Just wanted to say that Jes was super when we were in Park House on Friday morning and our kids were all over the place! Delicious smoothies!

Ate here today with my daughter, the food was delicious. I had the not so healthy fish and chips but have not eaten better in Yorkshire, it was fabulous. My daughter had a lovely salad with all sorts on. The service was excellent and so friendly and helpful. If you are on kite beach, eat here, great choice on the menu, something for everybody.

This little place has literally the BEST almond croissant of Dubai! I'll go back just for that. The lemonade was good too, and the service was super friendly. Unfortunately, the pain au chocolat didn't live up to the expectation..

I'm having the worst experience here this morning. I got there at 11:25 and joined a table that had been there 30mins already. It took 25mins for a waiter to come over and take my order, which was for a latte and a breakfast item, but by then they'd stopped making this dish. So I order something else that was so mediocre, Burger King does it better. Oh... it's now 12:00 and I'm STILL WAITING for that latte. Let's see if they respond.

Love the ‘all you can eat’ breakfast with a huge selection, fast service and super tasty food! This is a MUST visit in Dubai. I would prefer another branch tho, due to super humid and hot inside the Park House location. It is on the beach, but I was not dressed for the heat that day :-)

My first time here with my friend i felt the happiness of the staff. Even busy they tried to accomodate all the guest. In addition with that the taste of the food was amazing specially the organic avocado toast with egg.

Loved the chilled out vibes along side the beach with good food and service. Quality and value of money get 5 stars from me !

Had an amazing time at Parkhouse, the atmosphere felt relaxed and beachy. I really enjoyed my chocolate milkshake, it was a great place to grab a drink with some friends and catch up. Thanks to all the staff for being very welcoming, smiling and serving us with great care!

Decided to have breakfast before we hit the beach. The place was really cozy specially for the good weather is back now in Dubai. Affordable prices and very delicious dish. The staff was very accommodating and friendly gave us options for which food to order and all. Thanks rocky/raquel not sure but thank you so much ☺️

Happy to rate it 4 as it's very hard to find a healthy options in kite beach of course other then the salads, tried the beetroot avocado and egg bread, nothing special honestly for me, but loved the menu the quick happy service.

Always amazing service here and they are super kid friendly. We can for our son’s post school birthday treat last week and everyone was so friendly and made a big fuss of him. My family and I visited Park House for breakfast before a day on the beach and loved the experience! The staff were so friendly, caring & very knowledgable about the food menu. Our breakfast was delicious and the portions were just right. Would highly recommend for families.

The food is great (although I find their price point a bit on the higher side), the place is very cosy... the only thing that I can rant about is the staff. They yap a lot. One lady couldn’t stop talking. At one point I heard her made a bit of a negative comment about me (I was just minding my own business and was busy with my food and laptop) thinking that I will not understand her dialect.

Visited several times for brunch. Avocado on toast with poached eggs, eggs benedict and eggs royal all fabulous with great coffee. highly recommend.<br/>You can incorporate this with a walk along the beach track...

This is the best place to be if you are visiting to kite beach. Spending time and money over here will worth every second and penny. Weather was lovely and I wanted to have my coffee by the beach; to be actually able to enjoy the view. Sadly, not many options if you want to go to area near kite beach. My search brought me to Park House. Location and staff is amazing!<br/>I reached a bit after the time for breakfast but still they were accommodating enough to bring me my order of the Yogurt Pot (There was something off about the Yogurt itself though so I didn't really enjoy it but the Latte with Banana Bread made up for it!)

Friendly staff and simply good food. Go here for breakfast weekly. Yogurt pot with a cappuccino and orange juice. Very nice! The burger for lunch also is a good one to try!

