Wonton Szechwan pepper dumpling were amazing .. I will come again to eat that in particular.very very good and Courteous staff. Nice ambience. We ordered for Kung pao chicken.. it was good but we it was not nutty.. nuts were very less.. overall good but can be better. I will surly come one more time to evaluate before making it my regular joint.

Melad was an amazing server
Everything was perfect to me, added on to the sea breeze and view. They serve good asian food and what I loved most is their “not so typical” water.
They have house water and detox house water. On top of the regular bottled water. The detox house water comes in a jug and they were very refreshing.
Staffs are very attentive and accommodating. We were attended by almost all staff members of the day as we sat for late lunch and some tea after. So I really can’t name them all but job well done indeed.

The ambiance is amazing being part of La Mer. The menu has quite a lot to offer. Food is delicious but comes in small quantities. For a normal couple of eater, you might need to order three portions. I like the staff, they are polite and courteous.

Awesome Arabic & Chinese Cuisine
We had the vegetable spring rolls, sweet and sour chicken, and mongolian beef. All were amazingly good. Frankly, I do not think there is a better chinese restaurant in Dubai. The rating of 4.5 on zomato says it all. To top it off, the waiters/waitresses are extremely polite and attentive. We also ordered the chicken nuggets for the little one and they are quite different. The breading is more like that of fish and chips vs bread crumbs. He enjoyed them a lot! Overall, an excellent Chinese restaurant at la mer with very reasonably priced menu. They are also on entertainer! They have an arabic section on the menu but we did not try any of them.
Had decided to celebrate my daughter's and sister's birthday at Bado Chinese with the family. And really happy with the service (right from pre-ordering the menu thru their lovely manager Jay) to the actual warmth and service at the table. Food was really good! Tried a whole lot from the menu as per recommendations by the manager and we were not disappointed at all. Thank you to all the staff for the awesome experience :) will be back again

My parents & I were looking for some quality chinese food . When we came across this restaurant in La mer . I have to say hands down to one of the best Chinese- Arabic fusion I have got to try out .
The server (Nadun ) at the restaurant was very friendly & helped us with our order .. here is what we ordered :
1)strawberry lemonade - Very refreshing
2)Fried dumplings -Nice & juicy
3)Kofta Mixed Grill - Really good in flavors & spices ..Chicken was well cooked & tender - served with pickles & hot peta bread
4)vegetable fried rice & Kung Pao chicken for main course .. The Kung pao was with a twist of peanut & some Arabic spices .A food item which I would definitely order again !
Lastly as per their F & B Manager’s( Mr Mark Lai) recommendation we tried their Green tea velvet cake ! Rich in taste,Unique for me - we loved it !!
Will definitely visit this place again to try their other items in the menu !
Not forgetting our experience was overwhelming with the in-house hospitality of the team ( Mr Lai ) & (Nadun ) in the restaurant !

A fusion done right, Chinese and Arabic flavors. The service was quick and friendly. Food was flavorful and fresh. We especially loved the hot and sour soup and shrimp noodles. Just one thing, the food needed to be a tad hot and quantity was a bit less than expected. However overall, we would highly recommend!

The staffs are all kind and helping. Beef dumpling is very juicy. Mike tea is authentic. Mongolian beef is tender and tasty. Like everything but the chili chicken, it is not spicy at all for me.

We visited bado Chinese on a Friday afternoon and were very impressed with the service provided. We ordered the wok fried noodles, salmon and the avocado hummus. I would highly recommend the noodles as well as the hummus which they served along with their fresh bread. Besides the food the ambiance was relaxing and the manager Mr mark was extremely polite and made us feel very comfortable. We would definitely visit this restaurant again in the future

We had guests over and visited Bado Chinese on Thursday night. We were immediately seated even though the restaurant was very busy.
The food did not disappoint at all and we were blown away.
Our server Sashi made sure we felt special.
The manager Mr Mark Lai was superb. He made sure we had everything we needed time and again.

The outdoor sitting area was fabulous specially on the winter nights.
Love the food and the hospitality . We had the oxtail roasted marrow and the Kung pao chicken . Both were amazing. Marc , the manager was such a pleasure to talk to , we enjoyed his witty sense of humour . In the end we were presented with a lovely pistachio cheesecake on the house. Our night was perfect . We cannot wait to come back here.

We visited this lovely place for my birthday today and it was one of the best restaurants I’ve visited in a while. While the views are amazing with its location being next to the beach, what seemed to be the highlight is the amazing service and delicious food. Every single dish we ordered was tasty and flavorful.

