This is one of the hidden places in Dubai where you know you can enjoy a good vino with cheese, in a very classic and quiet atmosphere. They used to have wine & cheese experiences, however you get to now order them from the menu.
So we ordered the Vintage Cheese & Ham Board (Italian) - a choice of two cheeses, oven baked bread, mango chutney, picked onion & cold cuts; and Vintage Cheese Fondue.
The service was amazing, food was quick to arrive, and the tranquillity of the place ensured you enjoy everything peacefully.
The blue cheese fondue is highly recommended. I always order it even though I don’t usually eat blue cheese. Very cozy place in winter for wine & cheese night

Vintage is the ideal place to either have a cozy date or a relaxed evening out with your friends or loves ones to help you get everything else off your mind.
The moment you sit down you are just transported to calmness, no matter what is on your mind, it just fades away, the longer you stay there, the more you relax and your mind just slowly forgets everything else that is happening, all those little thoughts that have been bothering you all day.
On Saturdays they have a ladies night for AED 150 (I think) that includes unlimited wine and MAYBE some cheese, I am not sure, I recommend calling first
on Sunday, they have Fondue night where each person pays AED 175 for unlimited wine and fondue from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm,
Krish pretty much runs a one-man show there and does it well, such an amazing person always smiling, makes all the customers feel at home
The place is well spaced out, dimly lit with soft jazz music, the atmosphere is so relaxing you might go for a quick drink and end up leaving 4 hours or more later.
The food is delicious and very filling.
Definitely one of my favorite restaurants

Well I didn’t try anything else except the cheese board which exceeded my expectations. It came with 4 varieties of cheese, walnuts, olives, mango chutney, crackers along with a barker of bread 🥖.
We tasted all four red wines that were there on the menu and was so lost. Loved the Cabernet Sauvignon and merlot.

One word comes to my mind when I think about my visits to Vintage - Classy. I have always enjoyed wine in comfy settings with some light slow jazzy music playing in the background. Imagine lounging on a big soft brown leather sofa where you can unwind & can spend an infinite time talking to a loved one sipping fine wine. While sipping on wine you are pampered with gastronomic delights which are delicious & healthy at the same time. And while being pampered you leisurely loosen up & get lost in time. Vintage is a perfect place to sit back & relax.
I had visited Vintage with a close friend & had a fantastic deal for 4 glasses of wine & some light finger food at a really affordable price. Though I am not a sommelier (wine expert) I can distinguish between good wine & bad wine. Surprisingly considering the price of the wine package we paid the wine served was of good quality. The package comes with two glasses of red wine & 2 glasses of white wine. Being a connoisseur of red wine I truly enjoyed the Malbec & Pinot Noir wine served.
If you either want some alone quite time or want to spend time with a loved one in a classy comfy ambiance is the perfect place to be.
Cozy atmosphere. Perfect place to chillax with wine and cheese. Serving time was pretty quick and staff was friendly. Cheese foundue was perfect and the egg plant mousaka was an enjoyable vegetarian treat. The finale with a chocolate fondue as a dessert was too good
When you got to such places a group of friends is the perfect choice I would say . Couple of college mates gathered and decided to spend the evening at Vintage . The ambience was lovely , pretty appealing and the drink which were ordered was served to us within 10 mins of time which is quiet decent . Staff people were friendly too .

Today, a new discovery: Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. Aromatic but light on the palate. I'm always well advised by the knowledgeable Philip and staff. The ambience is indeed as the name suggests, vintage, cozy, and welcoming, with a touch of luxury.

