Best Patty I tasted so far in my 20 years in Dubai. My dad makes a mean patty and nothing could top his until now! A bit pricey but your paying for good quality (you can taste) as well as excellent service. A bit disappointed I couldn't get the pouting but there is always next time. 😋

We tried the Nashville spicy chicken burger, it was a nice juicy burger and the chicken was cooked well. But it was not that spicy which was a good thing for us, but I wouldn't recomend it for someone looking for a more spicy flavour.
This place is literally my second home. I live a good 20 minute drive from it but I ALWAYS love going there for their best Jamaican sandwich and Bezuki dessert! The team is amazingly friendly, chef Jashwa is truly respectful, polite and surely gave us amazing fresh food yesterday. This is my second home! And I encourage everyone to try it!☺️

Today I went to this place and ordered a beef burger and a chicken burger. Both burgers were very tasty and cooked to perfection. Chicken was crispy from outside andjning from inside. The beefburger was also good. The only thing is they are a bit pricey

Definitely one of the better burgers I’ve had in Dubai. The experience is very good from the time you walk in. It’s a neat and clean place with ample seating and very friendly staff. The burgers are a decent size with plenty of beef and chicken options. They have a veg option as well.

We ordered the Beast. The caramelized onions, smoked cheese on top of a ground angus patty was so good. Gives you a WOW reaction once you have your first bite. A must have burger.

Mini Classic Burger - A plain beef patty burger. We ordered this one for the little one and she seemed to like it.
The Beast - This was quite nice. The smoked cheese and the crunchiness from the onion ring went well with the burger.
Jamaican Jerk chicken - This was our favourite. The chicken breast was beautifully spiced and cooked perfectly. I loved the addition of the hot peppers in it. I definitely recommend it!

Onion Rings - The onion rings were really nice. I was happy that these were still crispy when they arrived and were not greasy.
Poutine - The Poutine was okay but a little disappointing.
Our little one wasn't in the mood to go out so we ordered but would like to visit the place sometime.
This place has off the hook food! A few must try's- Nutella milkshake, chicken burger, the fries All in all, they get all the bread right!

On a Friday afternoon, I decided to try the Big Smoke Burger. I chose the Box Park branch as I expected to be the least crowded.
As expected, all seatings were nearly empty so I was able to choose the best seating.
I ordered the Smoking Cheese Burger based on the recommendation of the waiter. In addition I ordered the large cheese fries and a zero coke.
It took them round 10 minutes to get me the food which was a bit longer than expected especially when I was the only one who ordered. Anyways, the food was well served along with the drink.
For the burger, it was spicy and cooked to perfection. The beef patty was juicy and the bun was just perfect. Fries was tasty and fresh and the cheese topping was delicious.
However, the portions aren't the best. One burger will never be enough if you're hungry. You'll need a side and probably a dessert order somewhere else in the area.
Considering the price, it is a bit overpriced, the burger sandwich was AED 55 which is ok.. However, fries is definitely expensive as it was AED 35 and the serving wasn't that big. Drink wasn't refillable unfortunately. I think the drink should be served in a glass cup rather than the paper cup.
I will definitely come again!

Good food here and good ambiance. Pricing is on the higher edge but the burgers are delicious. I would recommend trying smokin' cheese (filled with three kinds of cheese).
The Poutine is authentic. Cheesy, gravy just right and with skin on fries. When I asked about the sizes while ordering, the large seemed small to me for the eat-in cup but the take out portion was really generous. I’d come again and again for the poutine!

I had always seen this small and cosy burger place on my visits to the box park. It was finally time to tick it off my list!. Since it is located at the box park, it is quite obvious that it makes for a good spot. Moreover, you can enjoy the temporary pleasant weather of Dubai by opting for their outdoor seating. Its a small yet comforting place to have burgers.
We have high standards for how we source our ingredients. For our burgers, we choose a proprietary blend of freshly ground, 100% all-natural Angus beef, our chicken is 100% all-natural. Both are hormone and antibiotic free. And our crinkle cut fries are made from potatoes that are free from the artificial ingredients that so many frozen fries include.

One of my favourite spots whenever I am craving a burger in Dubai, located at the funky BoxPark on Al Safa Road. When I am very hungry, I order both the chicken and the beef burger! Their burgers are tasty and juicy and I love their thick fries. It is a great place to stop by to grab a burger on the way back from the beach!

I visited this restaurant last week with a group of friends. Upon our visit we had ordered a big smoke burger, crispy chicken and a couple of their classic poutine fries. The food was delivered to us very quick and the service was really good too since the staff came across as friendly and concerned with providing us with the best experience.In terms of taste, I'd give it a 10/10 on taste level. The burgers and poutine are the true definition of what comfort food tastes like. I'm definitely come back again. We also had an incident with one of our burgers, my friend had dropped his burger accidentally and the staff was nice enough to replace it. I mean which restaurant even does that nowadays?! We stopped off yesterday for lunch at this unfamiliar restaurant and ordered a regular Cheeseburger, Jamaican Jerk Chicken burger and the classic poutine. All three items were presented well and tasted amazing. The meat quality was excellent and the poutine was very moreish and enjoyable. This burger joint was a lovely surprise and I would definitely return.

