The avacado power and eggs benedict were very good quality and good price. Service was quick, definitely coming back again.
Visited this place in JLT and was surprised to see a decent size restaurant as most of the JLT restaurants are small meant for home deliveries ot takeaways.
Green juice was excellent. Spinach, Cucumber, ginger gave the nutrients and the Apple and Pineapple gave the natural sweetness without sugar. Very nicely blended.
Club Sandwitch with brown bread was excellent with a good size and generous portion. The Mayo and Mustard gave a nice taste to the sandwich. Excellent 👍
The best cafe/restaurant in JLT by FAR. I am a regular there.. I go there to work on weekends, eat and have meetings. Always been satisfied with the food and service. Ah and the owner is always there which definitely helps maintain a great overall experience.

I really like this place. First there are different sections and seating areas. I first had lunch there on the tables then transferred onto the couches for a meeting over coffee. There is also bat style seating and a nice outdoor seating area. You feel the presence and impact of the manager who greeted me the first time I entered and it has a real owner operator feel. The food was excellent and I will come back and try a.couple of other dishes.
We went here because we heard they had board games. They have a decent collection of games and the club sandwich was tasty. Drinks were also lovely!
I wasn't a big fan of salads before until I found this place! All of their salad selections are amazing and they are the only place in UAE who has the best carrot cake ever!
Decent food. Service was good. I changed my mind when they sent me a canned iced tea (I thought it was fresh) and the waiter was very patient to accept my order change. Greek salad was ok, nothing to shout about. Cozy spot for lunchtime. Will come again.
Located in JLT, overlooking the lake, is an excellent place to hang around with friends. Coffee and pastries are great and you can have excellent salads. I did not have any food, but certainly looked nice. Service is good, internet connection is fast and you can sit outside, wetaher permitting. For Greeks (like me) it can also be a meeting point (the owner is Greek) and is one of the few places in Dubai you can have a frape coffee.

If you haven’t already, then this is the cafe you need to visit atleast once to maybe grab a cuppa and a croissant to go with it. They have spacious seating inside and have an option for outdoor seating as well, which makes for the perfect option given the beautiful weather.
The Cappucino here is mild, does not have a bitter coffee flavor and is a good option for those who like their coffee milky. Personally, I love a strong coffee and will opt for a flat white or an espresso shot in my next visit, to may be enjoy a full bodied cuppa.
The croissant were a good choice to pair with the coffee. They were soft within and flakey on the outside. The servers are friendly and the music played in the background complements the theme of the cafe.
Will be back to try their breakfast options, frozen juice blend and the Freddo mocha that looks promising.

I had some coffee and a almond chocolate croissant here. The coffee was only ok, while croissant was really chocolaty (as in full of chocolate filling), which was really delicious, but a bit too sweet.
One of the best places to have your food or even coffee at. Their daily lunch meals are spectacular, and I just adore their milkshake. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Strongly recommend.
Public makes the whole difference in JLT; it is the reason I will go out of my way to go there for an aromatic and perfectly brewed coffee or a delicious lunch with a variety if dishes of the day. Good food...pleasant ambience. The coffee was strong and smooth. Ordered the Greek omelette. The veggie mix along with the sundried tomatoes added in more flavor. The only complaint I have is about the Saturday offer you have on the leaflet. If you don’t have any offer why even show it on your menu !!! That’s gonna put a lot of people off...

Dropped by here with my friends because of a recommendation. Apart from the warm, cozy and inviting atmosphere and the abundance of healthy options, the most attractive thing HAD to be its prices.
As a university student trying to eat healthy on a budget, I enjoy places like these that aren’t too hard on your waistline or your wallet.
Ordered a small Cappucino - a little too bitter for my taste but still bearable and just enough to satisfy by hot drink fix. Extremely creamy and I thought the design on top was the cutest touch.
Had a tough time picking out what to order because everything sounded delicious, but ended up settling for the Chicken Pesto sandwich with toasted brown ciabatta, and asked to swap the regular fries for sweet potato, which I loved!
Extremely generous portions and good bread to filling ratio. Loved the taste of the pesto. Wish the sandwich was panini pressed because I personally found every bite to be too big of a mouthful - bread was a bit too crisp for my liking but still more than happy with what I paid for.
Loved the aesthetic and the ambience of the cafe. Warm, cozy and extremely friendly. The bookshelf hosts a selection of board games free for visitors to play with, which I loved. Definitely something a lot of cafes should consider adding to give their spaces a homey feel. A great place to work / study.

My review for Public Cafe – I always love to stop by little shops around town that offer delicious food at a lower cost. Cafes always have that comfortable environment where I can enjoy both my food and time alone.
My salmon bagel was a great portion for a light lunch. This place was generous with the salmon and it wasn’t just bagel that I was biting into. The ratio between the bagel and salmon was perfect.
I had enough room for a chocolate banana crepe and I’m glad that I went with this sweet dessert. The crepe was thin and the filling was a good amount. The bananas went well with the chocolate. The crepe was delicious, and ended my lunch nicely.
This restaurant deserves a rating of 4.5/5.
I ordered the salmon bagel for 28DHS, chocolate banana crepe for 19DHS, and the lychee shake for 22DHS.
The pricing of the food here is inexpensive.

