One of the best seafood places in Dubai! The quality of the food was incredible. Also loved the vibe of the resort and the restaurant, it feels like a little vacation. Must try!!
It’s quite nice place and friendly staff.
If you are craving for sea food, this is the place to go, especially on Wednesday night, cause they have an unlimited shell fish night at a great price. Restaurant location at Dubai Marine is a prime location especially on sunset. Service was good and food was super fresh.
Amazing food taste
Best experience
Friendly staff especially executive Chef ( Ibrahim Osseiran ) 😍😍🔥🔥
Prawns were amazing. Come in a garlic buttery sauce. Seabass was just right. Waiter even offered to debone it for us. Brian and Wilson were amazing help and delivered excellent service.
It was an amazing experience at this lebaneese restaurant. We loved seafood, especially shrimps and calamari, highly recommended!
The service was excellent and the mezze options were yummy. The shrimps, king fish tartar, calamari all was yummy.
We will definitely go back because the view & service was great 💯

For the main course we got sea bass, the taste is indescribable! This fish doesnt even need sauses!) Thank you very much to the restaurant chef!
Special words deserves Turkish delight and biscuits ice cream!!!

went here before covid started but thought l should leave a review great restaurant for seafoodand it has cool view of the sea while seatin on the terrace.exceptional experience
Not a big fan of seafood but the food was delicious
The ambience is very nice
Used entertainer and would love to visit again
Had weekend family lunch there. Although this is a seafood place, but the attention to details goes to all items on the menu. Appetizers and salads were amazing - try the fried calamari, really good! The fish was great and as fresh as it gets... service could have been better, I expected to see some Lebanese staff in a Lebanese restaurant but I guess everyone’s into cutting the cost.
My first review as a foodie because it was definitely deserved and needed! I went to Flooka yesterday with some other foodies for Iftar and by far - one of the best if not the best Iftar I have ever had! The food was as diverse as can be catering to different tastes - from traditional Arabic food to Japanese Sushi- a definite place for food lovers. Serene Ambience and Friendly Staff. And Entertainer applies so a definite recommendation to try out!
There’s a few seafood places I like but Flooka had something different. It doesn’t just offer fresh fish, it also gives you seafood versions of meat dishes like a seafood soujok. There’s also seafood falafel and kibbeh among others. My dinner partner isn’t a real seafoodie, so we didn’t go all out. But will be back to try other stuff.
We had a regular hummus, squid Provençal and grilled prawns. Was pretty good. Everything served with constant fresh bread. Service was attentive and quick.
My friend had sheesha so if u want to drink and have sheesha it offers both.
I tried the Wednesday seafood buffet with my family, it was good, we liked the food, it wasn't a big selection but it was a good quality and taste good, the Lebanese twist was clear. Will definitely come again.
Nice place with a beautiful view of the sea. Very friendly staff. A wide selection of appetizers well prepared and presented. The food is tasty. The selection of fish was a bit limited and could be improved but it wasn’t a serious issue. I was inviting some visitors and they were very impressed.
Would recommend this place for seafood lovers who like a quite environment with a beautiful view
Honeslty the best seafood in dubai! Loved the place a lot and the view! The service is amazingggg, the quality of food is amazinggg but the only problem is the price, a bit overpriced although its in an hotel but expensive! I highly recommend this place😍

Recommended 👍
Been to this place the first time and wasnt disappointed. Have always been visiting Dubai Marine hotel, but this decided to try this restaurant. We sat on the terrace which has some amazing views of the sea.
I tried ther Red Snapper grilled with a bit of spice. The fish was rwally good and cooked to perfection. The slices were just right.
The staff were really good and freindly.
Will come back to try their other stuff.
Flooka is supposed to be the best place to hang out but i went there during the summer time in Dubai so sitting at the balcony is not an option.
Nice, good, fresh ingredients, attentive service crews and nice sea view. Our All in all experience is really good.
There is something that i am not pleased, there is no free parking space for the resto, so either u pay extra for the valet parking or park somewhere far and walk to the Dubai Marine Resort.
Seafood lovers don't miss out this place...great location friendly staff mouth watering taste..from starters to salads to maim dish everything was beyond expectation....Fresh bread will be constantly served at your table..Keep it up.great team work...
As we all know alcohol is not served everywhere in Dubai besides hotels. It’s rare that you find a seafood or Lebanese restaurant that serves alcohol with food. Floors will serve you the best Arak with the fish of you miss home. I’m a regular customer for years now, everything on the menu is great. Friendly staff, good indoor and outdoor seating area when the weather is good. Highly recommended especially for tourists that want to have lunch over looking the beach.
