Allo beirut is famous for arabic cuisine , but they have extremely slow service beside that they deliberately wont tell u if something is complementary or not . garlic paste is bottomless, but khubus has 2 types among which some r counted as complementary and some are over charged.

Hummus was so creamy and rich in texture Tahiti - oh my cant describe how beautiful this was!.. i am definitely choosing as my full day meal. that good it was Falafel - crispy crunchy and yum there are some places you dont need to read reviews but just see the hustling of people in and out to know that the place serves delicious amazing food!! Definitely going back !

We had both in-dine and delivery experience and both were good. The shawarmas are excellent, especially if you have them fresh in the restaurant. Other dishes are tasty, the service is fast (at least in the restaurant). The venue is highly demanded so expect waiting time to be placed and do not expect a quiet lunch as the interior is busy and noisy.

I have ordered a pizza and received it messed up as per this picture. The restaurant placed the pizza inside a plastic bag and it was carried vertically ally which ruined the pizza. A pizza should never be put in a bag but should be carried properly in the box only.

Welcome was weird as the guy is almost pushing back outside by standing in my way by asking if dine in or take away, i understand though due to strict regulations due to covid situation, i never cared about prices but when i saw the prices i thought this was definitely a meal price never expected it to be a single sandwich price. Beef shawerma was great the bread is amazing over all taste was very good though and give you a feeling of being in Beirut for real.

No doubt food is a winner at this place and kudos to Chefs but service is 2 of 5 and hygiene is 1 of 5 Visited 2 weeks back on Friday evening around 2130 hrs. table was sanitized to tick the task, what about chairs, acrylic menus, under the menu and set. Bathroom is not at all being sanitized. Upon asking a red color tshirt guy cleaned with water and tissue but when again asked he brought R2 and cleaned but not properly sanitized again I recommend to take away. No one asked how was the food or service.

A touch of Beirut in the heart of Dubai. The place is huge and done up well, Simple yet giving it a modern look. The staff are helpful and the food is fresh and pocket friendly. We called for a small portion of Fathoush and Moutabal followed by a regular portion of hummus. All of them were fresh, creamy and had perfect texture. Also called for the spicy potatoes and falafel. Both of them again were really fresh, hot and flavorful. I shall surely come back here to try more from their menu

We can go there anytime and Everytime. We never get bored of this place. It's a must visit place not for just one time but multiple times. We feel as if this place always manages to pull us even when we are thinking to try something new. Our next visit is going to be in the city walk branch bcz they serve shisha also. 😁 Can't wait for it. Dont think i will be ordering from here again. I placed an order for a full portion rotisserie chicken, wanted to try both the chicken and meat shawerma and a nice kunafa dish to wrap it all up. 1. The food took longer than the eta on the app (i ordered around 9:30 pm and the food arrived 11:15) 2. I dont think ive ever tasted a dryer chicken in my life, although the accompanying fries were good 3. The knfeh was a joke, crumbly, the cheese was so hardened, it literally seemed as though the dish was prepared a week ago and was just reheated now and sent out. 4. The shawerma sandwiches were probably the only good thing, but sadly overshadowed by all the other bad aspects. 5. The garlic paste lacked real flavor Definitely very disappointing, esp given that this is the only cheat meal i get to have all week. :(

This was the most terrible experience I had in all aspects. First the Zomato driver delivered the food a bit late as he was delivering another order in the vicinity. I will no longer use Zomato I would prefer to use another platform where I know the driver will only deliver my order. But the ultimate shock is when my Son complained of an object when he was eating his taouk sandwich. It seems this is something they use in the taouk marination and it ended up in the sandwich. To make things worse, I found a piece of plastic when I was chewing the roasted chicken. I am done from Allo Beirut.

