(التعليق الأصلي) This place has gone downhill, the iftar wasn’t great 2 custards for desert no sweet anymore. The meat was cold. The food is okay quality but it used to be amazing. I don’t know what happened.

جودة الطعام والجو بحد أقصى 3 نجوم (التعليق الأصلي) Nice Lebanese resturant started on high note ...then they lost their track ...they don't know what they want with it, split to cafe and resturant ...then try to do cafe and lounge then back to cafe resturant ..then back to resturant ...When they started for sure the food was great then something went wrong and quality dropped a lot ...3 star maximum if not two if I am fair to the place in market full of competition...food quality and atmosphere max 3 stars

Service was slow, they missed serving Pita with hummus.

Zomato Gold was not accepted even after being active on Gold the reason given was “owner changed” if they was the case why is it still active on Zomato gold?

Card machine wasn’t working.

Overall experience way below average.

AVOID the place

Poor service. We went to the restaurant at 12:30 pm, the food hadn’t been served until 1:30, following which it was cold and not fresh. The waiters and managers did nothing to make the experience any better. Please do not visit unless you like food that’s not fresh.

This is the second time I have been to this restaurant, first with a friend who came from South Africa and second time with a friend from Hungary. They both wanted to eat some local Arabic cuisine so that's what came as the suggestion on my zomato.

On 15 Nov 2018, we reached there at 7:00pm and the restaurant was still setting up. There was no one at the reception to greet us or find us a table to sit as most servers were busy gossiping or on their phones. The servers were just sitting there without paying any attention to the customers and also they were sitting on the same tables as customers. There were no salt and pepper on the table and we had to ask the waiter to give us. That suggested their service needs some improvement. My Hungarian friend ordered pomegranate juice and lamb shawarma and both things were not available. The waiter came to inform us two times to change the order.

About food, which is not that great either as they charge competitive price for the food but quality or taste is just normal or maybe we were just frustrated with poor service so we could not taste goodness in their food.

My experience was also not so good first time as well.
I think I will never go to this place or recommend my friends to go there unless they do some serious improvements to their services.

Wen u talk about best place for Arabic cuisine, on top will suggest "MAZAHER" went for meeting in trade centre than saw this place and at the moment thought to give a try ,and trust me it was the best decision ☺..giving 4 stars only coz of their unavailability of "kunafah" 🙈

Ambience : 5/5
Sitting : comfortable
Food : excellent
Quality and quantity : good enough 👍👍
Service : bit slow but was ok
Overall : good experience
We had great experience over there , we tried mutabal, hummus and grilled chicken and we also ordered jalab drink amazing in taste . The place was quite good and price was also pocket friendly

Picked up a falafel sandwich here on the go. The taste was good but nothing special or extraordinary. The staff is polite and quick. The ambiance was average.

Good Lebanese food, not amazing but good. I ordered to the office once and was pleased with the portion of the chicken, but disappointed with the hummos taste yet I would order from them again.

My delivery was 30 minutes late and it was impossible for the Zomato support team to reach the restaurant. By time I received my oder, the food - a Fayatel sandwich and Mazaher Fries - were stone cold. The sandwich was very dry, the fries were rubbery. Very disappointing.

This is ridiculous i have ordered my food at 7:45 and one and half hour later still nothing. I have been chatting with zomzto which keep on telling me 10 more minutes but i have not received anything. I am 10min away from this place really don't understand what could take them this long. If you are super hungry DO NOT order from them you might find yourself with no food. After one and a half hour i know have to order from another restaurant. Thanl you guys!!!

Wrong menu on zomato.. prices are higher by 20 -30 drhms. Example: mixed mashawi for 95 while on zomato 65. The staff said that these are their prices from the begining!!!

We ordered falafel and taouk sandwich the food is tasty but it took one hour for delivery and it was veryyyy cold also there was barely tahini sauce and garlic paste.

i ordered the usually delicious Rocca Salad. it came missing the halloumi, the figs, and the oranges. it is unacceptable that a big part of the ingredients is missing. The manager just called to apologize. Probably a one-time mistake.
i again ordered the Rocca salad with chicken and hummus. Everything was great and portions are generous.

The ambience is light & airy, the service is polite & friendly, and the Fattoush is just wonderfully light, crispy & refreshing! My colleague quite enjoyed her Falafel Sandwich, and found it to be light, yet filling & flavorful.

