مطعم أمريكي قد يبدوا متواضعاً من حيث التصميم الداخلي، ولكن لا تدع ذلك يخدعك، فالمطعم يقدم تشكيلة متميزة من الأطباق الأمريكية والتي تستحق تجربتها، بالنسبة لي جربت لديهم الضلوع المشوية وقد كان المذاق مثالياً بالنسبة لي، وكذلك خبز البصل وهو ليس خبزاً بالمعنى الحرفي، وإنما هي حلقات متشابكة من البصل المقلي والمغطى بفتات الخبز، ولم اتوقع ان يكون لذيذاً لهذه الدرجة، كما أن طاقم العمل ودودون للغاية والخدمة كانت ممتازة، بصفة عامة المطعم جيد وأنصح بشدة فيه، وتقيمي له كالتالي:- الموقع : 4\5 التصميم الداخلي: 2\5 طاقم العمل: 5\5 مدى تنوع قائمة الطلبات: 4\5 المذاق: 5\5 الخدمة : 5\5 الأسعار: 4\5

المطعم جداً عادي يشبه مطعم تشيليز وابل بيز لكن هم افضل منه بجودة الاكل والاسعار .السعر جداً مرتفع مقارنة بالمنتج المقدم فقط عرض الغداء جداً رائع .ايضاً الديكور والاثاث جداً قديم يحتاج الى تجديد بسرعه فائقة الموظفين مجهدين نفسياً لا اعلم لماذا .!؟ The restaurant is very ordinary and looks like Chili's restaurant and applebees’ but they are better than the quality of food and prices. The price is very high compared to the product offered only. The lunch offer is very great. Also the decor and the furniture are very old needs to be renovated very quickly The staff are mentally strained I do not know why.

الأكل لذيذ ولكن عندهم مشكلة بالدفع أنهم مايقبلون بطاقات الصراف السعودية سحب الموظف من بطاقتي ووصلتني الرسالة بالخصم ولكن مدير الفرع الفلبيني طلب اني ادفع مرة ثانية كاش والسبب أن نظام الادارة مافيه تصنيف للبطاقات السعودية ولكن البنك اللي يتعاملون معه يقبلها طبيعي!! اهم شي وصلت معهم بالنهاية ان يتم تحويل المبلغ على حسابي خلال اسبوع والا سأضطر للشكوى عليهم فنصيحة بعض المراكز خلي معك كاش

Been there for the first time. Ordered the Rosemary chicken and Romas Chicken. The food was stale and not fresh. The chicken was undercooked and the loaded potato side had absolutely no taste. Very blank food made just for the sake of it. In addition, the price was sky high, I wouldn't even pay half the price for the dish they served. Will not recommend to anyone.

Super juicy and tasty burgers! I love the memphis and steakhouse flavors. Full of flavors with smoky aroma. The portions are great and the side dishes are equally delicious ❤️❤️❤️ It was very affordable too at 49 AED with drink!

I had lunch there and was expecting much better ribs. Ths time it was dry inside and did not taste as fresh. Earlier i visited ibn batutta outlet and that was way too good. I am wondering why is there so much of difference in quality. These ribs were disappointing rather than legendary.

Tony Romas we must have visited more than 30 times. This is our favourite place with friends as well as official guests. Kickin shrimps and the huge portion of Onion Loaf is our favourite. The shrimps have the best crispy coating, served Hot & the sauce leaves an explosion of taste in our mouth. The Kajun Grill filket is another hot fav of mine. The fish is grilled to perfection and served with oerfectly Grilled soft shrimps & Sauted veggies. Wow. Dont miss any of these and if you still have place in your stomach, try their Kickin shrimps wrap.

Visited the restaurant and ordered some roasted garlic and rosemary chicken and shrimp scampi pasta. We loved the chicken but the pasta was bland. What stood out during our visit, however, was the experience. From the moment we entered until we left, the staff were very warm and friendly. They were very attentive - the order was accurate and was served hot and fast. Kudos to the staff for making our dining experience great.

After dining at this place on 2 occasions with very good memories, I look my family there for a celebratory dinner. Was bitterly disappointed with the Lousy food served and the waiters were not paying any attention. They forgot glasses for water , brought the wrong number of plates and after asking to place an order we had to wait for over 15-25 minutes to find the waiters even though the restaurant was almost empty. It was a super embarrassing experience as I was raving about the food to my family and we were expecting a lot! This place has permanently lost a customer.