#Review time! So there are two Public Cafes but we chose the one in JLT cluster T because 1. Girls always deserve ample time to look beautiful and the one in Y closes earlier 2. Anyway the rating on Zomato for this one was much better. Fast forward....enter the galz all decked up to see the place filled with people having work meetings and while the restaurant has perfect coffee and snack options on the menu for that purpose ahem it was a little AWKWARD at first. The place is casual except the one grand wooden table in the corner; which ofcourse we wanted for the birthday girl. The staff is not very trained and didn't guide us well but the Manager, Sebastian was very helpful and recommended best Greek home made desserts which were surprisingly neither on their menu nor in any of the Zomato reviews. Galaktompoureko ( Pastry with pudding ) this is one with the candles and Loukourmades with Nutella which was on the house and took 30 minutes to prepare but it was truly worth the wait. The beverages were great but being a devoted coffee lover I tried Freddo cappuccino, Greek again and definitely for the caffeine junkies. The sandwiches we tried were good too. I wish the staff was receptive and prompt but Sebastian made our trip worthwhile! I would definitely want to get my hands on their breakfast on my next visit. P.S: they have a special parking arrangement too so do ask about it and save your bill to avail it. And well Nurai (my daughter) enjoyed posing for pictures and having the strawberries too! #dubaiconnoisseurconfessions
I've usually ordered food from Public Cafe, not had the luxury of time to visit the place yet. Their salads and juices are excellent and well-balanced. Hoping to update my review soon.
I would only suggest the cafe to reduce their minimum order of AED 35. Since most of the items fall in the AED 25-32 range, it's difficult to reach the min order without having to order more things in similar price range, ending up with a bill of AED 60 for just one pax. Or probably add in a few cheaper tidbits (eg: donuts, chips, etc) allowing customers to add in few things for the min order.
They have daily specials which I like a lot. Freshly cooked food, good cakes and good coffee too. Ambience and service are also great! For sure I will come back.

A good place to chill post work. Love the ambience and the set up. I just ordered for Hot Chocolate Viennose, which was quite good. The staff was kind. I also ordered sweet potato fries which was out of the menu but they still prepared it. Overall a good place to hangout. I didn’t try anything from the food menu, but will try and review again.

A very comfortable place to meat or work. Coffee and deserts both delicious. Well decorated in simple and elegant way. Facing lake at upper level gives and a relaxing comfort. Being other side of Sheikh Zayad Road, noise pollution is minimum.

Healthy, Fresh and big portions. What more can you ask for? Atmosphere is good. Waiters are very friendly and knowledgeable. I personally love their Dakos salad, very tasty and reminds me of my time in Greece. You can customize your breakfast and try to finish it if you can without having to take multiple breaks!

Consistently good food - the quality is TOP... and great value for money comparing to most places in JLT ! The variety is superb and its also very cozy to go there and eat, have a coffee and hang out. In addition - the owners are very serious in what they do and manage the place very well. I was here for breakfast with a couple of friend, we had plenty of stuff but the food was coming one by one which was quite irritating. However, I had a cold coffee which was quite good and thick, the next I had a veggie sandwich it was again quite good. The ambiance of this place is really good, with comfortable wooden chairs and table. Loved it!

Public Café is a solid JLT resto-café. It has a comfortable and welcoming enough interiors. The sandwiches and pastas are decent (although nothing to rave about) and are reasonably-priced. The service was fast and the staff helpful. Generally, I’d say it is a reliable breakfast / lunch option in JLT.
I am extremely impressed with this Cafe, the freshness of the food and the quality of the ingredients! Keep it up team!
I have ordered their eggs Benedict, the croissant and the fresh berries juice. All are fresh and good and I recommend for breakfast anytime. My friend tried their oats and yoghurt and that was fresh and not too sweet and healthy. I wont skip this one for any weekend!

I love this place for it's chic interiors and cozy ambience. The breakfast menu is limited though. We ordered the Eggs Benedict which wasn't a favorite as I've definitely had better, however, the Greek Brekkie was a winner and one of the best I've had - the combination of the sundried tomatoes with olives and feta cheese was perfection and most importantly, it came with hash browns! I couldn't ask for more :) the Hot Chocolate was simple and light - not how I like my hot chocolates usually as I always opt for something more rich and thick.

Public cafe is in my opinion one of those smartly run and successful places.
With a prime location and hip urbanized decoration, this place is packed during the day with people having lunch breaks there or people that just go there to work.
I went there for a quick bite with a friend and ordered a rucola salad and a red quinoa salad. Both were tasty with fresh ingredients, basic dressing and filling portions.

