The Chef - Giuseppe Pezzella brings the real Italian cuisine to the Middle East, the food is absolutely superb. The Manager - Francesco is very welcoming and always helps you out to pick the right option. They usually have amazing live performances with a soft vibe so that you can still have a conversation with the people you’re dining without screaming. The singer Bibi is absolutely top! The quality of food, service and atmosphere are of a very high standard, the jazz/swing music always fits just right for us for dinner, followed by the contemporary female live vocalist . This was a unique experience! The ambiance and decor is luxurious and a very warm welcoming.

I celebrated my 2 year wedding anniversary here and was the happiest !! The service was phenomenal, the food was better than great and the best part of the dinner was the restaurant manager Mr. Gianluca ! Not only did he recommend our meals, check up on us throughout, but definitely made us feel right at home. The food presentation was out of this world and they’ll definitely be seeing us again !

Lovely intimate setting with live music, perfect for date night. The staff were friendly and attentive, Leon was especially helpful and generous. The food was delicious with high quality ingredients. The only negative I would say was the wine was overpriced with the average glass around AED 85+ but the food was surprisingly reasonably priced.

Nice place on the ground floor of the five hotel on the Palm. <br/>Italian food curated and cozy.<br/>The restaurant has indoor and outdoor on the pool. The children are allowed.<br/>The menu has a lot of variety. We ordered the tasting menu (300 aed) and I appreciated the amuse-bouche of oyster, and was really nice the appetizer of lobster. Nice the first, nothing special for the main (sea bass) and dessert. Is a good restaurant but bit expensive

Very luxury atmosphere can be enjoyed at the perfectly located hotel at the stem of Palm Jumeirah. Dimly lit brightness makes addition of good mood to good food. Dessert arrangement is very artistic.

The food was mind blowing, from the bread to the starters to the main course to the desserts. I would say it is one of the better Italian restaurants I’ve been to in dubai. The service was impeccable and what topped my night was the singer who sang to perfection.

My second restaurant visit in Five Palm Jumeirah and I must say that this place is exceptionally perfect ! Be it the super scrumptious food crafted as pieces of art, the gorgeous interiors or the attention to detail I should say this place is stupendous.<br/><br/>The property deceptive from the outside however is beautiful. I was here on a weekend for lunch and loved the entire experience. The restaurant itself has a view to the outdoor pool and the vibe of the place was awesome; so lively and energetic yet calm and relaxed. <br/><br/>It’s Italian food at its best where you get to experience the real taste of the Amalfi Coast. The creations not only look like fabulous pieces of art, they taste so fresh and delicious that I jumped to try all of them.<br/><br/>We were served assorted breads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. They were supremely fresh. While my 10 month old was absolutely enjoying the breadsticks and could not stop nibbling on them as they melted in her mouth, we were stuffing our faces with the amazingly soft bread.<br/><br/>We then started the meal with an awesome Burrata that was served in rocket leaves and tomatoes. This was from another planet ! Perfectly hard on the outside and soft on the inside, I had my heart on it. Of course a foodie like me is not going to be looking at food for long, isn't it !<br/><br/>Choosing the dessert was a tough choice. The tiramisu is always a favourite at any Italian restaurant however with choices one better than the other, we decided to try the Trio di Cioccolato and Mandarin Mousse. If one type of chocolate is good, then three types together is bliss ! The Trio di Cioccolato has white, milk and dark chocolate, cacao sponge, passion fruit and caramel sauce. The Mandarin Mousse served with Orange sorbet is perfectly tangy. <br/><br/>My only guilt after eating so much was watching people in the swimming pool right outside the restaurant but that guilt is temporary for a foodie especially when each dish is curated to perfection like in Quattro Passi !

Visited this place with very high expectations since its a michelin star 2 restaurant but found the food very average. Had ordered Linguini which is supposed to be their best pasta with some white wine. The food was not bad but did not find the extra punch effect that I expected.

Located in the Palm Jumeirah, an Italian Restaurant with amazing italian taste. The decor is so light and welcoming and the waiters are more than friendly. The gnocchi is highly recommended and the Tuna Tartare is superb. Worth a try.

Went there first time last night. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Tried the duck and my wife the lamb chops. Really well cooked and tasty. The trio chocolate desert was also good. Will go there again.

2* Michelin star chef Antonio’s Italian restaurant pampers you in all aspects. Very nice ambience, kind and gentle service.. food that you enjoy each and every ingredient.. I was curious about it and I left the restaurant with a big curiosity about the rest of the menu.