Bado Chinese exceed my expectation. Food is excellent and ambience is very good with indoor and outdoor seating arrangement. The whole staff is friendly and accomodating especially the one who assisted us on are visit (Dennis, Kim and Melad). We ordered Peking Duck, Black pepper beef, mix wok fried noodles, roasted chicken and vegetable fried rice. And all are in excellent taste. I highly recommended Bado Chinese. Worth your money👍

Bado Chinese is an amazing must-visit place, with most friendly welcoming staff, good ambience and location, and amazing mindblowing food. Most of the ingredients are made fresh from scratch in-house and that lends a unique taste and flavour to your well known dishes, also the dishes are all chinese but with a twist, they have been very creative and innovative in their menu and you must not miss it. From the impeccable ambience to the welcoming service, this Arabic-Chinese themed eatery exceeded all of our expectations. Including an extensive range of exotic, unique flavours and appropriate portions, we would be lying if we said our taste buds still aren't longing for more despite our stomachs protesting. The concept was deeply appreciated, and we anticipate another visit to Bado Chinese. A shout out to the entire staff, including Mr.Mark and Mr.Melad, for their hospitality.
With the weather getting better this is a great option for some fusion yet hardcore Chinese food at La Mer. We really enjoyed our meal which included am amazing Peking Duck preparation, two different styles of wings (the firecracker is an absolute must have), Kung Pao, Dynamite shrimps and fried rice. The duck meat was soft yet crispy, the dynamite shrimps were delightful. Despite it being the weekend, the restaurant staff as well as the manager himself provided us great service and since it was my parents anniversary also a free cake!. They also provided complimentary fries while our regular starters were being prepared. Overall, great location, great food with great people. Strongly recommend. Special mention to Kim and Mark for their wonderful service.

Absolutely amazing food! The thought of Chinese and Arabic fusion might put you off, but DONT be fooled! We were a group of 5 and ordered at least 10 different dishes, each one was delicious!!!
The manager Mark Lai is a true example of what the benchmark of F&B industry service should be! Overall - the service was top class.
Try to go in larger groups, so you can order a larger variety of dishes to try.
If you’re passing by la mer, definitely give this place a try - you will NOT be disappointed!

Fantastic experience at this new restaurant in La Mer. Every dish has is own history and peculiarity, even the normal asían things are somehow revised, like the edamame which are oven baked.
We had the grilled fish with lemon risotto (Amazing) and the salmon with roasted vegetables, both tender and juicy.
The service was 5 stars, with a full team of people taking care of us, like Mark, the F&B Manager, constantly monitoring our experience.
We will definitely come back!

I heard about this place and knowing is the same group of Ding stai Fung and Han Shi Fu I had high expectations. Of courses they were super met! Staff is very kind and helpful, food selection is wide and satisfies every mouth and is literally mouth watering. Very tasty and very digestible! I love it! 太喜歡了！
I have never heard of Chinese Food with a Middle Eastern Twist - but believe me its one 'twist' that works! Bado Chinese was beautiful, the food was fresh and tasty and the hospitality was one of the best I have ever experienced in Dubai.
Must Try : Mongolian Beef and Dim Sum and their own version of Hummus with Meat - (although honestly everything we had was amazing).
Special Thanks to the team - and especially Mark and Dennis - you made my dad's birthday memorable by your hospitality.

'Good hospitality' doesn't even cover it. This place took it to the max and in the best way possible AND with great quality food.
Once we stepped into the restaurant and sat down we were given a cool towel to refresh ourselves and complimentary detox water. We were then given the Menu in both Tablet and book form and were told suggested dishes.
For the food, we had tried:
- Kung Pao Chicken
- Mongolian Beef
- Spicy Eggplant
- Dynamite Shrimp
- Vegetable Fried Rice
Each dish was as good as the next! To top it off, we then had a complimentary cake for the birthday girl (We were not sure what the cake was but tasted like an Apple/Carrot crumble cake?) which also tasted lovely and was much appreciated!
Staff continuously checked up on us in the most polite way possible. Sometimes, in other restaurants, it can rub off as too much as the diners want their private space when eating or chatting, but they accomplished in checking up on us in a way that it did not disturb our experience at all.
On that particular day, we had sat on their outside seating area and La Mer's lighting was under maintenance so it was quite dim that we could not see what we were eating very well, but they did what they could with additional table lighting by a light up candle, table lamps and a portable table light. (Which shows that even though the eyes have a lot to do with eating, while the area was dim and not very bright to see every thing on the plate, the food still tasted very good. And spicy as whole chili's were eaten without realizing they were chili's).
Tip: Park in the South or Central parking area to be closer to the restaurant

