The venue has different seating areas, each with a different feel including indoor tables and booths as well as an outdoor area. Made a reservation before arriving but there weren't any reserved table signs up so picked a high table. It got livelier after 8:30pm on a weekday. They have a small foods menu that changes frequently so if you return expecting to have a favourite dish you once had it's no longer on the menu which is disappointing. Portion sizes are good. A Covid19 update. Been here last Friday and noticed they have funny rule (Says govt rule) that each person should order a main course in order get alchohol. Don't know when this rule ends ,so check before you go

Pedro and Timothy were absolutely horrendous and refused to serve us until we ordered food. This after making us unlock our gold and upon asking them why did they not inform us about this condition before their reason was they forgot. Absolutely terrible!! <br/>We agreed to order a single main which also apparently is not workable and all the persons on the table have to order.

Horrible service, no service excellence, and as per Mr. Pedro(working is customer service), Toads is not obliged to have a tie up with Zomato, rather Zomato is obliged to have a tie up with Toads. Most horrible customer service. Dear Zomato, please consider the service level!!

Went to watch the Champions League final and the place was heavily understaffed. They denied us zomato gold in the beginning citing a reason wherein we couldn't avail of the service because it was a final.<br/>We had to get the drinks ourselves. Petulant service unlike previous occasions.

Chilled out place with a good bartender and hospitable staff. Not many people but can go there for a pint to watch a good game. Haven't tried their food, maybe in the next visit.

A proper pub with great staff, very friendly regulars, honestly kept 'tabs', well managed with clean beer 'pipes', a super Wednesday Quiz plus entertainment on other nights, loads of screens for sport and just generally a great place to call a 'local'.

Drinks are always good value for money especially during happy hour but it’s a real shame this place is so quiet. It really lacks atmosphere.

It was such a nice place to just chill and relax after a long and tiring shopping evening and love that they serve Paulaner which is my fav beer was just cherry on top . Karim was very helpful and friendly kudos to him .

Nice place but I didn't like the service here, the bartender didn't answer my question about the smoking area as he was chewing something and can't speak so I had to wait for him, all the tables outside was dirty and sticky, when the waiter came with the menu he didn't wipe the table so I asked him and he reply " we will close by 12" after that he brought a small tissue to wipe the food and ashes but still sticky. Good place but needs a supervision.

One of my favorite pubs here in Dubai. Its located at Premier Inn DIP which serves the best pub grub meals, chilled and laid back atmosphere and with awesome service. Will never get tired of coming to this place!

Lazy saturday night and it was cold, thanks to Mr. toads heater, A very quiet night and the place didnot fail to give us a fantastic service which made us really happy. Im pretty sure i will be coming back during weekends with more friends since they have an affordable offer which entitles you a main course and an appetizer for 169aed, not to mention the 5 bottle of beers which is included in their weekend offer. You’l save a lot! I had a salmon which served the way i was expecting and a mushroom soup accompanied with a yummy garlic bread. Aside from the annoying guys that sat beside us, the visit was amazing. Worth it for recommendation!.

Been there on a weekday during happy hours 5-8. Had couple of cocktails and margherita pizza and Gnocchi pasta .The place was busy but the service was pretty quick . The pizza and pasta were amazing but the cocktails were average . I felt the choice of beers are much better here as I have tried in their other outlets. Loved the gnocchi pasta the best. Lively crowd , comforting ambience , decent pricing , good food and good beers..: what more to ask for :)

It has a separate entrance near to the hotel main door, the atmosphere and the interior design are comfortable and cosy. And chicken schnitzel not delicious and it comes with bones. Also the chicken schnitzel comes with a choice of side dishes and I took the macaroni, which is also have no taste. My husband wanted to go to an authentic Brit pub and dragged us to DIP's Mr. Toad's. Great menu. Had a sharing plate consisting of scotch eggs, arancini balls and other yummy delicacies.There is a decent play area in the garden but it was too hot when we went with our 2yo. It's a great neighborhood place. Too far for us though so I doubt we'll be back any time soon. <br/><br/>It's the closest you can get to a UK pub. There was even an altercation between two inebriated Brits at the bar and we thoroughly enjoyed the scene from the dining area.