I am kind of regular to this place for lunches & mostly with big group we generally order the standard Lebanese food here and everything is good to taste. Particularly they make nice prawns, mixed grills & falafel. Their fresh juices are also very nice and real.
Additionally the ambience just add to this place as it comes with good fine dine experience.

On general days they have live music starting from 1900 Hrs but on Fridays it starts from 1600 Hrs.

Cheers!!

Arabic restaurant and at the Dubai World Trade Centre. What more could you ask for.

Just beside my office and easy for me take my guests for lunch and dinner.

I have tried their set menu meal course and looks like a never ending saga of food. Nice ambience and nice food.
Dipti
This place is located in the DICEC, a quick 5 mins walk to/from the Za'abeel halls. Undoubtedly, with not many options available here, this is one restaurant serving great Levant food.

I went here for lunch with my business ally. The hostess at the desk was pretty disinterested in everything. The outlet has two seatings - external which is a bright looking cafe style and internal which is dim lit fine dining. The interiors are great, but a put off thing is that smoking is allowed inside too. We ordered the Mouhamara and the Sheesh Tawook. Both the dishes plus the breads were well prepared. The service however was not up to the mark..

With the hope that they teach their staff how to smile, I'll plan the next visit if I'm around.

What we went for: a Quick work lunch

Ambience: bright, spacious with a cafe feel in the front and a more luxurious restaurant at the back.
I love that there is an Olive tree that is claimed to be 300 yrs old right in the middle of the cafe. And positioned such that every visitor needs to pay homage:). I also quite like that the white walls are adorned with little hanging green pots, windows sills are lined with little tangerine shrubs. I really don't care that they are artificial.. the place does take you to the heavenly med- Lebanon to be precise.

What we ordered: tabbouleh, hummus, kibbe, mixed grill and a platter of grilled jumbo prawns.

Price: not cheap but I am yet to find a Lebanese restaurant that is! But they do give me a discount if I show my office card :)

Verdict: hey this is one of the few lunch spots in the vicinity of my office that dishes out great tasting grub! The hot and cold mezze, the grills are all freshly prepared and taste great. The service is good and if we go as a large enough group the chef personally comes out to check if we are doing ok! What I call great service.

I hear the place transforms into a party Beirut atmosphere in the evenings with music, belly dancing and the same great food!

Would I return again? no doubt, perhaps even one of the weekends for the music n dance but armed with my office card for that very special discount ;)

I had their "Mix Grill" twice so far and i loved it you can tell the quality is good and also the portion compared to the price and other places that serve grills is on point, their Hummus with Tahina is also very nice.. good texture and taste.

The best Arabic restaurant with entertainment in town !
Best service and tastiest food I have had till this date.
I had a surprise bday party for my brother and fiancé and mazaher management planned it very well, where we had nothing to do but just show up and enjoy their lovely night that had an entertainment program of belly dancers, singers and dance shows.

I definitely recommend this place! ❤️❤️

THIS IS A SUMMARIZED REVIEW; FULL REVIEW ON THE BLOG, LINK IN BIO.

I was born and brought up in Dubai so a lot of my staple diet growing up included Lebanese food! We have a lot of Levant cuisine options in Dubai & so we wondered if Mazaher would stand out or get lost in the crowd as just another Lebanese restaurant. Well we answered our question soon enough as we began our tasting session at this elegant, tasteful yet vibrant restaurant (The answer's a yes btw).

We got to try a lot of stuff and that is an understatement. From the preparations to the presentations, we enjoyed everything thoroughly. Some of my favorites from everything we ate were: Fattoush, Warak Enab, Mouhamara and the Samke Traboulsiye from the Hot & Cold Mezze, the Mixed Grill and Grilled seabass with sautéed vegetables from the mains & the Bouza w Ghazle from the desserts.

Definitely a must visit!

FOR THE FULL REVIEW WITH ALL THE DISHES INCLUDED, VISIT OUR BLOG, LINK IN BIO!

Living in Dubai means that we are spoilt for choice when it comes to indulging in cuisines from around the world, especially food from the Middle East and Levant regions! Now, with such a plethora of Lebanese restaurants available in the country, would Mazaher, a new Lebanese restaurant in Dubai, stand out among the competition or just be another name to add to the list? This is what we found out at our tasting session at the vibrant, new restaurant that is located in the Trade Centre Area and offers guests a full ‘Lebanese experience in the form of a glamorous restaurant and also a relaxed café environment.

