Been to their different branches DCC, Al Ghurair, Dubai Mall and found out that they have same taste everywhere which is impressive.

Platter has been my favorite since my 1 st visit. Grills and kebabs are nicely done with not much spice going into it. Soups are also a must try over here.

an iranian restaurant located in Dubai Mall food court area, food is average and service when it is busy as well is average , the food hummus and rice and salad fattouch and taboule we ordered , not a bad experience but can be better with few changes .
This is very reasonable Persian Cuisine restaurant. Casual and quick. They brought a hot freshly cooled bread with some cheese and vegetables (spinach, mint, olive) and walnuts, that was on the house. The Hatam Mixed Grill accompanied by Hummous was perfect and very filling for two people. The kebabs were fresh and juicy. The food was very good, tasty and service was very prompt

Experiencing the Iranian Cuisine style specifically the kebab is the best grilled and taste.
Staff were accommodating quick service and the Manager whose there to assist when i asked for another extra bread...ambiance was perfect to dine in.
I like Hatam here the best service all the time .. food great I prefer this restaurant because here vary good staff service food thank u for the nice service..

Hatam Restaurant has a very rich history dating back to 1989. A good combination of Mediterranean spices, ingredients and condiments make the dishes so delicious and outstanding. Splendid outcomes can come from hard work, persistence and quality and here is Hatam ready to serve you with those virtues to their name.
Hatam being one of my favourite restaurants, I have visited the place a number of times to taste their menu and every time I left the restaurant surprised, pleased and satisfied with everything they got to offer. A lot from their array has appealed to my taste — Hatam Mixed with Rice & French Fries are my favourites. Excellent food is one thing that would keep calling you back and again to Hatam.
They have also got a wide selection of seafoods, upon taking a bite, that would leave you singing its accolades for days. As an ardent foodie, I have been here on and off to grab a bite of number of dishes that come in generous portions. Another thing I would never hesitate to recommend is their Kabab Koobideh which is so crispy on the outside and tender in the inside and is cooked to perfection. Chicken Tandoori and Mixed Rice too aren’t something that I never ignore — yum yum!
The restaurants are really humongous with plenty of seating for many families at a time. You can go through their long menu and select a great deal of dishes. Fattoush or Hummus or Mixed Salad would come your way as the cold appetisers. Even if you are that highly picky kind, you’ll somehow go for one or the other meal at Hatem at least for their spellbinding mixed blend of spices that would take you to another world. Moreover, there are so many hot and cold beverages to choose from.
Come with an empty stomach to try as many varieties as possible. The platter of foods they serve you definitely are more than enough. The prices are fair and you won’t have anything to blame about their impeccable quick service — be prepared to get carried away by their optimal service. Ideal place to dine with your family and friends. Also a better and cosy area to hangover with your corporate buddies for an one-of-a-kind dining on an special event or otherwise as you like.
Hatam has been making it superbly since many years now within the premises of Dubai Mall. Really worth every buck, so just drop by or you can get takeaways if you are in a hurry. Anything you like, but I guarantee that you’ll get dissolved in Iranian hospitality.
Hatam is my favorite Iranian restaurant, the Iranian rice here is perfect, all the types.. the mix grill are also perfect, well done and still juicy.. the Iranian yogurt and laban are very special.
This is one of the Best Iranian Restaurant in Town. The Service was perfect & the atmosphere. All the staff keep visiting me & made me feel at home. Even the manager visited me twice during my meal & asked about my experience in Hatam Dubai Mall. The food was really delicious and i will always return back to Hatam Dubai Mall to experience their wonderful food & service. Overall I was really delighted to be there and enjoyed my meal very much. Highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for Real Iranian Cuisine in Dubai Mall.