We went to Flooka today for the first time. It’s Lebanese seafood restaurant and food is really tasty. So definitely we will come back here to enjoy in seafood ;)
Super Set menu concept
Good selection of seafood set menu with high price ;-) and soft drinks are not included but with additional 45/- you get unlimited water soft drinks tea and coffee
Old fashion stating and amazing outdoor seating
Recommended for a date or special evenings considering the price :-)
Nice seafood place with a beautiful view on the sea. I like the service and the fact that you can pick your fish. Cosy place with very good service
One of the older Lebanese / Fish restaurants in Dubai. The location is beautiful. Nice view. To be honest been to this restaurant many times in the last 10 years always felt satisfied. They have fresh fish and their mezze is tasty. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
Always meet the expectations! The food is so good. The prices are affordable. And the waiters are very friendly.
Out first choice for Lebanese meza and see food.
Flooka is a licensed seafood restaurant with a distinctly Middle Eastern flavour. Located on the first (and top) floor of a standalone building, along the walkway towards the sea, of the venerable Dubai Marine Beach Resort and Spa, Flooka is very much an old-school establishment. It greets you with an ice-bed display of fresh seafood behind the backdrop of a (usually) hustling-bustling open kitchen. And that’s basically the theme of Flooka: see, choose, order. Oh, and eat. Um, and drink.
Most proper dining seafood restaurants learn more towards the American cuisine, but unlike most others, Flooka is all about the Arabic one! And I couldn't be happier about that!
They've got so many amazing Lebanese classic seafood-spinoffs! I ordered quite a few of them and I enjoyed them very much! My personal favorite side dish, which could very well be a main course, was the fish tawooq! It was beyond delicious! The spices, the grill, the temperature and texture, everything about the fish tawooq was perfection!!
Something else I really loved was their selection of freshly-caught fish. The choices were endless, you name it, they've got it! And fresh! The best part is, if there's a specific way you like to eat a specific fish, they can cater to your exact request! For example, you want a grilled red snapper, with only salt and pepper, they'll have you covered! Whatever fish, whatever method, they'll take good care of your cravings!
The service at Flooka was also great! Servers there were all friendly and welcoming, always around if you if you were needed anything while dining. They were truly great!
Even their manager came out a couple of times to ask me and their other customers how they are doing. A very nice gesture! I love it when managers themselves come out and check on their customers!
One of my favorite things about Flooka was definitely their location! Beautifully set on the Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa in Jumeirah 1. It may be a little hard to find due to it's hiddenness, but once you do find it, you'll know it's worth it! It's on Google Maps so finding it shouldn't be too hard.
The area is beautiful, with beach views, golf-course views, and even small gardens and man-made lakes and waterfalls. It's truly a beautiful area and would be a perfect place to impress your significant other on a special date night!
I ended the amazing dinner with some of their customized desserts! And oh my, oh my, their ice cream was extremely tasty! They actually customized this ice cream themselves, making different flavors that can only be found at Flooka!! My personal favorite ice cream (which I'm badly craving now) is their pistachio ice cream! Trust me when I say, it was nothing like the regular pistachio ice creams you find in other desserts parlors, Flooka's pistachio ice cream was magical!! I am now literally debating with myself to make the drive to Flooka just for this ice cream. I know it'll be worth it.
Yup. I'm cutting this review short because i'm going back for ice cream! Just know that Flooka is great for those who love seafood but are bored of the same old seafood methods every other seafood place uses. If you're a fan of arabic cuisine and seafood, Flooka is practically made for you!
Had been there once. Enjoyed thoroughly the crab meat balls, the fried small fishes (sardines, if I remember correctly). Great place for seafood lovers. Sea facing ambience adds up to it's USP. The bar does serve drinks of preference. Nice to spend time with friends and colleagues with good dinner and drinks.
Food was amazing specially the fish Sojouk and fish shawarma, Crispin was amazing and he recommended the fish shawarma and it was amazing and his service was perfect.
Was There last Saturday with friends a family, the food was good, the atmosphere was enjoyable and not too hard on the pocket too, would definitely go there.
I liked it. It's a little bit old fashioned, like the all Dubai Marine complex, but it's more real than other fancy places.
Prices are reasonable and sea food is well prepared
One of the best in Dubai.
Fresh fish, cooked to perfection.