Mazaher is a beautiful restaurant serving mainly Lebanese cuisine. The place uses lot of white in the overall design and look and feel of the place.
The restaurant got opened in 2016 by the Sunset Group.

The staff is very courteous and the lady at the entrance actually convinced us to try it as we were not sure about the place. You walk in through a place which looks like a cafe and enter into another are which is more of a fine dining kind of place.

We went in the afternoon and so most tables were empty and we even got to interact with their chef.

We ordered a potato dish which to our liking was made spicy and was served with bread which was similar to a roti. The potato was diced in small cubes and sprinkled with spices. One has to try this if you want to have something veg.

I would want to revisit this place whenever I am back in Dubai and would recommend all to try it once.

We had Iftar here in Ramadan. It's a very good place with good food and service. The ambience is very nice as well with Arabic soft live music.

A friend won an iftar for two so we went during Ramadan. While the mezze was good, I found the mains (mixed grills) mediocre. Even the desserts were overly sweet & cheese filled.

It was a constant struggle to draw the attention of the waiters to our table as some of the dishes were missing spoons. Moreover, they didn't have non smoking areas. So I had to have food combined with second hand smoke for dinner, which I did not enjoy.

Won't be going back as the only thing I enjoyed as the mezze.

Located in the convention centre building of WTC on Al Saada Street. I was invited there for the Ramadan Iftar feast preview. The cost of the Iftar feast is AED 135 per head. They serve Lebanese cuisine. Interiors are very up scale, elegant and beautiful, creating a very chic ambiance. It is divided into two sections the main restaurant and the cafe. Staff is very courteous and service is very good.

My friends and I visited this beautiful restaurant to try their iftar menu. I loved it so much that I took my family here the next day!

The starters were already served on the table and there were so many! From types of hummus to fattoush, moutabel, 2 types of soups (lentil or mushroom), pasta, pan fish curry, salads and much more. It was an absolute delight. The starters by itself was quite filling.
For the main course, there were two options such as Mixed Grill and Lamb & Rice. We tried both and winner of the two was the Mixed Grill. The meat was so tender it just melted in the mouth. They also had different types of drinks (Apricot, Laban, Jalaab) which were refreshing.
The desserts were good- It was the authentic Lebanese desserts and it was simply delicious.

Mazaher also serves good shisha and during the dinner, they have live instrumental music.

The ambience is lovely- The place is bright and it has two seperate dining areas. The servers were jolly and attentive. Overall a wonderful experience. Definite must try for family and friends.

Mazaher was one of the best restaurants I visited during Ramadan. besides the amazing food, the service was one of a kind which makes the restaurant a memorable place. our waiter (Hussam) was very nice, polite and had a positive attitude. The restaurant served a set menu during Ramadan which had cold and hot appetizers, a choice of one main dish, deserts and unlimited drinks. Overall the experience was more than satisfying

Note:-This review is of their Iftar

Decided to check Mazaher after reading many reviews of it mostly positive. The interiors were very well decorated giving it a unique Lebanese modern dining experience. Had reserved a table before a few days and I knew why I made the right choice when I saw that not even one table was empty.
Was taken to our seats where we saw the hot and cold mezze ready on the table and a waiter soon passed by and asked us what we would like to have from a choice of Jallab, qamr al Deen and Labn.
The mezze tasted great as there was a huge variety and included traditional mezze items like Kebbeh, sambousek, hammous, moutabbel and fattoush. Waiters were very attentive and would take away any plate that was over as the table was already full and asked us if we would like more. They also came with hot breads and soups for us.
For the mains I ordered a mix grill platter and the wife ordered a chicken biryani, but unfortunately I couldn't eat much as I was full from eating the mezze and neither could the wife eat the Biryani for the same reason.

We tried a bit of the many dessert items they had but alas we were full by the time.

There are two points I didn't like much about this restaurant
1. They allow smoking inside and this bothered me as this was a family based restaurant with many kids around and would have appreciated if smoking wasn't allowed inside the premises
2. Took a lot of time to prepare the bill, not that the staff were ignoring us but just don't get why it took so long

I ended up paying the price for one person due to an Entertainer coupon I had. I also think paying 270 for what little items we had wouldn't be fair.
Nice place and I recommend everyone to go as they don't waste much food

Last minute choice but absolutely no regret. Adil and his team are just amazing. The food is so delicious. Recommend this authentic Lebanese restaurant 😍 will come again and again 👌🏻

We had iftar there and it was a great experience. Especially for what's offered in the surrounding area this was a great addition. A contemporary take on traditional cuisine. Very well done.

