Amazing place with really good food
The service here is fantastic , especially one of the staff named Mary she’s super friendly , make sure you find her and help you out !

To be honest, i had been waiting to try out this place for quite sometime. Finally, yesterday we got a chance to visit.

It has wonderful location. You can enjoy views of waterfront and Burj Khalifa (check my stories to see it yourself). They have outside sitting arrangements aswell, which looked pretty comfortable. It would be really nice to enjoy outdoors in the winter season. However, yesterday it was really hot and outdoor was deserted.

The cafe interiors are as gorgeous and vibrant. The walls are decorated with orange hue, lifting up the vibe of the whole place.

Cafe was completely packed with people (one of the reason could be that they serve sheesa aswell, we didn't try, but i have heard good reviews).

Staff was courteous. Service was bit slow, but they were trying their best to serve fully crowded cafe.

Coming to the important part i.e. food. We were really excited to enjoy Lebanese delights. They have very attractive menu with vast variety of options including arabic food, pizzas, burgers, sandwitches, steaks.. They have literally everything!!

We had ordered Kafta kebab platter, Veef bruchettes, Texas steak sandwitch and Hamburgesa burger.

Kafta kebab platter: it was served with fries, hummus, pita bread and some veggies. This dish was enjoyable, yet average in taste. Kebabs were not as succulent and hummus was tad dry.

Good food and amazing sheesha. Had gone during the happy hours, however they need to improve on expediting the coal change for sheesha which usually takes a couple of request or 10 15 minutes after requesting for same

Nurai has a variety of international dishes to choose from. The food is good when youre looking for something quick and easy to eat.

Nurai was lovely, the ambience, variety of food choices, and staff was great. We were served by Reggie who was so attentive to not just us, but all the guests around him- which made the whole experience very pleasant and smooth- there was no waiting to find someone to take our order, or get the bill, etc. Attentive and polite staff always makes you want to visit a place more often!

Only one small issue - asked for a blanket at least 3-4 times and they kept saying will give and finally when we were almost done the blanket came!
Still the experience was very nice with the overall food and outside seating atmosphere. Will surely be back!

Today we went to Nurai to celebrate my wife’s Birthday. And the staff didn’t hold back in their hospitality and kindness. Even when I ordered the Taboleh instead of Fatoush by mistake, they were very kind to offer us a complimentary Fatoush plate. Special thanks to Dib for his amazing service. And a very special thanks to Ali who prepared one amazing Shisha for us and attended to us with a 5 star service!
The food was really good! Chicken liver was just perfect! The steak sandwich was satisfyingly appetizing! The chicken parmesana was good with a big portion, my wife liked the side Caesar Salad specifically. The fatoush and tabouleh were so good they were done before we got the chance to take a picture of them.
To make it simple... Amazing value for money!

Probably it’s better to have a dine-in instead of delivering meals...
Nurai is one of Dubai's restaurants that gets it all right: the service, the sheesha, the food, and the ambience is top notch. Top it off with an unmatched view and late hours and you have what is an incredible experience. Ask for Adel, he'll take care of you. Highly recommended!

The service was great and ambience was relaxed. Pizza and pasta could be little more flavorful but portion sizes were ample and filling. We were served by Dexter, a very friendly member of staff. Overall a good vibe and pleasant experience.