The burger bread is so moist with a great garnish of sesame seeds. The beef patty is well done and so tender, the meat literally sizzles in your mouth. The onion rings are nice and crisp and not at all oily - my misconception of onion rings being too have vanished.

We tried their Spicy Burger and Cowboy Burger. The patty may not be as thick but they're juicy and oh so delicious! Each burger is filled with a lot of flavor. I just wish the Spicy Burger were a bit more spicy.
Burgers were nice and tasty! We ordered the Jamaican Jerk Chicken (really tasty) and the Urban Cowboy (could be better). Fries were not so good though. Disappointed because we got the cheese fries and the cheese didn’t even seem to have any taste. My daughter said no to fries which she rarely does. Craving for a nice juicy burger, we stumbled across this place. It was around 10pm and relatively empty . The reception from the staff was very warm and welcoming.
Tried the smokey cheddar bacon burger and crazy burger with fries. Both burgers were amazing. The crazy burger being slightly better because of the mild spicy chipotle dressing but both were extremely tender , flavorful and juicy. Portion was perfect. Enough to fill you up without being too stuffed. Easily one of the best burger joints we’ve tried . Even the French fries was fantastic. Crispy and non greasy .
We also had the lemonade which was refreshing and the chocolate milkshake that really tasted more like ice cream. It could have been more chilled and less creamy .
Although empty, there was a lot of delivery orders being made and it took sometime for our food to arrive .
Great thing is they have parking right at the back of the restaurant.

The best burger joint in box-park. Fair pricing and corporative staffs. Juicy burgers with some really yummy fries. We were not impressed by their drinks though, the freshly brewed iced tea did not seem fresh at all. Great ambience and atmosphere for a pleasant dining.Definitely coming back here once again.
Amazing burgers! Freshly prepared meat and served neatly. Definitely worth a try if you like beef burgers. The staff doesn’t seem to be happy when we use entertainer or any other discounts along with the purchase so one star down for that one reason.

Really delicious burger. Had the beast and smokin cheese burger. I prefer the beast burger. I just loved the beef bacon along with the crispy onion rings. But their Bun was suprisingly soft and different to the other burgers. Loved it.

I luv going to box park every now and then , especially in this weather as its pleasant and beautiful in the evenings. Tucked in a corner is this place, the big smoke burger place. Me and my husband wanted to try a new place and we landed here. Ordered the big smoke burger and the fried chicken burger with cheese fries. The food was tasty and though both the burgers were good, we enjoyed the big smoke burger better. The lemonade was a bit too sweet fr me bt the cheesy fries compensated and were good.
Very tasty burger whether chicken or meat. But chicken is tastier and lighter. Try to order any burger without mayo sauce cause it may make it too greecy and change the taste. Overall, the price is reasonable. One more thing, as most restaurants, tomato sauce is given in small amount if you want more, remind them
Really good burgers! Impressed - nice options and you can swap beef for lamb or chicken. Two size options which helps and enough sides to make anyone happy. My wife had the lamb burger and I had the spicy one. The buns are good and in my opinion make the burgers taste much better. We also ordered the Onion rings - crunchy and crisp with the perfect texture inside. There are also good American Sodas (Boylan Bottling Co). I’ll be back > need to introduce others to this place!

I really liked this place. Went there last week on a Thursday night. I was surprised it wasn't much busier. There was a steady flow of customers.
I had two burgers, the jerk chicken and the spicy one, forget the name. I really enjoyed both burgers. The size was perfect. The service was good too no comp complaints there. My only reservation was that they had minimal options for sides when it came to healthy food. However I don't expect that a burger joint caters for healthy customers I guess. So can't be too picky on that front.

It takes a lot to impress a person who doesn't believe in the power of burgers as a cuisine in a burger-saturated market. I can without a shadow of a doubt say that having tried many of the burger establishments that have recently emerged on the streets (and beaches) of Dubai, that this is the best burger joint of them all. The authenticity of the flavour in the meat, the freshness of the vegetables, the crispiness of the fries, and the variety of options of all these that combine to make your burger meal all make for a grand experience (I'm writing this at 9am while thinking of the place and seriously hoping they deliver to my office so that I can have one for breakfast. Unrealistic, I know...). While the recipe for, or rather the execution of, the poutine wasn't as especially Canadian as it should be (possibly the only negative point about the restaurant), it was still tasty and would make for a repeat order. Also, kudos to them for bringing a variety of drinks to a market saturated with the typical brands. Now where's my lifetime membership to the Crazy Burger Fan Club?

It wasn’t a bad choice at all, it’s the first restaurant in box park, their menu is vast and very confusing to choose from as all their burgers are so similar with just a single ingredient varying.
However my friends and I tried, lamb burger, crazy burger, big smoky burger and the cowboy burger with cajun friend and ranch and bacon fries.
Everyone’s burger had a unique taste with their fries as a side adding on to the meal.
The bun was fresh and the patty and the cheese was very juicy.