I had iftar at Mazaher and I have to say it was a pleasant experience.. The ambience and setup were nice and comfortable.. Food's quality and service were satisfying.. Their shisha is highly recommended.. Value of money was good compared to my experience at Mazaher.. I'm definitely visiting again soon!!

Iftar at Mazaher is surely one of the best in town. Delicious Lebanese food / Main course is laid out on your table instead of being served at buffet stations. Drinks served are refreshing. Desserts spread is lavish too.

Great Restaurant, Amazing Price-Performance Ratio!

Our friends booked our Iftar at Mazaher as it was listed in the HSBC Entertainer. I didn't look at Zomato or any other source before we arrived. The important thing was to be with friends. But the moment I stood in front of the restaurant I was already impressed by the beautiful decoration: light, sleek and definitely with a feminine touch. It looked very welcoming. The next thing that struck my eye was the way the table was already set with delicious Lebanese tapas, Fattoush salad and other delicious tastes. So much nice than an open buffet where you load everything onto one plate. I just love to have a lot of little plates in front of me. Lentil soup, very delicious, was served but I lost myself in the tapas. Hot fluffy pita breads were immediately replaced once we had finished a basket. The service was quick and friendly. When the main courses arrived, a plate of mixed kebab and another consisting of rice and meat I was full already but still couldn't resist trying. Live music was being played in the back room and it was a pleasure to listen to. The dining experience was ideal. Both testing the eyes as well as the stomach. The desert buffet was colourful. I went for fruits only but the rest of the crew enjoyed the traditionally Lebanese dishes. We had already paid and closed the bill when I smelled delicious coffee. So I ordered a cup of cappuccino. I loved it that they were serving it though it wasn't part of the concept. As a coffee lover for me there isn't a better finish to a great meal and day than a cup of coffee. To sum up, I really liked Mazaher. I think they are doing an excellent job; especially in a difficult season like Ramadan. And to think the set menu was 80 dirhams per person only and with the HSBC entertainer we only paid one menu per 2 persons. Crazy! :) PS: They also serve shish in the back room.

Decent food. 3.5 / 5
The mezze spread was lavish but the mains were mediocre
Service 2.5 / 5
Horrible with the wait staff, manager compensated for that
Wouldn't go back though :/

We tried Mazaher for iftar , it was the first time we visit Mazaher. There is something very cozy about the anbience, very welcoming 👍🏻 the food was great, traditional lebanese food which is very tasty, service excellent, may i mention speciffically Hadi who waited our table so efficiently with a big smile ! Well done Mazaher

It was a fabulous Iftar at Mazaher - lovely interiors and decor, good food and even better service. The place is done up really nice and has a separate smoking and non-smoking area. Its not just the seating that is separated, it's in two different halls clearly separating the two zones.

The Iftar menu at Mazaher is a kind of buffet set menu with everything except the desserts served on the table itself. The staff who served us was Aiham. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He did not rush us into our meals and ensured we enjoyed all the courses one at a time. There is live music playing and there were a few birthday celebrations also making it a very lively environment with the musician signing the birthday jingle and everyone clapping and singing with him.

There were plenty of drinks served on the table. There was an Apricot juice, the Jallab , a Tamarind juice and laban. All the drinks tasted great with some of them having dry fruits in abundance.

The table was spread with a number of salads and starters both hot and cold. They included Hummus, Hummus with meat, Hummus with cabbage, Fattoush, Fateh, Moutabel and the mezze platter had Cheese rolls,Spinach fatayers and Meat kebbah.

Then followed the soups with options of chicken or lentil. The lentil soup was just okay however the chicken soup was pretty good with vermicelli and shredded chicken in it.

The main course followed with a mixed grill and lamb ouzi. The mixed grill had meat kebabs, chicken tawook and meat grills. What stood out here was the chicken tawook as it was tender and grilled very well. The lamb ouzi is outstanding and one of the best I've had so far. We had one friend who is a vegetarian and Aiham ensured that he explained to her all the options she had. He even brought her rice and a vegetable saluna for the main course. We called for a plate of french fries which were amazing and they were tasted even better with a summac topping.