Ambiance is good (a bit old but i like it)
If you can get an outside seat, then would have the best experience
I love this place
A great outdoor place to take friends or family visiting. If you love Lebanese cuisine and seafood this is the right place!!!! Fresh Seafood! If visiting during the weekend you need to book before hand for a nice table with a great view. Love the atmosphere and great service. Waiters are always by your table which is amazing for such a busy place! We always order a mix of their delicious appetizers, their favorites are Hommos with Fish, Fish Tajen, Spicy Fish, Tabbouleh and Fattoush, Calamari, Octopus, Prawn Croquette, Bezri (Small finger fried fish), basically everything lol! And we end up ordering Fried Sultan Brahim Fish and something Grilled! Its interesting and fun to choose your fresh Fish... They always serve you with hot bread and there's alcohol available too...
I had a great dining experience in this restaurant. I'd highly recommend this place to those, who loves to spend a peaceful and decent evenings... Thank you so much @flooka team 👍🏻👍🏻
Another good fish restaurant in Dubai. Service is good, the place is nice. Food is not bad, everything is edible, didn't taste anything out of the ordinary. We had fried and grilled fish, grilled shrimps too, squid, calamari, 2 different salads, humus, French fries... Alcohol is available. Prices affordable. Recommended.
It's one of my favorite places if i crave fish. Amazing hot bread, yummy appetisers and very good ambiance. Fish is excellent! I haven't ever eaten any badly prepared food at Flooka. I like it and soon will plan my dinner there.
I turned Vegetarian a little while back but when I did eat meat Flooka was my place of choice for an authentic Mediterranean and Arabic seafood place. These guys have been around for a really long time and were the benchmark in the market and rightly so as they clearly know their craft.
Today with a lot of new places that have come up, Flooka still holds its place, albeit not the same craze and vibe as before the place has its loyal followers even now.
The decor and ambiance are quite nice with a lovely outdoor seating overlooking the sea, which is awesome in the cooler months.
If you enjoy good seafood in a cool, soothing ambiance, you will enjoy this place.
Ok
I'm leaving Dubai soon, and I'm writing this review as a gratitude for all the great times I spent in Flooka.
Third is By far the best place for sea food in Dubai..at least for the Middle East way of cooking.
Some times I felt like the service can be better but when I think about it the place was always crowded whenever I go... and if the weather allows it and the outdoor terrace is opened the place become a busy village...exactly my kind of atmosphere.
The fish is always fresh, cooked to perfection no matter what's the quantity and how do I want it to be cooked.
Great place for groups and a first choice when I have guests from out of the city.
The wine list never failed me as well, I love rose and there options - though limited- but was always rewarding.
The consistency in delivering such high quality over the years and in all seasons deserves more than 5... I'm sure gonna miss eating here.
Thanks Flooka
Very good food, authentic Meza, fresh seafood!
We tried a lot of things and everything was very tasty.
However the service is VERY slow... at a point where we had to cancel the fish we chose. There seem to be some kind of understaff, the people seemed confused, forgot things etc...
We got some ice cream on the house (highly recommended btw) at the end.
I think I will give it another try, maybe when it's not crowded.
visited flooka this Friday with a bunch of friends, it was a seafood feast. we ordered the following, hummus, tabboule, fatooush, kibbe, batata harra.
where do I start? the batata harra is just like my mum makes it. so crispy and delicious
the fish shawarma is a unique taste and full of flavour! love it.
the only bad thing was the shrimps provencal, the quantity was so little
we were so full from the mezza that we didnt actually have any fish
also one more thing the water in the bathrooms wasn't working?!!!
bill for 6 was 1,100 AED
all in all an enjoyable experience . will come again for sure!
A nice experience of a seafood meal for lunch at Flooka. We wanted to sit outside as it was a better atmosphere but due to the scorching heat we settled for indoors.
You get warm bread with green and black olives once you are seated. We ordered a selection of cold and hot mezza plus mains. Everything was great. Moutabbal was good, fatoush was fresh. The bizri (sardines) was excellent. We had one grilled fish and some fried fish. Both were tasty, the grilled fish was juicy and cooked to perfection. Calamari with garlic was superb.
An overall nice experience that would make me come back again.
Wonderful location, sit on the terrace and enjoy the view.
I personally enjoy the starters rather than the whole fish itself.
Order the fish shawerma and fish taouk.
The marination is excellent.
More of that delicious bread!! Please be generous without making us ask for more and more. The desert section needs to be enlarged including more great Lebanese delicacies. Other than that all meze, fish and hot starters are great!! Our fav fish place in Dubai!
My favorite seafood shop in town, yet they need to improve on several levels.
This outlet has a perfect location of its cuisine type.
Hotel occasionally offers valet and this is disappointing, at many occasion they might refuse to take you car.
