The service is very good. All the credit to the staff.The drinks could be better to be honest... There is a lot of room for improvement! It's a great place to spend some quality time with friends ;)
One of those rooftop lounges where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your drinks or your time with your friends. It is rare to find a quiet place such as this, and made it to one of our favorite place to go if we wanna escape the busy city.
Both on the lobby and rooftop area has a bar. Their lobby area is famous for screening live sports events. We didn't try the food, we ordered some drinks and they are good! We had the Singapore Sling and Pina Colada which is properly mixed, served with a portion of peanuts and cucumber slices on the side. And the rooftop has high tables and comfortable lounges, with a partial view of The Palm. Prices are on the same level of most bars.
One of my absolute favorite rooftop terrace bar/lounge in the city, for this place, offers one of the best ambiance and views. The place has a beautiful, soothing decor and a magnificent vibe, which I suppose is due to the overall feel of the property itself.
Ideal spot to catch a sunset and also serves as a great spot for a relaxed, quiet drink. They serve an extensive drinks variety and a concise bar food menu, with some Vegetarian selection as well.
The food is decent but the place is more popular for its bar than its culinary offer. A great spot to organize a gathering as well.
Loved the atmosphere here. It's a rooftop lounge with a nice (partial) view of the marina and the palm. The seating area is very comfortable, we sat outside and it was lovely. We only had drinks: cocktails and beers. A bit pricey but highly recommended if you fancy something quiet, comfortable and private.
Perfect place during the winter. Great atmosphere, feels cosy. And food and beverage menu is extensive. The staff could be more attentive.
Visited this place after dinner with my colleagues. We were given a huge lounge area away from everyone else and hence had our privacy. The sofas were so comfortable that all of us were lazing around and enjoying our drinks.

A place every person should visit the staff are so nice helping to decide the menu , music by ravee bhatia , hani sayyed is just so amazing even the director Mr Suniil Bhambani and his son Mr Karan Bhambani are fantastic people going to each table asking if everything is fine or do they have something more to add

And guess what - it is absolutely true!
The city of Dubai is known as a hub for business, travelers, pleasure and "the place to be". Dubai and it's vibrant life brings allows you to meet new people and expats everyday and brings back together old friends, after travelling around the World for many years. One of these expats and old friends is Isabella, who recently moved to Dubai and celebrated a reunion with Servicexcellence after 3 years of living in different countries. To celebrate this occasion and cheer to the first successful month of living in Dubai as a happy expat, we invited Isabella to the Rooftop Terrance and Sports Lounge last night. We wanted to impress her with stunning views, chilled cocktails and the amazing and unique Arabic hospitality that Dubai, and especially the One & Only has to offer, and met her at the resort just before sunset.
When we arrived at the Rooftop Lounge, we found ourselves to be the only guests, but did not mind a bit of privacy at all. On arrival, we were greeted friendly and welcomed with arms wide open. It seemed like that the service staff was happy to finally welcome the first guests of the night. And for a long time, we remained very private and had their full attention.
We took a seat on one of the high tables, overlooking the resort and glancing over the Palm. It was early, the sun was shining bright and it took more than an hour for it to slowly start setting down. We could feel the heat and even though we sat in an open air space, the sea breeze did not reach the rooftop at all. The chilled drinks and the freshly made mint sauce that was served with cucumber cuts, were refreshing and exactly what we needed.
The service was just as great as the view. A young, Indian gentleman served us right from the beginning, recommended us which cocktail to choose and spoiled us with spicy nuts and fresh vegetables. He kept on checking on us and made sure that we had what we needed - at all times. Only when we left, we found out that the bar's manager had been there the entire time as well, but did not acknowledge us at all. Even when we left she did not look at us or wished us a farewell. We did not mind all at, as Mr. S was super friendly, attentive and went beyond his duty of taking good care of us. He threw some jokes, he made us smile and made us think back of our short sun-downer-visit with memorable experiences to share.
We will definitely be back one day, but the next time we come with a whole group of friends to make the place more lively and choose a day of the year, when the temperature falls below 30*C in the evening.
