Food was an hour late and super cold. Also I wrote a clear address why do I need to be called 3 times while at work? Unprofessional.

Seriously this restaurant, needs to give a proper eatimate if their delivery times, having to wait 1 hr, when the estimate advertised by them was only 35 min, is utterly unacceptable!

I logged an order on this platform and got called by the delivery agent who was lost and did not know where to come. When I tried to explain he told me that he does not speak English and cut the phone on me! When I tried to call back he did not even dare to speak and only said send location. As I sent it through whatssp he opened it and sent me a voicemail saying hi this is food delivery agent! I called the restaurant to complain and they kept sending me to "call center" where no one was responding. And finally, I when I raised the issue to Zomato they sent me back to the restaurant! Extremely bad experience and very bad level of service! At the end Zomato refunded me for half of the price I paid for a food that I did not consume!!

Always enjoy their food. Recent deal of order wraps n platters and get kids food free is amazing. I tried vegan boom for the first time and really enjoyed. We tried pizza and chkn wraps for kids and they customised as we wanted. Chicken escalope was good as always.

If you're looking for the best manoushe, the most flavorful wraps & crispy fries with cheese this is the place to be! Yes, I practically live there or order from zwz all the time! My favorite wraps are the halloumi bacon, chicken escalope (with honey mustard) and the classic zaatar and cheese manoushe, for the appetizers the cheese fries are not to be missed with the halloumi strips!

In these sensitive times all we look forward to is a hygienic and fresh food, but order from Zaat w zeit at your own risk cause the food will take over an hour plus the hygiene would be compromised cause it’s been out for so long. Really upsetting. Horrible delivery service. The driver couldn’t locate the address even when he was right outside the tower. So annoyed and this is not the first time. I feel like their customer service is uncoordinated and out of sync.

Wish i could give them a lower rating. Zero customer service, zero management and zero delivery.

We had a casual dinner here. Great lentil soup, full of flavor and super creamy. Chicken wrap is very delicious too. Cozy seating, overall a good place to grab and go!

So after waiting 1h and 20min!! I called them , for sure they said they will call me back in 5min, so they can track the order. After 10min no one called back, I called again, and after questioning them about my order , they admit that the ordered didn't go through! Seriously ZwZ get it together. Super disappointed.

My order took an hour and a half to reach my house and it was just a wrap and a salad - this is unacceptable- the food was cold and the taste was so poor - Ive been a zaatar w zeit customer for years but the service is unfortunately getting poorer and poorer!

I have placed an order yesterday to meydan, at around 8:30/9pm before the rain started. I waited and waited till 10:30 although , specifically the business bay branch is a bridge and a round about away, (15min tops). I called the restaurant and was on hold for 15min, when finally i get response saying we had high traffic of orders and your driver left 15min ago he shall be there soon. I waited another hour, so 2 hours and a half pssed and i called again to get another response from a Lebanese supervisor who told me , sorry there was a mistake your order left with the driver 10mins ago, noting thats its 12am now , and he ensured my order shall be there soon and that he will “personally” follow up on my order and keep calling the driver to ensure the delivery. And finally i call again at 1am (over 4 hours after ordering) and another lebanese supervisor answers and finally tells me , we stopped delivering to your area hours ago so there must be some misinformation that youve been told. <br/><br/>Summing it all up. I cant believe such a successful restaurant had its employees keep lying and lying aand lying to their customer as a way of dealing with the situation. <br/><br/>Second, i cant even believeeeeeeeeee that I, myself had to keep following up with the restaurant instead of having someone inform me that my order will be cancelled. <br/><br/>And finally, your apologies mean nothing, your professionalism is down the drain. And I really couldnt careless about some little rain cause im sure it simply became an excuse to you guys to cover up your lazy ass employees as i mention again that I ordered at 8:30 wayyyyyyyyyyyy earlier than the rain so i simply would like to point out that even if your delivery guy crawled with the zwz box on his back from business bay branch to meydan he would have reached in less than an hour, so making an excuse of the rain would be out of the question since heavy rains started at 9:30/10 which is out of the time period of my order.

I ordered Baked falafel and not only was the order late by more than half hour!!!! There was a piece of chicken in it!!!!!!!!!!!! My note was strictly vegan!!!!!! This has hurt my sentiments more than I can say!!!! I threw the food right away and am never never never ordering from this place!!!!! I ordered food, and on the time it should be delivered it was not even on the way. No one answered 20 of my calls.<br/>Perfect service... And the restaurant is located just 5 min away from my location.<br/>Last order here.