Food is not consistent yet the portions are variable especially with the grilled calamari and the fish shawarma.
Service is great when it's slow and chaotic when it's gets busy.
Manager never attends the tables to check on satisfaction, meanwhile the chef called Ibrahim does with a great smile.
Shisha taste and service are always good.
Prices need to be slightly reviewed.
Located in Dubai Marine Resort and Spa, the place wasn’t new to me as I had visited Sho Cho earlier, which is situated just some steps further. Flooka is an all seafood restaurant that will make the fish lovers jump for joy!
They have an outdoor area where you can dine with a view of the beach. Might get a bit chilly due to the weather at present, but enjoy it while it lasts.
Since the area was too crowded, we chose to have dinner indoors. The restaurant has a live kitchen where you can see the hustle bustle of the chefs, with wooden tables and the smell of the sea, you’ll almost imagine you’re sailing. Flooka offers a Mediterranean menu with starters like hummus, Batata Harra, Fattoush and bread.
After a healthy start, we decided to dive into the seafood goodness they provided. With fish sausages, fish shawarma, grilled tiger prawns and fried sardines.
The Fish sausages were something unique. Though the texture was harder than I expected, the sweet tangy sauce made up for it and complemented it well. The sausages could taste better on their own too. Our tiger prawns were devoured! Just sprinkle some lemon, and you’re good to go.
Not being a fan of sardines, it was probably my least favourite dish. Other items like the Fish tikka and fish with chips made up for it.
From their selection of desserts, we chose their ice cream platter. This comes in three different flavours. Although I don’t remember their names, I have to say they were quite nice to have. One of them being an absolute favourite of mine, with a banana flavour.
It’s too easy to get overwhelmed with all the dishes they offer, especially for someone like me, who went from being a seafood hater to a person who agrees to have it in limited amounts. (Raw fish still excluded from the list) But fear not! The servers are great and will suggest exactly what you’re looking for.

Its been my first time there, went to have dinner and shisha, the place is really nice and the weather was so good, first we choosed to have dinner on the tables located on the grass ( i loved the grilled steak sandwich and the fired calamari👌) then we moved to set on the beanBags on the sand near the beach, shisha was absolutely amazing and lasted the whole time. Not forgetting the amazing staff and service Recommended guys!
Suffering from writer’s block! Is that even possible when you own a restaurant review blog? Hate it when you have it all in the mind, but it’s difficult to put it on paper (*print here actually) So finally, after days of almost writing utter crap (excuse the use of language here), I present to you an honest opinion of my experience at Flooka.
Fresh catch of the day with Arabic twist. This is how I would name Flooka in my head. One of the oldest (Old is gold as we know) Dubai dining destinations - Dubai Marine resort and spa has few well known outlets. I usually visit Loca or Sho Cho if I drive all the way there, but my friend sold me the idea of one of the best seafood in town. I was impressed with their unusual set up as I did not expect few levels with large terrace overlooking their pools. Weather was beautiful and we enjoyed our table. One candle in the middle wasn't enough to be honest even to read menu and without a torch on the phone you are in trouble. The whole dining experience was kinda in a dark. I wasn't very happy as the fish that I ordered had lots of bones in it. I would definitely add some extra light to the table. We ordered 2 starters: Raheb (very similar to moutabel dish, I did not see much difference to be honest) and Fattoush salad. We got 2 plates of olives and hot bread delivered with it. Their bread deserves a separate line in this review. It was really good! And quite challenging not to eat too much in order to have some space left in a stomach. For the main course we walked up to an ice display with variety of fish and seafood. There we ordered 1/5 kg of fried lady fingers fish and 2 pieces of sultan ibrahim. Everything was delivered as soon as we were done with our starters. I have to say that we quite enjoyed our dinner, it was tasty and service was good. Not the best seafood in town, but still nice. The total bill for 2 people with 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 house beverages was about 250 AED, fair enough.
Amazing view. Good Saturday vibe although it's nice during the week as well. The terraces having a beautiful view of the sea.
Their seafood is good however it unfortunately variates between an excellent and V good at different times of the year.
Nevertheless always a good choice especially for out of towners.
One of the best Sea Food Restaurant located in Dubai, in addition to the tasty food the restaurant have an iconic location facing the sea. Professional and helpful staff.
I would recommend fattouch , batata harra, bizri, fish shawarma, and for sure their fresh fish!! bar is available!!
These guys are great . The good part is that it's of the waiters are Lebanese and professionals so they know what they're doing . Been there couple times and prefer the terrace seating for a beach view . You must have the traditional Lebanese drink Arak as this is considered as a part of any seafood meal ! Order fried fish , shrimps and couple mezzas and all were as expected , perfect . Food is so fresh and it's really a taste that you won't forget .
