. Food items are not very pocket-friendly. We paid AED 240 for 2 food items. <br/><br/>5. Improve the quality of complimentary snacks offered with drinks. We were offered cliched salted peanuts and some carrots/cucumbers. <br/><br/>Overall, I would highly vouch for Roberto's for their exemplary service and cast it as a fine place to go on dates, celebrate special occasions or have business meetings

The place , ambiance were great !!! Tenderloin tasted so good . The music sound was so loud so we had difficulties while ordering and communicating. Highly recommend this place especially for couples.

Been to Roberto's several times. Always had good time. Last visit we had the pizza with beef carpaccio and truffle and salmon to start, both very nice and just love this type of pizza, as mains sea bass and risotto with lobster cooked to perfection. Service was attentive and friendly as usual and the lounge area is the best area were to sit if you don't mind a bit of smoke.  Price in line with the rest of DIFC restaurant.

Loved this place. at first i was a bit hesitant as the vegetarian options were minimal but after being there, the less options were absolutely amazing.  portion size was apt, and the staff very friendly.  the food although traditional italian had a gourmet twist,. i would surely request them to have more options for veg/ and better dessert as that wasnt their best.<br/><br/>overall loved the hustle/bustle and boisterous environment.

One of the best restaurant in the town, food is amazing service superb , we visit this place for dinner and it was amazing expirience, we arder busti pizza and artichokes salad both was delicious you must to try, highly recommended

I have been many times in this outlet and tried both dinner and lounge area. I definitely prefer the lounge area that is more relaxed and frequented by hip category of customers. Music is nice, wine list is huge, as well as cocktails and other drinks. There is also a terrace where you can sit and admire Burj Khalifa and the skyscrapers. Food menu in lounge area is minimal but correct for the purpose. Two negative points: 1-Tables are so close to each others at a point where you feel sitting altogether. 2- Prices are on the high side (3 drinks, one salad and one pizza for 800AED), it is expensive.

Had been here for an official meeting and need to say it’s a lovely place to visit. Beautiful location, ambiance, music and food. Staff is very caring and friendly and helps you out for your any queries plus they do suggest dishes to try out which is nice. I really liked the presentation of food though being vegetarian I did had very limited option to choose but whatever I have ordered tasted awesome... Folks it’s a must visit place.. Love ❣️❣️

Was here for my first visit had heard a lot from my friends so I decided to give a try.<br/><br/>What a great place to be with such an amazing view no else as Robertos.the food is out of this world especially Frito and Robertos pizza.though an expensive place but trust me is worth the spend <br/><br/>Had also this amazing cocktail Italian job one of the best cocktails I have had in Dubai. Highly recommend this place if u want to have fun great view an unforgettable experience Robertos should be ur destination.A big thanks to vitalise and the rest of the Robertos team will definitely be back.

My go to place to entertain and impress out of town guests. <br/><br/>I love Roberto’s for all it offers - ambience, staff attentiveness, crowd, food, food, food, wines, desserts. <br/><br/>Am partial to the outside seating as long as the weather permits. Inside can be tad noisy for conversations. <br/><br/>Give it a 4 because of the expense one ends up bearing! <br/><br/>

Especially love dining here! Their pasta is out of this world and their staff is so accommodating. Super luxurious dining experience. I recently called and asked for a Tiramisu cake to be made for a friend's birthday and they were so friendly and helpful. The cake was made quickly and was ready for collection exactly when they said it would be. Needless to say, their tiramisu cake is divine! Special thanks to the manager Mr. Mustafa for his hospitality and all his help. Must must visit if you haven't already been.

That is a posh restaurant in a posh location! Your rolex won't do here! Get the Patek out. Obviously expensive as you would expect. And the portion size is small! Other than this the service is really good, the hard drinks selection is good as well... mostly i liked the feel of the place. Especially the outdoor seating area. Rated 3 because value for money is not really good<br/>Definitely recommended if you have 500 Dhs to spare.

Every experience I’ve had at the restaurant has been a great one. I’m always left with a happy belly and shazaming some good tunes from the tasteful DJ they’ve hired. Staff are professional. Food is always on point and the atmosphere is always lively!

Celebrated my birthday with my fiancè at Roberto's. Ambience was awesome with the view of Burj Khalifa. I liked the food and the presentation. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

A fusion of Italia and modern day lounge. The music though loud is sweet to the year and the range of wine are amazing. Looking forward for the pasta with my lady love

This could be honestly the most authentic Italian restaurant in town. Food was great and service was excellent . It’s a bit pricey I would rate them 9 - 10

My favorite dinner place in DIFC. <br/>Classy ambient, great selection of dishes, delicious food, decent & attentive staff.<br/>Every time a 5* experience.

I really like the decor and service. I like that the place is spacious and that gives each table a bit more privacy. Very good Italian food. But as it is the norm in the DIFC the food doesn’t justify the price

one of my new favorite hangouts based on ambiance and vibes. Chill with several choices and nice staff. I would love to try more food on their menu. I had Octopus salad and was very delicious. They have an updated menu but overall nice ambiance, experience to be repeated.

Finally came to try Roberto’s, a warning to all potential customers that the menu has been update and you might find a couple of dishes missing.<br/><br/>The overall experience was great, the ambiance is dim and romantic, the food is fresh and delivery was fast. The food is presented was great and the prices are a bit higher than expected because of the VAT.<br/><br/>I tried:<br/><br/>1. Octopus (very fishy in taste and smell)<br/>2. Burrata (great and delicious)<br/>3. Truffle Pizza (great)<br/>4. Wagyu Carbonara (less than average)<br/>5. Seafood Spaghetti (delicious)<br/><br/>Overall it’s was a good experience!

Upon a crisis to taste oscho buscho in Dubai, we tried this restaurant and were very happy with the taste and presentation. It was like the food that we consumed in its homeland. Appetizers and desserts were also good.
