I ordered some melanzane and cannelloni and liked them. Not too oily or heavy to digest I found them to be one of the best in the area. It would have been a 5 star if the portions were slightly bigger.
Their quality food, ambience and service never fail. Kudos to Celine and her team Tina and Sarah for being very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Carbonara was my fave from the last visit last January - last night I have my new found favorite which is gnocchi. It is mind-blowing - especially if you're a potato and cheese lover. Cibo Italiano could become my monthly habit and I'm never getting tired of it.
Amazing staff loved the food and ambience
The tiramisu was packed with the hot pasta without any isolation. It arrived totally melted. I informed the restaurant and they sent me a new one.
All the good reviews that I have read about this property are true. The friendliness of the staff seems genuine. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We highly recommend it.

Ordering since few month, i love everything about food, meats, fish, risottos, salads and sandwiches, all are amazing made with love, always freshly baked bread, very tasty. Yes i give attention to everything and bread is a very important adds to meal for me, so this restaurant did not disappoint me yet with orders. i hope to visit place too.
We recently used Cibo Italiano to cater a VIP yacht party and we were very pleased with the entire experience, the food, and the service. The team was very responsive, with the owner being involved hands-on. Cibo did a great job in setting up the area on the yacht and looking after the guests during the cruise. The feedback from our clients was fabulous. We'll surely use Cibo again for future catering requirements.

What a great surprise! My friend and I were in JLT and felt like having some italian food and a google search pointed us towards Cibo Italiano 🇮🇹. What a quaint and charming restaurant. We ordered lots of things off the menu and were impressed with each. Pleasant staff and good quality, comfort-style italian in a place that, from what I understand, has stood the test of time. I can see why! Highly reccomended. We'll definitely go back.

If you’re a fan of pasta, you have come to the right place! I don’t know what ‘Cibo’ literally means, but to me, Cibo means Pasta Heaven!!
With so many pastas to choose from, your head will be spinning, your mouth will be watering and luckily, your wallet won’t be worried! With super reasonable priced dishes, you will be able to enjoy your pasta (or pastas, in my case) without having to break the bank!
I tried numerous of their pastas and I honestly loved them all! I even tried their Gnocchi and their cannelloni and they were also very tasty! Honestly, it seems like whatever dish you go for at Cibo, you will be in good hands!
And if you’re looking for a healthy meal, Cibo’s salads are great! They have a huge selection and they all looked so good!! I only had one (Finocchio Mele Arance Parmigiano & Noci) and it was amazing! Highly recommend it!
Overall, great restaurant with great food, service and interiors! If you’re thinking of trying Cibo out, don’t think twice, go for it. You won’t regret it!

One of the Best Italian Resto We’ve been.... 😍 AMBIENCE was soo cozy place was so clean very relaxing 😌 FOOD was definitely amazing right from the time we have arrived on out table we were given complimentary bread and their prosciutto e funghi porcini was soo delicious 😋 and one of the superb pasta we have was the All Aragostine and Carbonara it was a pice of heaven and we finish our meal with Tiramisu which made us forget everything it was a great dinner... 🍽 SERVICE was totally Superb everyone was very friendly and hospitable they made sure that we are enjoying our time.

Social Media made wonders to me as I learned about Cibo Italiano in JLT. Another hidden gem yet to be discovered and they deserved to known by many, definitely!
Had the time to dine at their outlet mid week last week. I was under the impression that the it will only be a casual dining place, an after-work kind of restaurant. When I saw the place, I instantly amazed as it literally looked like an outlet of a 5star hotel (not exaggerating). The place is brand new, properly lit, enough and comfortable dining space. It is almost like a fine dining feel. I love the idea of having fresh food display at the counter and also the concept of having an open kitchen - gives me a hygienic impression of the outlet. This, for me, is important and Cibo Italiano impressed me at first sight.
Service was outstanding. There were quite a number of diners at the time but I noticed that the servers are prompt and switched on and didn’t feel they missed any service sequence. Impressive! Sarah, our server, was very accommodating and always smiling. She has a good product knowledge and tried her best to introduce us to unfamiliar (for us) menu item 😊 I really appreciate her help.
I want to highlight the food Cibo Italiano offers!
It is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Their burrata cheese salad is the freshest, goes very well with grilled (i think) eggplant and zucchini with greens (rocket leaves i think). The olive oil they use is top notch, I tasted. Super! My husband’s favorite is fried calamari, I tried to stop him from ordering Frito de Mare Misto (mix of deep fry calamari and shrimps) but good thing he insisted! Definitely the best one I have tried, they use some dry seasoning that will make you reach umami levels (if you know what I mean). That’s for starters. For the mains, we ordered All’Aragostine (lobster linguine) and Tagliata de Manzo (grilled sliced rib eye). Both dishes taste perfecto! I am not sure if the pasta is freshly made, but the sauce was so good (that I wished I had more pasta to go with it, lol) the lobster were cooked just perfect. Rib eye quality was so juicy, because if is sliced I would recommend go for medium rare to get the utmost quality of beef. Desserts were Tiramisu and Panna Cotta - both delicious.
For the price you pay to dine at Cibo Italiano, you’d definitely get the best quality of food (actually even more) as their prices are quite affordable. I am still craving to try more from their menu. Will definitely come back very soon. Hopefully next time would be with my colleagues. LOVE IT!

