Lovely little place on kite beach. Perfect after a long beach walk. Very friendly staff and a great choice of healthy food & drink options. I love the brunch menu and the coffee is delicious!

Ate here today with my daughter, the food was delicious. I had the not so healthy fish and chips but have not eaten better in Yorkshire, it was fabulous. My daughter had a lovely salad with all sorts on. The service was excellent and so friendly and helpful. If you are on kite beach, eat here, great choice on the menu, something for everybody.

Love the ‘all you can eat’ breakfast with a huge selection, fast service and super tasty food! This is a MUST visit in Dubai. I would prefer another branch tho, due to super humid and hot inside the Park House location. It is on the beach, but I was not dressed for the heat that day :-)
My first time here with my friend i felt the happiness of the staff. Even busy they tried to accomodate all the guest. In addition with that the taste of the food was amazing specially the organic avocado toast with egg.
Loved the chilled out vibes along side the beach with good food and service. Quality and value of money get 5 stars from me !

Decided to have breakfast before we hit the beach. The place was really cozy specially for the good weather is back now in Dubai. Affordable prices and very delicious dish. Always amazing service here and they are super kid friendly. We can for our son’s post school birthday treat last week and everyone was so friendly and made a big fuss of him. My family and I visited Park House for breakfast before a day on the beach and loved the experience! The staff were so friendly, caring & very knowledgable about the food menu. Our breakfast was delicious and the portions were just right. Would highly recommend for families.

Visited several times for brunch. Avocado on toast with poached eggs, eggs benedict and eggs royal all fabulous with great coffee. highly recommend.

This is the best place to be if you are visiting to kite beach. Spending time and money over here will worth every second and penny. Form different varieties of quality food from salad, lunch, breakfast, coffee..... . Really in love with the place and food. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Friendly staff and simply good food. Go here for breakfast weekly. Yogurt pot with a cappuccino and orange juice. Very nice! The burger for lunch also is a good one to try!

Very nice place on kite beach. I love seeing a place full to the brim and the staff is coping very well. Service was great and friendly. We had the eggs royale and the club sandwich both surprisingly very very good although the club sandwich was a little messy to eat. good job and keep it up
We came here on a busy Friday afternoon and the place was packed. We ordered the following:
1) Eggs Benedict: Excellent
2) Club sandwich: Very good (a bit messy to eat)
3) Mac & cheese croquettes: Very good
4) Truffle fries: Good

Park House is a breakout option vs the usual fast food saturating Kite Beach. I get it is a beach so this usually begs for ice cream and burgers but I also like to eat nice things that are well made, thoughtful and - dare I say - good for me too. Park House is bringing food diversity to a beach in desperate need of balance.
The decor inside is very friendly and bright like a restaurant designed by White Company or some other New England beach house vibe (suited given we are talking about a beach restaurant). Bright blue tiles lead into white ceilings and walls. The wooden white furniture also brightens the room. The copper lamps near the open kitchen gives a pop of colour when you see the chef approach the pass.
The quality of the food here is high for the location. You have the usual suspects like eggs benedict, avocado toasts in addition to more substantial main menu courses. The falafel burger is light and clean tasting, the grilled salmon with herbed couscous and mango salsa is also zesty and well-cooked (although I find it odd to have hot grilled salmon with two cold sides). There is also a salad and deli counter with a bakery that nods towards more of a takeaway of cafe vibe. The salmon pasta comes with avocado (another cold with hot menu item instance. The pasta is heavy and could do with something to brighten the dish like lemon or basil.
Staff is super courteous, menu knowledgeable and happy to help. They do not smother at all.
I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again (and again).
By a chance my friend and I tried to eat there. Service is excellent. Food was delicious. I had an amazing Salmon Pasta while my friend opted for Poached eggs. The manager (I think), she is so friendly and made a joke on how she was going to sell my mobile charger because I just left it there on the counter. The asst mgr (I think), a Filipino man, he is friendly too. All staff are professional. Coffee served fast. Bill delivery needs to be improved/faster. Price was ok considered the salmon served was fresh. Keep up the good job chef!
Delicious food and drinks - healthy pick among other restaurants in the area. However, portions are relatively small. Ambiance is nice. Service can be very slow and not attentive - e.g. np knifes and forks on the table, long waiting time for the bill. Been many times and hope service will be better in the future.
I went this morning to the kiosk that they have at kite beach. I had a Granola with yogurt and berries and a cappuccino.
The place is very nice as it’s not very crowded, there is a big parking next to it.
The staff was very friendly and correct.
Everything was good and prices are good too.