I'm surprised that the place is marked as temporarily closed though they are very much functional and my family was there for lunch.<br/><br/>We ordered for:<br/>1. Kid's menu - Pancakes with maple syrup and strawberries. It consisted of 3 pieces of small sized pancakes for AED 27/- ie... way to small than those available in Mac Donalds... leaving my 4 year old still hungry!!<br/><br/>2. Wagyu Beef Burger - this is the only item on the menu priced correctly for AED 65/- meat was juicy and burger was delicious served with salad.<br/><br/>3. Katsu Curry with option I chose was Chicken breast... for AED 62/- a completely average tasting curry with 1 bowl of cooked rice served with regular salad and nice soft tasting chicken breast. The price against the quantity is a complete rip off!!!. My son had those pieces of chicken breast.<br/><br/>Quite an average tasting food against the price they charge.

This place is pretty packed on Fridays with beach-goers. Kinda hard to get a table right away. It's open and airy which is nice<br/><br/>Ordered the Eggs Benedict (not served hot enough), Hotdog & Chips (kinda dry) and Truffle Fries (super disappointing, cheese hadn't even melted at all).  The food is quite costly and the ambience wasn't worth the money. A lovely place at kite beach with summer vibes and lovely music. They have outdoor and indoor seatings in case the sun is too much for you. We ordered the hummus platter while waiting for our order, we ordered the sweet potato hashbrown and the steak sandwich with yummy fries and 2 fresh detox and watermelon smoothies. The good is light and fresh and you can continue your beach day without any problem. the staff are friendly.

Park House is a breakout option vs the usual fast food saturating Kite Beach. I get it is a beach so this usually begs for ice cream and burgers but I also like to eat nice things that are well made, thoughtful and - dare I say - good for me too. Park House is bringing food diversity to a beach in desperate need of balance. <br/><br/>The decor inside is very friendly and bright like a restaurant designed by White Company or some other New England beach house vibe (suited given we are talking about a beach restaurant). Bright blue tiles lead into white ceilings and walls. The wooden white furniture also brightens the room. The copper lamps near the open kitchen gives a pop of colour when you see the chef approach the pass. <br/><br/>The quality of the food here is high for the location. You have the usual suspects like eggs benedict, avocado toasts in addition to more substantial main menu courses. The falafel burger is light and clean tasting, the grilled salmon with herbed couscous and mango salsa is also zesty and well-cooked (although I find it odd to have hot grilled salmon with two cold sides). There is also a salad and deli counter with a bakery that nods towards more of a takeaway of cafe vibe. The salmon pasta comes with avocado (another cold with hot menu item instance. The pasta is heavy and could do with something to brighten the dish like lemon or basil.<br/><br/>Staff is super courteous, menu knowledgeable and happy to help. They do not smother at all.<br/><br/>I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again (and again).

By a chance my friend and I tried to eat there. Service is excellent. Food was delicious. I had an amazing Salmon Pasta while my friend opted for Poached eggs. The manager (I think), she is so friendly and made a joke on how she was going to sell my mobile charger because I just left it there on the counter. The asst mgr (I think), a Filipino man, he is friendly too. All staff are professional. Coffee served fast. Bill delivery needs to be improved/faster. Price was ok considered the salmon served was fresh. Keep up the good job chef!

Delicious food and drinks - healthy pick among other restaurants in the area. However, portions are relatively small. Ambiance is nice. Service can be very slow and not attentive - e.g. np knifes and forks on the table, long waiting time for the bill. Been many times and hope service will be better in the future.

I went this morning to the kiosk that they have at kite beach. I had a Granola with yogurt and berries and a cappuccino.<br/>The place is very nice as it’s not very crowded, there is a big parking next to it.<br/>The staff was very friendly and correct.<br/>Everything was good and prices are good too.<br/>I’ll go back for a proper breakfast under the sun soon!