Bado Chinese in La Mer has an excellent view of the sea front and serves the fusion of Arabic & Chinese, the first of its kind in Dubai. We had a wonderful experience of this Fusion of Arabian food with Asian Cuisine. The interiors looks very Elegant coupled with efficient and quick service and great quality and taste in the food they served.
The Avocado Hummus served with their soft freshly made bread and Edameme Falafel is simply superb. The Avocado Hummus is a must try. The Spring rolls were very crispy and the vegetables inside tasted simply superb. The Dynamite Shrimps was out of this world experience. Very nice crispy coating with a thin saucy layer of their signature recipe made it an excellent choice.
Roasted Figs & Halloumi Cheese baked on their bread was a good appetizer. Their Hot & Sour Soup was also equally good with the spicyness level not too much.
Main course we went with the Chinese option of Manchurian Chicken, Veg fried Noodle & Lamb Chops. The chinese preparation was excellent and the Lamb was done Medium Well. The marination used was very heavenly. This is also a must have dish in your list.
Overall the experience was terrific. Definitely going to revisit. Highly recommended !

Excellent food and service, the staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting the best dishes on the menu. We tried the oven roasted salmon, crispy chicken spring rolls, Chilli chicken and the wok fried noodles which were all prepared with a fusion twist. The manager Mark was very friendly and spoke about the history of the restaurant owners and different outlets that they operate in UAE. Will definitely dine again to try the different options on the menu which all look very tempting. All the best
Very friendly staff. Good food. Good ambience. Well priced. Naduri ( apologies if I’ve got the name wrong) served us with a smile & special care.
We are on a spree to find good chinese restaurants in Dubai and not many have tingled our taste buds so much as Bado did. This place offers one of the best authentic Chinese food and I am going to be their regular customer. Having visited China, we have tasted food prepared by the locals and till now it’s only Bado that will remain on top of my list to have offered similar food.
P.S. they accept Zomato Gold on weekends.
I wasn’t sure how the fusion of Arabic and Chinese food would work out - I shouldn’t have been concerned at all as the chef has really managed to pull this unique concept off. The menu is fantastic with lots of interesting items that I have not seen before. I highly recommend that you give this place a go. Can’t wait to go back and try all the items I didn’t have space for on the first run :). On a final note, the team are very warm and the Manager (Mark) in particular was outstanding and took care of our every need.
Finally found a Chinese restaurant in Dubai which is simply amazing. Experience in any restaurant is a combination of food taste, food quality, decor, ambience and most important staff. Bado excels in all parameters. The staff are simply amazing. They are super friendly, not pushy at all, knowledgeable about the food and fantastic in recommendations. Paul was the gentleman who served us and I can't say enough about him. Hails from Cameron, but has become Chinese food expert. Simply amazing guy. I wish Bado all the best and would definitely my first go to place when I crave for Chinese food or just simply hungry!!! Keep it up Bado team. Food we had were Steamed Chicken, Crispy Beef and Chilli chicken. Steamed rice on the side. All items, outstanding. The welcome drink was also very good.
I admit we were sceptical whether Arabic Chinese fusion would work, so glad we decided to give it a shot!
We ordered the hummus, eggplant dip, chili chicken, bolognese rice, the marrow dish, bread pudding and the cobbler (between two people!!) that’s how delicious the menu looked!! Everything was brilliant with a slight but perfect twist towards the fusion theme. Everyone from the restaurant team was sweet and helpful, especially Mark. We can’t wait to go back/order online to try the other dishes that we had to leave out last night!
Amazing experience the food was very tasty and the service superb i enjoyed yesterday dinner a lot .unfortunately I couldn’t take any pictures because of my little baby . Tanks again to Mr Mark for his gesture to celebrate my birthday in a very special way , I will definitely go back again .

Had a wonderful time at Bado Chinese, a unique fusion restaurant of Chinese and Middle Eastern food. Ordered the calamari for starter and Mongolian beef (most popular dish) and Sichuan eggplant for our mains. The beef and eggplant dishes were an absolute highlight. Would definitely come back and try other dishes. Many thanks to Mark for his hospitality!
Had dinner at Bado Chinese tonight for the first time and absolutely loved the food and ambiance. Mr Mark and the entire staff are very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the children's cutlery and the complimentary Ice cream that they got. Hot and sour soup, chicken chilli and stir fried beef were our favourite.
Totally recommended and would love to visit again!