Delivery took more than 1 hour and when it arrived the fries were cold. They tried to compensate me by sending more fries but I think they completely missed the point as these fries arrived almost 2 hours after I wanted them... I suggest that if your are hungry and want Levant food that you call one of their competitors - I can suggest a very good one that also starts with Z.

Restaurant is about 2 minutes drive from my place. Yet the delivery timeline was nearly 50 mins. Not delivered on time either. Phone number given on the app is wrong for order follow ups. Not happy. 20 mins after the delivery time still waiting.

Last night we had the best dinner. the food was having the savory taste of barbecue chicken with my favourite chocolate moussecake.<br/>I found the quality in thier food and the value of comparable price was great.

One of the best Chicken Salad I have ever had, well roasted from outside yet succulent and juicy from inside, huge strips of chicken with good amount of balsamic dressing. <br/><br/>We also had lemonade which was very nicely done. <br/><br/>Overall a good food experience at this place..

I just ordered zaatar and cheese manoushi via talabat, I simply asked for the manoushi to be placed in a paper bag not in a box and I asked for less zaatar and paid 3 aeds for extra akawi cheese. Received the manoushi in a box more zaatar and less cheese. worst service! they don't even check the notes, what if I have an allergy and wrote it in the comment? you guys wont follow that? so pissed

I love zaatar w zeit but last order took them 1.5 hours for 1 chicken sandwich and it reached frozen. Hope it doesn’t happen again. I called the call center several times and they were helpful. That did not help in having a nice meal.

One of my favrt restaurants to dine-in or just order from .... the best healthy and delicious food ever and worth the money i have recently tried the &quot;Hunger Hero &quot; deal which was kinda reasonable and affordable my favrt meal that i recommend is the famous chicken or the tawouk wrap amazing

Okay, so i ordered the grilled haloumi quinoa salad and eggs, the salad was good, the food came hot with fresh bread, however, the eggs were horrible, burned, there is no seasoning in them what so ever, and there are raw bell peppers in them, really guys, not good at all for the reputation of this restaurant.

Ordered lunch from this branch to work . We got the zaatar and cheese manakeesh and the shawarma wrap . Both of them tasted really good. I normally like their their manakeesh and recommend it .

Ordered delivery on 28th May. After one hour received a call that they dont deliver to my area, was assured that the order will be cancelled and I will get a refund. Its been almost a month - have not heard from a restaraunt, although Im in touch with Zomato support regarding the issue.

I have ordered a delivery and waited 1h and 45 minutes and did not received my order. When I called zaatar w zeit and complained, they did not do much about it and accepted to cancel the order and refund instead of finding alternative and better solution. Such disappointment!

Seriously appalled with the delivery service. We placed our order at 12.33am for just two items - it is 2.50am and no food delivered till now. Terrible service, terribly confused call center and weak customer service - be careful with ordering any delivery with this branch. It is by far my worst experience for late night hunger pangs.

Thank you for always delivering my favorite manakeesh ahead of schedule! I order from you at least 3 times a week :) There are many restaurants that can learn from your consistency and delivery service.

I ordered Manakish olives, cucumber and mint online.<br/>I got a call saying they cant send it open like pizza they will have to fold it cause it has toppings. i said ok. i didn't imagine this is how they'll cut and put cucumber. Seriously what is this? You are supposed to cut them round. It is so dry and the cheese also doesn't look fresh and well heated. This looks vegetables have been thrown on the manakish.

Took 45mins for delivery, food arrived stone cold even the fries. This used to be a favourite of ours having not ordered for ages we were sadly disappointed.

I had ordered a mighty kafta from Zaatar W zeit. I'm a big fan but recently the service has not been meeting my expectations. The sandwich came in really cold and it's not the first time.  You guys have to do something about it!!

The food was disaster. Very bad quality, I didn’t feel well at all after the dinner. The prices are not high, but considering the quality of the food, for sure it’s overpriced.

I went last evening with my friend to have dinner at Zaatar w Zeit located on the Sheikh Zayed Road close to the Trade Centre. Zaatar w Zeit have several branches in Dubai, so I recommend you to try their food. We started with the Hummus & Crackers. I love eating Hummus and Avocado together, so delish!