My new favourite breakfast place on the weekends after a walk along kite beach.Perfect for the weather these days and love all their healthy options and chilled out ambience with friendly chatty staff. Mostly stop for coffees and their perfect homemade ice tea and on my last visit very much enjoyed the sweet potato waffle with goats cheese. When you are traveling you need to embrace the culture of a country and try new things including food. I found this organic themed restaurant in Kite beach which offers a wonderful ambience and all natural menu. I tried their omelette and they gave an extraordinary taste for this simple recipe, which means they have passion to serve a food coming from they heart. For service, nothing to say but more than expectation as good as in a fine dining, they gave a high standard of service. Staffs are very friendly, welcoming and accomodating especially Junfer and Donna who treats me (not only me) but all the guest as a family member. Recommended for a healthy and fresh breakfast, and a great ambience when the weather is nice. The food is delicious and light, with interesting takes like beetroot hummus. However, we wish that each dish came with 2 eggs instead of 1 (had to order it extra). Also, it would be nice to see more options on the menu!

There are not many 'healthy' cafes whose food I enjoy, purely for the blandness in the name of organic or healthy. But Park House is a class apart. Right from the first bite you'd be peppered with rich flavors. The beetroot avocado toast was worth every morsel, with a generous dollop of avocado spread. I don't usually like feta but their feta on top of this sardough was amazing. The berry pancakes were unique and tasty. There wasn't the standard gooeyness, but a rather crunchy or rugged pancake, a bit on the dry side. But nice. Coffee was great as well. Eggs were amazing, how they present and sprinkle the fresh herbs. Service is commendable, the staff is knowledgeable.

Park house on the beach is a good sundowner experience. <br/><br/>Been there twice; once for lunch and one for a beach evening. The food is average but the ambience makes up for it. Tried a chicken sandwich, meat skewers, fries and sweet potato. The food is served hot but the meats are too chewy and don't seem very fresh. The fries were too oily. The sweet potato fries were good and crunchy. <br/><br/>The ambience of the place makes up for what it lacks in flavour. The white benches and cozy yet airy interiors make the perfect setting for a nice afternoon. The smell of freshly baked bread is soothing and rich. <br/><br/>It's a good place to relax in; especially given that options are limited at Kite beach.<br/>

The food was fresh and the presentation was as good if not better than the taste. The Bread Hummus is a must try. The portions are just right and allows one to try many things on the menu. The Beetroot and Quinoa was excellent .<br/><br/>The decor is good though most restaurants these days are obsessed with the Industrial style of decor. The service is very attentive. Junfer our server was always around to check if we needed something yet not intrusive too disturb our dinner.<br/><br/>We will come back if there still enough time until our departure from this beautiful country.

Since moving to Dubai earlier this year, I have been in pursuit of my all time favourite treat: the perfect slice of carrot cake. This has been no easy feat. And now, finally, success! The carrot cake at Park House is truly exceptional. Moist and fruity with notes of ginger and nutmeg, the cake was smothered with a heavenly, fluffy icing. Oh. Em. Gee. Located on Kite Beach, it’s the perfect place to spend a Sunday afternoon. The staff are friendly and attentive (special mention to Ronald) and I can’t wait to go back to try one of their healthy breakfast options next; finished off with another piece of cake of course!

It was my first time to visit a restaurant that offers healthy and organic dishes, Me and my friend loves it. They gave us an excellent food and excellent service done by Junfer, no dull and boring moment everytime he will be on our table. We will be back on holloween because he said that there will be special dishes. Can't wait.

Me and my 2 year old daughter visited Park House on the beach for breakfast. The staff were amazing especially Ingrid who kept making my daughter smile, excellent service. I had gluton free Avo Toast which tasted wonderful, and our visit was great value for money. Park House is a wonderful breakfast spot, the best at Kite Beach, I will be returning for lunch and dinner in the future. I love this place, the food, the service, location is just perfect, especially a big thank you for Ingrid for making our visit such a pleasure.

I love a good breakfast and it's a bonus when you have a view. The staff were super friendly and also patient as I had my daughter with me and also engaged with her. Located near the beach, Park House is a good place to stop by for a quick bite or a cup of coffee. Simple tastes but good ingredients, friendly staff and relaxed beach atmosphere. I really liked their Eggs Benedict breakfast - good muffin! I really like this place! Especially the decor, that brings me back to some Mediterranean  beautiful place. It' s one of the few with a quite spacious area to dine in. Service is good and is perfect for a late breakfast when in Kite beach. They have a nice avocado toast served with poached egg. their gluten free option is also lovely made with sweet potatoes. Their smoothies are also nice as well as the appetizers. We got some edamames. If you  want to have a proper lunch they have a quite varied menu including burgers and salads. You can actually customize your salad from the counter, and select a mix of 2 or 3 different salads. Overall a nice experience, definetly my favorite in Kite beach.