My new favourite breakfast place on the weekends after a walk along kite beach.Perfect for the weather these days and love all their healthy options and chilled out ambience with friendly chatty staff. Mostly stop for coffees and their perfect homemade ice tea and on my last visit very much enjoyed the sweet potato waffle with goats cheese. Looking forward to trying lunch and other menu offerings..

When you are traveling you need to embrace the culture of a country and try new things including food. I found this organic themed restaurant in Kite beach which offers a wonderful ambience and all natural menu. I tried their omelette and they gave an extraordinary taste for this simple recipe, which means they have passion to serve a food coming from they heart. For service, nothing to say but more than expectation as good as in a fine dining, they gave a high standard of service. Staffs are very friendly, welcoming and accomodating especially Junfer and Donna who treats me (not only me) but all the guest as a family member. To the chefs and staff of this awesome restaurant, thank you for helping me completing my travel diary. See you next time
Recommended for a healthy and fresh breakfast, and a great ambience when the weather is nice. The food is delicious and light, with interesting takes like beetroot hummus. However, we wish that each dish came with 2 eggs instead of 1 (had to order it extra). Also, it would be nice to see more options on the menu!

There are not many 'healthy' cafes whose food I enjoy, purely for the blandness in the name of organic or healthy. But Park House is a class apart. Right from the first bite you'd be peppered with rich flavors. The beetroot avocado toast was worth every morsel, with a generous dollop of avocado spread. I don't usually like feta but their feta on top of this sardough was amazing. The berry pancakes were unique and tasty. There wasn't the standard gooeyness, but a rather crunchy or rugged pancake, a bit on the dry side. But nice. Coffee was great as well. Eggs were amazing, how they present and sprinkle the fresh herbs. Service is commendable, the staff is knowledgeable.

Menu isn’t the biggest, but they do provide a fresh selection with a nice selection of salads and generous servings which is what we all secretly want. The mixed lemon and peace ice tea was amazing as well.
I had the club sandwich, which on its own is the size of a club house, with it housing three slices of toast which quickly fill you up.
But it is a good sandwich, only downfall of the entire table was that when they say poached egg expect a boiled egg. As they are not running but in fact hard. It was the only let down of the day
The food was fresh and the presentation was as good if not better than the taste. The Bread Hummus is a must try. The portions are just right and allows one to try many things on the menu. The Beetroot and Quinoa was excellent .
The decor is good though most restaurants these days are obsessed with the Industrial style of decor. The service is very attentive. Junfer our server was always around to check if we needed something yet not intrusive too disturb our dinner.

Since moving to Dubai earlier this year, I have been in pursuit of my all time favourite treat: the perfect slice of carrot cake. This has been no easy feat. And now, finally, success! The carrot cake at Park House is truly exceptional. Moist and fruity with notes of ginger and nutmeg, the cake was smothered with a heavenly, fluffy icing. Oh. Em. Gee. Located on Kite Beach, it’s the perfect place to spend a Sunday afternoon. The staff are friendly and attentive (special mention to Ronald) and I can’t wait to go back to try one of their healthy breakfast options next; finished off with another piece of cake of course!
It was my first time to visit a restaurant that offers healthy and organic dishes, Me and my friend loves it. They gave us an excellent food and excellent service done by Junfer, no dull and boring moment everytime he will be on our table. We will be back on holloween because he said that there will be special dishes. Can't wait.
Me and my 2 year old daughter visited Park House on the beach for breakfast. The staff were amazing especially Ingrid who kept making my daughter smile, excellent service. I had gluton free Avo Toast which tasted wonderful, and our visit was great value for money. Park House is a wonderful breakfast spot, the best at Kite Beach, I will be returning for lunch and dinner in the future. I love this place, the food, the service, location is just perfect, especially a big thank you for Ingrid for making our visit such a pleasure.
I love a good breakfast and it's a bonus when you have a view. The staff were super friendly and also patient as I had my daughter with me and also engaged with her. The food was great and did not wait long for my meal, really enjoyed my experience will visit again and highly recommended!

