One of the best places where you get a proper Country breakfast. Comes with very good portions and their pancakes are really good.
Pancake House has always been a favorite. The waffles and their fried chicken are some of the best. However, when I request on the instructions to “NO leg and breast”, please do not send BOTH. Good thing, the chicken is tasty, I cant finish it though coz Im not a leg and breast part fan.
When I am Sad or Happy or Overwhelmed or Excited about anything, I visit this place near our house in Burjuman Mall. Being vegetarians, we binge into all kinds pancakes and waffle variety this place has, our favourite being the Walnut - chocolate pancake with extra butter!!
This place serves one of the best, heavy and filling deserts ever! The portion size is good for the price, place is always buzzing with good music, service is impeccable, smells good all the time and reminds us of the American diners.

I have selected dine-in as that was the only way I could give a review. We ordered breakfast today to be delivered. We noticed that there was one less package delivered. When my wife spoke to them they were highly apologetic. In a city where customer service is rare they did very well by immediately despatching the missed order and s service recovery sent a delicious piece of red velvet cake. Kudos to you guys for keeping yourself customer focused

My favorite place for pancakes....serves milkshakes, ice creams and Filipino food.
Ordered some pancakes the first time and then got red velvet cheesecake and strawberry shake the second time.. really good joint for hang out with friends... lively atmosphere with plenty of seating.. they have a huge variety of pancakes n waffles... too good!
A great Filipino brand that serves some really delicious food to serve everyone's palate out there. They do much more than just Filipino food. Their dessert section is huge as well.
They are super reasonable and the staff's are really friendly.

Recently I had amazing celebration for my birthday at this restaurant, wanted to try some thing new so went for this Filipino , English restaurant. First of all the cleanliness is totally commendable , the service , the staff are welcoming good affordable food ..Starting with the drinks temple cherry drink , chocolate pancakes , chicken fingers spicy , chicken breast( overcooked) pilaf , chicken and rice and chicken tacos( got soggy) .. Over all good in taste , simplicity and light on flavours..

Last week one of my blogger buddies had her birthday so decided to celebrate it at Pancake House, Burjuman. The name may be deceiving as Pancake house has a lot more than just pancakes. This filipino franchise has captured the market right from the time it first launched in the UAE. We were there on a normal working day and the place was already full. The majority of the guests looked like Filipinos. We were the only indians in the house that night but we felt one among them.
I’m a regular customer . Had a problem with the delivery of the food cos the delay of zomato delivery guy which the reason why I end up complaining for not receiving one of my order and really pissed coz the food was really cold . Truly appreciated pancake’s house staff for calling me back giving immediate action ,sending the food that i didn’t receive and sending a new hot food . Kuddos ! Thank you for a great customer service

I love breakfast and this place offers the most delicious pancakes with my favourite dish. The prices are super value for money and service always swift and so friendly. It's always packed on the weekend. I love that they serve their full menu from the morning so you can have mains in the morning if you feel like it. I love Filipino food too but haven't tried it here. Love this place for their value for money meals and pleasant atmosphere
Place: A little bit packed that time since it was friday. Place has nice lighting.
Price: We ordered a set meal that consist of A seafood appetizer, a soup and rice (combination of garlic and steamed rice) with fried chicke and beef sisig.
Service: Amazing because even though the place is full they are attentive to the needs of each and every table.
Food: For a place called pancake house their chicken is great, its up there in my top 5 most delicious chicken ever tasted. I wish there was a chicken and waffle combination because that would probably taste amazing. 5/5 in taste.

I am a dormant connoisseur of foodstuffs. But somehow, Pancake House has captivated our Filipino palate. And when you are inside the House, it feels like you are home. These team of well groomed maitres d'Pancake are very efficient. Right when we entered, the hospitality was so sincere, however, the place was full-packed. Nevertheless, the Supervisor, immediately made us comfy by informing us, assuring that a nice table for 2 is soon to be vacated, and had monitored our needs until we paid the bill, which is way worth its price.
The food and beverage experience was great, and was recommended by the food attendant who profoundly knew the menu and its taste by heart, at our first time.
Besides the beauty and pride the place it represents thru its Burjuman Team: Eden, Rodelyn and the rest, we keep coming back and held having a blast!
And when the familiar Eden and Rodelyn, were not around, Jen came by the rescue to cater our needs the House is familiar with, for us.

Back after 6 months and first time to try this restaurant. Surprisingly, I never thought that they have a variety of food as from the name itself, you won't realised. We've ordered salad tacos, set meal special with pasta, chicken and small tacos and end up having this Halo Halo Jubilee! Final verdict, they have a great food with affordable price and great service. Will sure comeback. 👏🏻
Food: They keep on improving their menu with some dishes avaialble on certain periods. We keep on coming back as the food appeals to my family's taste.
Service: Service is usally good except the last time we visited and we were a tad disappointed as we celebrated our son's birthday there. We came from Ski Dubai so you can imagine how famished we were and the service was slow. I suggest they should keep the service par excellence regardless if the restaurant is about to close.
Ambiance: American diner vibe, a bit narrow as you enter but it's spacious at the back.
Price: Keep the offers for Emirates Platinum & we shall keep coming back.

One of my personal fave resto; most of the menu selection will make you go back again and again. Consistent in terms of serving and taste here in the UAE and back in the Philippines. Free wifi included along with superb hospitality by the service crew.

Pancake House is one of my favorite restaurant in the UAE not only because of the food but also because of the service. We tried the all time favorite smoked tinapa with fried rice ( for my sister) and mine was the all in one combo platter( taco, chicken, spaghetti) goes with refillable iced tea. Servings are huge and worth the value of money. No wonder why they’re always busy and full. Staff are very friendly and accomodating! Will keep on coming back

Not only pancake but they have a lot of amazing food as well. The chili chicken fillet with brown rice is my go to meal always. Never disappoints me! (not sure with exact name tho haha) and their fried chicken has its own taste and not your typical fried chicken, with their own gravy its the perfect meal i would say.

First time to dine at Pancake House, and it doesn't disappoint me. We try their smoked tinapa and house special set with peach iced tea it's really good. but one thing i like, the service is wonderful SPECIAL MENTION MA DUATI thanks a lot for accommodating us, very approachable.
A surprisingly good place not only for pancakes or breakfast but for filipino food too. It has a typical filipino restaurant ambiance which felt very nostalgic.
As for the food, the spring roll and chopsuy is nothing special but not bad either even though the chopsuy is more like a cabbage stirfry.
I do recommend their smoked golden tinapa and almondegas soup both has a comfort food feel and the smokey smell alone of the golden tinapa is enough to statisfy your cravings.
The staffs are very polite and ready to help, service is fast good and efficient too it didnt take us time to get served.
Will comeback to try their desserts next time.

Had been on a weekday during lunch time for all day dining breakfast. The breakfast combo meal was great and affordable, the sautéed banana could have been better . Banana was over cooked .

I have visited Pancake House on many occasions mostly for breakfast. Breakfast is my most favourite meal and if I like breakfast at any place I make it a point to take my dad there next time. My dad joined me for breakfast here on my 2nd visit and he approves my choice. ❤ Their service is prompt and friendly and the food is freshly made. Their coffee is amazingly strong. Their waffles are WOW topped with maple syrup. The sausages and bacon are juicy. Definitely will keep returning. 🤩😍 I look forward to try their lunch items soon.