Yum! Ordered the Angus Boom and the Swiss Boom for delivery - each came with fries coleslaw and Pepsi. Delivery was fast even on a Thursday night and the food arrived hot and beautifully packaged. The booms were delicious and packed full of tasty ingredients. The fries were great but we weren’t keen on the coleslaw - it had a strange chemical taste. We also ordered a chocoboom dessert which was stunning. I am sure we will be back ❤️

A must visit place to have light and healthy food. This outlet is very cozy with comfortable seating and attentive staff. The best part is seating, which is available both outside and inside. Outside seating while having breakfast makes the experience more enjoyable.<br/>I ordered for their breakfast, eggs your way, which was served quickly and hot. Eggs were cooked as requested. Excellent powerful zaatar manakeesh with extra olive oil and lubenah for my breakfast. Excellent staff service and excellent affordable price if you are olive oil lover. I enjoyed my breakfast today and soon I must have my tea.

Zaatar w Zeit is a very good choice for healthy and fresh food, I enjoy the wraps and manakesh specially the wild zatar one, the pans are nice and served hot, Hummus and crackers is my choice of starter.

I’ve been to many branches of zaatar w zeit and I can easily say that service above average for all branches. I ordered taouk wrap and liked it but chicken pieces didn’t seem very fresh to me. I then asked for black tea and tiramisu and it was definitely delicious.

Always amazing. Fantastic service, the people there are always super sweet and helpful... Food never fails to bring me utter happiness. zwzzzzzzzzzz :))

A must-try when in Dubai!<br/><br/>The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and cozy, and the seats and table comfortable. The waiter was attentive, but not overbearing. The food we ordered came out quickly, though the "starter" and salad were served at the same time as one of the main courses, and the other main course came out later. The pizza was delicious. Overall an enjoyable dining experience and the prices were reasonable. We will visit this establishment again!

Consistent taste, good service, nice outdoor seating area (specially in December’s weather).<br/><br/>Had breakfast, Light Halloumi, Aarous Lanbeh and the Zaatar with Multi Cereal Dough (pic below).<br/><br/>Downside: No place to park, for self Parking you have to pay 10AED per hour (which is too much for someone spending 35 AED for breakfast).<br/>

Love the food..the ambience and staff who are ever welcoming and happy to serve...being a vegetarian have tried almost all items listed as veg...the fries and cheese n veggie pizza make us come back and tastes as good... would love to have more new items included for vegetarians...love zatar..any day anytime...!!

At the Bay avenue buildings, this is a small and cozy branch of ZwZ. I am so much in love with ZwZ I am literally visiting every outlet possible 😂<br/>Coming to the things we ordered, first was the new shareable starter platter which had cheese balls (cheesy AF), potato skins (tasted like mini pizza and were sooo good) and potato wedges (average). The dips with this were to die for!<br/>Following that we ordered for a margarita pizza (pretty boring), baker falafel (very refreshing ingredients) and baked halloumi with veggies (cheese lovers paradise). The meal literally filled us to the brim but was very good. The tiramisu for dessert was rather a disappointment tbh. <br/>Food 7/10 <br/>Service 8/10 <br/>Ambience 7/10 <br/>Overall 7/10

Zaatar is a must place for everybody who comes to dubai. Its sandwiches are amazing. One of my favorite places to eat! I tried 6 types of their wraps and few Manakesh. It is always great , love it! Furthermore in my opinion this is the best place to eat hummus , I wasn’t a fan of it before I tried it here , it is awesome ! Delivery always on time!

Nice place for Lebanese .... we order zaatar with honey, and zaatar with vegetables...both the manakeesh were nice ...even the bread was cooked to perfection.....will like to visit again

They have really delicious wraps. Their chicken tikka wrap is very tasty so is their BBQ chicken wrap, which my friend had opted for. The ingredients used were fresh and delicious. The food is on the higher side but worth the money spent.

Very nice breakfast, we recommend the eggs served in a small pan. Even when the double espresso turned out to be too small, they served a second one on the house! ;)<br/>Also try the tuna wrap. We were even offered to take the leftover bread home, which we did because it is delicious...<br/>

You cant go wrong with this place. Been my favorite place in Lebanon more than 15 years ago and still my place to go for when confused what to eat here in Dubai. They perfect every choice on their menu and they have maintained the high standards freshness, and service in every branch since day one they started in Dubai. <br/><br/>Their regular famous basics are still my best options; CHEESE MAN’OUSHE, MIGHT KAFTA, and FAMOUS CHICKEN. <br/>As secondary options for me would be the PIZZA, SPIZY CHICKEN, TURKEY AND CHEESE, and the FRANKFURTER. <br/>They brought new innovations that they perfected as well like the TAOUK WRAP which is just great. <br/><br/>HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The surprise the customer with their delightful flavours .