The desserts counter is huge with a large variety. We liked the Date cake, the Mahalabiya and the Cheese Kunafa the best. The Baklawas were not fresh however given that we are not big fans of this, it did not spoil our taste. The concept of the Turkish halwas on a skewer like the shawarmas is different however the halwas did not taste very fresh either.

We continued to relax after eating and called for a sheesha in a grape flavour. The sheesha is unique and said to be the first of its kind in Dubai. The flavour was great and one of the best sheeshas I have had so far.

Great place, good food and amazing service.Hooda Ahmed Jawwad Khalid Adnan Javeed Sait

Mazaher translates to orange blossom, a fragrant essence often found sprinkled on gourmet Arabic delicacies. It is also the name of Trade Center Dubai’s newest Lebanese restaurant, and I had the pleasure of being invited for Iftar there last week. The restaurant interiors are delightfully bright, chirpy and bistro-style. With Parisian-style cafe seating, potted plants and arched doorways, Mazaher is every bit the quintessential boutique-style cafe.

Review is Based on Iftar Buffet ***

Food - Very Good

Pricing - Decent

Ambience - Excellent

Staff - Excellent

Sheesha is also available in the Iftar Menu ***

Visited this place during Iftar time on a weekend . It was super crowded so was very much curious to know about their food . As the Maghrib started they provided us with :-

A) Lentil Soup which was good .

B) Cold Mezza was served to us Hommous , Moutabel , Fattoush , Vine Leaves all of them were freshly prepared and tasted quiet good .

C) Hot Mezza consisted of spinach fatayer , cheese roll , meat samosa which was served hot and was lovely in taste

D) Maincourse I tried Mix Grill which had Shish tawook , Meat cubes , Meat Kabab all of them where super juices , very much delicious .

E) Desserts they had huge varieties of Lebanese sweets , and they have also introduced sweets which is been cut in the form of shawarma style which i have never seen before .

F) Ramadan Juices have always been my all time favourite but the Jalaab & Laban at this place is something which I have had the best ones so far . The juices are so refreshing and it taste heaven .

Whether it's the ambience , food , Sheesha , drinks , staff everything at this place is next to perfection . Even the Grape Mint Sheesha which I had decided to have was very much good 👍🏻

We had the pleasure of trying out the Iftar menu offering at the newly opened Mazaher Restaurant situated in the World Trade Centre, this place is truly is a proverbial hidden gem. To be totally honest, I had never had proper Lebanese cuisine before Mazaher so this was an exciting experience that I was eagerly looking forward to. You know what they say, whatever you do, always try something new .

Had much higher expectations based on the numerous reviews about Mazaher. However the food was very average from the appetizers to the the mains & desserts. This is without mentioning the super slow service where the bread took more than 10 min to serve.

I visited this amazing venue on Iftar for a prize I won on their Facebook page.
Where do i begin! Me and my guest were impressed with the quality and taste of the food, the variety of dishes, the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere of the venue. Everything was beyond expectations. I'm definitely coming back to this place again.

We were initially invited over at Mazaher for the Iftar, however, due to other commitments we had to schedule ourselves to coming over here for their Suhoor. Reading up on fellow bloggers' reviews about the Iftar, we were super excited and looking forward to visiting Mazaher! A warm welcome by the beautiful lady at the entrance, who directed us inside the restaurant from the outside. The front is occupied by the Cafe and is very gorgeously set up - a chic and elegant combination of white against wood and greenery. The back of the restaurant, through another door, is the main dining area, also serving Shisha.

The same decor from the Cafe is replicated inside the main dining area and additionally also features long mirrors on the walls. We ordered the Grape Mint Shisha along with some warm and cold Mezze and left it to the staff to bring us some Ramadan drinks.

We were served with a bowl each of Turmos (Lupin Beans) and the Foul. We chose from the Mezze the following - Shanklish Bel Zet which is crumbled cheese with onion, parsley, bell pepper, tomato served with chilli and olive oil. Undoubtedly, this dish will become a hit amongst the cheese lovers. We also had the Baby Grilled Chicken Wings which was yummy but the lemon juice was a little too overpowering making the dish altogether taste sour. We also had the Lamb Soujouk which I absolutely loved - this ones pan fried soujouk with spices and lemon juice.

The dish that stood out in our opinion was the Hummus with Meat which the staff pleasantly surprised us with because they were assured that we would love this one. Oh yes, we did!

Alongside, we were also sipping on Jallan and Kamar Al Din, date and apricot-based Ramadan drinks, respectively. These drinks are actually so delicious and I was wondering if they could serve it all year long, no?