I visited this casual "British pub" for the first time yesterday evening with my husband for dinner as it is local to us and was somewhere we had been meaning to visit for a long time. We went specifically to try Mr Toad's haddock, chips and mushy peas which we had read about and had seen advertised on the menu. We are British and love fish and chips, especially made with haddock, my personal choice for this great traditional dish. After we sat down, happy that the ambience was good, the place was cheery and that it did indeed remind us of a real pub, we checked the menu and proceeded to order. My wine selection was unavailable, not a good start, and then I was told that the fish and chips were made with cod and not haddock, not a great follow-on, but when the alternative food and drink was served, both were a pleasant surprise. The portions of fish and chips were huge and certainly could be shared by two people quite comfortably. The fish was well cooked, with hot, crispy batter, not too thick, encasing flaky juicy cod and served with decent thick chips, mushy peas (which were strangely sweet and creamed rather than mushy) tartare sauce, and good old Sarsons malt for the benefit of the Brits. The dish was thoroughly enjoyed by us both, although the portion size did defeat us in the end.<br/>The service during the evening was okay overall, a little hit-and-miss at times, but that will not stop us from coming back here again for the food and authentic surroundings, and we look forward to attempting other classic dishes from the interesting and crowd-pleasing menu.

Been here couple of times place and food not complicated and very much chillaxing place, sausage skillet & Angus burger must try on top can't go wrong with ice cold beer .servise was average.

My wife and I frequent the pub and often also go on ladies night with my wife's girl friend. We have done this for 6 months and enjoy the benefit of the ladies night offer. Tonight we visited the pub as usual but upon completion of the meal were surprised by a full bill. Upon questioning, the staff started making excusescthat they were new and had made a mistake. The bill then came again and this time only one of the ladies were offered the ladies night special while they claimed that the second had not had a drink with her meal. To make a long story short, after spending significant sums of money supporting this establishment we felt nickled and dimed. Needless to say we will never frequent the place again. I suggest the owner reconsider the staffthry employ or there own policy towards customers. I don't believe it is coincidence that the usually full pub has recently been empty on promotion nights.

Love Mr. Toad's at Green Community, it has a relaxed atmosphere, and outdoor area and great music and amazing service!   It is close to the office, so I often find myself planted there having lunch and catching up on work.  The food is pub food with a twist, they always now how to keep it fresh :)  I had the Fried Cajun Chicken, which was well seasoned and nice and juicy, the fries were cooked to perfection.  See you guys soon!

Mr Toad's is a neighborhood restaurant/bar. When we go there staff know us, they know our usual order, there's no need to remind them what we like. We also pretty much know all the other customers. That's one of the reason why we love going back there, service is super friendly and personalized. <br/>We've tried the February pizza specials, the French one (la vie parisienne) and Indian one with the chicken tikka (don't remember the name) were great. I also love their burgers and the green peas with mint as accompaniment from the menu.

The most unique and interesting thing about the Premier Inn’s Mr. Toad’s Pub & Kitchen is its…name. Otherwise it’s just another modern interpretation of a British pub, be it a decent, constantly multiplying one (I think there are now four branches in Dubai). The pub opens from one end into what looks like a back-yard, outdoor seating area which is ideal at this time of year, and from the other end into the Premier Inn’s all day dining restaurant…which is where I served myself lunch from.