Located near the beach, Park House is a good place to stop by for a quick bite or a cup of coffee. Simple tastes but good ingredients, friendly staff and relaxed beach atmosphere. I really liked their Eggs Benedict breakfast - good muffin! Park house waffles could definitely bring more fruit and portions could be a bit bigger but barista does very good job ☺️ Having a travel scrabble available to play was a great detail!

I really like this place! Especially the decor, that brings me back to some Mediterranean beautiful place. It' s one of the few with a quite spacious area to dine in. Service is good and is perfect for a late breakfast when in Kite beach. They have a nice avocado toast served with poached egg. their gluten free option is also lovely made with sweet potatoes. Their smoothies are also nice as well as the appetizers. We got some edamames. If you want to have a proper lunch they have a quite varied menu including burgers and salads. You can actually customize your salad from the counter, and select a mix of 2 or 3 different salads. Overall a nice experience, definetly my favorite in Kite beach.
With friendly service and a straightforward menu Parkhouse is the pick of the bunch as far as breakfast goes at Kite Beach. The Eggs Royale and the Parkhouse Club are really good and not too expensive. Blueberry Pancakes are nice as well but prefer without banana. Coffee is also pretty good. Gets pretty busy so head down early.
Such a quirky, funky venue with an amazing location. Food and drinks choice really innovative, great selection, super healthy and served promptly with a smile from helpful, attentive and friendly staff.

This cozy Cafe is locate in the Kite beach area. The place is perfect for breakfast or Friday brunch. We came for the lunch after the beach and we were nicely surprised with food variety and price. The service was quite good and attentive even thought it was quiet busy. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, colorful and simple. The place has nice and relaxing atmosphere. I would say that the design of the place reminded me about vacation in Greece, and it was really good and nostalgic feeling.
I would defiantly recommend to visit this place with friends or family.

Hidden Gem Alert: Park House is like a breath of fresh air in the busy town. They are located in Kite beach stretch away from the hustle and bustle of the city. An ideal place to walk into and have breakfast or meet friends over lunch. Loved their menu and most of their stuff is healthy. They believe in the fresh concept too and everything is made and baked fresh. To see the chef in action, walk into the store early in the morning and you will be able to catch glimpse of the making of fresh breads, croissants, cakes, and others in their open bakery kitchen.
I met Chine there who was a lively soul. She gave me a lot of interesting information about the restaurant. The restaurant is packed during weekdays and the outdoors are full in the cooler months. The layout is like a beach with surfing board quirky wooden interiors, cushions, and blue and white walls. I started a beautiful Sunday morning breakfast with:
Avocado Toast: I got this medium done with chili flakes. It was delicious, different, fresh, and healthy. Also, this one was one of their fastest selling item on the menu. Looked like a mini garden this toast was full of well-made avocado sauce, poached eggs. It was creamy and healthy with lots of flax seeds to top up the flavor. I loved the fresh crunchy toast it was served on. Definitely a winner and a must have. Yum o meter: 5/5
Cashew Toast: A surprise addition to their recent menu this toast and rich and healthy. With grated cashew and honey topping on the home made toast and flax seeds to cover the goodness of cashew and bananas this one definitely was my top favorite here. Its is a must try and believe me it is not heavy or full of calories. This one is made with honey which is natural sweetener and one breakfast item that I would love to have after a nice workout. Cannot stop talking about this sweet surprise. Yum o meter: 10/5
Eggs Royale: I tried the eggs royal which are the Benedict with salmon. This too is one of their best sellers and rightly so. I had the medium done eggs which were served on soft home made muffins. The eggs were perfect medium dripping with flavor as you slice through and served with well cooked salmon. I also loved the consistency of the hollandaise sauce which was nice and thick- impressive. It had smooth melt in your mouth flavors with spinach being an addition it did not over power the dish. Instead the flavors burst in your mouth slowly with each bite. Yum o meter: 10/5
Avocado toast with sweet potato: I was curious to try what they called the avocado toast with sweet potato, this one a suggestion by one of their staff – Donna and she wouldn’t let me leave without tasting it. The sweet potato perfectly cooked is topped with the avocado and eggs like in the Avocado toast and the flavors of this one are magical. I would prefer this over the regular toast any day because the delicious sweet and spicy flavors plus avocado together created in each bite really pleased me. Thanks for making my morning Donna. Tropical Morning: This one was a strange mix of banana, mango, pineapple, Spinach, milk, chia & flax seeds. It had the sour flavor of pineapple, sweetness of mango and banana with interesting flavours of spinach and milk. Don’t keep it too long though, it gets bitter because it’s made using fresh ingredients and does not have preservatives. Loved the refreshing taste. Yum o meter: 5/5
Cappuccino: One of the best I have had in a restaurant that does not only specialize in coffee. It was nice and strong and really woke me up.
So, this place is still very new and opened only last year and it is go to place for many people for lunch and breakfast. They do serve an all-day limited breakfast too. They have some excellent salad options for the afternoon and evening and they also give you a choice to mix your own. Their veggie burger is also a fast selling item – although I dint try it. I am surely coming back for lunch soon.