With friendly service and a straightforward menu Parkhouse is the pick of the bunch as far as breakfast goes at Kite Beach. The Eggs Royale and the Parkhouse Club are really good and not too expensive. Blueberry Pancakes are nice as well but prefer without banana. Coffee is also pretty good. Gets pretty busy so head down early.

This cozy Cafe is locate in the Kite beach area. The place is perfect for breakfast or Friday brunch. We came for the lunch after the beach and we were nicely surprised with food variety and price.  The service was quite good and attentive even thought it was quiet busy.  The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing, colorful and simple.  The place has nice and relaxing atmosphere. I would say that the design of the place reminded me about vacation in Greece, and it was really good and nostalgic feeling. <br/><br/>I would defiantly recommend to visit this place with friends or family.

Hidden Gem Alert: Park House is like a breath of fresh air in the busy town. They are located in Kite beach stretch away from the hustle and bustle of the city. An ideal place to walk into and have breakfast or meet friends over lunch. Loved their menu and most of their stuff is healthy. She gave me a lot of interesting information about the restaurant. The restaurant is packed during weekdays and the outdoors are full in the cooler months. The layout is like a beach with surfing board quirky wooden interiors, cushions, and blue and white walls. I started a beautiful Sunday morning breakfast with:<br/><br/>Avocado Toast: I got this medium done with chili flakes. It was delicious, different, fresh, and healthy. Also, this one was one of their fastest selling item on the menu. Looked like a mini garden this toast was full of well-made avocado sauce, poached eggs. I also loved the consistency of the hollandaise sauce which was nice and thick- impressive. It had smooth melt in your mouth flavors with spinach being an addition it did not over power the dish. Don’t keep it too long though, it gets bitter because it’s made using fresh ingredients and does not have preservatives. Loved the refreshing taste. Service is OK considering they are extremely busy...food menu options are great for Gluten free fascinados like me. The quality is good...however they have a problem with temperature of the food...my sweet potatoe was super cold whcih really affected my dining experience. The last time I was at Park House I was quite disappointed with the service. Not only was the staff not attentive but were a little rude.<br/><br/>Aside from that - the place itself is well decorated & the salad selection is generally quite good. They usually serve food quite quickly so that's helpful.<br/><br/>Though unfortunately last time, I ordered the salmon pasta as per their recommendation - the salmon was spoiled, I had to return it to the kitchen & they offered me a bolognese instead.

Lots of flies indoor, couldn't sit peacefully. Had to ask for every thing like spoon, sugar... toast was too hard to be eaten with 🍳 egg. <br/>Staff needs to be alert & sensible