The food was cold. Asked for loaded mashed potatoes, received plain, bland, flavourless mashed potatoes. Very disappointing. The Apple crisp ala mode was awful too. Yeah, probably won’t order here again.

This time around the experience was pretty bad. We ordered rib eye steaks which were thin and tough. The short ribs came late and tasted like boiled meat with sauce on sides, and had large portions of fat which could not be eaten. Poor experience overall as this was the first time we went out as a family after extended social distancing. We used to love the steaks and ribs here. Won't be going back again

Tried their veg, food was decent and good quality although the patty filling could've been thicker. The burger was too liquidy it came spilled in the box making the burger bun moist. The fries were great, although they could improve their burger layers. Will try their non veg soon

The Ribeye is pretty good. I’m giving a three because of the salmon. It was overcooked even though we have requested for medium rare. For someone who enjoys a properly cooked salmon, to have an overcooked one really puts you down. I guess it’s not a place for seafood however steaks are good.

Ordered Fillet Mignon, Cranberry Mojito and their version of Dynamite Shrimps. All of which were average to below average. They skimped on the shrimps and just loaded the glass with shredded cabbage with barely a few shrimps on top. Fillet Mignon was a little too dry. The overall food experience was a little disappointing. Staff wasn't too kind either; one of them in particular was getting irritated and being a little edgy when we asked him for 2 different types of separate sauce sent to our table. Tony Romas really needs to kick it up a notch! I remember the food being really good.

We had our small family celebration at tony Roma’s... and as always their ribs was absolutely amazing.. we also ordered a chicken club salad which was fresh and delicious... it was really flavorful and very light on the stomach... my daughter ordered chicken strips which was in the kids meal and it was perfect and made her really happy because it also included a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and apple juice..,, on a he whole we really enjoyed the dinner at tony Roma’s and we were even able to get an extra main course free by using the hsbc entertainer app😃

We walked in around 11pm and the whole place was absolutely empty with only a couple of tables occupied. We were quickly seated on a table that was right next to their floor to ceiling window that has the view of sheikh zayed road. We were using a smiles voucher which entitles you to a buy one, get one free on the whole menu excluding ribs. So we ordered a shrimp pasta and rib eye steak. The steak was done medium and tasted absolutely amazing! It was juicy and cooked to perfection. The pasta tasted good too, just felt a bit dry. Might come back to try out the ribs next time! Food- 4/5 Service- 3.5/5 Value for Money- 3.5/5

So went here for some steak options. And they had quite a few. So here we had 1. New York strip - A heartier, leaner cut of beef with Tony's special seasoning. 2. Red pepper steak - steak topped with spicy fire roasted red pepper sauce. 3. Roasted garlic and rosemary chicken - 2 grilled chicken breast in garlic and rosemary BBQ sauce with sprinkled Romano cheese.

Went there for dinner and wanted to try out their steaks to see if it was just hyped up or was it actually delicious, and I must say the steaks were mesmerizing. Ordered the Fillet Medallions, and the New York Strip medium rare, and the meat was just magnificent. Final thoughts Price - For the quality and quantity, definitely worth the buck. Ambience - Peaceful and great Staff - Polite and was great to understand the customer. Food - Mesmerizing.

The worst experience I had in tony Roma’s was this branch which is @ Sheikh zayed road on ground level. I went yest to break my fast at 6:45pm at tony Roma’s, waited Untill 7:10 for the person to take our order. Our order was taken at 7:10 and till we got really pissed on there service it was 8:20 and we were still not been served and realized that our order was not even punched in. A truly worst #customerservice and rarely any person to serve or even no one to even apologies for the delay it caused, in the end me and my friend who fasted and wasn’t served a single food since breaking fast had to just walked out from tony Roma’s at 8:30pm. Am never ever stepping in Tony Roma’s, for sure atleast I’m not the Sheikh zayed branch. It’s a total big disappointment. I could rate in negative stars if there was any.