We have become a regular to this restaurant after it was recommended bu a couple of friends. We started ordering weekly during the lock down! Their portion size os generous. The tabbouleh is my favourite salad, the dressing is perfect. The mixed grill is tasty, Iam not usually a fan of kebab but their kebab I have truly enjoyed the flavour and now I will only have it from Allo beurit. Their arabic shawerma especially chicken is my girl’s favourite.

I have always heard that Lebanese Food is really outstanding and that has been proved after visiting this restaurant. We ordered Mixed Shawarma Platter, hummus, and beef juicy shawarma as a takeaway. Terrible restaurant in timing and food. 1 hours and 40 min wait for the delivery.. Very oily sandwiches , falafel is extremely dry and beef shawarma is filled with sauce that it was falling apart, The mutabal was a joke as it was less than 3 table spoons... totally overpriced compared to the food quantity and quality never ever order from it again and for sure would t recommend it to anyone.

This is mainly due to the 1 hour and a half wait for the food. I called 1 hour into the wait and was told driver is already on the way. However, we live 10 minutes from the place. This tells me that the lady on the phone was not honest and the poor driver was never on the way. This is not honest and I do not appreciate being lied to. This also tells me that the poor driver was waiting for over an hour for our order to deliever it. Not ok.

Morning breakfast at allo beirut was a great choice as by the experience. Welcomed poiltely and given a table. The staff was courteous. Ordered the shakshouka, balila, tahiti and turkish coffee. I found the quality of food impeccable and the service great. We hadn't have to wait much for the food to arrive on the table. The food tasted yumm. I liked the fact that they have installed glass barriers between the seatings considering the covid times! Definately going back for more food 😀

We love Lebanese chicken liver dish and they make a really yummy one! Same for the spicy potatos! Honestly we pick something different every time and it’s always good. Ordered a mixed shawarma platter with hommos last night . It was just so tasty . This restaurant never lets you down . Their food is super amazing . Even though I give a 4 star as the delivery was 30 minutes late . I hope they fix such problems with the delivery. I will definitely recommend it to my friends .

We visited the restaurant many times and we tried it also for take away and by ordering online. All experiences were so good. Polite staff, excellent service and delicious Lebanese food. Once I made a complain because my order was a bit late so I received it after 10 minutes warm & fresh & it was so good, even though I was surprised that the management refund my money. Which means that they really respect their customers. I love Their akawwi manesh its a must try item and of course the Lebanese Shawerma it’s hard to choose between beef or chicken because both are so yummy. Just call them or visit the restaurant and enjoy the food.

It was my first visit to this branch for a dine in experience. The place is quite small compared to the city walk branch yet it was pretty much the same ambiance and coziness. I picked up Saj from before but to my surprise, this time the staff said we are not allowed to pick up Saj ! This is something really strange from any restaurant! The platter and falafels were excellent. However the spicy potato cubes are a complete and utter disappointment. They’re not spicy, they just potato cubes, which taste like Normal bland chips. Karam Beirut has excellent spicy potatoes but they’ve recently been going down hill with their food quality. Allo Beirut was refreshing but really hope they can improve their spicy potato dish as it was otherwise bland. These should be spicy, a little tangy with a hint of garlic.

So we actually used to love the food and have ordered with friends a few times. The last order was a complete disaster though. The shish taouk was charred and burnt, could not taste any flavor. The delivery was promised in 40 minutes but actually handed over by the restaurant in 80 minutes. I happened to call the delivery agent when he was at the restaurant to pick up food and he let me know that the food was cold. He tried to get the manager to speak but was ignored, I then called the restaurant but they seemed to be in a hurry and did not do anything about it. More than anything else, the food was really bad yesterday. Will instead turn to Mezza, Mamaeesh or Operation for similar food but better service next time.

Their retro aesthetic drew me in and the food is great enough for a reorder. I ordered the following for take out: hummus, tabbouleh, fried kibbeh, spicy potato, red tawok, and kafta - all really good but I think the spicy potatoes could use more coriander and chilli paste and the kafta was a little bland. Staff is responsive and friendly.
