الطعام ليس طازج والطعم عادي جدا بالمقارنة مع الأسعار المرتفعة طلبت برجر ووصل مطهو فوق المعتاد أي محروق برأي الشخصي لايستحق الزيارة

مطعم امريكي مختص بالمأكولات البحرية يمتاز بطريقة التقديم والعرض علما انه فرع من ضمن فرع سلسلة جو كراب شاك الامريكية التي تأسست سنة ٩١ . اسعاره الى حد ما مرتفعة ولكن ضمن معادلة القيمة مقابل الوجبة اعتقد الاسعار جيدة بوجود عروض مميزة كالانترتينر وعروض الانترنت المتوافرة على طول السنة.

Wifey's birthday dinner at Joes Crab Shack Dubai Mall. We had an amazing dinner and our waitress Rosy looked after us. I strongly recommend this place to everyone looking for good seafood and excellent staff.

The food is fine, served hot. It taste fresh from the sea . The shrimps where fresh and Juicy, the clams and clam meat are fresh and has its thud as you take a bit into it. The ambiance also reminds me of my childhood place where I see fresh fishes and sea stuffs. They had the advantage of being in front of the huge Dubai Mall Aquarium. <br/>Over all, I love to come back and dine at the restaurant . Im sure my friends would love to be here I assume . 😇

Great food. Great service. The crab was succulent, and the portions were fantastic. Will have enough for tomorrow’s lunch as well. And, Beshoy was a fantastic server !!!

Ordered Friday night. I choose the fish and chips and the apple tart which wasn’t available, so they called me to ask if I want to replace it with the campfire which I agreed. The person who called was very friendly and polite. The fish and chips I didn’t liked at all. The fish was extremely bitter. To a point that I just couldn’t eat it. Portion was very big, but pointless as I just couldn’t eat anything because of the bitterness. The dessert was nice, very sweet and big portion. I think it enough for 3 people.

Ordered the lobster and steak which was not cheap. Ordered steak Med Rare but it came out still extremely rare (possibly blue). They took it back from a re cook which is fine. When it came back out it was still a strange red purple colour and had a very strange texture not normal with steak at all! The lobster on the side tasted fine but the mash on the side was drenched in melted cheese that has solidified into a shell which was highly unappetising! <br/><br/>Sadly won't be back. Was all in all a big fail

We just had a dining here lately and it was really great. The meal we had (snow crab, ragin cajun) were really delicious as usual. We give 5 star for this experience because of the staff named Beshoy as he delivers a great dining service to us.. we’ll definitely eat here again soon.

Beshoy is an amazing staff. We really had a great time eating. He Helped us open our crabs to the point that he did everything for us 😊. I hope Joe’s crab shack will hire more staff like him.

Visited the restaurant yesterday for dinner. The restaurant had a few tables occupied. As part of the restrictions in place, every alternate table is closed off. Roslyn did a good an excellent job looking after us. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Will definitely be going back.

Tasty crabs!!!! Eaten here a while back just posting the pictures now. <br/>The crabs are huge and juicy served in a broth along with corn. We also ordered mixed platter which was served along with fries.

Came here for the first time and was greeted by Beshoy. We asked him to recommend some dishes, and he suggested the crab bucket and the Maine grill. WE WERE AMAZED. The food here is unbelievable, we finished every single piece, made sure nothing was left. <br/><br/>The food here is great but Beshoy made sure to tell us the best sauces and dishes. Best crab haunt in Dubai... Long time favourite and the seating by the Aquarium just puts the icing on the crab so to speak.<br/><br/>Service is usually excellent, and very friendly. They will even crack open your crabs for you if you ask nicely.<br/><br/>Top tip: take the crab shears home 😉

The worst seafood I tried ever. the king crab was heavily expensive triple that it deserves and not perfect cooked to eat it easily and size was not as we expected. The crawfish wasnt tasty really. So I waste my money about 500dhs. The pinacolada was tasty but expensive.

An amazing and fulfilling meal. To begin with we were guided well by Mr Youssef who took our order. He gave us a perfect idea on what to chose when at Joe's crab shack in case you are new here. The seafood was well cooked, had the perfect combination of everything in a tasty gravy. We were also helped on how to crack the shell and appropriate tools were provided as well for use and a bucket to dispose the waste shells. Ambience is also good. But to rate the food and service, I just have to say it was amazing.<br/>Thank you Joe's crab shack. Looking forward to come again.

