Love the Motorcity branch. They were so attentive and the staff's knowledge of every dish impressed me. Their recommendations were also spot on. I'll definitely be back for another cheese fix.

Been here not just once but four times already and the last time I've been her was for a dinner with my entire family. I have been telling them how awesome the foods are specifically on their steak dishes and they all agree with me. We've been paying a visit for several restaurants all looking for the best steak in town and so far we have been in love with tomato & basilico. Taste was not dissapointing. Quite hard to find a good Italian restaurant in Dubai and I can tell that they nailed it here for their pasta. Staff was helpful and the place is not too crowded to dine in.

Nice outing, they keep enough space between tables and are happy to serve you. Can’t remember the servers name but he did a pretty awesome job to make sure everything was alright, keep it up!! Had Grilled chicken pasta and the mozzarella salad, but were fine for a casual dinner. Happy they have everything on the table: olive oil, balsamic oil, pepper/salt, wet whipes and napkins.
Felix and sameer were really nice and patient with us even though we arrived almost at closing hours. Sameer was serving us throughout for everything we need. Food was really good but risotto could have been better. Lovely place
I have ordered before from the JLT branch when it existed and as much as I love their food, I can tell you it’s not same as that. Though I am still in love with their Arabiatta. The small bread that comes with pasta is amazing n delicious as always!

The place to go for a quick and tasty italian dinner. We tried two different pasta and they were both perfectly cooked al dente, as we requested. The complimentary bruschetta bread served at the beginning of our meal was also very good. Waiters were very kind and attentive, bravo! We will come back to try other dishes for sure.

It started with a warm welcome by the lovely staff as we first walked in, and ended with great food and a wonderful time.
We ordered the chicken in mushroom sauce, mushroom risotto and beef pasta with broccoli. They were all delicious. We also had some dessert, also delicious.
Would definitely come back, as the chicken dish especially was my favourite and worth having again.
Food is based on good quallity ingredience - so that is great and Food is very tasty!! This place bring touch of ITALY to Dubai. Will visit this place again for sure:)

Really liked the tomato and basilico pizza. My favorite was the burrata pizza and the tiramisu. The staff was very friendly too. I would recommend to try it
We love the friendliness of your staffs as we entered the restaurant. Food was superb with an authentic taste of Italy. A must-try would be the “Misto Dello Chef” to begin with. They have quite a huge range of choices to please your palate.
Ambiance is very comfy, especially the outdoor area which gives a feeling of dining in a garden grounds.
We’d definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

Enjoyed the outdoor seating at the Motorcity branch. We ordered a Pizza and a pasta (Monica Belucci). Both were fantastic yet we enjoyed the service a LOT provided by Ashok.
The lasagna al pomodoro was very nice. Pasta was good but needed a bit of salt :) the torta setteuali chocolate hazelnut cake was not my favorite.

Authentic Italian rustic restaurant run by Italians. Amazing quality of food and taste. I have to say the value for money is amazing at this restaurant. the portion sizes are good and most likely more for one person. The selection is bountiful. Service is pleasant. Do try their Pizzas, it's earthy, fresh and the ingredients are high quality.

What I had for lunch is the best Grilled Seafood platter I've ever had. I never expected that huge portion it has shrimps, squid, salmon and tuna. Perfectly cooked so soft and juicy.
What's for my desserts Millefoglie Ala Nutella, I love this sweet crunchy pastries.

Last Thursday night was a hectic one, so after doing a bit of after-work furniture shopping , I couldn’t be bothered entertaining the idea of cooking and wash-up, so I thought I’d treat the wife and I to a takeaway. We don’t usually order Italian food as we cook a lot of it at home, but Tomato & Basilico had popped up a few times on the radar, and they’d previously got in touch for a review, so I thought I’d give it a shot.
This is one of the best restaurants you have tried and the best lasagna you can eat in your life. They have a fantastic taste in short. Do not tire yourself in the experience of other restaurants.
Good food, real Italian recipes unlike other so called “Italian restaurants” in Motor city. The portions are a little small, the main dish would not be enough for a regular person but he quality is good. Price to portion is a little high for a restaurant of that caliber. Overall it’s a good experience always, consistent most of the times we visit.
Their pizza tastes like its homemade, and so does their risotto and lasagna, they use high quality ingredients, and their prices are good. It takes them a bit of time to prepare the meals though.

Let's be frank: we are regularly ordering and visiting Tomato and Basilico for almost two years now and we are still very happy: great food, no compromises with the quality, decent and timely delivery. Definitely one of the best Italian places in Dubai.

Visited this place with my family for dinner couple of weeks ago , ordered for the above mentioned dishes , drinks and desserts . All of them were freshly prepared and served to me within 15 mins of time which is fair enough . All of them were great , staff people were really friendly , our server Precious & Matteo were the ones who took great care of us and ensured everything goes perfect with our table .
Over all , Tomato & Basilico is on of my top picks when it comes to Italian Food .

The outdoor seating is very Italian they have coved the area with green plants and it looks very cozy. Staff is friendly and service is prompt. In drinks they have variety of fresh juices, loved the range.

An hidden gem in Dubai for Italian cuisine lovers. We tried the fried calamari and the parmigiana as appetizer followed by an amazing risotto alla pescatora and sea bass with zucchini and potatoes. Everything so fresh and tasty. As dessert we had Tiramisu and the Pastiera, typical dessert from Naples. If you want to have a real feel of Italy come here!
We order its margherita pizza at least once a week and will continue to do so.
I'm a cheese fanatic and Tomato ans Basilico didn't let me down when I wanted my cheese fix. Such a variety in their starter plate for two. I had the Montagnola pizza for a main course and these guys sure get their crust just tight. There are many wannabe Italian restaurants around town. This one isn't. Buon Appetito ! 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

I absolutely love the food at Tomato and Basilco.
I’m a big fan of their Polle de Pepperoni pizza and I always order only that but this time I decided to try a full on three course meal!!
I had their delicious starter with fresh cheese and artichoke. It was good.
I was confused on which other pizza to try so I was given the option of trying the 3 in 1...I didn’t know it was that big!! But this is the perfect pizza for large groups and families. I also had the grilled sea bass which was amazing.
I tried the Tomato and Basilco fresh juice, it tasted amazing and was perfect for a sunny afternoon.
The service was brilliant, staff are so polite and go out of their way to ensure you have a good dining experience.
Their prices are very affordable. The Motor City Branch has lovely outdoor seating that one can enjoy when the weather is good.
If you are craving a pizza or anythin other Italian dish, do try Tomato and Basilco. I’m sure u will love it!! 👍🏻👍🏻
Been to the restaurant in Motor City once with my girlfriend and the staff was extremely attentive. They greeted us at the door and helped us to our table. They kept on monitoring us throughout our meal checking if everything was okay or if we needed anything.
I always order delivery from them. The quality of the meals is excellent! They always arrive warm and always taste delicious! True Italian cuisine. From the pizzas, all the way through pasta and risotto to the desserts, you can expect great food. One of my favorites in Dubai.

Had been here last weekend. The food and service was absolutely amazing!
The weather being beautiful we decided to sit outside. Weere presented with complementary hummus with pita bread on arrival.
Then we went in for burrata, cheesy eggplant (parmegiana de melanzane), roasted potatoes for starters with our refreshing mojito and watermelon juice.
For main course we had pasta in pink sauce which was specially customised on request by the warm staff to suit our Indian taste buds. We then had spaghetti carbonara and tomato and basilico pizza.
All in all it is a great place for authentic Italian experience.