A place where you can start in the morning having breakfast, continue with coffee and lunch have some desert and end up with dinner while you are chatting with friends, playing games, work and all that in a very nice environment next to the lake. This is a great effort of both owners. The only disadvantage is that there is not much space outside, however we always find a way to seat outside.
I heard a lot about this place from my friends, and today we decided to have lunch there with a couple of colleagues. It's a very cosy place to work, eat and chat. They serve scrumptious dishes, healthy and indulgent at the same time. The steak salad was incredible!
Tried Public Café on a recent visit to JLT and really liked the place for its simplicity and honesty. The place is designed in a urban industrial theme with comfortable seating and ample natural light, which brightens up the place.
They serve a concise food menu and offer a rather large beverage selection, with a quality selection and both sides. Everything I tried was quite good.
The service was very good, with the staff being very polite and courteous. They are fairly priced for the quality and portions offered.

This place is a hidden gem. Had an amazing time. Great breakfast and impeccable service. We ordered the Greek omelet, pancakes, toast jam & eggs platter and the spinach pie. Every dish was perfect and tasted delicious. Portions are good.

Been here with a friend, as we have a doctor's appointment in a couple of hours (loll). So we decided to try out Public Cafe to pass the time.
The decor was subtle but chic and the chairs were comfortable. I care because I don't want to fidget while I eat my meal, or during a discussion I think about how my derriere hurts :P
I ordered the Chicken Pesto Sandwich and a Fresh Orange Juice. I liked the sandwich but you can be a bit more generous with the pesto sauce. I liked how the juice was served in a jar. I was about to take it with me all smooth criminal, but it didn't fit in my pocket.
The ambiance has a nice library/cafe/chill out feel to it, as 2 hours passed in no time. Felt like I was back in university. :)

Yet another interesting eatery in JLT. The food here's quite good. We had the special of the day which was grilled chicken dish with a red sauce and mashed potatoes and the usual breakfast with eggs bacon and hash browns. Ended it with a walnut cake which was probably the one dish that wasn't really a stand out though it wasn't bad either. Would I go here again ..yes I probably wud!
The speciality of this cafe is the milk shake. All the flavours are delicious and available in a reasonable price. The ice cream used is very rich and creamy.
Tip: ask for extra thick and they add more of the ice cream wich makes it extremely delicious.
The cheesecake is good and yes the breakfast and other smoothies are really good.

Cute little Greek cafe with really good coffee. Try their frappe which is almost like their speciality and The galaktoboureko. Pretty close to what you'd get in Greece. Relaxed interiors and really good for quiet evening with friends.

The service is great. Everyone is polite and helpful and they speak and understand English well. The special of the day is rarely even ok. It's always above average and mostly great! Coffee is good and if you like cookies ask them if they made fresh today and have one they're delicious. Also try the bougatsa (pie with vanilla vream).

The Café's manager and waiter stormed outside to assist us, and offered us a private table towards the back side of the place.We were lucky; lucky not to be hit by the umbrella, and even more lucky to have moved inside. The Café looked super cool. The décor was trendy, the ambience vibrant and the overall service great.It was so nice, that we actually forgot about the time and decided to have a second cup of happiness at Public Café. The breakfast options, and especially the omelette add on options were limited - they only had mushrooms to be served with the omelette - the taste however, was great and the portion was huge. Overall, Public Café is a great place to enjoy drinks at, take a laptop along and work from there for a couple o hours. The staff at Public will look after you - that's for sure. This place has the Vibe! Beautifully done up with amazing people serving you. Known for amazing salads and coffee. Do try the Caesar Salad it was super healthy and tasty. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. They serve quick and make sure that you leave the place satisfied. The owner is very nice and strikes a conversation to make his guests feel special. This is my absolute favorite place to eat. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Amazing place! All the food was so fresh and just delicious. We ordered poke bowls and we really loved them. The ambiance of the restaurant is very nice as it offers nice view over Dubai JLT. What is more the staff is really friendly, and customer oriented what together with delicious meals make the experience unforgettable

An amazing Greek cusinse! The best gyros they have got. Their biftekia platter was super juicy and crispy fries loved every bite of it.
The chicken souvlaki was super tender and loved it wrapped in the pita bread with the Yoghurt and herb sauce. Definitely a win win for it. Highly recommend them, their service is super fast too! Great YAMAS 😍

Public Cafe is a cosy cafe in JLT offering full selection of coffees, teas and also food items. They had good coffee and alternative milks (OAT) if needed. They also had a nice terrace with a view on the lake. Great way to relax in the mornings.

Being a burger lover , I tried Beast burgers . I recommend to go for beef option as i like their “The Farmer burger “which was in beef . I don’t like the chicken one that was chicken cajun . So I’m happy to order atleast one beef to fulfill my burger cravings.Beef burger was very fulfilling having a big beef patty topped with cheese mushroom and caramelised onions .Best thing is mushrooms filling which completely enhance the taste of burger