Come desserts, the staff bought a platter of mixed sweets. Amazing amazing quality and freshness and super yummy. Yes, please make sure you leave some (no, a lot!) of place for dessert.

Our Shisha was perfect - you can tell when you're not choking on the coal or have liquid dripping - the Shisha here is of fantastic quality!

Although, newly opened, Mazaher is creating a positive buzz and has in very little time already become our favourite places to hang out at. They serve good quality food, great Shisha and some amazing drinks. You must try the Lovely Ale (Orange juice, Passion Fruit puree and ginger ale) - so refreshing!

Mazaher is one of the new Lebanese restaurant in Dubai. It offers authentic Lebanese cuisine. I was invited to their Iftar yesterday. Having never been to Mazaher before, I was quite excited naturally. . Conveniently located at the Convention Centre Office Tower, Trade Centre area-Mazaher is a gorgeous venue with a blend of traditional and contemporary decor. The interiors are bright, colorful and glamorous. The whole set up has been done tastefully- from the potted plants on the walls, colorful lamps on the floor to well set tables and beautiful mosaic work.

Invited by Mazaher to partake in their grand Iftar feast on the third day of Ramadan, we were welcomed hospitably and seated at our table which had already been laid out with cold mezze items. A reservation is recommended to ensure you get a table, else you’ll end up prolonging your fast way more than necessary. The décor was chic yet minimalistic, Arabesque yet modern, walls adorned with Arabian arch-like woodwork and full length mirrors to make the off-white themed dining room look more spacious. For entertainment there was a gentleman crooning over a microphone whilst playing Arabic music on a 6 string nylon. Staff were on their toes, scrambling through isles into the kitchen and back, balancing large trays with dishes over their heads whilst attending to every request from their room full of demanding foodie-guests.

The customary tamarind drink was a revitalizing start to the Iftar, followed by a piping hot thick lentil soup. The hummus was fresh and creamy, the Baba Ganoosh delectable, Fattoush, Beetroot, cold lamb, pickles, deep fried warm mezze (the cheese one being particular good, the lamb a close second, but the veg one was quite a letdown) and sausage-pan were great to get ones appetite going. But we mindful not to fill up on the starters as tempting as they may be. For main course we selected the lamb biryani and mix grill. The lamb kebabs and grilled pieces on the mix grill were delicious, succulent, the chicken could have been better. The bread upon which all the mix grilled items were served was relished, as always, it had animal fats and the best of oils dripping off it. The lamb biryani had very succulent lean pieces of lamb, amidst rice in a brown masala mixed with pine seeds; not spicy, perfectly Lebanese with a watery base (as opposed to oily biryanis).

The dessert tables were quite impressive, everything you’d want from Umm Ali, a pudding with caramelized banana, Turkish Delight hanging on a skewer like Shawarma, and many more Arabic delicacies all on one bright lit, well arranged, table of sin and delight. We wound up the meal with Moroccan tea and honey around the table. The best part about the meal is that the Ramadan feast is served a la carte style, each dish served at the table rather than having to make trips to a buffet counter; and the quality was at par with what you’d expect at an a la carte meal; far superior to the average buffet fare.

Mazaher – This holy month of Iftaar is very important for restaurants and also for the patrons, as restaurant give many offers and buffet deals during this month. Recently I was invited to Mazaher for the Iftaar menu tasting and trust me I was amazed with everything here. From ambiance to food everything is just so good

Located in world trade center, convention hall, it is not that difficult to find this place. The moment I entered the place I was little struck with lavish ambiance. Beautiful colorful lamps on the table with very comfortable chairs give that classic look to the interiors. Restaurant has two seating area one has an open bar and other is fine dine section

The menu is huge and they serve so many dishes in the Iftaar menu. The dishes keep on arriving on the table all you have to do is make place and let the server keep on your table. The names are different too; here is my take on the food

JALLAB my recent favorite drink is jallab, I am in love with it. It usually have date flavor and perfect to break the fast, in summers it has its own nutrients to keep your body hydrate, perfect and delicious.