When I was invited to review Vintage, I was a little hesitant since its a resturant know for wine and cheese. Cheese I love but wine absolutely not. But now I can say my decision to head there was a good one. First up the place is really cozy and blocks out all the noise from the next door eatery, which is perfect for date nights or just a meal where you dont have to be louder than the music to have a conversation.
Coming to the actual bit.. The food. They have a small menu consisting of some interesting combinations. The mushroom on toast was bursting with flavour. The quality of mushrooms used really bought out the tatse of this dish. The mozzarella, basil and pesto open panini consists of excatly those ingredients which is a very safe combo and very hard to go wrong with and they did a pretty good job with it. My fav appetisers for the evening was the honey brushed deep fried brie. If you love cheese you would love this. But make sure you have it hot. It looses the goodness as it cools down.
For the fondue we tried the vinatge cheese and the chocolate fondue and loved both. The only drawback was that the cheese fondue was served with just breads. It would be great to see some veggies or meat on the platter rather than just one type of bread. I found the crispy wafers biscuit things served with the chocolate fondue a bit soggy which was a bit disappointing.
The creme brulee was amazing and I could defiently use a second helping of that. Food apart, over all they have a good selection of wines which my friend really enjoyed but the service is a tad bit slow. I say that becuase there was only one other table occupied during my visit and only one staff was handling both the tables.
All you can drink wine! Plus cheese fondue, Sunday and Monday! What more could you ask for? Oh yah, they have the best creme brûlée I've ever had in Dubai!
A very nice and romantic place. The selection of wines is nice and selection of cheese platters good as well. The atmosphere is very quiet and serves are friendly.
I was invited Vintage – the Time Out Award winning Cheese and Wine Bar that features a selection of the finest cheeses, hams, foie gras and wines. Vintage offers up to 12 wines by the glass, as well as a selection of freshly baked breads, an extensive cheese display, fondues, and delicious bites of salmon and foie gras, accompanied with unique deli style salads.
Such a cozy, warm, feel good wine and cheese bar. The ambience instantly puts you in a calmer mood. A quaint place with comfortable seating arrangements (large couches for the bigger groups and bar stools if you prefer that).
The cheese platter is delicious, you can either choose your own 5 types or have them pick them out for you.
Either way, its yum!
Highly recommend the place. Will be going back again to try their steak and prawn tempura.

Had passed this place several times as it is located at the entrance of 1st floor at pyramids wafi! Being a cheese fanatic, the dim lights and the cheese fragrance itself is so inviting! I walked in on a weekday and was surprised to find this place all full. We ordered for a cheese board and were asked to pick 5 different cheeses as per our preference. They also served bread basket, flavored chutney, dry fruits, some grapes and crackers alongside the board which makes it a whole combo! The servers are extremely helpful and suggesting you the types of cheese as per your choice. Their wine list is extensive as well! Perfect for a date night I would say 😊

went for an anniversary date and it was perfect the wine selection, sauvignon blanc with lavender flavour was sooo good. the fondue was perfect, cheesy and divine! good value for money.
If you have the time and willingness to enjoy bottles of wine, then there's no better place than Vintage. The setting is as if you are lounging around, pampered by very good service and a very nice selection of food. The wine selection is excellent and you must ask the staff for advice.

For all the cheese and wine lovers! That's the spot! You can add it to your to do list now. Vintage is a fantastic bar. I go there since 2010, every time I want to have a great selection on my cheese platter and you can always get a great advise from staff as well as perfect wine pairing to your cheese. You get your platter served in proper way with some walnuts, grapes, jams and crackers. Get a large leather sofa on a left, relax and enjoy your evening and conversation. The place makes you feel like home In front of the fire place.
A hidden gem in dubai, the place had some great days were getting a table was impossible any day a week. Nowadays it a bit quit but i think they have the best cheese fondue in town. It a small restaurant with limited seating a a very simple menu which give him a cosy atmosphere. Fondue night is a must were u can enjoy the experience with a great value.
So on Friday all our cheesy group wanted to gorge on some cheese n wine drove all the way from auh...The place was very cozy n we felt soo comfortable..ambience was top notch..The wine was brilliant..and we went there for the fondue..4 or 5 different kinds of cheese all melting in a pot with some bread for dipping in it..oh it was worth the drive..as we melted in it the wine was a perfect compliment..We expected to get ripped off..but the bill was decent..All in all a deserved 4.5.. 0.5 I reduced coz the staff ought to smile more. They were very direct and not soo pleasent..hope its different the next time
A wine bar...went here for the first time as i had coupons (wouldn't have known there was a place like this if it wasn't for them).
The place has a 1920's bar feel to it with classic music playing with few of the greatest hits(not for the young crowd)
They have a huge collection of wine and even better the ones i had were really good.