Words cannot describe my dissatisfaction for this restaurant , the place and atmosphere looked very nice but I ended up getting ripped off. We are 2 persons who payed 480 AED and left the restaurant hungry, the portions are ridiculously little and I was expecting a bucket of seafood but instead I got a bucket full of potatoes and corn with very little crab and shrimps. Never coming back.

It's not our first time to dine in Joe's crab shack but we enjoyed the first time we visited the Dubai mall branch just recently. It was already late night and had cravings for some comfort food. Why not in Joe's, right? Started off with their Crab Nachos - it was AMAZING! Followed by their Joe's Classic Steampot and a Reel big catch platter and Man, it was such a pleasure to get that crabs cracking. It was suggested by our server Rhenz to have them in Cajun sauce and it was awesome. As typical asians, we tend to look for a special sauce on the side and tried to ask him for a vinegar at least. Rhenz went extra mile by making a what we call "Special sauce." He surprised us and I have nothing but wow. For that, i'd like to commend him and other crews were very nice. You gotta try the branch in Dubai mall as you will dine watching the Dubai Aquarium. Great job, guys! We'll definitely come back.

The mushrooms were accompanied with garlic breadsticks. The bread was crispy and yum. The meat inside the mushroom was so soft and buttery as you eat it just melts. It was heavenly with loaded cheese and sauce. The sliders were to die for. The crab meat was simply good and flavorful. The crispy fries and the dip was a perfect combo. As always coffee is a must for me to finish off any meal. The staff was really helpful and attentive. It’s a pure bliss to enjoy your food with the sight of different species in The Aquarium. Today I tried JO’s CRAB in dubai mall , I ordered the mix lobster shrimp and crab, it was good some how didn’t feel the freshness and I wanted to see more sauce , but in general everything were perfectly cocked with acceptable sea food taste.

Too pricy for the taste of the food. if not for its quality, i could have given 1 star. The place is just perfect next to the aquarium but i tried so many crabs and seafood place to say that their food is too bland.

Beyond doubt one of the best seafood joints in the UAE.. for a journalist who is also a foodie to enjoy the food this much is a rarity.. This was my second time here and the consistency of the om nom noms was surprisingly refreshing.. highly suggest the crawfish platter (ask for it extra extra spicy)... the Fettucini pasta in Arabiata sauce was great too!! Lovely ambience .., and if you get Nick to serve you - it's truly an experience from the sea!! Absolutely glorious time.. Invited people with me the second time; having them enjoy the food as much as me was simply heavenly.. I really hope the people and the food remain this good the next time I come here!!

Went to this place one afternoon for lunch. The place is nicely decorated with the crab and marine theme, also the dubai mall aquarium is facing the restaurant. Staff are all very friendly and professional. We ordered Joe’s chopped salad, it was a good choice as a starter. We also ordered the Jumdo Bairdi crab bucket and the rajin cajun steampot. Both tasted really good, I personally love the rajin cajun for its sauce, but be prepared for a mess (breaking the crabs and eating with your hands). Prices are a bit high, but they have the entertainer which you can get the buy one get one main course offer.

We have ordered their 2 best sellers crab plates (recommendation from the restaurant’s staff) and honestly speaking I did not like them both. Comparing to Paluto restaurant, which we just went last week, it was really not good. The first plate of crab was with sauce of herbs and butter; was ok but not that good. The second plate of crab was just like steamed; tasteless. Sad, but they should have made it more tasty. <br/><br/>Service 5/5. Staff was all good. It's our first time to dine in this place and I'm glad we found it. We were supposed to go to Chili's coz my little one loves their kids meal - mac and cheese, corn on the cob and the chocolate shake, then we saw Joe's crab next to it and we wamted to give it a try.The staffs of Joe's crab are very gracious that they allow us to take the kids meal from Chili's while we dine in on their shop. Since it's our first time here, I didn't know what to order and the lady who assisted us, her name is Dressia, had done a great job in explaining my choices! You can easily get lost in their menu with those nice seafood photos! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and had done an extra mile when she gave us an off-the-menu vinegar sauce (coz we Filipinos love our crabs with vinegar!) Lets start off by saying i went there twice in one week because of how good it was!<br/><br/>Food- i ordered the east coast platter as a starter which was fried goodness and huge in quantity!<br/>Joes classic steampot and the raging cajun crab steampot both fresh and delicious! Great quantity and you just cant get enough of it! Comes with sweet corn and shrimps, yum!<br/><br/>Service- the waiters were so friendly, the manager came to check in on us each time and food did not take long to be served!<br/><br/>Overall i have to say if you love fresh crabs and seafood, then i highly recommend eating here!<br/>I have not personally tried the Dubai Festival City branch, but i heard its good.<br/>The value of food is good and on top of that you can use entertainer vouchers in the store!