So let me start by saying that I hesitated between 3 and 4, so I would say it's a 3.5/5. I really want to love that restaurant because the food is actually good and the place is cute. But there is a slight problem with the management of the restaurant. I come from a long line of restaurant owners, so these things strike me. The owners (seem to be a couple) are overly friendly to the Italian customers but kind of disregard the others (ie. small attentions like free mini starters, quick food delivery, chat at the table..), which is already not a good thing, as all customers should be treated the same. My friend ordered meat, which, of course, is something that takes longer to be cooked than other items. He also wanted it well-done, so extra time, but we knew it and were prepared to wait the normal amount of time for meat to be cooked. However, his plate arrived at least 20 minutes later, with the meat still very red, and he, obviously, asked for it to be cooked a little bit longer. The very nice waitress happily obliged but somehow got scolded by the management (yes, we saw it, your coffee machine unfortunately doesn't hide you so well). We waited another 10 minutes for the meat to be cooked. The owner only came at that time to quickly apologize for the wait and left. The restaurant was not super crowded, so I can't even blame that on them being in a rush.
This experience leaves a bitter taste in my mouth because we did not complain at all to anyone, we were being super nice and quiet, and we only got a very small word of excuse. I had to eat my entire meal while my friend was watching me (mind you, at no point in time was he given any small finger food like the other Italian customers). The food was good, so I'll give it another try, but the management really has to be careful with this, especially if they want to cater to a clientele which is used to European standards.

Cibo Italiano is the best Italian food in Dubai. Its situated in JLT cluster D extremely accessible by metro or car.
The interiors of Cibo is perfect for a relaxed evening with family and friends. Very comfortable and bright interiors with extremely friendly staff who care for you and will assist you throughout the time you are there.
The food is simply OUTSTANDING and DELICIOUS. I loved everything I ate and absolutely enjoyed the Burrata, Salad and Pizza. The food is super fresh and healthy.
I am in love with the COFFEE too. In all I had a great time and now its my favorite Italian food in Dubai.
I was planning to visit this place for a while, finally made it today and yes, it turned out to worth visiting from time to time.
In addition to the great taste and presentation of food, ambiance is bright and nice even though it is simple, service was also incredibly fast.

There is a new neighbourhood Italian joint in JLT called Cibo Italiano that opened about a month ago in the foodiest cluster of JLT (D). The interiors are bright and feature an open kitchen where Chef Giuseppe is waiting to carb you up to your hearts content. The menu is large and comprises all of the usual suspects - pizzas, pastas, risottos, starters, salads and mains, plus breakfast, sandwiches, and a few other surprises like great mocktails Italian soda (in this case, a cherry soda topped with cream) which I love.
I have been to Cibo twice, and all I have experienced was great Italian food, extraordinary hospitality and generosity. It is a well recommended restaurant for an authentic Italian bite and warm ambiance

I have traveled all over the stunning locations of Italy gorging my way through as many restaurants as I could and the food was delicious.
Since then, I was on a constant hunt to find a good authentic Italian restaurant which would just not feed me but my soul. Trust me I have been to countless restaurants/ cafe for a good Italian meal but it was of no avail.
Finally my search ended with this lovely restaurant in Jumeirah lake towers.
They have a wide range of pastas, pizzas, desserts and some amazing mocktails.
We started off with some homemade antipasti followed by fresh pasta and pizza. This was easily one of the best meals I have ever had. The food here took me back to Italy, it tasted so good and was full of Italian condiments. The presentation, the taste and the vibe of this little Italian heaven was so on point, and lastly it doesn’t burn a hole in your pocket. It’s very well priced.
The owner (Simone) of the restaurant is very kind and generous and greeted us with his grand hospitality!