What we went for: family breakfast by the sea<br/><br/>Ambience: A name like beach house might have been more appropriate? But i suppose the artificial grass laid all around the cafe and blue tables and benches although too close to each other does give it a sort of a park feel. The view of the flea market, walking track, white sands, blue seas and the marina/ palm skyline do make it quite a hot spot in my opinion. <br/><br/>What we ordered: Dutch pancakes for the kids, cashew spread on seeded toast for the hubby and an eggs royale for myself, the usual hot chocolate, espresso, cappuccino!<br/><br/>Price: aed 160<br/><br/>Verdict: the pancakes arrived promptly as a trio with a side of Nutella and sliced bananas. It was cute watching the 3 year old trying to dunk her pancake into the deeply inconvenient and inconveniently deep Nutella bucket and gobble the mouthful..and in the process get half her face smothered in the chocolate spread! And then it's almost like watching a slow motion movie where every detail is etched in your memory for eternity.. your attempt to intervene just as she decides to use her sleeve to wipe off the chocolate.. and because it's a continuous process you are bound to fail at some point which makes you wonder what made you intervene in the first place.. but a few tissues later and the same end result of a chocolate covered face and clothes.. I console myself that as a parent I can only do what I am supposed to do- keep trying! the pancakes and Bananas with the Nutella did get a thumbs up from both the girls. The Hot chocolate was probably too much for the younger one and as always never enough for the older one.<br/><br/>The cashew spread on a seeded toast is entirely about food pairing, assembling and presentation as there is no cooking involved. The toast was hard, the crunchy cashew spread(either from a grinder or a meridian bottle)with sliced bananas was heaped on the toast with a drizzling of honey. A sprinkle of flax seeds and chia seeds to complete the dish. I would say by some twist of fate and ticking the average on all aspects including taste, texture, pairing and presentation makes it a dish that is just above passable and still worth recommending. I perhaps have a soft spot for uncommon, unusual and unexpected. And not having seen other breakfast menus with this on offer gets its to the list of " pls try once".<br/><br/>My eggs royale was good. Th medium runny poached eggs with the salty salmon and the blanched spinach is hard to get wrong. <br/><br/>My single shot espresso served in a humongous coffee cup irritated me!it felt like I was drinking the remnants of someone else's americano!!! <br/>Just imagine wearing clothes that are 4 sizes too big? Doesn't matter if it's a masterpiece by Alexander McQueen!! It's going to look outright silly.. I guess you get the point.. pls serve espresso in a demitasse cup and wear clothes of the right size!<br/><br/>My husband got his cappuccino in the same sized cup as my espresso and had no complaints.<br/><br/>Would I return? I believe it's worth taking a stroll in the park but besides the cashew toast there is no other compelling reason to really visit?.. Ok too harsh? But that's how irritated I can get wearing oversized clothes or drinking a single shot espresso from a giant cup.

Came here on a friday at rush hour peak time. Do understand that the staffs will be busy. But it doesnt mean that when someone calls you and you turn and then walk as if you are being neglected. Not a good habit for a restaurant business. The food i have no complaint even though the wafffles are not upto the mark. Guys make your service good and people will flock in. Thanks

I tried the medium salad, which is a combo of 2 of their salads they are serving for that day. I think there was a total of 5-6 to choose from. Pretty tasty and healthy, I enjoyed the Greek Salad & the Kale/quinoa salad. I would come back here again.

Nothing special in this place, their breakfast is average, their pancakes are below the average, crowded and noisy place.<br/>However their prices are competitive compared to similar places.

So far I only came here twice and both times I was happy with this place. The interior is very attractive and the food is displayed next to the counter, which makes it easier to choose. The juices and salads are really fresh and a great choice for a hot day spent at the beach. Plus, it's one of the few options around Kite Beach with a big indoor sitting area.

Second time there today, for lunch with my husband and my 12 yo daughter. <br/>And I was a bit disapointed compare to the first time. Last time it was on week end and even if the place was packed and we had to wait a little bit too much for our food, there was a good energy in the restaurant. The team members seemed to give the best of themselves. <br/>Today it really felt we were bothering them. And even though the place was mostly empty it take quite a while to get our orders. <br/>My husband took the eggs royale with a side of coleslaw, side that arrives on the table 10 minutes before the eggs. 🤔<br/>My husband gives the eggs a 14/20 and 16/20 for the coleslaw. <br/>My daughter had a kid dish of chicken strips, she gives it a 16/20. She had to eat with her fingers though as there were no cutlery on the table and no team member was around. Maybe because we were sitting outside and it was very hot today. <br/>I had a Italian panini, it was simply delicious. <br/>We also had a fresh orange juice and a smoothie, both perfect. <br/>The real dark point in Park house is the lack of view in most of the place, so if you are not lucky enough to get one of the table where you could face the beach, you will have to eat facing a wall or inside the restaurant. I found that a little bit sad when you eat by the beach. <br/>Though and it is a major point: if you want to eat healthy and tasty and in a nice deco : Park house is really the only option in kite beach.