I tried the medium salad, which is a combo of 2 of their salads they are serving for that day. I think there was a total of 5-6 to choose from. Pretty tasty and healthy, I enjoyed the Greek Salad & the Kale/quinoa salad. I would come back here again.

Second time there today, for lunch with my husband and my 12 yo daughter.
And I was a bit disapointed compare to the first time. Last time it was on week end and even if the place was packed and we had to wait a little bit too much for our food, there was a good energy in the restaurant. The team members seemed to give the best of themselves.
Today it really felt we were bothering them. And even though the place was mostly empty it take quite a while to get our orders.
My husband took the eggs royale with a side of coleslaw, side that arrives on the table 10 minutes before the eggs. 🤔
My husband gives the eggs a 14/20 and 16/20 for the coleslaw.
My daughter had a kid dish of chicken strips, she gives it a 16/20. She had to eat with her fingers though as there were no cutlery on the table and no team member was around. Maybe because we were sitting outside and it was very hot today.
I had a Italian panini, it was simply delicious.
We also had a fresh orange juice and a smoothie, both perfect.
The real dark point in Park house is the lack of view in most of the place, so if you are not lucky enough to get one of the table where you could face the beach, you will have to eat facing a wall or inside the restaurant. I found that a little bit sad when you eat by the beach.
Though and it is a major point: if you want to eat healthy and tasty and in a nice deco : Park house is really the only option in kite beach.

Nothing ingenious about the menu: eggs benedict, french toast, sandwiches, juices or coffee but its the quality is very good and can leave you satisfied yet wanting more. The service however is pretty blah! The only person really friendly and helpful is the manager. The flies can be pretty annoying and it would be great if they could keep spare fly swatters around or anything else just to ward off the flies. Been here a few times now. Great location and food is really good too. What more could you ask for? I like that with the salads you can choose to have 2 variations. They are really food portions so unless you're starving the medium size is suffice! P.s. Goes well with a side of sweet potatoes fries 😋

Good ambience and friendly service. The outdoor seating is much nicer and perfect to enjoy the remaining good winter days in Dubai. We had gone in here just to relax and hangout so we just had coffees in our order. The frappuccino was well prepared and so was the Irish Coffee.
This was a great find post Saturday run on Kite beach. We ordered a range of breakfasts - eggs benedict, omelette with fresh red and green juices and sides. The service was excellent and the food, fresh and tasty with good portions for the price. I will definitely be going back!
Best known for their breakfast, Park House serves a variety of healthy, delicious grub by the sea. They have produced a wonderful menu incorporating super foods that inspires you to eat healthy. Who says healthy food needs to be boring and bland. We tried their most of the elements of their menu including breakfast items, salads, mains and desserts, in one seating and we loved almost every single bit of it.
Visited this place on an afternoon during my visit to the beach and took a takeaway salad must say the salad was really really nice the portions were nice and the salad was really fresh and very delicious. I took the red quinoa salad along with the surf side salad which was mango, Feta along with some greens was really delicious. Will be visiting this place soon to try some other stuff too

From the delightful venue to the amazing service and the reasonably priced good food, this was definitely not a disappointment. Maybe we just ordered the right things, but I was extremely happy here and I am 100% going back soon.
The weather also helped as it's the start of Dubai winter, which makes it the ideal location (pretty much on the beach). I ordered eggs Benedict with a chocolate milkshake and they were both impeccably made.

The Circle Café is in a nice location by the beach and is blessed by a refreshing breeze, though it has limited view of the sea as it is situated in a corner. Both outdoor and indoor seating is available. The food is delectable and tasty, with some healthy options available. Friendly staff, great food and a clean place. Only thing is that the beach goers tend to change in front of the restaurant but the staff quickly directing them to nearby washrooms.