Loved their lamb kabab koobideh that was so tasty and delicious and their fattoush salad that was truly amazing!!!
But on my last visit my favorite dishes were not that great as used to be and the prices got higher.
It was an unpleasant surprise for me.
I paid 76 aed for a salad and kabab.
I think it is overpriced.
It will be difficult to keep regular customers while quality is going down and the price is going up.
Hatam is located right in the midst of the bustling food court area. Me and my bestie came here for iftar. The seating plan although a little congested seemed to serve the purpose. There were a lot of people as it was iftar and Hatam seems to be popular. The staff were busy on their feet but thoughtful and extremely helpful, especially the manager. The food is typical Iranian fare with kebabs, rice, bamya, pilaf. The salads and mezze were good too. As with any Iranian joint similar to this the desserts were low key with custards and jellies. There was fruit though which was good. Salads were exceptional too. All in all a very good place for iftar.
The Hatam Mixed Grill accompanied by Hummous are our all time favorite!! However, the service here tends to be a little slow. The staff needs to welcome with a happy face. After all, that's one of the key components to make the customers come back to the restaurant. When it comes to the food, we love this place. The Dubai Mall branch has got an exceptional seating arrangements. Perfect for a large crowd.
Had 2 mixed grills for take away, it was tasty and the meat had this Persian flavor, came with salad, yogurt salad, and the tasty Iranian bread. Excellent portion for the price you pay, left us very full.
A perfect way to end the year!It was a new year's eve and everything was pretty full when we reached Dubai Mall. We were lucky enough to find a table at Hatam. Being a part of Mall food court it had its separate seating arrangement. It was cozy and comfortable. That night the restaurant was very busy hence the service was slightly slow. It was a delightful experience as I was trying Iranian cuisine. It was very delicious. We tried hummus and Kashk-o-bademjan with Joojeh kebab followed by Hatam MIxed Grill which was fresh, juicy and delightful. We tried mixed tikka grill with Lamb biryani, it was flavourful and smelled amazing. I also tried iced tea which was very authentic and refreshing.

Great place for Persian food! One of the oldest in town.
Visited for lunch, tried the Grilled Fish Fillet and Chicken Grilled alongwith Hummus, served with salads n hot oven fresh pita bread, it doesn't get any better .
Chicken and Fish were so soft and tender, great in taste. Thumbs up n make sure to finish off with their black tea with mint !

I also like their rice with the green beans in it.. My favorite thing on the menu is the minced beef they have I believe it is called Kebobs kobbedeh...

Located in Dubai mall foodcourt (upper floor) has a diferent ambience as compared to other food stores. Its got a rich elegant feel within and seprated from the hustle bustle of the food court. Service is decent.. The kebabs are succulent and delicious. Loved each and every dish ordered untill now.
I was welcomed with a smile.... However had to wait 20 minutes for the table.... The service staff was not at all aware of their products..... But in the end the food was delicious..... & the price is average....

If you're in the mood to stimulate your taste buds i would definitely recommend you try Persian Cuisine at Hatam. Order a side or laban drink (yoghurt) but my absolute favorite food was the bread!

I went to Hatam (a well-known Iranian restaurant in Dubai Mall) for lunch...I had Kabab Koobideh (two skewers of lamb with onion and marinated in a special spice blend) with white rice.
It was delicious ! Not to be missed !

This place is located in dubai mall at food court . Decided to visit this place during lunch time . Ordered there Hommous , fattoush , rice & okra . All of these items where freshly prepared and where good in taste . Arabic bread was served time to time that too hot and extremely soft . Ambience was decent enough and the staff was friendly too and the food was quick enough as it had arrived within 15 mins .
In food court level 2 Hatam is the best option for Iranian food,it's the only Iranian restaurant with two seating area..Pars and noon&kebab are dere in the same level,part of the food court but they don't have a seperate seating area like Hatam.