Amazing place for Crab !!! I am not a crab lover but this place changed my perspective towards 'crab meat'. When my cousin suggested this place I was not sure if I would like the crab meat. But to my surprise I was eating more :) All the dishes we ordered were yumm... Crab is really juicy and soft.

When I looked up for places to have good crab in Dubai, I came across Joe's crab shack. it was convenient to visit this as it was in The Dubai mall. I ordered the Ragin' Cajun Steampot which came with shrimp as well as the crab both. Crab was cooked properly and tasted juicy. Even the legs had a decent amount of meat. The shrimp was fresh and juicy. Would like to visit again when in Dubai.

My kids are in Dubai for summer vacation and I wanted to make their dinner experience as special as possible. I’m glad I took them to Joe’s Crab. The location is perfect with a good view of the Aquarium. Our food handler, his name is Nick, is very helpful. He offered some recommendations and is very attentive. He taught us the technique on how to properly use the utensil to get all the crab meat inside. The experience is so satisfying. <br/>Be sure to order the Jumbo Bairdi and try the Snow Crab. Plus, this resto is in The Entertainer too! What could be better than that?

We ordered Maine Lobster grill and East coast platter. The Lobster was chewy and too salty. The platter was just OK. I do not think it was value for money for the quality offered.

Me and my better half went to Joe's crab shack in Dubai mall for a seafood rendezvous. It's well hidden behind the Aquarium on the first floor but you get live view of the Aquarium all the time. So that's some reward for finding the place. <br/><br/>The staff is courteous , food portions are generous. We tried their classic Sampler which includes Crazy Good Crab Dip, Great Balls of Fire and Crispy Calamari. The crab dip is their take on the Artichoke Spinach dip you find in many places but adapted in a seafoodie way. The crab pieces do exist but the overwhelming taste you will get is of the melted cheese which does work great with the Nachos. It's enjoyable. The balls of fire with Jalapeno, Crab and cream cheese were the star of the show. The balls were crispy with melty interior and perfectly balanced in terms of flavour. Calamari was good and fresh. Though the panko crumbs didn't work that well when compared with the traditional Tempura based batters or Egg/Flour based batters. The panko had absorbed a lot of oil while maintaining a sort of separate identity to the calamari leaving this unnecessary oily feel to the mouth. <br/><br/>For the main courses we ordered the East Coast platter and Crab Alfredo Pasta. The east coast platter comes with Crab stuffed Shrimps, Crab Cakes, Crispy Fish, Onion Rings and Chips with an assortment of dips. The crab cake was just awesome , it was flooded with Crab meat and the stuffed shrimp was very tasty too. Unfortunately at this moment we realized that we had had a bit too much fried stuff and the corresponding dips which were mostly mayonnaise or cream cheese based didn't balance out the food. We wanted some tomatoey salsa or some other fresh dip here to wash down the oil. <br/><br/>The crab alfredo pasta was tasty. It was creamy and stuffed with crab meat. Any other day we would have loved it, but this night it didn't work with the oily, creamy background of our meal. <br/><br/>They had generous portions of seafood in all the dishes, but if you are making a choice of food and end up choosing what we chose. Then i would recommend choosing one of the 3 dishes we ordered per order. Otherwise you are gonna end up in the same bad place as us because the oilyness, mayonnaise and creaminess will make you feel like you clogged half your arteries that day.

The order was late, by the time it arrived, I lost my appetite.