LENTIL SOUP this is one of the most simple and healthy soup you can ever have. The soup served in a perfect quantity bowl, not less not extra, just perfect. The soup was served piping hot though

COLD MEZZE the usual Arabic taste with many cold mezze served on the table along with sides like hummus and salads like FATTOUSH, TABOULEH and many more the cold mezze made me so full

KEBBE NAYYAH I specifically liked this dish as this surprised me with the taste, this was raw minced meat with Lebanese kebab spices and fresh mint, onion and basil, what a combination of taste, perfect

WARAK ENAB my most favorite vine leaves stuffed with parsley, tomato, onion, rice, olive oil and spices. I like the sourness of the wine leaves and perfect stuffing insight, made with perfection

MIX GRILL I knew this can never go wrong when it comes to taste, delicious lamb and chicken grill and sheesh, marinated with perfection and cooked perfectly, simply loved everything on the platter

RICE WITH LAMB SHOULDER this is my favorite of all, I wish I was not so full to enjoy it more, rice cooked with spice topped with lamb chunks garnished with almonds and cashews. This dish stole my heart

DESSERTS they had many variety in this section ASSORTED HALWA, UMALI, KAUNAFA and other traditional desserts. I liked the shawarma style halwa station, something unique and delicious too.

Final Verdict – From service to food everything had a perfect element to highlight. The addition of white color in the ambiance takes the interior to the next level. I liked how beautifully they decorated the desserts area, and nonstop arrival of dishes is also a plus point.

Will I go again – Yes !!

Overall location and ambiance was very good. The food was OK. Service was quite terrible as we had to wait for a long time to get half of the order and later being informed that the other half is not available. The waitress also tried to trick us when we said we don't want biryani - she asked us "how about chicken with rice then?" ;) unfortunately we fell for it :(

In 2016 a new Lebanese spot had opened in DWTC known as Mazaher. A vibrant atmosphere showcasing rich heritage, the seating and spacious arrangements makes it a very premium restaurant. From the entrance itself the rich & elegant décor done all over showcases the rich Lebanese culture throughout. The restaurant is divided into two phases – the entrance designed as Casual café style: a place also known as day time visitor’s area where people enjoy small bites & soft drinks, fresh juices & coffee. The next is the main hall which is created for the evening time with a more premium feel, an experience of fine dining with daily entertainment provided.

I was invited last night for iftar at mazaher the Lebanese restaurant to try their menu and absolutely loved it . Great atmosphere and setting with traditional Arabic mosaic in a white room. They had an Arabic singer playing the traditional our and singing and it really livened up the place .

As the call for prayers came and we could begin to eat we where treated with many different samplers from stunning Beatroot and cheese, Raw kiba which was some of the best I have had till date, Humous , tabouli and fresh bread to dip into everything with . To be honest some of the best appetizers (mezzahs ) I had till date from the many Arabic cuisine places I have eaten at .

We ordered the lamb shoulders , Arabic mix grill, and for vegetarian dish couscous with veggies and what a delight they where . The lamb shoulders with rice was absolutely delicious, the lamb was tender and full of flavours . The mic grill kebabs where very tatt and meat was very succulent and tasty . The couscous and veggies where tasty and this is from some who is the least bit of a vegetarian lover .

My over all experience was rest and I totally recommend this place to anyone who really wants to taste the true fast of Arabic Lebanese cuisine with a variety of mouth watering and delicious dishes that will leave anyone who loves Arabic cuisine left satisfied .

Thank you for the wonderful dinning experience

Located in the convention centre building of WTC on Al Saada Street. I was invited there for the Ramadan Iftar feast preview. The cost of the Iftar feast is AED 135 per head. They serve Lebanese cuisine. Interiors are very up scale, elegant and beautiful, creating a very chic ambiance. It is divided into two sections the main restaurant and the cafe. Staff is very courteous and service is very good.

The food is served directly on the table. They started with dates, figs and arabic juices, choice of soup viz. lentil and mushroom, a spread of mezza including sambusa, fried kibbeh, Moutabal, Hommos with meat, Shanklish (Crumbled cheese with onion, parcley, bell pepper, tomato, chilli and oliv oil), potato fries, Kebbe Nayyeh (raw meat) etc. few different salads such as Lemony Quinoa tabouleh, fattoush, Warak Enab, etc. They had many other side dishes, names of which I am not aware of. I also had Harrir, the best I have ever had till now.. then had a choice of main course, I choose the mix grill.

The food was awesome, very fresh and tasty. Authentic Lebanese recipes used. They had a wide range of deserts, such as Kunafa bel jebne, halawa be jeben, date pudding, Aish El-Saraya, Baklava, roz bel laban, Qatayef , Layali Lubnan, Umm Ali, Millefeuilles, each better than the other.. Umm Ali being the best..