Positive vibes is the first thing that strikes you upon entering the palce.
For my first visit i tried the lentil soup and the Affumicata salmon Salad and would recommend both.

Yesterday, we’ve discovered the newly open @ciboitalianodubai located in JLT Cluster D. It’s a pure traditional Italian restaurant with Italian chefs in cuisine. Their veggies antipasti are home made and so tasty - I particularly loved their peppers with onions.
The service is amazing and the food tasty.
I recommend to try the truffle porcini tagliatelle and their chicken 😍 For the dessert I’ll definitely recommend the panacotta.

The place is still new so obviously there's still room for improvement. Only ordered a few things so I'm eager to go back and try some more. Design wise the place is vibrant and welcoming. Very clean and modern aesthetic.
- The Truffle Fries: They're good but they need more truffle. A lot more! Nevertheless, we devoured them all.
- The Truffle Pizza: The dough and the crust are excellent but there was ZERO taste of truffle. It just tasted like a really good margarita with mushrooms. I would definitely try other pizzas here but I hope they can improve the Truffle one as I've tried some amazing ones and this couldn't compare.
- Gnocchi with Rose Sauce and Salmon: Very creamy and delicious. It's a heavy dish so it's perfect to share. Strangely enough the menu has a picture of smoked salmon on the pasta but the plate we received had grilled salmon. I could be wrong but it was still good!
We were given complimentary lemon sorbet which was of course refreshing and presented beautifully.
I'll definitely come again since it's so close to my house and I'm eager to try the rest of the menu (Which is huge).
Have been waiting for the place to open for a while as it's below my house. I must say, the wait was worth it. The quality of food is similar to what you would get in a fancy Italian restaurant in a hotel minus the exorbitant prices. We had the black mussels in spicy marinara sauce and the crudailo pizza. Both were excellent but the mussels were exceptional. The tomato sauce was so good that we scooped every last bit with bread. The owner who was very kind and hospitable told us later that they import their datterini tomatoes directly from Sicily. Trust me, you can tell from the taste as well. My girlfriend who has tomatophobia helped me devour the mussels in tomato sauce as well. To top it off, we had the coffee sorbet which was the perfect end to a delicious meal. I can't wait to try all the other food they have on their menu.
I visited the restaurant for the first time today.. Nice ambience and friendly staff.. I was impressed with barista skills. Coffee was very good. Will return for sure. 😊
Had the Carbonara pasta, the food was amazing and reminded me of the best pasta I had when I visited Rome. Kudos to the Chef and for sure it’ll be our weekly place to head to! Very refreshing to have the quality and flavour standards!

I had such a pleasant time in your Restaurant.The ambiance was amazing, The food was so delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Went there for an early Saturday breakfast while walking in JLT. It had nice music (cover songs) playing at 8:30 am that made me wanna spend some more time there.
We took a table by the lake, although indoor seating and outdoor seating away from the lake is also available.
Ordered a latte and a black coffee with and Italian Avocado toast. The coffee was ok, but the toast was delicious!! The mozzarella was so fresh and the bread had a great texture.
Might pop in again while walking around in the area.

Really good! We had the mussels in Marinara sauce, truffle pasta and gnocchi- all good and properly portioned. Truly one of the best Italian restaurants we’ve tried in Dubai. The staff who waited on us were all nice, too! Will definitely visit again ☺️

Wow, I have been here a few times and ordered from here a few times as well. The consistency in the pizza is amazing. The crust is always perfect. It had never been short of perfect. The pizza has the right amount of cheese and sauce (a little less toppings but to be honest, it doesn’t need that much more toppings) is always the right amount. The cook on it is very good too. The meatballs are some of the better meatballs we have tried. Along with the pizza very consistent and flavorful. Great with the bread. Definitely will continue to order/come back here.