Giving 2 stars but ONLY because of the good service from the staff. The food taste leaves a lot to be desired. I've visited a couple of times, hoping that it has changed for the better because I do love a good seafood place. However, Joe's Crab Shack has continued to disappoint. And today's dismaying wilted excuse for a salad and shrinking half cooked crab cake is the end of the straw. Sorry. Never coming back.

Looked up places to have good crab in dubai and came across joe's crab shack. Was convenient to visit this as it was in dubai mall. Got the ragin cajun bucket which came with shrimp and crab both. Crab was full and juicy..even the legs had a good amount of meat. The shrimp was fresh and juicy too. Would like to visit again when in dubai.

Been there for lunch on a weekday. Very impressed with the service. However I can't say the same about the Food. I had ordered eastern platter and couldn't finish any of the items on my plate. Crab cake was too salty, fried fish was totally bland, onion rings too oily, fries had no seasoning. Overall, bad experience Food wise. I also informed the servers there about the food and they said they will bring my concerns to the chefs notice. Hope they do so.

I had been craving crabs for weeks and my first choice was to try out Joe's crab shack. I had a queen crab seasoned with garlic and herbs. It was delicious.<br/><br/>I enjoy a good meal and the meal was undoubtedly good. But it wasn't the highlight of the place. But rather the service by a man named Mark. Absolutely delightful and went above and beyond in making our meal enjoyable.<br/><br/>He should be running the place to ensure it maintains such a vibrant and positive attitude at all times and I guarantee the place success.<br/><br/>Thank you Mark and thanks Joe's Crab Shack for having someobe like him to keep the customer happy.

I would recommend this restaurant. The service was very good. and Mark our waiter is very polite, personable and very efficient. Our food was very good, price was fair. over all satisfied with the service.I recommend it.

All personnel were very well trained, accommodating and helpful (all done with a smile, esp. staff named RB). Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail was given. Food was delicious and the ambiance gives you a relaxing feeling of beach themed resto. Thanks for such an outstanding job to make the stay so pleasurable.. dirty crab rice and steak (yum yum)

Great experience to try. Food was good. But I would say it was the experience which made it fun. Our server Alberto did a great job in making sure we are having a good time. Kudos to him!

Been there a week ago. Crab,steaks and other seafoods? Hell yeah! Craving satisfied.. <br/>But what impressed me the most? Is him “RB” the awesome server who was very attentive to us,. What an excellent service we had from him. Will surely come back there, and recommend to our officemates and friends.

joe's crab shack has the accomodating crew (RB). they will greet you with a smile and eagerness  to serve. food has excellent taste and the price is just right. the ambiance of the place is relaxing and makes you feel at home. thanks to RB<br/><br/>keep it up...

Well, kudos for this Joe's crab shack! Especially RB the one who assisted us and who recommended all our foods, it's superb! I loved their east coast platter and thanks to RB who suggested this! And since I am a salad lover i was amazed with joe's chopped salad and my friends was sufficed with everything. I recommend you guys to come and try it!

So it was our first experience and RB was there to make it amazing. He guided us through the whole menu and went as far as helping my wife open the lobster up. Very nice place, affordable for what you get in return. Would totally recommend but not without RB.( the server)

We visited Joe’s Crab Shack 2 weeks after I gave birth to my first baby. My husband saw my pain coz I had C-Section. But, surprise! Surprise! This is his treat to me for giving him a beautiful angel 😍😍😍<br/><br/>We both love seafood. Especially crab. We are mad about crab. This is our addiction. And I can say, this is the most amazing experience for me eating such a huge crab in my life. <br/><br/>I recommend this to all (opps not to those who is having an allergy) 😊 but if you want, why not?! <br/><br/>I want to visit this place again.<br/>Yummy food. Happy me.<br/><br/><br/>Hope next time will have dinner for free.<br/>😂😂😂 Just kidding.

I went there since I had a good experience with the other branch, but was disappointed. The quality was much less than the other branch and the sauce didn’t taste right, it had some bitter taste. Opposite to the other branch I needed to ask for things I didn’t need to in the other branch. Also, couple of staff was standing near my table waiting for customers to call them all the time which made me uncomfortable. I’ll always advice people to go to the festival branch.

We ordered a Glazed Shrimp and Salmon, which was huge in portion, fresh, and properly made! However, our crab nachos was really a disappointment.