Hatam has always been our go to place whenever we want to have kebabs. Even though it is located in the food court of dubai mall, it has a nice restaurant feel to it with proper sitting place.
For 'starters' we ordered for "Mix salad"-it is a combo of hummus, moutabal, tabouli and green salad with lemon and olive oil dressing. I dont like the moutabal as it is not into a fine smooth paste and I dont prefer pieces of eggplant in my dip. Rest everything is really good. They serve complimentary freshly baked hot Iranian breads, which are super soft and crisp at the same time.
For 'main course' we ordered for the "Mix grill for 2 person" It comes with mined meat, minced chicken, chicken in yoghurt and boneless chicken pieces lightly seasoned. It is our favourite grill. The minced kebabs are the best, they are very juicy. The kebabs have the right amount of spices.
We also ordered for the "Mix rice"- it comes with 3 types of rice. Plain rice, rice with beans and soya and rice with dried sweet pomegranate seeds. The rice is so good that it can be had on its own. It is served with butter that makes it all the more tasty.
For the drinks the lemon and mint is nice and refreshing.

Really good Koobideh !! This place is in the middle of food court on the 2nd level of Dubai mall and does quite well. Actually I shall rate it at the same level as Pars. Good, simple clean Iranian food - Always does the hob when you are confused about what to eat in this humongous food court.

Was hoping for some other authentic Farsi food (like abgoosht/dizi) but had to contend with the usual mixed grill fare.
It was good but left me wanting something that felt distinctly Farsi.
Tried the Faloodeh and that was excellent. Something very unique!
Service was relatively quick however was a bit disappointed they didn't have any kunafa. It was Friday lunchtime - how do you not have kunafa?!

Hatam, along with Noon & Kabab and Pars, makes up a trio of Iranian food shopping mall franchises. All are very similar in look and what they offer. And what they offer is decent Iranian favourites – some of the starters, many of the mainstream Kababs, some of the more popular stews or Khoreshts and some deserts. They also offer regional small dish starters like Hummus, Tabbouleh, Fattoush, which are not at all Iranian. Also not Iranian are the Biriyani, Chicken Boti and Tandoori.
I like Hatam’s Kashk-e Bademjan and their Mast-o Khiyar. The Kashk-e Bademjan with a side of rice should work well for vegetarians. If you are NOT in the mood for Kabab, try their Baghali Polo Mahicheh which is Dill Green Rice with Fava Beans and Lamb Shank – it’s to die for. You can also order this rice to have with the Kashk-e Bademjan instead of plain white rice. But if you ARE in the mood for Kabab, I recommend the Saffron flavoured Joojeh (chicken) Kabab which you can have with or without bone – I always go for ‘with bone’ as I feel it has more flavour and is more fun to eat.
Also try their Doogh, which is the Iranian version of salty Lassi/Ayran/Laban.
Although the staff usually look bored out of their minds, they’re actually quite friendly and accommodating. Portions are BIG. Prices are very reasonable.
Amazing proportions. I went with a friend and we ordered two items each but weren't aware that Arab cuisine typically consists of numerous side dishes, and thus we ended up with more food than needed on the tables. The quail was the best part. The giant naans were also well prepared.
Great hearty & traditional Iranian cuisine! Started off with the chicken soup which was great, so flavour some. Love the steaming hot freshly baked bread alongside the starter plate of cheese, pickles, rocket & nuts. For the main i ordered the lamb biryani which was a big portion shared amongst 2! Good value for money considering the portions are big. The staff were so helpful with dish selection & very quick, attentive service!

If you wanted a rice dish Hatam is a great Iranian cousin, I had ordered the rice with meat kbab, the food was really tasty, but unfortunately the service was bad and it took more than half an hour for the food to be prepared.
Good and fresh food. The lamb is tender and juicy. The quality of food is really nice. The staff are helpful and guide through the uncharted menu smoothly. The decor of the place adds to the overall flavor.
My go-to place for a Persian-fix. All the dishes seem to be reliable and I have eaten most of the menu. Portion size does appear to fluctuate but it it bounces from ok to decent. Staff are always efficient and never pushy. It may not be haute-cuisine but the prices don't reflect that either. Good place to explore Persian food and even frequent regularly as I do.
nice Iranian food in the level 2 food court of Dubai mall.. the kebabs are tender and succulent....there is ample space in the food court to sit and have your meal...we ordered the hatam mixed grill with a nice bowl of salad....it was totally worth it...