A sudden plan for dinner as kids were craving for steak and this was the nearest possible option. Roma’s Burger was very nice and was served with coleslaw and we ordered mash potato as a side. The steak combo was below my expectations. The beef steak wasn’t juicy and lacked flavor, the 2 grilled chicken breasts were nice but served into 3-4 broken pieces. This place does not fit their price range. From the minute we walked in there was this off smell and the chairs looked old and worn out. We came as a family with 2 young kids bellow 5 but the staff failed to mention there's a play area upstairs! We found out on our way out when we went to the bathroom! Huge disappointment as our meal would've been much smoother had the kids been busy playing around. Apart from the atmosphere, the food was a disappointment as well. The dipping sauce and salad dressing had this strong mayonnaise taste that just didn't taste good. We ordered lime shrimp salad that had 3 skewers of the tiniest baby shrimps possible! The salad was overpowered by the distinct mayonnaise flavor I could not taste anything else. We ordered the appetizer platter that was ok but the dipping sauces were full of that mayo taste. We also ordered crispy onion burger which was bad because the patty itself was so dry and just felt wrong I couldn't take another bite. The only decend orders we got were the kids meal chicken strips which was more like crispy chicken breast that the kids couldn't hold with their hands and we had to cut it up for them (I actually ended up eating that). The other decent dish was mojo chicken with rice and grilled chicken, the rice was flavorful and the chicken was well cooked. Adding to all that, we had to constantly ask the waiters to remove empty plates or get us a refill. So overall this was not a successful meal and I would not recommend it.

Disappointing experience...They have promo lunch for 36AED including same names from their a la carte menu...You would think first it will come to you same...But they serve you in smaller portions to save cost...They wouldn’t tell you that unless you pay attention...They should have mentioned it on the promo ad (ethically speaking) to not let customers feel being cheated...They will try to satisfy you if they notice that you notice..Anyway the 1 star for not being honest...but alsoI am not happy with the quality....May be because it’s promo....!!!!!

So good 👌 Red Pepper Chicken - two seasoned chicken breasts, grilled and topped with spicy roasted red pepper sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and veg. Loved it. The taste of the sauce was amazing and the chicken was cooked absolutely perfect. It was our first visit and we had a great time there. Ambience was good, food was amazing and staff was friendly.

A friend of mine visited this place on a Wednesday and we wanted to redeem our Smiles one on one free on the main course . And it’s a huge outlet with a first floor sitting as well . The cuisine is mainly Tex mex and quite good . We ordered the mojo chicken and the grilled chicken with spinach and cheese. I personally loved the grilled chicken with spinach and cheese and would recommend it if anyone ever visits here. The staff is warm and friendly and service was spot on .

Our family of 4 ordered 2 steak meals (ribeye and Miami steak), beef ribs and a steak burger for dinner. Service was quick and our server was very friendly. Steaks were cooked as per our specifications. The ribs were tasty. The burger was juicy and very meaty. No real complaints with the food. The total bill came to just over 600 AED, which I thought was a little on the expensive side. Overall a good experience.

Tony romas is a place famous for its steaks and ribs, and unfortunately, I do not eat either of them BUT that didn't stop me from trying their other food. My friend suggested me to try their creamy alfredo pasta which I had a year ago and loved it so wanted to have the same. Ordered fish and chips plus onion loaf. Really liked the onion loaf, it was basically onion rings in a different thin crispy batter arranged in a tower. Our pasta this time was very different from what I had last year my friend found it very salty. we did ask them to change it to less salted one but we were informed about the pre-prepared sauce would not be able to alter. We asked for our pasty to be saucy and they added more sauce which was a really nice gesture.thankyou :) staff Fish and chips were great though it was the breaded crispy coating something different from the regular ones. Service staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Visited this place for a family dinner. The ambience was good but the seats were too low for my comfort. I am 6 foot and was liking like I was sitting in the last row seat of a pajero or a land cruiser. It was that bad. Ordered steaks chicken, beef also pasta. It was good.

Undoubtedly one of the best steak and rib places I've been to in Dubai ... The steak combo dinners are locked and loaded to give you a full tummy (I'd say two people who have a small appetite should order just one combo) ... Ribs are just as great if not better ... Been here on multiple occasions and the steaks, more or less, are always juicy and cooked exactly as per order ... The pepper sauce and honey mustard both complement the meat great ... The fried shrimp are to die for mixed with their tartare sauce ... I usually stick to a salad side myself but I've been told they make a mean loaded mashed potato

I had a dinnner with a friend. We used ETISALAT Smiles Voucher. It clearly said 1+1 on main course. I ordered ribs and my friend ordered fillet mignon. When we asked for the bill. They said it only applies on the steaks and noy on the ribs. They ripped us off. It didnt say anything about exception on the ribs!! What a CHEAT!!!!