Last weekend we drove back to this gorgeous property to try out some stylish Italian fare at Quattro Passi. I bet y’all didn’t know that last week was pasta festival week did you?! So ive been craving a meat sauce or in the right way to say it bolognese. It was my first visit to @quattropassidubai located in @fivepalmjumeirah the ambiance was okay wish the lights were brighter i wanted to dissect my food and to look at every little bit of it thats how serious i am about my food. Anyway!! On to the food portion of the review I ordered tagliolini alla bolongnese it was exactly what i wanted and how you’d get it in any italian home. The flavors are very authentic if you know what pasta sauces are supposed to taste like then you will be pleased and satisfied. The pasta was cooked aldente which mean to the tooth meaning it has a little bit of a bite to it. Very filling and you leave the restaurant a happy foodie. For the fun of it i asked our waitress “Maria” if i could go into the kitchen as i love to cook and see the BEHIND THE SCENES action happening she made that request happen I honestly loved the place grazie mille #Quattropassi for having me and for the amazing food and friendly staff. #dubai #foodie #pasta #love

I loved the atmosphere and the flavours were amazing. We only got bit surprised for the "fine dining quantity" and it is very disappointing that they serve babbà without rum and if you want you can add by yourself a rum shot at additional cost. It has no sense you have to charge extra because you decided to change the recipe.<br/>Anyway they offer good food and ambience.

Craving for some delicious Italian Dish ? Then Head to quattropassidubai to explore and fall in love with the delicious menu surrounded with decor and style influenced from Italy, that are warm and welcoming. Started off with a complimentary bites followed by artistically crafted dishes served with beautiful smiles is a plus point of this restaurant .  Starters to desserts will not fail to impress you in terms of taste and the way they are presented . Every bite is instilled with that fresh Italian taste that truly crave you to visit this place again n again . I tried thier Amuse_bouche, Fettucine ai tre pomodri ( the best pick if you are a pasta love ), Salmon Teriyaki ( hats off to the appealing way the chef present this dish) and ending up with thier pretty dessert Dolci ( a mix of white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark choclate , cacao sponge, passion fruit and caramal sauce) - out of the wold. For kids they have a special menu and my kids chose fish chips and Margherrita pizza and it was so good, so juicy and my kids loved it to the core. They have both indoor and outdoor seating  near to the swimming pool . We sat indoor as the weather was not favoring us to sit outside plus it was crowded too with people busy  dipping in the pool and having sun bath. Coming to the service, superbbbbb! Outstanding service, cant name out a single person as everyone out there was trying  their best to give us the best service.

I have always loved coming to this lovely hotel that is so vibrant and full of positive energy.<br/>We had earlier tried the Chinese restaurant - Maiden Shanghai, and it was one of the best Chinese meals I have ever had. <br/><br/>Being my son birthday, we decided to head to their Italian restaurant @Quattro Passi.<br/><br/>👍 Started off with The Minestrone soup - delicious broth of vegetables with just the right amount of seasoning. Nice mix of veggies and a good portion size<br/><br/>😍Linguine ala Nerano - ~Super pasta dish - which was hard to put down once you start eating. Cooked a little over aldante, the sauce and seasoning had deliciously 😋 seeped into the linguini making it the super dish that it is.<br/><br/>😍Eggplant parmigiana - there is something with eggplants at the Five Palm - they are awesome at the art of cooking eggplants (The eggplant dish in the Chinese restaurant is from another world - excellent). This too was so lovingly put together, the eggplant was literally melting in your mouth, perfectly blended with the sauces.<br/><br/>😍Tomato spaghetti with garlic and shredded tofu instead of cheese - a thoughtful addition so wonderfully prepared by the chef, as my son had requested for the vegan option of this dish - it was a lovely dish, beautifully done.<br/><br/>😍Branzino- Seared Sea bass with Capers and Olives. I had one bite of this dish that my wife had requested for and it was enough to confirm that this was another winner - delicately seasoned - absolutely fresh and stunning taste - nice clean presentation.<br/><br/>The service was at another level - non obtrusive, yet attentive and personalized. Seating is both indoors and outdoors - we sat outdoors next to the pool and enjoyed the lovely setting and excellent weather.<br/><br/>Will definitely be back to celebrate another occasion - this time will be visiting their penthouse on the 16th floor.