Park House is located at Kite Beach. The location itself scores this place 5/5 and the food 4/5. Healthy and tasteful.<br/>Nothing ingenious about the menu: eggs benedict, french toast, sandwiches, juices or coffee but its the quality is very good and can leave you satisfied yet wanting more. The service however is pretty blah! The only person really friendly and helpful is the manager. The flies can be pretty annoying and it would be great if they could keep spare fly swatters around or anything else just to ward off the flies. Been here a few times now. Great location and food is really good too. What more could you ask for? I like that with the salads you can choose to have 2 variations. They are really food portions so unless you're starving the medium size is suffice! P.s. Goes well with a side of sweet potatoes fries 😋

Fairly good fare however very overpriced. Small juices are 25aed each and the service is slow at best with staff bumping into you while you eat. The burgers were good and the lite salad unavailable. <br/>Don't think I would return.

Slow service. mozzarella panini slobbered in pesto and Mayo. Large chunks of avocado tomatoes. Slopply done. The Park house burger. Similar story. Slobbered in Mayo. Fries probably refried. Over priced for average food. Good location though.<br/><br/>Passed our opinion to the staff. Got a free brownie.

Good ambience and friendly service. The outdoor seating is much nicer and perfect to enjoy the remaining good winter days in Dubai. We had gone in here just to relax and hangout so we just had coffees in our order. The frappuccino was well prepared and so was the Irish Coffee.

This was a great find post Saturday run on Kite beach. We ordered a range of breakfasts - eggs benedict, omelette with fresh red and green juices and sides. The service was excellent and the food, fresh and tasty with good portions for the price. I will definitely be going back!

Best known for their breakfast, Park House serves a variety of healthy, delicious grub by the sea. They have produced a wonderful menu incorporating super foods that inspires you to eat healthy. Who says healthy food needs to be boring and bland. We tried their most of the elements of their menu including breakfast items, salads, mains and desserts, in one seating and we loved almost every single bit of it.

Visited this place on an afternoon during my visit to the beach and took a takeaway salad must say the salad was really really nice the portions were nice and the salad was really fresh and very delicious. I took the red quinoa salad along with the surf side salad which was mango, Feta along with some greens was really delicious. Will be visiting this place soon to try some other stuff too

Stumbled across this venue by accident as we had not been to Kite Beach since the whole area opened up with restaurants.<br/><br/>We got there around 11 on a Friday, The place was ok, we have a place inside.<br/><br/>Food was ok too.<br/><br/>We ordered Gluten free blue berries pancakes, <br/>Eggs Benedict and kids meal pancakes.<br/>Whilst I like that the kids meal had banana, the mashed banana didn't look appetising.<br/><br/>We each had a drink and the bill was OK. Maybe next time I will try their non-breakfast item too.