I had ordered the salmon carbonara and the chicken Alfredo. The chef just gave me two carbonaras and then justified it by saying that Tony Roma's "policies" said those two different sauces should actually just be served as the same carbonara. If that's true, that's just sad and if it's not, did the waiters and the chef just lie to me? Either way, I was immensely disappointed.

We just had a terrible experience here. Considering its prime location, it was a sheer disappointment. We ordered full Ribs along with medallion steak. Firstly it wasn’t hot-which is pretty bad actually. Secondly it was not fresh- it seemed it was made hours before or was made previous day. The grilled veges were not well cooked and again were not fresh. We are not the first comers to Tony Romas, back in Bahrain we love Tony Romas. It used to be juicy, savory and well cooked always. They should check with their kitchen staff immediately. Good day. PS. We still got good clicks of food though!!

Celebrated my sibs bday here, i just have high expectations on this one. Been trying out lots of steaks lately but i found it to be a little bit dry but it’s the salmon and shrimp that made me happy. Kudos to the crews, very polite and if you wanna have such calm ambience while binging on those steaks this is a good place to be. Keep the love warmer &hearts;️

My goto place..one of the best steak in town, i love how their steak are full of fat and juicy.. nice and friendly staff, they’ve been always humble while serving..the ambiance is just ok, not so soothing. Luckily I always got the parking here..its a must try cuz the food is great with good quantity, oh yes i tried their nachos with cheese, it was just ok as i was expecting melted cheese on top of nachos, but they served cold shredded cheese wich was quite disappointing, otherwise all is good 👍🏼

It was a “clean-plate” for us. Food was mouth-watering but the service was just moderately satisfying. Reason is our favorite appetizer was served together with the main course. I went first time...i dnt why there are over rated... quality and quantity seems and average....we ordered rib eye and lamb steaks combo....honest openion ....ambiance on such main location doent seems attractive and taste and complexity in menu took us lot of time to decide what to order...taste quality and quantity seems average...since we asked them to give their best steaks which doesnt attract us by any means...though lamb seems little good.

This is our favorite burger. I highly recommend it to anyone. Once you have tasted TR, you wont attempt to go to another burger restaurant again. The burgers are also cooked to order which means its cooked fresh not like other burger joints that they pre cook the patties.

This was our first time at Tony Roma’s.. we had no idea what to order.. so just to be safe we got the chicken skewers which fortunately were delicious and came in good quantity. Then we also got the Red pepper chicken, as described was suppose to be spicy but it turned out a bit sweet and not at all spicy. The ambience was just ok.. the seats were kinda of old ..Overall the experience was not bad.. we did enjoy the food.

This is my second time at Tony Roma's, the first being 2014 in DFC. I had completely forgotten about it, and when I was looking for a place to have a late lunch, it suddenly came to mind. The place was relatively empty on a Saturday afternoon and I think I know why now. While the service and ambience were good, the food was just really bad. We ordered a steakhouse burger, two rosemary chickens, a fire grilled chicken wrap, a chicken alfredo pasta and a grilled chicken spinach stack. The pasta had no salt neither did the burger. The rosemary chicken had too much barbeque sauce according to me even though my friends enjoyed it. I didn't even like the Spinach stack although my friend did. The wrap was also bland and the salad was dry. I had hoped that the side dishes such as the shredded corn, fries and mashed potatoes would redeem this meal but even those just tasted frozen and not fresh at all. Based on the other reviews here, it seems like I ordered the wrong items; I should try the ribs/steak/seafood. However, I don't see myself coming back in a very long time.

We just ate earlier in Sheikh Zayed Road Tony Roma's, Food was great! Especially the ribs! Mouth watering!💕 But the thing is the server is like out of the workplace he's mind was busy with something else. He's not focusing to the customers need he's not even smiling. It seems like he doesn't know what he's doing. Even the menu itself he doesn't sure what comes with ribs or steak whats your choices can make. The service they have was very poor. Sometimes customers and keep coming back not only for the good quality taste of the food it is also because of the services you are giving. It should be a package a good quality of food and services to make customers well satisfied.

Tony Romas is a nice place for Steaks and Ribs. Lamb Ribs with its TR signature sauce was awesome. We also ordered New York Strip Steak. The meat was seasoned well, tender and delicious especially with its sauce tasted yummy. We ordered it "medium well" and it was perfect. Side orders of corn on the cob and mashed potatoes were filling and palatable. We came here on our anniversary and enjoyed our dinner well. Used Entertainer discount and made worth of it.