Great Vongole, ravioli was a bit soggy due to a lot cheese however it was still pretty tasty. The bread in the beginning was also a bit old tasting, however the starter and the mains were still good enough to come back

Quattro Passi is two Michelin-starred chef Antonio Mellino’s newly opened Italian restaurant at the Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai. It is, I am told, an evolution of his original Quattro Passi, on Italy’s beautiful Amalfi Coast. The food at this fine dining restaurant is superb. And although their mains are outstanding, I recommend you look twice at their amazing starters / antipasti section. FYI, Quattro Passi started off as a simple, trattoria-style pizzeria, adding to its menu as it grew in stature, fame, and stars. As a testament to chef Antonio’s roots, the Quattro Passi franchise retains, not just a fun-loving casualness, but also a belief in sharing – bring on the antipasti, please. So, if you are in a group, rather than skip the starters and go straight for the mains, do the opposite – order a number of antipasto. Halla, this is just my recommendation. I’m sure you will love the mains too, especially the seafood which, irrespective of what anyone tells you, is THE speciality of Quattro Passi.

Faultless. Excellent food, service from Manuel (sommelier) and Kashif (waitstaff), ambience by the pool, wine list... One average dish (steak) was replaced in minutes by a delicious alternative. Highly recommend the octopus, lamp chops, baba au rhum.

I usually don't go out for Italian food much but it is white #truffle season. Headed to Quattro Passi by 2 #Michelin Star #Chef Antonio Mellino in 5 hotel the Palm. Tried the white truffle menu and the regular menu. 2 appetisers + 2 mains shared by 2 ppl.<br/>The hits:<br/>Grilled octopus appetiser - good places make it soft<br/>The poached truffle egg - for some reason when you add truffle to a poached egg, it no longer becomes a breakfast<br/>The miss:<br/>The #fettuccine on the bed carpaccio with white truffle for some reason wasn't memorable. <br/>Spaghettini with king #crab - the taste was good but the pasta was overcooked. It could be that it was because it's thinner than the average #spaghetti. <br/>For the price you pay, the service is very friendly but it took forever between courses and it is difficult to call their attention if you are sitting outside. The 60dhs per gram of truffle.<br/>Would go again? Yes, the area outside near the pool had a nice view and was also entertaining.<br/>Good for dinner with friends or a nice quiet date if you don't want to show off and go to #DIFC. #antoniomellino #quattropassi #kingcrab

Great restaurant to have opened in Dubai. Unlike most restaurants in this category in the city this place actually executes really well. One of my favorite Italian dining experiences in Dubai for sure.

I celebrated my birthday at Quattro Passi (July 15, 2017) and gave Chef Guiseppe completely free hands. Probably one of the holiday's best decisions. With all respect, Dubai Dining, but 3.5 is a far too low rating. This is by far one of the best Italian restaurants I've been visiting for years. The visit to the kitchen witnessed a first class craftsmanship and the level of knowledge is extremely high. Extra plus to the amazing risoton. And the ravioli, the crispy aubergines melting in the mouth, antipastan overall. Did I mention the desserts? 5 of 5. Thank you very much.

We had a lovely dinner at the Quattro passi. I much prefer this restaurant rather than "the Blvd". The service was excellent , very polite waiters. Enjoyed the pasta and the rose wine. Tiramisu was yummy. Good place for dinner if you like Italian food.

I'm Italian, literally 20km far from the original Quattro Passi in Nerano.<br/>Chef Giuseppe is making miracles here to replicate the same tastes and emotions of Amalfi Coast, where Italian cuisine is at its best.<br/>We had a Tuna Tartare and Sea Food degustation, both over the top!! The best tuna I've had in ages...<br/>Main courses (pasta) are extremely authentic and cooked to perfection AL DENTE.<br/>Dessert delicate and exquisite.<br/>Bill is balanced to the high quality of raw materials (fish comes fresh every day from Italy).<br/>Well done guys!!<br/>I will come back to check the consistency ;-)

What’s a new property without a brand new restaurant?  Continuing my exploration of Italian cuisine (this makes my 4th tasting in a month,. perhaps I’ll be an expert by the time I depart for Rome next month…. ) in the UAE, I was happy to find a mid-week lunch spot at Quattro Passi located at the recently opened Viceroy Palm Jumeirah.  The interior (both in the restaurant and the hotel) is chic, modern, and well appointed.  When presented with the menu, after a quick review, the waiter suggested I might enjoy a degustation from the kitchen.  Yes, please!  And would I like a wine pairing to accompany the dishes?  Yes, thank you!  While I understand my scenario was provided because I was dining to review the venue (and therefore wanted to try as much of the menu as possible), I would encourage you to request something similar.  The wait staff are all knowledgeable, professional, and friendly — I’m sure they could work with you to find the right number of courses and proteins you enjoyed.  Or, you know, just order ala carte.  You do you.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