In the end while leaving the live band started playing arabic music..

For the price they are charging it is defiantly worth it in terms of quality, quality, taste and ambiance.

The next is the main hall which is created for the evening time with a more premium feel, an experience of fine dining with daily entertainment provided.

Today I was invited to join the Iftar feast with the other foodies…and what a night it was. I left stuffed but definitely happy with both the quality and quantity & the experience offered here at Mazaher.

Starters: We broke the fast with Jallab (sweet syrup drink) served with pine nuts & dried fruits platter.

Our starters plated on the table to share included Lentil soup, salads, cold & hot mezze, kebbe, small bites with freshly baked bread. Each and every plate served was of both good quantity & quality. The salads & mezze was good as elsewhere. For me what stood out was the :

- Shanklish – crumbled cheese with onion, parsley, bell pepper & chilli, also served with olive oil was definitely different. A very light start.

- Kebbe Nayyeh –small red colored bites presented to us were the raw minced lamb meat mixed with bulgar, basil, mint, onion & spices make this a delightful one. It felt more like a meat paste melt in your mouth & didn’t taste the rawness at all – which is a plus one for me.

Main Course:

- Rice with Lamb shoulder: - this dish was presented in a round clay pot bowl with flavored brown color rice blend in with spices, topped with lamb shoulder shredded & sprinkled with nuts & pistachios. The rice was well flavored however not spicy and soggy as we digged in. The lamb was tender and soft. A perfect dish as a whole.

- Mix Grill – In today’s mix grill platter we got both lamb kebabs, grill & shish tawook only along with kubus pasted with spices & chilli paste. The lamb was so flavorful and tender. Perfect with the kubus and hummus offered. The chicken on the other hand wasn’t to my liking since it was more dry than the rest and quite bland.

Desserts:

We enjoyed the Mazaher’s assorted sweets & fruits that was displayed at the casual café area. The highlight for the evening was the different layered Halwa station which was design inspired as a shawarma station. The chef gave us each a slice of the halwa stuffed with pistachios & tasted so divine! The other highlights were the Sticky pudding, Umm Ali & the kunafa, not forgetting the traditional desserts displayed with fruits as well.

Verdict: I loved my experience here at Mazaher. What a place I must add, great hospitality & food. Perfect place with daily entertainment offered for each to enjoy the Iftar feast during the holy month. Highly recommend!

Note: One thing that I wasn’t happy about was the smoking provision inside the restaurant. If this could be arranged in a different area from the rest of the non smokers – would be great!

#MazaherDubai #ramadan #iftar
Mazaher is one of the recent addition to the vast variety of restaurants available near World Trade Center.

Mazaher is split into a restaurant and cafe. It is decorated elegantly with neutral colors and offers a fresh approach to Lebanese cuisine mixed with some international flavors.

I opted to try the deal of the day which included a soup, salad, main course and dessert for AED 80. I chose the Harissa soup which was cooked perfectly. From selection of 3 main courses I chose roast beef and mashed potato. For dessert, I selected the tiramisu which tasted great.

Overall food was great for the price of the deal specially if you have a dwtc privilege card then you can get further 25% discount.

If you work in convention tower or near World Trade Center, be sure to give this place a try!

Service: 4
Food quality / taste: 3.5
Value for money: 3
Ambiance: 3
Menu Variety: 3

Would I like to visit this place again: Yes

This place just below my office and finally visited it today. Though I just ordered for a #Fattoush salad and the beauty of this salad is that it will not taste the same everywhere as everyone add their own twist to it and true enough #Mazaher did the same, they had grapes in it and the crisp bread were small little roundel's baked with sesame seeds on it and though I don't like sesame seeds much but this twist did add to the taste.

The salad was a little sour to begin with but then it builds up on you with the sweetness of the gapes and the churchy fresh greens.

The service was exceptional. Hope they maintain their standards and is not just a temporary phase since its newly opened.

Its the perfect taste of Lebanon!
Has a calm and peaceful dining atmosphere with a soft sounding arabic music.
The service was good and satisfying..we were well welcomed to dine in.
We ordered sheesh tawook and chicken wings (no idea what the exact name in the menu is) and the taste was delicious...the true taste of lebanese...they served it with freshly baked khubus which was just too good with garlic paste. The quantity was filling for two people.
Overall a really good dine in! Pricing is worth the food served! Will sure visit it again! ✌🏼️
