My wife and I had dinner here and I can say one thing that the staff and services are great . We ordered chicken tikka and grilled Haloumi as starter and they were outstanding in taste, our main course was Chicken dum biryani and grilled Norwegian salmon, biryani was great but salmon was bit overdone, we ordered Tiramisu and chocolate fondant as fester and they were great.
Sushma and Christian were great whilst serving us,
One thing which I noticed was the portion size were quite big though great for people with big appetite...
Keep being brilliant , cheers .
We went there for seafood theme buffet. The staff was really good, catering our needs and requests. Though, the seafood option like lobster were very less. You need to be early to get some of the lobster because there's no refill. Anyway, what i love was the service. We were a group of people ordering a lot of stuff like juices, sauce, etc and the staff did not disappoint. My advise is, be early to get the best stuff.
We love the variety of food especially the sea foods selections. Staffs are friendly - 5* for that! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and we'll definitely comeback.
FamJam Friday Brunch
The Glasshouse reopened their FamJam Brunch every Fridays recently and im tell you, it is worth the dirham with their seafood spread alone. Lobsters. Fresh fish and shell fish you can have grilled with whatever condiments you wish and plated up pretty for you fresh from the grill. Nothing gets better than that. Other than that, they have a live pasta section too, a cheese platter (tho im missing some cold cuts there), salad bar and hot mains, the beautifully baked breads and not to be missed - the dessert bar with a chocolate fountain.
The staff was all so sweet and friendly, forever refilling our fluid needs with freshly squeezed OJ and lemon mint with garlic refreshers, black coffee and tea always with a smile. And a small chit chat that makes it all more homey. Well, being the name of 'glasshouse' it just was a tad bit warm in with all that glass magnifying the heat in and im not quite sure how to deal with that 😝. Otherwise, the glass floors is a good touch. An activity area for the kids is available too whilst the adults go enjoy some grownup time themselves. 😊
Id say, Hilton's FamJam brunch is a weekend brunch not to be missed if youre after good seafood fill and a whole lot more.
A night well spent last Thursday, tried the Seafood Night. Experienced amazing service and great food. The warm welcome and atmosphere made a huge impact. The Manager and the team delivered an incredible service, very helpful and guiding us all through out. The buffet selections are varied with seafood display which you can ask the chef to cook as per your liking. The offer is good, 179 AED for soft beverages and 250 AED for house beverages, but they also have a deal in Groupon that you will surely love. A must try - Breathtaking view! Will definitely be back.
Absolutely enjoyed the brunch in this place. We had a group celebration of about 20 people including kids and babies.
They had a dedicated area for babies then set us up with 2 long tables in a corner which worked well. Nancy and her team were super friendly and accommodating. The food selection was just right, top notch on the menu was their beef with pepper sauce and spicy chicken. To cap it off, the sangria mix was blended perfectly. Would recommend if you are looking for a practical place to spend a Friday brunch with the family and friends.
My wife's birthday and we really had good evening enjoying the vast range of menu. We don't have any word to describe. We even ordered cake from them and we got really a nice treat. Thankyou Hilton Glass House Brassier team. We will come soon.
Went for iftar yesterday with all my colleagues and the spread was lovely. Very well thought out food menu. Something for everyone. Being a vegetarian , asked for Indian pickles with my dal Chawal and cheese with my fruits and the staff were most accommodating. The live pasta station was yummy.
Great place for cocktails and to relax with appetizers before having your main event and dinner meal at Table 9 in the same building. They have wide variety of options to choose from and if you do more than small bites, they have a full menu as well.
Delicious food, great ambience and friendly staff.enjoyed every single dish from the buffet. 5* rating for 5* hotel.buffet features an array of specialty dishes, sumptuous and great selection of desserts.
Fantastic atmosphere and wonderful food. We went there in a group to try their 5 course meal deal and it was impressive. The steak was just wonderful, cut like butter and the service was fantastic. Would highly recommend going here.
Went here for a brunch on Friday with a group of friends and we all had a great time! The selection is from quite a variety of continental, Arabic and Indian food. The choice of beverages was varied too. I particularly enjoyed the sushi counter. Access to the pool at the hotel was just an added...
Unplanned random Iftar meal is so much fun! Never knew this untill today. I am not gonns go over each item on the spread. All I can say is Glasshouse serves decent dishes for Iftar. I preferred their snacks (kibbeh, fatayer and samosa). Main course wasnt fancy at all. In fact the butter chicken was pretty tasteless. The lamb ouzi was authentic and cooked to perfection. Moroccan fetteh among mains was the tastiest. Desserts were impressive. The berry panacota, dark chocolate cake and mouhalabiya were the yummiest. There was very little attention available from the staff because it was close to the closing time. Never mind, my meal was better than my partner's who preffered to order A La Carte and regreted. Glasshouse is quite not the place for decent A La Carte meal. They messed up simple Fish and Chips so royally. Anyway I was happy with the iftar meal.
We thought Hilton creek had a water view, which it didn't. Yet we booked at Glasshouse for dinner at seven, and went for a walk on the creek afterwards, the smell of water and the breeze were beautiful.
The restaurant itself is cosy and simple. The food was delicious, most of it is seafood. The cheeses and salads were little in variety, but good tasting. The chicken was good, but the meat roast was abysmal. The buffet included unlimited soft drinks and juices. The sweets were okay.
In general, if I get invited here, I wouldn't mind, but nothing special about this place, and I don't believe I will be going there again for casual dining.
The service was good and the staff made sure we are served properly.
Definitely a place to go if you want good quality food. Have had there buffet 3 times in the past 2 months and never did they fail to impress me. Good fast service, a good spread of seafood options and perfect deserts just makes this a good place to end up for a Friday brunch. You have a good view of the Dubai creek and enough sunlight to make it very refreshing. Also ended up having a small private gathering here and the staff was helpful and cooperative in every way. Will repeat!
For those who think simplicity is the best policy, this place shall suit you well; for those who want to enjoy lavishly done food at reasonable prices; for those looking for an experience of a life time and not just food that (may or may not) fill your heart, look away!
One would expect a place called the 'Glasshouse' to be extremely innovative, edgy and chic. It is the opposite of all that. Glasshouse is an unapologetic, and unpretentious restaurant. A brasserie that is not about the lighting, the decor, the table mats, the China, but food, JUST FOOD.
It serves Mediterranean food and thus offers a wide range of dishes, with something for everyone. Seafood aficionados, cheese lovers, Italian zealots, salad junkies, meat lovers can all dine-in together and leave satiated.
You might not fall in love with this place, but there is little reason to despise this place.
The staff is courteous and the service is swift. You can even make special requests, something that is not on the menu and the Chef is kind enough to do justice to it.
It might not satisfy everybody, but then what place does, right?
