Amazing and new place with amazing ambiance

Event : Ladies Nights at Laurel Bar in Caesars Palace Bluewaters.
I always tell everyone that we ladies are truly spoilt in Dubai and what better example than a Ladies night at Laurel Bar.
In my 3 years of regular Ladies nights we have never been surprised by an amazing Magician 🎩 coming at our table, entertaining and shocking us. We were left completely in awe. 😯
The evening started off with us ladies getting a seating next to the singer. He was strumming our hearts with his voice and guitar. Talented indeed.
Their ladies night drink menu was White and Red wine and a few cocktails but wait for it... it had martinis 🍸 and my favorite one coffee martini and passion fruit martini 🍸. When your a regular at the ladies nights scene you know not to expect much with the quality of drinks but wow this is something I’ll pay full price at any bar for.
Atmosphere / Ambience: decor was chill and didn’t seek attention. Just a normal cool bar in a fancy hotel. But the best part was it’s NON SMOKING 🚬- that automatically gives them 5 out of 5 Stars ⭐️. We ladies have been struggling to find a non smoking bars and ladies nights in dubai. Literally a handful.
Food review: Friends ordered some Chips and bites and Truffle sliders - awww the brioche bread of the sliders was divine soft and utterly delicious. So was the prawns and sea weed crackers. Light bites and perfectly yummy.
The magician kept us entertained with his surprise acts and we kept debating and scratching our heads as to how did he know or pull it off. He pulled out a potato 🥔 out of nowhere and he has telepathic powers that can read what your thinking - truly amazing experience.

The finalie to our evening was the Martini contest - we had to register for the contest and the venue manager would select the 3 ladies who would be expected to go behind the bar counter and prepare a martini.
Ingredients were kept ready with a shaker and a bartender was available to assist. I wanted to be different so made a spicy 🌶 martini with Tabasco which wasn’t received well by anyone including my friends and thus I didn’t win the contest. But the rightful lady won dinner for two. The experience was fun and we had a good time - atleast I can say I tried making a spicy martini.
Food - 5 ⭐️ for bites
Drinks : 5 ⭐️
Music - 5 ⭐️
Service and foodpresentation: 4 ⭐️ - the servers were lovely and attentive but later in the evening it got busy and we were quite a demanding bunch of 15 plus ladies so yeah we tried them I’m sure.

Thank you Laurel Bar and it’s wonderful staff. The Singer and Magician for a memorable evening. You’ll spoilt us completely.

Having a signature cocktail while watching the sun set beneath the horizon has its own charm.
Laurel Bar exhibits an elegant and sophisticated style which is ideal for a cocktail night. The indoor seating area is classy with dark interiors but the highlight of this bar is the outdoor seating area. It gives you a spectacular view of the hotel and beach.
We were served refreshing welcome drinks which were glasses of water infused with water melon and cucumber, it was delightfully refreshing and it was perfect for a summer day. The menu had a lovely variety of liquors. The unique feature of their menu would have to be their signature cocktail. Each cocktail is inspired by a colour and as such created in a manner to represent the colour itself.
We tried the Lavender and the Banana cocktails and boy these drinks had a strong punch in them. We did get a fair warning by our server about how strong the cocktails would be. Nonetheless you can taste the beautiful blend of these craft cocktails.
We also tried their Alaskan King Crab. These bites had slices of cucumber which added to the crunch and made the dish quite appetizing.
Laurel Bar is an ideal place to visit for craft cocktails and to unwind to the panoramic views of the Ceasars Hotel.
Very elegant and relaxing bar located in the newly opened Caesars Palace in Bluewater Island. A great place to relax and disconnect. When the weather is good the outdoor areas are amazing with breathtaking views, however the indoor is also quite pleasant with their live singer or piano player. It's a perfect setting for a date or to enjoy with someone special. I loved their unique concept of choosing a colour and matching a cocktail with that colour.
Beautiful place to relax. The terrace is amazing! The view is breathtaking too. What i loved is that they have live entertainment EVERY NIGHT! The last couple of times I went, they had a lovely singer (Dina). They still dont have a food menu but once they do, im sure this place will get packed. I highly recommend this place.

Service is excellent, cocktails and sweets are very tasty and worth a try, the view on the beach is amazing.