If you're planning on having a quiet Friday morning brunch by the beach- this isn't the place. That can be a good or bad thing, depending on your personal preference.<br/><br/>The family next to us was quite annoyed as they had been waiting for their bill for quite a while(I'd say the first 15 minutes that we were there) but service at my table was decent. We just do an embarrassing dance when servers are busy and that always catches someone's attention ;) <br/><br/>They serve raw company coffee and it's YUM. The layout of the place is quite lovely and if you enjoy a buzzing "chic" place to grab a bite on kite beach-especially one that doesn't kill your wallet- then this is the place to go. <br/><br/>However that being said, the atmosphere is unnecessarily pretentious. Our server was a little... Upset(?) that we didn't want to order any more than two breakfast items with a side of bacon. And it was very average. The bread they serve you is great, but by the time my dish got to me the eggs were cold. <br/><br/>There was nothing else about the place that really wows. The location is great and price points are relatively okay for kite beach, but when I go out for breakfast, I expect a bit of a garnish/presentation.. Show me that this is the place where I'd get some morning love on my day off. Maybe a bread basket with some jams. Smile when you take my order, because you're on the job, and also because I asked you how your day was going, and I respect your service. Spoil me. Don't clumsily toss two frigid eggs on a plate w a slice of half toasted bread, because I can do that at home :(<br/><br/>Ps: far too many flies. I counted 8 hovering around us when our food came. I understand it's outdoors but I also saw a fly in the dessert bar, and that is a slight cause for concern for me. <br/><br/>I would definitely think a bit before I go back to try their other dishes. Anushree Phadke and me decided to have a late brunch with the kids on a lazy friday afternoon.<br/><br/>To our delight we landed into this cute little place nestled in the newly made up kite beach. <br/><br/>The all day breakfast with the eggs royale was just perfect with eggs made to the perfect consistency.<br/><br/>The 3 egg organic omelette with cheddar cheese and spinach was made to perfection with a huge loaf of bread.<br/><br/>The waffles with nutella and cream was devoured by the kids before we could even look at the plate.<br/><br/>The grilled chicken in the Parkhouse light came on a bed of lettuce with a tomoto sauce with avocados and I looked with my proud eyes that my kids ate the avocado without even me telling them to clear their plate!<br/><br/>Oreo milkshake and green farmers market were enough to wash down our food.<br/><br/>The place looks new- the waiters confused- the manager - a sweet lady lost her smile arranging for the guests and her confused staff with more people flooding in and the orders being delivered wrong to nearly every table.<br/><br/>All and all- its perfect breakfast/ brunch place or even a nice setting for an evening coffee with some sandwiches. <br/><br/>Recommended if you have not being starving yourself and don't mind waiting and enjoying the vibe till the dish that you ordered arrives at your table along with all cutlery, sauces etc.

The location and food more or less outweigh the confused staff and wait times.  I attended for breakfast and delivery of the food and drinks was very close to chaotic.  A note to the management - I think things would go much easier if you adopted a similar style as Lime Tree (order and pay first, deliver the food second).<br/><br/>I would be willing to try the restaurant once more, as the lunch offers looked quite nice.

So we landed up here on new years day and it was the only place packed so we assumed it's the best place around. We were a group of 9 and after eating for 10 minutes we got a table inside. Very cute interiors and gives a perfect shack on the beach feel. <br/><br/>While waiting, we were mulling over which desserts to order while we spotted a fly inside the dessert showcase. Uhm, dessert skipped. Coming to the food, we ordered fish n chips ( which was way too crunchy and thus not good), falafel burger ( which sounded awesome but didn't taste so) ... the waffles were excellent and hit the spot perfectly. The drinks were just about okay as well. The hot dog was actually very very tasty with fried onions on top. The bread basket was very good too, with the round sun dried tomato bread standing out.<br/><br/>The service - Not so good.Not sure if it was the new year day rush and if they were understaffed. But I had to wait 40 mins for my frappucino to come. All of us got our drinks in installments over a span of 40 mins and that was not ideal. The staff were trying their best no doubt and were friendly and hard working but unfortunately it leaves a bad taste ( pun inteded) . <br/><br/>Overall - I would give this place a miss for the next time and try the other options.

I'm surprised that this place has such a low rating. <br/><br/>From the delightful venue to the amazing service and the reasonably priced good food, this was definitely not a disappointment. Maybe we just ordered the right things, but I was extremely happy here and I am 100% going back soon. <br/><br/>The weather also helped as it's the start of Dubai winter, which makes it the ideal location (pretty much on the beach). I ordered eggs Benedict with a chocolate milkshake and they were both impeccably made. <br/><br/>A really nice restaurant for a lazy weekend morning/afternoon.

The best thing park house has going on is the location! Came to have breakfast by the beach the place was crowded as it was a holiday but we found a place indoors, the whole place has retractable doors so we were basically outdoors which I loved. Took a while for someone to come and give us the menu and ask us what we want, after ordering we got the food before the drinks which I did not like as I like having my latte with my food not after, the french toast was a tad burnt, the food overall was 'ok' , would come again for the location and interior vibes