This is one of these places that you know you will be visiting again and again. Their seafood is cooked to perfection as well as their service is really good. Worth every penny you spend. Seafood never tasted better.
Great place. Good food and amazing service, highly recommended for families looking for a good weekend treat. Construction outside ruins the view, the rest is okay.
Yeah the food was good... anyone who goes here must try the fish and chips! Only thing that put me off was the lack of an aircon... boy was it warm in there!
Wonderful setting, especially on the terrace in the good weather. The food is superb and the arak is a must have. You must have a person who knows the menu on your team, to help make the right choices, though the restaurant staff are reliable to make suitable suggestions. I can hardly remember what I ate by name but everything was delicious. Like I said, there was a patron of the restaurant in the group and he made the right choices.

Very creative!
Here there is the meat version of the falafel. It's made of hamour & falafel, but fried as usual.
What I really like is the vegan version of a meat dish: pumpkin kibbeh (made with pumpkin & spinach)
Love the ambience...feels like you are on holiday at a resort...lovely views if you sit on the terrace...delicious fish and delicious starters. Very nice staff.
Great restaurant especially if you like seafood. The restaurant offers great views. Went to Flooka for lunch and had the char grilled sea bass - divine! They also serve yummy cocktails-they made an orange caipirinha for me which was just on point. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful when he had trouble deciding what to eat. Overall a great dining experience.

Very good seafood restaurant with a great environment and great views. The food is quality and fresh. We visited on Saturday, the restaurant was very busy and therefore the service was very rushed and quick. The waiters were nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend flooka just be prepared if it's the weekend.
Great Place . Specially in this weather
Loved the location .
It was lovely to have such a scenic view . Well spaced seating . Courteous staff .
You would be confused looking at the menu and would ponder as to what to try .
The fish shawarma , hummus , moutabel and the Fish and the chips a must try .
Fish and chips - the fish is done to its perfect golden brown color.
They do keep serving the hot bread with black sesame seeds on it .
Waiting to try more from their menu the next time I visit
I have eaten at Flooka on 5-6 occasions and it is one of my favourite restaurants in Dubai.
The setting is great with an elevated view over the beach. Outside tables are excellent if the weather suits. Decor is rustic and basic - but clean. Service is courteous and attentive.
The best thing about this place is the food.
I have tried various dishes from the menu and they have all been excellent.
Note: this is a seafood restaurant and there are no other meats available.
It was a lovely Friday Afternoon, the Weather was short of sheer perfection and it was just the right view of the Sea as those plates of Hot Fried Fish laid on our dining table. From fresh Salads to fresh fish it was a journey that I have repeated many times thus far. Flooka has set the bar of that Restaurant that meets everyone expectations regardless of the occasion. We ordered a mix of appetizers and a 1.5 kg of fish and it all came hot just the way we liked it. The spread of fresh fish to choose from looks amazing and definitely the staff will offer a helping hand in advising the way you would like it cooked. I advise to give Flooka a try you wont regret this journey through the Sea.
One of the best and few authentic Mediterranean seafood in town.
Rich a la Carte menu, good service, lovely view and most importantly....AMAZING FOOD.... a fish taste that will take you back in memories to good old days... if you were an Almaza fan :)
Flooka is a place that I'll always come back to.
If u are looking for Mediterranean
Seafood that has the quality and the view... or u want to impress an overseas
guest with Mediterranean style fresh seafood, have some drinks, and all in a
cozy place overviewing the sea , then u came to the right place..
This is how it goes: You select from their
variety of fish and seafood of the day.. choose how u like it to be cooked.
Then sit and indulge yourself with their wine list and their fantastic Lebanese
appetizers.. Tabbouleh is amazing .. Fattoush ..Hummus.. the cheese rolls
are delicious as well... And I have to say the olive oil they use is really high quality ..Very
tasty..U can tell that this place care for using high quality ingredients.
But I tell u guys, what
makes me keep coming back to this place is the freshly baked topped with black
seeds pita bread .. YUM.. they keep showering you with that bread that u cannot
simply stop dipping it with everything possible.. ( I even ask them to bake some
for me for take out every time ;p)
The only thing I have to
point out here that I think this place is a bit over-priced... so u should be
prepared for some damage.. but still worth a visit if u r craving a good bite of seafood with a view.
Very average food. Warm bread was nice at start of meal. View is also lovely. Nice but dont think i would ever crave to go back.
Good food and good service and the view is really good a bit over priced but worth it