After I drove an hour to get here I was pretty exhausted but the moment I walked in the vibe is contagious. <br/><br/>I am a teetotaller, I am sure you are wondering what I was doing here, I enjoyed some fresh juices and mocktails and the food here was simple amazing. I have been to many pubs in the past and normally food isn't given so much importance but I was happy to see these guys break the nom. <br/><br/>We started with Classic Beef Burgers, Crispy Battered British Haddock & Chips and a Smoked Scottish Salmon Pate with herb Salad & Sourdough toast. <br/><br/>The Burger was simple amazing, it had onion rings in it with a soft and juicy patty, full of flavour and tasted great. The fish & chips is a must have at any British pub coz none do it the way they do. The smoked salmon pate was another supremely delicious bite, toast at the bottom with salmon and sauces on it. I couldn't resist it. <br/><br/>Then came my most favourite dish, the Deluxe Truffle Veal Scotch Organic Egg, this one was the show stopper of the evening. The outer crust had a thick layer of mashed veal with some great flavour and an egg in the middle with some house brown sauce. This is a must try when you are here. <br/><br/>We ended our main course with the Posh Sheppard's Pie. Braised lamb shoulder and mashed potatoes on the top served with some house salad. Honestly it was hard for me to say which dish from the evening was my favourite as all of them were so good. <br/><br/>To drink I called for an orange juice that was fresh and refreshing. For the desserts we were served a Sticky Toffee Pudding. This one was really good too with a scoop of Vanila Ice cream and caramel sauce. <br/><br/>The food here is so good that one could actually visit this place even if you didn't want to have a drink which is very rare for a pub. A big thumps up for these folks, they truly are doing a great job.

I have a thing for pubs that know how to incorporate dim lights, an outdoor area with romantic lights and food so damn good, it puts your alcohol to shame!. Mr Toad’s, housed at the Premier Inn in Dubai Investment Park, is your new neighborhood pub and kitchen that knows how to do all the above perfectly right! I was extremely impressed with it’s set up when i walked in and even though it may look like a familiar pub or sports bar, there is a surreal charm to it. After all, Jack lives there, and for all those who know me, I used to love Mr. Jack🙂 A LOT!

Been here tonight. What a great place. Should have reserved a table. But hey for next time as we will be back. Live music was great. Food was fantastic. Had the salmon pate. Asked for more bread. Had fishcakes and mashed potatoes loved it. And ordered steak was very good. Will be back for sure. Not too far for us. Which is good. Brillant staff and good food. What a great place.

Best place to start your weekend Mr. Toad . Was there on Thursday night and had amazing time with their Super friendly staff and the music was just right .love their ambience,food and drinks. Great place to catch up with friends and have amazing gala time. It was my first time experience here and they gave me sweet surprise with their signature cup cake. its absolutely a great place to be at . located at Premier inn hotel, its a great place for people living in DIP. its a great ambience with some nice food. I have been there during sports tournament's and its fun to watch it there. They have a small outdoor area and will be recommended only during the cooler season of the year. Definitely a hangout spot.

Mr. Toad’s Pubs & Kitchen –  a new addition in the town in pub list. When i first heard the name i found it very catchy and innovative, also i was very eager to pay my visit and check the place out. I have also visited silicon oasis outlet and my experience was almost same. This has become new Favorite pub.

Service is prompt and good.<br/><br/>To start i had BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS, it was delectable, I enjoy each and every bite with tangy and spicy flavors. Quantity was super good and the whole bowl was filled with chicken wings. I didn't enjoy the cheese sauce along with that but you actually don't need sauce with this.<br/><br/>I am Thai food lover and when i saw GREEN THAI CURRY in the menu, I couldn't resist to order this one. Again the quantity of curry was so good but rice was less in compare to curry. I enjoyed every bite as the curry was made with perfection, loved the coconut flavor along with authentic spices.<br/><br/>In My favorite part dessert i chose the best for me and it was KEY LIME PIE I didn't really expected it to be so good. As it's nearby, Mr. Toad is our regular. Depends on waiter, service is vary but generally good. Fish n chip, buffalo wing, steak is pretty good! Also you can watch sports here.

I stayed there for around 2 weeks. I ate there maybe 6 or 8 times. <br/><br/>Service very slow but hey the food was pretty good. The fillet steak was 125aed and was good. But I'm a blue steak man. They guys really struggled to get a rare steak prepared. 1st one sent back. Second one much better. A few days later the same even though I specifically reminded them about their earlier error. Hey the steak was very tender. I went back for more. Haddock and chips. EXCELLENT. if not a bit greasy. The place is a sports bar and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the beer was good. Bar staff were amazing.