There is a verity of cheeses you can choose from and all of them are good i assure you.
Service levels were brilliant the staff is nice well spoken and has a good knowledge of what they are selling there.

I don’t like wine and it doesn't like me. So the prospect of a wine bar hasn’t ever made sense to me. Besides, wine bars always seem so elegant, sophisticated, suave – all the things I am not. So much so that I’ve walked past Vintage (straight into Carter’s for a bevy or Asha’s for a curry) over the years without so much as a looking in. I don’t know what it was – perhaps the cheese fiend in me – but I somehow wound up reserving a table for their Cheese & Wine Night, a regular Wednesday night occurrence. My darling wife and I took a friend, also a mellowing, slightly bloated yob like me, there to celebrate his birthday.
Tastefully decorated in romantic hues of mellow offset with the flickering tango of candle light, Vintage is the perfect venue for anything from date night to a chilled unwind from a hard, stressful weeks work. I don’t understand wine and therefore can only assume from their reputation and the sheer number of bottles that they have a good selection. But I can assure you that their cheeses, grapes, cold cuts, crackers, chutneys and other whatnots associated with the cheese half of their Cheese & Wine Night were lovely. That’s not to say I didn’t have any wine – of course I did – it’s just that I didn’t quite appreciate it as much as say, my dearest wife – a budding connoisseur. She had to keep reminding me that wine shots were not the best way to enjoy wine – hmm, it worked fine for me.
Vintage is made extra-special by two charming Serbian princesses both of whom were extremely welcoming, attentive and especially generous our wine shots. They spent the evening discreetly and unobstructively fluttering around the lounge like pretty butterflies, pampering their guests as they went – bringing one a plate of cheese and crackers, refilling another’s glass of wine, suggesting a chutney to the next – and while one would expect a high level of attention at such a venue, it was the effortless, genuine manner in-which they went about their work which made the difference – the perfect hostesses. Bravo! I can’t wait to go back to try their Fondue Night…and some more wine shots!
Vintage is the best place to indulge yourselves into a extensive range of Wines and a good selection of cheese.
We tried this place to celebrate my fiance's birthday and experience the wine and cheese bar scene for the first time.
We found the place to have a well knowledged staff and a good selection of wines and on top of that we had a great help from the Hostess for the Birthday cake for which I am really grateful to... The Hostess made our birthday celebration at Vintage a memorable and beautiful experience ☺
Never tried cheese and wine before (i know right?!) but having the first time here made me realize its awesomeness! Good wine selection with well trained staff helped us out. Sundays are the best when they offer unlimited wine and cheese fondue ;)

I've been going to Vintage for a few years, for either the fondue night or the cheese and cold cuts.
Three of us decided to go on a Tuesday this week, where we were to just order a la carte. I was actually quite surprised at how expensive the place really is!
They had one of my favourite wines available, but at AED72/- per glass!! I think I've paid probably paid about that much for the bottle in Umm Al Quwain. Anyway, I enjoyed it none the less.
As for food options, it did give us the opportunity to try other options than what are normally available on the alternative nights, so we had a trio platter selection of mini crab cakes, deep fried brie and mushrooms on toast. This was followed by a fondue, a platter of 2 cheeses and 2 Spanish cold cuts and a dozen snails.
Everything was lovely, however the snails could have done with a bit more garlic.
Even though I would definitely still go to the "other" nights as mentioned before, I would definitely think twice about an a la carte evening, certainly at those prices!
